The video segment below is unlikely to remain visible because it is against the interests of Fox News. However, in the interim Fox News Host Tucker Carlson tonight decided to target President Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell.
Tucker chastised Powell for not providing evidence to him for her claim that votes and machines were modified to reduce Donald Trump and inflate Joe Biden. Carlson was is upset at Powell, saying:
…”she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page. When we kept pressing she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people with positions of authority, they told us Powell has never given them any evidence of either, nor has she provided any today at the press conference.”
I’m not exactly sure why Carlson demands Sidney Powell give her evidence to him or face his criticism; but that’s the position of the Fox News host. He has done this before.

Sydney already explained that the information they have are being submitted into the courts. Why should she tell you what their proof is? Are you a judge or have the authority to right this wrong? There is something I do not understand about the servers that were taken in Germany. If they were taken by the US, then they are now US property. It seems there would be a lot of material on there that the FBI/DOJ/etc. would immediately classify as classified. If Trump de-classified the material for his own defense, I do not think that would go over well at all.
Additionally, a private citizen essentially cannot prosecute a federal crime as the Supreme Court has stated.
Does Sidney have a high enough clearance to even see what was on that server?

Some food for thought: both Tucker and Gaetz held the Trump legal team’s feet to the fire today. They both demanded action. That’s not sabotage, it’s a poke in the ribs. Hard truth is that this is needed and it’s CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.
The time is running out on all of this, and tick-tockery “wait ’till you see what’s next!” won’t work any more. Results are starting to be certified, and if that process is stopped cold RIGHT NOW then it’s going to be even more difficult to overturn ‘certified’ results, and/or enable the ‘nuclear’ option of a House-decided election. Remember that these are spineless GOPe politicians we’re entrusting ALL of this to, for the most part. They aren’t going out on a limb on their own. They need something substantial to lean on.

Though I have watched the human animal for over 45 years from the vantage point of a soldier and cop I still find myself amazed, and yes a bit disappointed of just how easy it is to bring out the cowardliness of those who spend so much time and effort trying to display a far different image of themselves. I have had a day dream for many years in which I have been granted the power to put together a rifle platoon manned by representatives of the four groups I have come to consider the greatest threats to the American people. In my dream I would take them for a month long deployment to the jungles of Vietnam during the late 60’s when both Vietcong (VC) and the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) were making a good show of testing us 24/7! Any one what to give me odds on how many would last more a couple of days into the month. I willing to bet that most of the group will reinforce a lessons learned that I first shared with a group of citizens in 1989. I stated that the nicest label I could pen on the majority of the aforementioned group was that of; self-serving, witless, cowards! Note: I quit watching FOX news along with the rest of cable news shows many moons ago. I remember these election tactics being used against Ron Paul in the Republican primaries. I don’t remember which elections but there was one video where on head election official for a county in Nevada (I think) invited a software tech to come in and test the electronic voting machines he had. The machine was set to flip the vote for the other candidate.
In another video a programmer demonstrated how easy it would be to introduce code to the voting machine to flip the vote. This was years ago, before Trump, so I don’t remember all of the details. But election officials delayed reporting the vote totals in counties where Ron Paul had a good change of winning.
And then we have the 2006 testimony of Clinton Eugene Curtis before the US House Judiciary Members in Ohio.
