Boy howdy is there a disconnect amid the outlook of most ‘conservatives’ when it comes to corporations and capitalism. This tweet is a great place to recognize the distinction between the objectives of multinational corporations and their hatred of capitalism.
First, they were not “corporations” on the call, that is not an accurate description. The assembly was a group of “multinationals” discussing their objectives, goals and outlooks on politics. There is a difference between an ordinary corporation and a multinational corporation. Multinationals hate capitalism.
When I say most multinational corporations hate capitalism many people look confused.
Let me help by sharing a short video that explains why:
.
The first myth busted in that video explains why corporations do not like capitalism. That’s why Big Tech is also against capitalism.
Multinationals want control; some call that corporatism…. but the names are moot. Multinationals want control, and capitalism does not allow them control; that is why multinationals do not want capitalism. Multinationals use lobbyists to generate regulations that stall competition.
Multinationals do not want competition; they are, by nature of their interest, anti-capitalists.
This misunderstanding is everywhere.
"Lost its way", good grief @mercedesschlapp you could not be more wrong. The U.S. CoC has been a multinational advance group since 1984, representing the interests of Wall Street & working on a globalist agenda. They *NEVER DID* represent the American Worker. And YOU know THAT! https://t.co/WKrxC37PiN

The multinationals were petrified of two words that underpinned President Trump's agenda: "America First"
Those two words were kryptonite to the agenda of Wall Street's multinational corporations. With trillions at stake, everyone & everything was activated to destroy Trump. pic.twitter.com/oU4YTa1bhp

They are thrilled the little guy consumer is finally out of the loop and can be discarded. It’s just them and the government bail outs pipe line. ?
Those with a future in China will tow the China line. Everyone look’s out for their own self interest. Trump did what he could to draw money and jobs to the USA. China will do what it can to achieve influence over the USA and implement China policy. So far, China is winning. China has their compromised candidate in the WH. No shots fired.
Yet.
Multinationals also played a major role. Zuckerberg’s 500 million to buy the 2020 election in select blue cities in battleground states were likely enough to steal the election. Thus far they have gotten away with it and it has obviously empowered them. I read an article recently where Jovan Pulitzer was allegedly offered 10 million NOT to investigate election integrity. He refused but many will accept the bribes. America is for sale. China and the multinationals know it and have the cash.
…more then likely. The uniparty has gotten away with it before, see HAVA(help America vote act).
People who are afraid of investigations into their actions desperately try to censor, distract, divide, defame, and shame the independent press and election integrity activists.
“For years the Dems have been preaching how unsafe and rigged our elections have been. Now they are saying what a wonderful job the Trump Administration did in making 2020 the most secure election ever. Actually this is true, except for what the Democrats did. Rigged Election!” — President Donald J. Trump, Twitter, Nov. 13, 2020
https://gab.com/realdonaldtrump/posts/105203838142090743
I cannot accept President Trump’s insistence that he made the 2020 elections the most secure ever. He was unable to stop the massive mail-in ballot scams, the extended voting deadline scams, the massive illegal voter scams, or the rigged machine counting algorithm scams.
I honestly have no idea as to what preventative actions he took, but hindsight tells us they didn’t work.
States run their own elections; yes, even the federal.
…. except when outside forces or unilateral edicts from a governor influence those operations and introduce variables that the state legislature did not authorize.
“States”, in the context of the U.S. Constitution, means the state legislature, which is the legal representative body for the citizens of that state. The constitution did not bestow that authority on Governors, or State Attornies General, or State Health Secretaries or any other official.
States did run their elections. If legislators failed in their duty, it is still that state’s legislator.
The arguments at this point are moot. Nor is there a clear path set to fix the situation. Even if we had voter ID this last election, they would have found a way to cheat on the count.
If you put steel bars on a window to keep a thief from breaking in, it is only a deterrent subject to the value to what the thief believes is inside.
IMHO, it’s not a subjective argument. It doesn’t matter who did what last year.
The U.S. Constitution says – legislatures. It does not mention any other officials.
I am only going to refer to the Constitution because it trumps any and all state laws to the contrary.
That aspect is never “moot” until a COS is held wherein the required majority of states vote to change the Constitution.
A constitutional argument is moot. A posted speed limit is moot if there is no cop to write you a ticket. The posted speed limit just becomes a suggestion.
No it is not moot.
It is further evidence of crimes by those who ignored the requirement and by those who stood by and did nothing but were in a position to correct it.
This evidence won’t just go away. It is recorded history.
The pendulum may swing slowly…but it swings nonetheless.
The Senate held a trial to convict Trump. Prior to the trial the CJ of the SC said he would not attend. The Constitution says the CJ will preside over the trial. Knowing this, the Senate voted that what they were doing was constitutional.
The Senate had no constitutional authority to act without the CJ. They were all sworn to uphold the constitution.
The constitution is moot.
You can try all the arguments you want.
The Constitution is not moot.
The Senators simply broke their oaths to uphold it.
They committed yet another crime against the State.
The crimes of government officials continue to aggregate.
Payment will ultimately be required.
Patience.
The elections were the most secure ever. Democrats kept poll watchers out and taped up the windows. How much more security could you want?
Even after the election, democrats have achieved unprecedented security. The reason for all the extra security was the mere fact that Trump was running for office. Had Trump not run, the extra security would not have been necessary.
Fact check True!
Yeah, how can Zuckerberg just buy the election for a mere $5oo mil? They would put me in jail tomorrow.
Unfortunately, ChiComs had a LOT of American help installing Xiden.
“So far, China is winning.” Yes, if you call stealing an election as winning. Thank Almighty God America has 80 million plus who know the truth and love this country. Now, we need to ban together. Regardless…
That is how I see it too. They don’t dislike capitalism.
They want a monopoly and want to be the only ones to benefit from it.
Monopoly is not a feature of free enterprise; it is the outcome of government interference in the marketplace.
Competitors are restricted or outlawed to permit the favored industry unfair advantage.
Monopolies are the weapons of oligarchs
Noone is talking about the real problem
The oligarchs and their families
This is a kind of mafia
I wish the US Taxpayer was out of the pipeline.
It also helps if you understand that ccp has members on all but one fortune 500 company boards. Plus 2 million ccp operatives in business and governments at all levels worldwide. Now you know why the chisneeze embassy in Houston was raided.
Yeah, why do we keep forgetting that? We should not be forgetting that.
Paca, share with us your list of names. Otherwise, try to get your inner John Bircher under control.

and Micha is where now?
Following this rebuttal, he has to revisit his dog-eared copy of Das Kapital with the objective of finding a devastating dialectical response.
Micha,
President Xi’s liddle rice krispie is THAT satisfying?
We are their best employees, their best customers, our pension plans hold most of their stock. We invented and developed most, if not all, of the products and services they sell. We enforce the laws that keep them and their families safe from violent crime. Our ancestors not only discovered America but fought for it, tamed it and made it the most prosperous and powerful nation in the world. We are White European Christians and I’m sitting here scratching my head why these CEOs want to destroy us and then replace us with a horde of Third World immigrants who have done nothing but destroy the lands that they came from? Can somebody answer the riddle?
Because a broken people are easier to control. Plain and simple.
But the thing I can’t figure out is if the population becomes impoverished, who is going to have the means to buy their products? I’m not sure these wizards of smart have thought that far ahead.
Spren, you’re expecting too much in the way of brainpower, foresight, and morals from the James Taggarts of the world.
We think about that as well, also what kind of a world would any of those people enjoy living in if they continue this mess. They would not like their families, children living in a country with nothing but chaos.
These people love money and power more than their children.
There will be monopolies controlled by oligarchs.
Very few choices that will be mandated “suppliers”
Like Amazon
The oligarchs have been thinking about this for a long time
Comrade Citizen Californski Joe: Corporation is not want destroy you. Corporation is want you pay. Is good deal!
Revolutions come from an informed, armed, “middle class”. So Alinsky the people. Create the crisis to get people to accept your solution. control information cancel culture, don’t control handgun crime then demand gun control, mass migration
Why? Simple – they have fallen due to their Lack of morals, lack of ethics, their prideful worshipping the almighty dollar and their own lust for power rather than humbling themselves, respecting their fellow citizens, and fearing / worshipping the one true God our Father.
They feel invincible because those in Washington DC aid them by passing pro-globalist legislation which increasingly hurts and obstructs small businesses from competing. The establishment media fails to call them out for their perfidy and corruption so they see little pushback from the indoctrinated masses.
The proud and mighty always get their comeuppance, however. The Bible shows many examples from the ancient times and history shows us how God continues to bring down empires since ancient times.
I understand that but what intelligent businessman would want to destroy his best customers? It’s like the Boston hospital who wants to treat sick White people last when sick White people are their only paying customers!
It’s very possible that the business leaders making these decisions have been convinced that the people who will take issue with the business leaders’ “woke” positions are in a small minority and of those, only a tiny fraction will really engage in a boycott.
All the more reason why everyone who seriously disagrees with the corporatists must act decisively and boycott the companies products for as long as it takes for the business to be materially affected.
The business leaders do what the oligarchs tell them to do
The CEO position is that of servant to the power games of the few at the top
I don’t think most legitimate business leaders will obediently destroy their legitimate business and the lives of everyone who works for them. Not unless a loaded gun is pointed at their heads.
And in the context that I use the word, “oligarch” actually IS the multinational corporate business leader who has endeavored to eliminate competition via political bribes that produce regulations that make smaller competitors suffer and raise high hurdles for new competitors to enter into their market.
The woke multinational business leaders (Executive officers, Boards of Directors) ARE the new oligarchy.
They’re not destroying their best customers. For example, Hollywood makes more in China, as long as they change a few things and censor some others. You can sell a lot of NBA jerseys in China, lots of customers.
Is that hospital a low income hospital run by Fauci’s public health profiteers getting covid bonus checks?
Are they receiving a grant from Bill Gates to help “people of colored skin” get injected with a pseudo-vaccine made by racists wearing white lab coats? /s
Big Pharma and their public health shills(“I have a masters degree in public health.”- Chelsea Clinton), put out a lot of propaganda, most of it is amateur, because they’re not businessmen.
They’re looking for a government gravy train, aka “Rent-Seeking”.
Corporate Socialism/Welfare: The privatization of profit and the socialization of risk and misconduct.

These are not typical businessmen
They are servants to the oligarchs
The mafia if you will
The oligarchs get supreme power and control and wealth with monopolies
Required suppliers
The company store
That is why the oligarchs have put so much into expanding Amazon as a monopoly
You’ll owe your soul to the company store
And the oligarch families will be the royalty profiting from it
History. The ruling class always wind up despising their own people because they are hardest to control. Within the ruling class, status correlates to the degree to which you despise the common folk. This dovetails with the ever radicalizing behavior of the left.
The indigenous white Christian Americans want a decent level of compensation and quality of life.
And as a group, they have become impaired by sedentary lifestyle diseases and overburdened by older members.
Conservative Christians also do not embrace “progressivism”.
These traits do not serve the interests of the globalist elites.
Immigrants from “developing” nations provide near-slave labor fueling the “human biosphere” economic engine exploited by the elite. Hispanic peasants from south of the border for the menial work, H-1B etc. for the white collar work.
Govt “social safety net” overspending is being used to keep the decline of the indigenous people from collapsing all at once, it is a “managed decline”. The question is, will this work long-term, or will the govt debt collapse everything first?
There are some who think one reason for the plandemic was a pretext for the mRNA vaccines which are actually designed to cull the herd over some years, with “pathogenic priming” and possibly other mechanisms e.g. genetic. This would fit other signs of the big picture.
The corporations are tools of the oligarchs
Who want total power and control
Dictatorships
This is a kind of mafia, except people talked openly about the top families running the Italian mafia
People need to discuss the current oligarchs and how they work with each other on an international scale
The CEO class is just the servant class of the oligarchs
Years ago I classified them as Multinational NGOs. They no longer have allegiance to anything outside their corporate boundaries.
They have allegiance to the oligarchs at the top
This is about a dictatorship by the very few
Mafia style
This Harvard Professor will probably find the same endpoint as the other famous Economics professor there named Summers. He said the wrong thing (based on the truth) and was pushed out of the presidency of Harvard. Summers also was pushed aside from OBidenObama administration when he said another truth about the lack of moderation that is where the new US econ policies are heading. Thus rational thought from the top of the Ivies is being shot down in favor of panic and leftist lies.
The video reinforces Sundance’s post which is what he’s been saying all along. (i.e. Trillions at stake….)
Nice job SD.
AMERICA FIRST
To expand on the point of SD’s article is making, think of it in terms of the desired business model of the multi-national corporations and especially the financiers. They want a model that behaves with NO variation or volatility, essentially with nearly ALL constant factors and terms, and predictable values for the variables. Volatility and variation are allowed if they induce and control it, for variation and volatility are their weapons of punishment and defense.
As the article states, that is NOT capitalism.
The control all aspects of the business model: Cost, Profit, Levels of Demand, Distribution of Products, Entry Gateways into Business Sectors (e.g. Controlled IPO’s), Membership in Each Status of the Social Caste System, et al.
Political Parties, Elites and Governments are their vectors of control over the consuming population.
That’s right
And few even know who the financiers are
This is the best site.
I was just coming here to post this tweet and say OMG … holeeee crap, the cabal is openly at war with us with the media making sure we know.
Yet here we have the post, some context and an explanation.
Amazing. I am frightened to look at this post and find out how awful things are and what is behind this horror.
Put your seat belt on, it’s deeper than you can even imagine.
The American people better learn how to get out of their investment banker controlled retirement funds and go to self-directed retirement portfolio’s. With no control of your retirement funds how do you know you are not supporting the very corporations you wish to “Boycott”?
People are in a trap that was set (I believe) as far back as George H Bush. Most peoples “planner” is nothing more than a used car salesman. Ever bought a car the salesman didn’t have to take the deal to his manager? It is the same with “planners”. Most people haven’t the foggiest idea where their retirement is invested.
It is part of the scam. You don’t know because they do not want you to know. You can go to college and universities and they do not teach you. Your professor doesn’t know because they don’t want your professors to know either. What we have as a result is a bunch of dumb stupid people when it comes to their retirement funds.
Is it a wonder that Wall Street is effectively the worlds biggest casino?
Just think of recent events concerning Wall Street Bets and the GameStop stock shorting by the big traders.
They are gambling with *your* money. If they lose, they get bailed out with tax dollars. If they win, they get to keep all the profits despite gambling with OPM.
What do we do? If we can’t use a planner what do we do?
The simplest way is to learn what technical indicators mean as opposed to fundamentals. A technical indicator is not different than the indicators in your cars instrument panel. You need to look at a chart such as the Dow Jones and have a study which visually shows you up or down.
When your indicator says buy, you buy. When your indicator says sell you sell. You can use any time frame you wish. My suggestion for most people would be a quarterly or yearly chart. It is going to take some learning, but what doesn’t? My God, look at all the money and years you spend going to college and come out of there broke and a financial idiot.
The Stock market is the most fairest of any thing I know. The price is the same at that given moment for everyone whether a billionaire or a pauper. Sure there can be insider information and manipulation, however, your technical indicator is your insider information.
The stock market is not the most fair IMO. The big guys can get trading to stop, i.e. Gamestop. There’s after market trading. I’m out now after Biden pretended to win. I can’t play the game anymore because it’s corrupt. Anything corrupt is not fair in my book.
One world gov’t- here we come.
That video and people’s comments reminds me that Peter Thiel, the libertarian co founder of Paypal that was outed as gay by Gawker and was brought on stage by Trump at the RNC convention as a supporter said publicly that the goal of business is to create a monopoly with the government being unable to prove that.
Is that amazingly and brutally, horribly, scarily honest or what?
OK so that’s their goal?
So you just install a puppet named Slow Bribed-en and make sure you can defraud voters in every state to get your puppets indefinitely and you get your monopoly and then some. You also get illegal alien slave labor, H1 B indentured servants from India you can boot when they get a little long in tooth and you’d like their burdens to be someone else’s problems, bailouts, tax breaks funneled from the dying and enslaved middle class to these criminals, plus even a military arm when you need that.
The East India Tea Company had their own private military and took over a country and Great Britain partnering with them and other ventures took over 1/4 the globe.
Google has everything they had now when you think about it.
The cabal certainly does.
Well, never forget that America fought back, their companies and influence are of the past, an angry red prince and his starlet wife have been able to make their defunct royalty even more pointless and they actually needed us just to go into whatever the hell that island Granada was.
Even this is winnable.
LMAO at Sundance’s beat down of whoever this Mercedes Schlapp is.
Mercedes Schlapp “be somebody” she thinks.
Bushy era as I recall.
Yes…Sundance gave her a real Schlapp down.
She’s married to Matt Schlapp, Prez of CPAC. Conservative, Inc. Not too bright.
Charles Ortel has been doing a deep dive into the Schlapps recently. Their organization (it might be CPAC or one of its offshoots, I can’t remember right now) has never been legit, the paperwork is not legit, the entire fundraising arm and where the money actually ends up is not legit. Schlapps are Deep End Swamp People. You can check out Crowdsource The Truth on YT.
I have been watching it. Jason Goodman had tickets to CPAC, that were not honored. It turned into quite a fiasco and caused Jason and Charles to start digging.
The way I see it it’s not that multinationals hate capitalism. Quite the opposite. It’s that the few people who control the multinational corporations have found ways to compound their wealth in exponential terms at our direct expense, and as a result we the people and capitalism as a process must suffer irreparable harm. They actually like capitalism, as long as they’re the only ones to prosper.
If capitalism = competition, then all corporations hate capitalism. National or multinational, eliminating competitors is what corporations do. Claiming otherwise is a lie.
This is an attempt by corporate ‘Murica to tame certain populist tendencies of the MAGA crowd. No doubt they will succeed.
Global Fascism. We deplorables are freedom’s last stand.
Thank you for posting, SD, and that short vid is a GEM! Im surprised that guy hasnt been fired from Havahd.
Please post a complete list of multinationals. I can’t do much, but I can be mindful where I spend my few dollars.
This is a list of partners belonging to the WEF. Many multinationals there:
https://www.weforum.org/partners
Click on the link, and from that list click on the titles with the strategic menu. Every covid vaccine manufacturer is there, along with food and drink companies, and investment groups. Gates is one of the biggies. You can click on each company for more info, and the articles that they wrote for the WEF. The only strategic tech partner was salesforce. I believe they are behind the deplatforming of many conservative sites.
In my opinion, any corporation involved with the WEF, is bad.
Lotsa reading there, and welcome to the great reset!
Brilliant tweets, Sundance! Bravissimo!
Multinational corporations and the individuals who benefit within them are stateless. One could visualize them floating above nations in the atmosphere, the “jetsetters”, the “globalists, not anchored to or loyal to any particular ground or country, and envisioning themselves as a new and progressive form of government, above it all, above the primitive notions of patriotism. It is ab stract, intangible, “cloud”… They view those little people who are stuck in particular territories, the miners, the factory workers, the brick-and-mortar local businesses as merely laborers, unimportant and fungible serfs.
How is that guy employed by Harvard with his type of thinking and Harvard’s probable largest benefactors?
I know of two people who have Financial Masters degrees from Harvard, but when it comes to the Stock Market and managing their own personal investments they are as dumb as a pile of rocks. What is interesting they both admit it.
Harvard is a toilet bowl
Never be fooled by pretended superiority and brand names
Anti-multinational corporatism is a common ground for both right and left.
Multi nationals destroy competition, and makes the pie smaller for the consumer.
Ive heard this from leftist professors, and SD.
Its where the political circle meets.
Conveniently, the corrupt politicians who we oppose are directly involved with feeding and enabling the multi nationals.
Economic Hitman was right. Always has been.
It doesn’t matter where you stand on the political spectrum.
Antifa and Proud Boys BOTH get screwed by the MNCs and our corrupt political system.
When we can all realize that, we can move forward.
Cuz right now, they have us right where they want us.
Capitalism involves…and in fact REQUIRES competition. Which is why most big businesses don’t like capitalism. What
these companies want is CRONYISM. A system where they BUY politicians who then make laws that favor the Big Business
and make life difficult for any competition to succeed.
And all of the millennials are rushing to embrace AOC/Bernie style “Socialism” because they have been fed the lie that our system is “Capitalism” and that is the problem and if only that were gone, then everything would be “fair” and “just”! They will finally realize the truth when they are standing in line for toilet paper and Bill Gates drives by and laughs at them – but of course, by then, it will be far too late!
They’ll be lucky to stand in line for toilet paper.
When TSHTF, toilet paper will be a quaint memory.
We will be dealing with famines.
Where there’s nothing coming out of your ass worth wiping.
They learned this in the union public schools
And people still send children there
Mine were homeschooled! One is a free market libertarian who voted for Donald Trump and the other said all the right things until he moved out, chose lousy friends, and decided to thumb his nose at everything he was taught.
The simple truth of it is that God gave us all free will because without that we would not be responsible for the choices that we make. I continue to pray and wait! After all, Proverbs says that if you train up a child in the way they should go when they are old they will not depart from it – but there’s no specific timeline for how long that in between period may last!
Fascism is all about corporatists working w govt for lucrative contracts, crushing competition, decreasing supply, & other market manipulations. It’s the China model they love.
Govt can outsource destruction of Constitutional rights to them, that’s why we have such censorship, still forced to wear masks, etc.
Yep… Just as Congress doesn’t legislate, govt outsources it’s censorship to the private sector. Cowards.
Like Scarlett yelling at the top of her lungs.
“Never! Never again! Shall we let the American worker have a say in national policy. NEVERRRRRRRRR!”
100 years ago, the “robber barons” seized control over whole industries through illegal means of cartels, interlocking directorships, government favors and plain old corruption. Back then, that triggered a counter action to break the monopolies.
This is a recurring behavior and shows the so called “elite” are more accurately just apex criminals. We are back at the stage of history where they think they can get away with anything and are throwing away all restraint. Given the ONLY thing that could stop them is an organized political opposition (yea GOP), they are correct.
Few even know who the oligarchs are
“End The Fed”
In 1912, Alfred Owen Crozier writes on the creation of the Federal Reserve System in U.S. Money Vs. Corporation Currency, “Aldrich Plan.”
New York Chamber of Commerce
October 4, 1906 “Special Currency Committee” exhaustive report…
‘Describing the precise power such a central financial institution issuing and controlling the volume of the public currency and fixing the discount or interest rates would have, such report significantly says:’
Wall Street’s Own Views!
“By the control of its rate of interest and of the issues of notes it would be able to exert great influence upon the money market and upon public opinion. Such power is not possessed by any institution in the United States.”
“They” control “public opinion”
sounds like a RICO suit in the making.
Ironic?

An America that allows an evil Leftist coup d´tat to steal control of the free world is an America that will make capitalism take the knee to tyranny.
Did the MAGA movement really Make America Great Again? Watch what happens…
I missed this presenter’s name, but I’m so surprised he is from Harvard. He should probably be dusting off his resume and getting ready to pursue a new position somewhere else. All he said was common sense, which obviously isn’t so common any more.
Capitalism, in its essence is only the voluntary and free exchange of value. It consists of taking things of value, and finding ways to put them to even higher value. The very inconvenient truth is that all systems utilize capitalism in order to operate. The distinction arises from the amounts of central control that is placed upon those basic operations. When left to the animal spirits within us all, innovation generates new things never before imagined, let alone put into being. But when controlled, those spirits of innovation are stifled and directed towards very limited things.
The entire collective vs individual paradigm becomes conflated when failing to recognize how the two, seemingly different things, work together to promote innovation and prosperity for all. I call it distributive intelligence, where no one person comprehends the dynamics of the entire system, but individuals spread throughout its entire supply chain, each acting in their own self-interest, make the process come holistically together. It is unfortunate that the collectivists not only don’t understand this very basic reality, but oppose it and want top-down control of everything.
Those of us that have been following “The Last Refuge” for sometime know it has been an intrepid source of varied info and it has never wavered from its role in the fight including identifying and criticizing the many political enemies of the people like the “Decepticons” and now also the multinational enemies of capitalism and other valuable insights. But it has been discouraging that only sundance and a few others seemed to be covering the big issues and exposing the “system” and the main players.
But recently, it seems that many more are finally joining the fight and it provides hope that this menacing maniacal wokism that the Democrats and corporate CEO’s have aligned with will eventually be beaten or at least marginalized. The majority of Americans seem to have been either bullied by the woke bullies or under threat of being bullied and are fed up with it.
Ways to defeat it are being seriously proposed like never before.
“Logboom” stated in an earlier comment that Steve Hilton covered this issue on Sunday night. Steve presented a convincing argument and exposed the woke hypocrite CEO’s very well.
Oops… we seem to have had some post queue overlap there… :^/

am finding it pretty interesting that over on the mostly lib DMail..that the conservatives and even libs are up in arms over this…of course, I have always thought that the DM had a lot more posters of the conservative bent..that people assumed.
Indeed.
The most amazing financial fact of the USA: the US national Reserve Bank is a collection of private banks.
Happens nowhere else in the world because the incredible moral hazard thus created makes that impossible….but not in the USA
…….must be that US exceptionalism BS again.
Define “capitalism” in 25 words or less–while standing on one leg.
The term “capitalism” was alien to Adam Smith. He dubbed the system he described “the system of natural liberty”. When challenging a Leftist, I recommend professing ignorance about what “capitalism” is. Make the Leftist define it. 99 times out of 100, the Leftist’s attempted definition will be clumsy, even self-contradictory. If so, go full Socrates on her. When the Leftist tries to turn the table by asking what kind of economics I prefer, I say “the system of natural liberty”. When questioned, I stick close to the concept of liberty and voluntary trade. Sometimes the Leftist will come right out and openly start opposing liberty and voluntary exchange. I’m not trying to bowl the Leftist over with brilliant arguments, but trying to plant a seed in her head that will grow later. Or, I’m playing to the audience that has never heard cogent arguments for liberty, freedom to trade, and voluntary exchange in contrast to State sponsored coercion.
Actually, the dirty little secret about all business is that it does not want to compete. Why would it?
We are living in a world full of cornered markets. From health care to big tech to even the two parties themselves.
Think about that for a moment: anti-trust vs the republican and democrat parties.
They are private organizations with a monopoly on power.
Wherever power is accumulated, so also is corruption.
Yep. I’m for govt run monopolies….worked great for USSR…it collapsed that system.
Market capitalism is a great provider….monopolistic market oligarchies are straight up State socialism.
Every huge market oligarchy wants to be a State socialist supplier.

Be careful if someone makes an offer that is to good.
Coorporations/multi-national are just drug dealers offering up something else.
They get you hooked, then you become dependent on them. ?
Keep buying those $3-$4 drinks from Starbucks. And while boycott Coke was a thing, you can add Pepsico; on that call as well. PayPal. Home Depot (thought the good guys?), Atlanta Falcons owner, PGA Superstore owner.
GO TO SMALL BIZ whenever possible. FIND the local hardware and stop going to Lowe’s, Home Depot (I do this now, pay more but I support a mom and pop hardware and screw Lowe’s, who has an employee at the door asking people to mask; #poundsand Lowe’s). FIND the mom & pop grocers; not the big box stores. I’m shopping mom’s and pop’s….done with the big box anything.
AMERICA WILL NEVER RETURN IF WE CAVE!!!!
BOYCOTT and destroy these big biz. WHY am I being told who to vote for and how to vote by Coke, Pepsi, United, Delta, Starbucks, Home Depot, etc……
WAKE UP AMERICA. Don’t/stop waiting and putting ALL your faith on/in Trump.
TRUMP isn’t the answer….he left Fauci, Birx, and many other swamp people in-place and NOW we are paying the price. The JOINT CHIEFS sent a letter (49 I think was the number) SAYING Ga LAW was WRONG> WHY are these military people in politics?????????? THEY haven’t WON an American war in 20Y+……..
Supporting local hometown business is critical. Work together to support community businesses, farms and start community co ops got children’s educations.
Small sellers on ebay sell new old stock

There’s a name for the quasi-private corporatists alliance with government: Fascism.
And it’s now a race for complete take-over. We all see it, know it, recognize it. I’m not playing. Be damned if I kowtow and obey to tyranny.
Can someone please explain how Portland, Oregon does not arrest Antifa and BLM groups for setting fires to the ICE BLDG with OFFICERS inside. I live south of Portland and just can’t believe they do not arrest or shoot these people.
Riot, loot in Minneapolis last night. Just a precursor of what’s to come at trial-end, REGARLESS of verdict. Minn going to burn down regardless. Yet, OUR tax $$$ will REBUILD…..Those areas have gone lawless. I don’t live there; never going to. But anyone continuing to live, work and own a biz there is stupid. GET OUT. Let them burn, riot, destroy, kill themselves.
A more pointed question is why patriots who stand up to them and protect citizens and businesses are arrested and prosecuted. Why? A corrupt justice system staffed with evil human beings. That’s the enemy. Antifa and BLM are paid mercs, as are their compatriots in the corrupt justice system. They’re all bought and paid for. That’s what humans are, chattel.
I’m south of you a good distance, in a very conservative, and typical for Oregon as a whole, county. If you remember the county that had Hillary hanging in effigy from a manlift along I-5, that county. BLM/Antifa doesn’t mess with us. Too many forestry processors and chain saws, not to mention armed patriots behind every tree. We’d enjoy a visit though. The buzzsaw needs to feed.
Because the oligarchs use leg breakers to get what they want and intimidate people
And the oligarch political puppets enable it
The authority system there answer to nongovernmentalorganizations
Run by oligarchs
It might be best to view these multinationals as part of a modern Feudal system, and we are the serfs they don’t care about us individually, but need us as a group.
What I can’t wrap my mind around is why are the globalists driving the racial divide.
A house divided cannot stand.
Sundance, you need a new section for the far right column: where not to spend our money.
Coca-Cola, MLB, Starbucks, Walmart, Pepsi-Cola (which means also KFC, Taco Bell)
American Airlines, United Airlines, Levis, CBS, LinkedIn, Twitter, AMC Theaters.
Fight fire with fire.. Out them and announce them, publicize them for the world to see. We should all play that game.
Try to stick to essentials
Buy used like ebay and thrift stores
Borrowing and returning instead of buying
Stay away from name brands
You can bet that these multi nationals are conspiring to pool their money to have more influence in bribing politicians, lobbyists and forming their own collective special interests in District of Corruption. Most of these players don’t care what damages they inflict, have no allegiances, fly on private jets and live in a gated community. The little capitalist is doomed.
Exactly. And their wealth has multiplied. Richer have really become more rich while mid-working class have declined. There is almost no middle class any longer. The lower class has been elevated to the point, govt $$ has elevated them to own homes, cars and live in middle class neighborhoods.
And don’t forget. THESE ELITISTS STRONGLY SUPPORTED lock down, shut downs. THEIR biz remained open while small biz was closed. Big boxes THRIVED and it was ALL BE DESIGN.
I agree with Sundance on the nature of the “Multinationals”. It’s a brilliant take on their goals.
I do however take exception to the motivations that drive the “Multinationals’” goals, vis a vis U.S. voting laws.
Corporations, including Multinationals, are seen as entities by governments. Just like the average Joe. But that is an illusion. Corporations are not sentient, they cannot run by themselves, they are the run by Human beings. As such, capitalism is irrelevant to corporations, but not to the humans that run them. This is where I differ from Sundance.
Capitalism is a human social construct and therefore it is not a property that defines corporations. Capitalism is defined as a socioeconomic system in which individuals and business entities can own capital goods. The antonym of capitalism has many names, socialism, communism, etc. The bottom line is that in a non-capitalist construct the state owns the capital goods. Trust me, the human beings that control Western corporations are Capitalistic in the extreme. Just not for you and me. They would much prefer robots.
So why would the multinationals of America be so concerned about voting and voting rights?
The answer is amazingly simple. By FAR, the biggest expense of any corporation is its employees – the voters. Corporations pay Salaries, SSN, Medicare, part of 401Ks, and on and on and on. And still, corporations cannot vote. Corporations can control their political destiny through donations – political IOUs. But they just went through a rude awakening regarding that “control.”
The rude awakening came 4+ years ago when Trump was elected. For the first time in many eons political donations lost ALL their effect. Trump went straight to the voters – no intermediaries – WITH THE TRUTH, and the truth resonated loud and clear to all. The corporations crapped their pants!
So now, corporations want a voice on how elections are decided. That is what this is all about. They want to make sure that they can go back to yesteryears where they controlled elections with political IOUs.
It is that simple…
Corporations are weapons of the oligarchs
The oligarchs are at the top
The CEO servants are told what to do
This scared the %x#*&@% out of me when I read it. Like I’m scruffy Sam Adam’s & my Sons of Liberty brothers with pilfered muskets & empty bellies staring down a battalion of Red Coats, brass buttons shining off the sun on Boston Harbor.
Just seemed so big & impossible to fight…
Like all broad issues today, this one is very complex. Having said that, Dr. Miron’s points were well made. Beyond that, the issue with most public corporations, national or international, is that they can and are influenced by investments in their stocks by the US government pension fund managers who represent the single largest investor block in the world. Those managers are themselves controlled by politicians who DO hate capitalism as it interferes with their plans to enslave us all and worse, lead to a NWO where people lose not just their freedom but many will lose their lives as those global tyrants have written, public plans to murder up to 95% of the population on earth so they can usher in a sustainable planet where THEY will be the sole, unquestioned power making them the ultimate dictators.
So, it is much more than just Capitalism that is under attack and threatened with extinction. It literally is the entire human species who are threatened, more specifically the 95% of us they plan to exterminate by any and all means necessary. It is the most evil plan ever conceived by man, one we individuals must fight to the death if humanity as a species is to survive.
The pension fund managers represent the oligarchs, not politicians
We cannot always avoid them, it’s just not realistic, but believe me, they will be hit hard if we manage to avoid them 50-70 per cent of the time.
Also, organize to bring class action lawsuits against them. That’ll bankrupt them if done smart and often enough.
Is there a list of the multi-nationals on that call? I wanna know.
It’s a joint undertaking. They don’t even try to hide it.
