Best president of my lifetime, by far. It is a measure of the sickness of our political system that an obviously stolen election was winked at, because the system simply cannot tolerate the best, under any circumstances. The system is sick.
But, he said all the right things here. It was a perfect statement.
I don’t know whether he’ll run in 2024, but I do know he can win if he does. He’s leaving with a load of dirt on all his Uniparty enemies. Come the mid-2023 nominating process, none of these cretins will be able to stand with him on stage. Not only will they have supported Biden’s Uniparty actions as many of them will have, but they’ll have to deal with a fierce underground attack from Trump’s RogerStone-like political assassins, using all that verified dirt. That and the coming treasonous Uniparty sellouts on borders, trade and foreign wars will mean that every Uniparty stooge will be vulnerable.
I just don’t know whether Trump would want to run again. He’s a patriot, so you won’t hear him say “never”. Remember way back at the beginning? How he said he was already successful, but now it’s “payback time”. This guy has actually served his country, and felt called to do so. I was nauseous listening to McConnell talk yesterday about the “36 years of service he’s given”. The last thing that guy does is serve this country. Trump serves. I can’t believe I wound up supporting a NY real estate hustler I never paid attention to, but it was proven to be the right move. Best president of my lifetime.

So I’ll repeat a sermon I heard within a week after the election. Acts 27. Paul had been detained for several years for preaching the gospel. Being a Roman, he appealed to Caesar and was on a prisoner ship to Rome along with Luke. A massive storm arose, and the boat was getting swamped. They began to throw everything overboard including parts of the rigging and sails. Paul had advised the captain not to sail prior to this and advised turning around – which did not happen. The storm raged for days and they didn’t know where they were but an angel of the Lord appeared and told Paul none would die. Paul told the captain this information. Paul and Luke were shipwrecked on what is now known as Malta.
The question is why? Paul had been preaching and evangelizing for years throughout what we call the middle east. The Jews had arranged his arrest, and he’d been a prisoner because of them. But by all accounts his faith had not wavered. Now he and Luke were shipwrecked on an island they did not know, with a bunch of prisoners. Then when building a fire, he was bitten by a viper which “latched” onto to his hand. The people living there believed he must be a murderer and this was divine judgment. He shook it off, and after a time everyone saw although he should have died – he was alive. They then believed he was a god. They took him to their Chief, who ended up sick. Paul and Luke prayed and laid hands on him and he recovered.
They remained there 3 months, and thus the gospel came to Malta.
They later continued on to Rome, where Paul again preached the gospel to his captors and Caesar. HIstory says Paul was later martyred.
There was a plan. It was God’s plan. Parts of it probably did not make sense to Paul or to Luke. But God’s plan was carried out, and good came out of it.
