During the Texas presidential electors legislative session there was a debate over an amendment to wording where the Texas House would rebuke the Supreme Court of the United States for “moral cowardice” in not allowing the Texas challenge to be heard.
During the amendment debate Texas Congressman Matt Patrick (CD-32) put into the ¹record a report from a claimed “Supreme Court staffer” about an internal debate taking place within the high court where justices were arguing the reasons for not allowing the Texas election challenge to take place. As outlined by Patrick Chief Justice Roberts was worried about riots in the streets if the court heard the Texas arguments and evidence.

In 2 to 4 short years, we will be conducting another election. What, at this point, stops red states from instituting sweeping reforms that provide an unfair advantage to the right? If a state is free to decide their own election and electoral laws and they are free from out-of-state challenges to those laws, why wouldn’t they choose to institute every advantage they want for their House and Senate races? If ignoring the Court carries with it no punishment, has the Supreme Court essentially made themselves completely irrelevant? Do States have any recourse against other States that engage in unconstitutional acts and will they ever be able to challenge them again?

We’ve all known Roberts is compromised, in way or another plus he straddles the fence and jumps where it may be expedient at the time. We all know the election is being stolen and flagrantly. While we all expected the SCoTUS to hear the case on its merits there is something else to consider: timing.
When this case was docketed and reviewed by the court there were still other remedies. The state legislatures have an obligation to send the appropriate electors which could correct the outcome when their election is disputed.
The Texas case might not be so much about Roberts as it could be about the court using the excuse of ‘all remedies have not yet been exhausted’ to avoid, at least for now, getting involved in a political battle.
Yes, the clock is ticking and we need a Hail Mary but the Supreme Court may also see its intervention as a last resort when all other options have failed. Of course they won’t state that in their ruling as in “refile if the states fail to meet their obligations” but it might be their reasoning.

Roberts is a Justice and counts for one vote – no more just one. The rule about the SCOTUS to hear a case is called the “Rule of Four” which it means four Justices have to wish the case to be hear and it will be. So assuming the Roberts, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan voted not to hear the case. It stated in the announcement that Alito and Thomas wanted to hear the case. So it would have taken only two of three Coney Barrett, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch all of whom were appointed to the court by Trump.
Also, this Rep in Texas stated the Justices held the meeting in a closed room. It appears that he hasn’t gotten the memo – the Justice’s haven’t held a in-person meeting for months.

I think Scotus has left the states that sued no option to redress this issue of election fraud. That the states do not have standing is absurd on it’s face. My preferred action is for the states to withhold income tax payments to the Treasury. This would be a direct assault on the tyranny we live under. A Federal Government that continuously barrows money in the name of us and our children and our children’s children to support their vote buying schemes. Or from another point of view, so the selfish among us can live a cushy life now and our heirs be made to pay for it. Justice Roberts seems to be behaving like Jeff Sessions. Completely against the behavior that landed them the job in the first place.

The SOTUS is NOT worried about riots. That is their fig leaf. They are in the tank. Honestly, haven’t they been telling us all along they would bite us? Think about various rulings in the past 12 mos by Roberts, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh. Craven rulings meant only to curry favor with the Democrats/Big Business/RINOs. I never expected any help.

Of course. We have been, and are being bullied by the Left. This is how they work, and have, since the 1800s, their inception as an intellectual movement being short-lived before they realized they could not win by debate alone. And we will eventually have to deal with them as bullies, though if enough of us can resist, then like the schoolyard bully, they will retreat. But for now they are, like that schoolyard bully, threatening to punish us for ratting them out to higher authorities, and those higher authorities would prefer to avoid confrontation, and punt.
We have a day of reckoning before us, and the only questions are when, and how violent.

Sometimes the symbol is a Bible, or an American flag, or a shotgun and orange vest wielded by a congressman to show you that despite the fact that he went to Yale and spent his career as an oil and gas lobbyist, he shares your affinity for duck hunting. And sometimes, the distracting symbol that makes you dumb is the blue flag of the Democratic party.

Some others have probably already written this, but it is NOT the job of SCOTUS to be worried about reactions to their decisions. Their job isn’t crowd control. We have other agencies much better suited to that task. They should grow a spine and mind their own business.
If it’s true that Roberts bullied the others into dodging their responsibilities, I wouldn’t be surprised it he’s doing that as a smoke screen to conceal something about himself that he doesn’t want revealed.
I live in a military area lots of generals & contractors here. There are multiple rumors going around here that between now & December 24 there will be multiple arrests happening. They’ll be arresting high ranking officials, judges, others in government. They have prepared ships and mobilized forces on the east coast etc. A wife of a military person told some locals this today. She mentioned some other things, but I am freaking out! She sounded too specific. I brushed it off because I’m skeptical but she insisted to some locals here. That it’s going to happen. She is confident about it. I don’t know if it’s because maybe her military husband prepared her for the worse. But she insisted something big will happened between now and December 24th.

Sounds as though Roberts is quoting the line that Dems have used threateningly over the past few months… Threats work on spineless scum.. (who are ‘supposed’ to execute the Law, and who have SWORN to do so).
Before Lin Wood tweeted it I saw it on JoNova.cam.au , a website that that is reliable as the sunrise. She reported is a a SC employee was listening to the bruhaha in the room next door. Obviously someone wanted anonymity to report it in Australia.

Roberts is being blackmailed because he ran his adoption of his two Irish born kids through Brazil to escape the Irish laws against adoption. What else would you expect from a Bush appointee? Roberts is a disgrace.
We have no Constitutional protections from the monster in DC. The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments have been completely violated by the “Supreme Court”. Wake up to the lies and tyranny.
