So who could be so outraged about voter fraud in this interview in Sept than when we actually have massive evidence of voter and election fraud, he doesn’t even comment after a full week thus allowing the left and media to control the narrative?
And also who says this and after nearly two years has no crimes and no indictments on a huge list of “incidents” where many IMO cross into the National Security bucket and yet nothing?

Basically, one might anticipate lots of academics giving all sorts of reasons why everything falls into Martin’s affairs etc. and diminishing the overall notion of systemic voter fraud, all well before there has been time to analyze this particular election with its new widespread standards of often largely unaccountable mail-im ballots.

A couple days ago on another CTH comments thread, someone posted a reference to a fellow called Thomas Wictor (about whom I know nothing). Wictor claims that, aside from lawsuits and demands for recounts in the five contended States, the President is readying a ‘counterattack’ aimed at the leadership of the Democrat-Party electoral coup, using a department of the Homeland Security Agency called the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This agency, created by the Trump administration, does exist and does focus on Election Security:

Is there anyone here who can address Mr Wictor’s credibility, and the suggestion that the CISA is capable of the ‘counterattack’ that Wictor says is possible? I have been to the CISA web site, but can find no indication that they are even mounting an investigation. Is this just wishful thinking on Wictor’s part?

Logically, time of postmark should be before their being recorded. This thread reports over 109,000 votes in Philly recorded before or on the date of postmark.. Potentially hard forensic type date establishing fraud.

Thomas Wictor talks about Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) gathering evidence during/after election. Anyone know about ARLO software, Ben Adida, Votingworks? CISA says they worked with Election Officials from Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Georgia.
Doesn’t make me confident, at least with this program. They need something unknown to the election officials to catch them cheating! Hopefully they were trying to catch the crooks. Not some buddy buddy we’re all in the same club program.
I hope trump had some experts watching. I agree with Wictor that the president talked about cheating and warned the Black Hats that they were watching.

The tool is being created by VotingWorks, a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to building secure election technology. CISA’s investment is designed to support election officials and their private sector partners who are working to improve post-election auditing in the 2020 election and beyond. The tool supports numerous types of post-election audits across various types of voting systems including all major vendors.
“Heading into 2020, we’re exploring all possible ways that we can support state and local election officials while also ensuring that Americans across the country can confidently cast their votes,” said CISA Director Christopher Krebs. “At a time when we know foreign actors are attempting to interfere and cast doubt on our democratic processes, it’s incredibly important elections are secure, resilient, and transparent. For years, we have promoted the value of auditability in election security, it was a natural extension to support this open source auditing tool for use by election officials and vendors, alike.”
The auditing tool, known as Arlo, is open source software provided free for state and local election officials and their private sector partners to use. Arlo provides an easy way to perform the calculations needed for the audit: determining how many ballots to audit, randomly selecting which ballots will be audited, comparing audited votes to tabulated votes, and knowing when the audit is complete.
“We’re very excited to partner with CISA to develop Arlo, a critical tool supporting the implementation of more efficient and effective post-election audits. Because Arlo is open-source, anyone can take it and use it and anyone can verify that it implements audits correctly,” said Ben Adida, Executive Director of VotingWorks.
The first version of Arlo is already supporting pilot post-election audits across the country, including several from this month’s elections. Some partners of this pilot program include election officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, Virginia, Ohio, and Georgia. Additional partners will be announced in the coming weeks. It is their Sworn Duty to the Constitution as listed in my post. Comparing the 5 Supreme Court people to the millions of people who gave their lives (ultimate sacrifice) for our Constitution to the mental pressure of so many millions of soldiers that charged up a hill to fight the enemy knowing most likely they will be killed. Etc. Etc. Etc.
Impossible for the 5-Surpreme Court Justices to destroy the Constitution and over 200 years of blood spilled because of the pressure of traitors (criminals) who intentionally destroyed the Rule of Law and the Constitution.

Second, if we can get out of this and survive, a consent decree on Dim cities and states would be a huge game changer. Reps just got off of their 50 year one recently. Of course it does require honest judiciary and who knows if there is even a handful of those around.

I believe Trump’s people know where to look and for what. But they need some stories for the media every single day to show it wasn’t just a few places by a few people. Also they don’t want to be narrowly focused and miss an angle that wasn’t on their radar.
Arrest and prosecute everyone that is found. I’m not after the little fish who just faked their dead Grandmother’s ballot. I’m after the people they can lead me to. So arrest them and see where it leads. If Trump manages to blow up the whole system of graft and fraud and get the big players, he can be generous and have them let go. Of course without removing the charges that means that they can never vote again.
Because things are coming to light… it has a ripple effect also. Someone who has seen or done something will realizes that the walls are closing in… and that video, recording or photos they took as an insurance policy (or blackmail material) needs to be played NOW before someone else gets there first.
Yeah I think thats right – there are two fronts and the court of public opinion is one. Further, every single one should be prosecuted including the one who used the dead grandmother. My point is only that those types of crimes will take months, if not years, to prosecute.
We citizens can surmise all we want while President Trump’s

This is what I predict the method of Trump’s victory will come from: State Legislatures sending his electors.
No, it is not preferable outcome but I think it is the most likely. The fact is, all of the voting is so messed up (ex: intermingled ballots) that a true vote count cannot be determined. Although data scientist can tell you the most likely true vote count would be, it’s still indeterminate. Courts and politicians will certainly not use that as actual vote counts.
The conclusion will be that the vote count in these states are spoiled or invalid but that the data suggests that Trump won. The action will be they send Trump electors (hopefully, you can’t entirely trust courts or state legislatures to do the right thing). This is the correction provided by the constitution.
Other than Trump winning, my hope is that this fiasco will lead to implementing strict voting procedures that include voter id and blockchain (yes, blockchain can be used to help ensure accurate vote counting).
Yes, I assume the perpetrators mixed the ballots in, against Alito’s order. It’s a mess. If PT gets the win this way without the fraud being exposed then the Dems will cheat again next time. We need to expose all of the fraud.

Agreed – unless the state legislatures can actually show that Trump won their state, they cannot in good conscience send Trump electors. I believe this was certainly part of the plan by the DNC is to make sure it is too confusing even if they get “caught” to definitely call it for either candidate.
I don’t know if state legislatures are allowed to REFUSE to send electors, but that might be an alternative. this would put it into the house per the constitutional rules if no one gets to 270
Plus, that would open the door to dem legislatures appointing their pet electors regardless of how the election went.

so we have eligible voters of 239,247,182 with the other people it is estimated at about 158,835,257 votes thus far as of the 4th that is giving us a voter turn out of 66.4% that is the highest percentage since 1900 at 73.2%.
next would be 65.4% in 1908
then 65.2% in 1904
in the recent-ish years it is 1960 with 62.8%.
this is higher than last election of 59.2% which in itself is higher than obamas 2008 of 57.1% obamas second term was only 54.9% a drop of 2.2%. all that to try and show some patturn here. a jump of 7.2% in one election is huge. i mean last time we had one near this was in 1928 when hoover won. and that was because we only had 48.6% moving to 56.9%. put it this way. we saw a dip of .8% reagan in 1980 and only a rise of .5% in 1984 for his next term.
again in other words it is a HUGE discrepancy.
our population only rose 7,986,656 in the last 4 years, eligible voters increasing only by 8,315,261, 66.4% of that is only 5,521,333. doesn’t even account to half of the 16+ mill and half of that 16+mill is over 7x the increase we saw from 2012 to 2016.
i mean we are talking big number variances. i’m even shocked trump got as high as he did, but at least he had a ground game, and tens of thousands of people showing up at his rallies even through a pandemic.

What your numbers miss, is that voting in the dem stronghold cities was 5 standard deviations above the norm, which is not possible. Voter turnouts of 90 percent and above existed in the few cities that gave the election to Biden. Not physically possible.
