I have spent a great deal of time thinking about declassification since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.
The time has long past for President Trump to strongly demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.
CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside and outside the DC machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:
Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it? And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions, despite their transparent corruption, that’s causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?
If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions. Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.
“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.
This is what I would call the Biggest of the Big Ugly.
This catastrophic outcome, in combination with DC having made the system the primary source of their income, is what unites the Republicans and Democrats to stop anyone from exposing it. Once any elected official goes inside this system, they end up serving it.
All of that said, I have previously outlined a pre-election process for President Trump to declassify information that would lay the system naked to We The People. However, I don’t think post-election this will work, because the executive branch cabinet officers will refuse to support it. The enemies inside the gate will protect DC.
But there is one aspect to declassification that can be valuable in the today and the tomorrow: a full list of known documents and material We The People want to see.
Items might include: •the custody log for Huma Abedin’s laptop (where is it?); •the fully unredacted Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages; •emails between Lisa Page and Andrew McCabe; •the crowdstrike report given to the FBI after forensic analysis of the DNC servers; •investigative evidence behind the Seth Rich murder in Washington DC; •the full list of phone users within the Mueller investigation that had mysterious phone-wiping issues… or anything you might consider of value given the known material over the past four years.
What do you want to see declassified?
Here was the approach that might have worked before the election; however, I doubt this approach could work now…. but you never know.
[OCTOBER 2020] Understanding the ordinary process of declassifying documents is a request and authorization to the executive officers and stakeholders of classified information; and understanding the current authorization is is not ordinary because the intelligence community stakeholders are adverse to the interests of the office of the president; here is a process to cut through the chaff and countermeasures.
The background here is that any unilateral declassification request, demand or authorization by President Trump puts him opposition to a variety of corrupt interests.
As a direct result the executive office of the president will be facing legal action, likely from unified democrats and republicans in the legislative branch. With that accepted, here is the most strategic approach.
In anticipation of litigation:
President Trump informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, that he wishes to have a full intelligence briefing on the following documents (more may be added), all documents are to be presented without a single redaction:
- All versions of the Carter Page FISA applications (DOJ) (FBI) (ODNI).
- All of the Bruce Ohr 302’s filled out by the FBI. (FBI) (ODNI)
- All of Bruce Ohr’s emails (FBI) (DOJ) (CIA) (ODNI)
- All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);
- All supportive documents and material provided by Bruce Ohr to the FBI. (FBI)
- All intelligence documents that were presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016 that pertain to the FISA application used against U.S. person Carter Page; including all intelligence documents that may not have been presented to the FISA Court. (CIA) (FBI) (DOJ) (ODNI) (DoS) (NSA)
- All unredacted text messages and email content between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on all devices. (FBI) (DOJ) (DOJ-NSD) (ODNI)
- The originating CIA “EC” or two-page electronic communication from former FBI Agent Peter Strzok: and all communication between former CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James Comey that started Operation Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016. (CIA) (FBI) (ODNI)
- The full and unredacted April 2017 FISA court 99-page opinion written by Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining the compliance audit conducted by the NSA in 2016. (NSA) (ODNI) (DOJ) (FBI) (DOJ-NSD)
- ADD TO THIS – Everything and Anything related to contracts, vendors, services and the intelligence apparatus connected to the 2020 United States election.
The President selects a date for this briefing and through direct orders to his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, to advise and coordinate with all executive branch lead intelligence officials, who were/are stakeholders in the compartmented intelligence products as described above, of their request be present for the briefing.
The White House counsel’s office is not to be informed of the intent or purpose of the meeting; however the Presidents’ White House counsel is requested to attend. Further, all of the compartmented intelligence is to be collectively assembled by the ODNI (Ratcliffe) into one volume of a singular Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB). There are to be eighteen printed copies of the PDB assembled and secured for the briefing, post haste.
Additionally, the office of the president personally informs the ODNI (Ratcliffe) of the executives’ request to invite for the briefing each member of the legislative branch Intelligence Community oversight known as the Gang-of-Eight.
Immediately after the briefing by the executive level (cabinet) department officials, while remaining in a closed and classified session, the full and comprehensive content of this collective intelligence product will be discussed with the full assembly of the U.S. Legislative Branch Intelligence Oversight known as the Gang of Eight.
Therefore, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien is instructed to coordinate with the ODNI (Ratcliffe) for the attendance of the Gang of Eight: Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Minority leader Kevin McCarthy, HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff, HPSCI Ranking Member Devin Nunes, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, SSCI Chairman Richard Burr and SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner. [Topic “TBD”]
In order to facilitate the briefing. Each member of the participating group will be provided with one full printed copy of the material assembled by the ODNI during the briefing.
[Each of the participants carries the prerequisite clearances, legal and constitutional authority to engage with the classified document according to their position and status. Only the executive can assemble the product for Go8 review and feedback]
At the conclusion of the briefing; and after hearing from, and engagement with, each of the participating members of the executive intelligence offices and duly authorized legislative oversight representatives; and after listening to their opinion as to the subject material discussed; the president announces to the fully assembled leadership of both the Executive branch (cabinet) and Legislative branch (Go8), it is his opinion the National Interests of the United States can best be served with the American people having a full, transparent and honest review of the material assembled and discussed.
The President, no-one else, only the President, then collects the printed portfolios as they were distributed to the participants, exits the briefing, and walks directly into the James Brady press briefing room within the White House; handing each of the awaiting twelve members of the national media a copy of the briefing material to be published on behalf of the American people.
At exactly the same time as President Trump enters the briefing room, one copy of the assembled portfolio is hand delivered, by President Trump only, to White House communications director Alyssa Farah with instructions to scan and release the content to the public through the White House website.
Done.
The American people are aware…
The system will now turn immediately to destroy Donald J Trump….
…..while we show up en-masse to support him.

As much as I would love to see this there is only one thing that makes me believe this won’t happen. Self preservation. The inability to get to the bottom of the JFK assassination and 9/11 has been like a cancerous tumor within our Constitutional Republic. The reason people like Brennan, Comey are so brazen is they know their games are nothing compared to what was done before they came. They’re basically saying; we’ll do what we want because nobody would dare expose it all because then we’ll expose it all. Essentially we have a gun to our own head. Elements of military and Intel services conspired to carry out both 9/11 and the killing of JFK. In both instances, the only reason to believe the establishment narrative is your very support of that establishment. With Trump we dared lift the rock and look – and we were punished and slapped back down. With 9/11, we were not willing to lift the rock and we were given a fictitious peace as long as they got Iraq and Afghanistan and endless wars. Everytime we start to see their evil machinations, there’s always a price. Russia, Impeachment, Economic Collapse, Terror Attacks, A virus. A rigged election for their puppet. They will come up with something to make sure we understand – the harder you look, the worse we’ll make it.
It is worth us talking about as a country – what if elements of our government did conspire to carry out 9/11? What happens afterward? JFK’s murder was so long ago, that it could be moved on from. But 9/11 is different and somewhat terrifying. Especially when you understand what was carried out on that day with regard to the speed of the destruction (5+ buildings completely destroyed in less than 30 seconds) and the technology employed. When you understand how the World Trade Center complex was built, and that the people who carried it out in such a means as to ensure lower Manhattan was not flooded but the complex, completely destroyed. They had to reach into a black bag (probably) of directed energy weapons to bring the buildings down but not in a kinetic fashion that would risk breaking the damn below the towers. Again – all of this requires a very deep dive beyond who did what and specifically looking at HOW they did it and HOW LONG it took. When you do that – you can see, terrorists were always irrelevant.
Conservatives have been less willing to accept what 9/11 was, merely because it was during Bush’s reign. But everything we’ve been through since then, I would imagine, has changed this drastically.
First, and most important — any and all information contained in the NSA’s internet traffic collection database concerning the Democrat’s theft of the 2020 election. This information is more important than anything else President Trump might choose to release.
Second — every piece of verified intelligence in the government’s possession which illuminates and describes the Biden Crime Family’s business relationships with China and Ukraine.
Third — the metadata from Admiral Rogers’ 2016 audit of the NSA’s database concerning which specific FBI private contractors performed which specific illegal data queries against which specific individuals and organizations.
I want to see the financial records of every member of congress declassified, without redactions, retroactive to the beginning of their career in D.C.

There must be a reason why Trump is not, for example, to send all his exec agencies a letter of spoliation, and then immediately sending in the US military to seize ALL documents going back to 1963 (or even earlier, 1776) and then having thousands of US soldiers feed any paper nonstop and as quickly as they can into repurposed Dominion voting machine scanners to scan to PDFs put into essentially a world-readable dropbox / cloud filestore that is accessible by web for everyone to see, as RAW pdf scans while another team ‘tags’, ‘categorizes’ and writes maybe abstracts about the content there…
This is an operation he and a couple others could put together overnight. I’ve scanned an entire science textbook back in the bad old days of OCR optical char recognition, over 20 yrs ago. What we have now is better than 4k resolution and we have AI / machiune learning algos now to clean up error artifacts and natural language processing ML that can fix the text so we can have PDFs as well as text after the scan is ocr processed.
If the PDF Scan Batallion started with newest first, within a week they’d probably have published half a decade of documents (going back to say 2015). That’s what’s MOST important, after the documents that Conservative Treehouse outlined above, which have the absolute priority
Is this useful? I’d say yes. There’s over a million eyes on this. Do you knmow how fast we went through the wikileaks docs in 2016? Less than a month. I participated. Huma abedin’s emails published at the state dep virtual library? I wrote a scraper that scraped all of them and it took about 2.5 days and I got them all and published them
The virtual library is actually designed to KEEP YOU FROM INFO, and their search feature is purposefully bad. That’s the point of the US government using microsoft products—to ensure that they fail and keep people from information–that’s the point. Otherwise they’d use open source and their search features would work properly and information would be easy to find, and download without bureaucratic meddling. Gov websites are some of the worst I’ve ever seen and i’m a web dev.
Crowdsourcing is the most incredible thing, esp when you have so many patriots lined up and ready to dig through the documents. So there must be a reason why Trump hasn’t done it. Today, the electoral college votes will be sealed and sent by special carrier to Washington where they will remain sealed until January 6th when the House and Senate will come into a joint session to open the votes. The media is going to make you believe that it’s all over and Joe Biden is now officially president…
On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing… Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly.

The votes will be opened and at that point one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector’s votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection everything changes. Everything!!
The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes.
If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected.

Is this the Let it Burn play? There has to be a reckoning, because the machines of the state will pursue Trump and his family to ruin with a single bloody minded purpose to make a point that no one can stand before leviathan with any hope ever again.

What possible hope might there be in a Convention of the States? It seems to me that the only way to reset the Republic is through a Convention. I confess to being confused.
The first bit of confusion is wondering how declassification — isn’t that just more information? — will benefit us when: there are few repercussions to corruptocrats in the Deep State; there appears to be no one willing or able to arrest, try and convict; and President Trump just succeeded in getting landslide numbers of votes but that has been thwarted by fraud, and weak or corrupt politicians and judges.
My second bit of confusion is how — given the enormity and monstrosity of the above — Donald Trump, being one person, is supposed to both obtain and release this data (electronic? paper?), from a multiplicity of sources, all by himself.

What I want to see declassified and yet I doubt that President Trump has ever been privy to it is. What’s the establishments plan if the people were to ever rise up against them. Former Speaker of the House Jim Wright said that they have one and if we knew what it was, we would have their heads.
