Question….I think this analyst misses one thing. Please review….
Mail in ballots can be dropped off at physical locations (early voting polling locations, drivethru drop points, drop boxes). Those ballots are collected into batches. Probably daily. Are any of those batches actually put into the USPS mail system? If the batches do bypass USPS, the D/R ratio will be influenced by location- similar to in person voting.
Two thoughts:
1) Look at his data that matches the linear line. Did those places have mail in ballots that skipped USPS (I don’t know the answer to that question)?
2) Are mail in ballots that skip the USPS legal (I also don’t know the answer to that question)?
Those are two scenarios that show the data may still be valid. If the data that matches the line had ballots that skipped USPS then it doesn’t matter. If ballots that skip USPS are illegal and it does show as anomalous, then it still shows fraud.
Mail in ballots can be put in drop boxes that could theoretically bypass USPS, and likely would in cities where the drop boxes and counting both occurred. However, it’s the timing and decision that shows the most likely illegal activity in my opinion

Yes, legal and illegal votes are intermingled and noone can say which is which. I think a uniform across 50 states decision could be, whatever the count was at midnight (local time) Nov 3, is the vote count to use. I think Trump has that one. The 2020 election ended at midnight 11/3. Of course they could back date numbers from Wed to Tuesday, but maybe snips of actual TV coverage. I think fraud didn’t start to happen until after midnight, so might actually be truthful info. Match that info to state records for verification. And would serve media right if its their election boards that elect Trump.
I think it has to be more tailored – the ballot counts in contested states at midnight election day are what will determine the final result. Trump had all contested states, even VA, but not AZ. That would absolutely put him over the top
Not from all the info I’m seeing on here, which includes video evidence of vote-switching on live tv, likely done by the Dominion tabulating software. The fraud stepped it up a notch after midnight because there was such a Trump landslide the former didn’t work.
As Richard Baris points out, there is international precedent for re-conducting elections in 3rd world countries where the same sorts of anomalies went on that we see here.
I know your point relates to the Election Clause of the Constitution, but I find it hard to believe the Supreme Court would simply ignore evidence of election fraud simply because there is nothing in the Constitution specifically about it. The Constitution is not a suicide pact, and failure by the highest court to redress blatant vote fraud would be a dereliction throwing the nation potentially into Civil War. The same goes for State Legislatures, however.
If Biden wins this election on this fraud, the most basic of premises by which the country was founded is violated being the consent of the governed, and the government is not legitimate.

Although I personally find this kind of ruling fair, I don’t think it will pass legal tests for a remedy (or whatever the legal word is).
I think any remedy would have to be more precisely targeted than that.
The problem is if you cut the votes off where our side wants, you will have a Civil War from the Left. If you let the votes in on the basis of “Well, who knows when each ballot came in?” (John Roberts kind of rationale), you’ll have a Civil War from our side because we know all the additional fraud involved.
The 5 non-hacks on the court can not be unaware of the implications of their ruling. Ruling simply on the time language from the Election Clause is going to lead to a likely dissolution of the nation, with the UN and Chinese in blue helmets streaming onto our soil to ‘peace keep’ (I think that’s Soros’s plan anyway).
Nobody, no matter how loyal to the exact language of the Constitution they may be, is above that fray, nor are their family members, friends and loved ones who will be cast into the ensuing chaos. We’ll find out if any of the 5 are Neoliberals in sheep’s clothing.

So, went to the county GOP Offices today here in central TX. They had some bumper stickers and yard signs they were giving out free now. Took a couple, “TRUMP/Pence” and “Veterans for TRUMP.” One guy was at his computer crunching numbers working on checking out various state legislatures and something about the GOP presenting their own Electors in those five states with corrupted vote totals. Also found a “TRUMP 45th President SPACE FORCE” baseball cap for $20. They had some interesting t-shirts like “GOD GUNS and TRUMP 2020”, got one of those for $10. They were upbeat though didn’t think the Supreme Court will demand a RE-VOTE in those suspect states because that would have to happen THIS WEEK.

Do they have pictures or video? I’m not sure this will be fly in court without rock solid evidence it actually happened. Every single thing used in overturning this election result must be documented and verified, preferably more than once. Estimate Biden’s total is about 10 million too high due to voting corruption. Sleepy Joe’s real total is more like 64 million in the popular vote. You shouldn’t have voted for him for a variety of reasons,
mostly because he will follow his Marxist leaders.

I just did a posting on this analysis. Basic question… did the analysis take into account that not all mail-in ballots go through USPS system. Mail in ballots can be dropped off at physical locations, boxed up and hand-delivered to central tallying locations. The D/R ratio would not have been influenced by the shuffling seen in the USPS process.
Just something to be considered…
If you look at the analysis it shows a consistent pattern in D/R ratio in the questionable states up to about 3am then the anomalies start. Are you suggesting that all the mail in ballots that weren’t mailed were held over for counting till 3am?
A big problem is that the voting style was not random.
Dimms were encouraged to vote by mail because they might die if they voted in person.
Repubs were encouraged to vote in person, largely on election day.
No surprise to see absentee / mail-in ballots skew to Biden.
If I were on the Election Legal Team, this is what I would present in court as circumstantial evidence in support of a COMPLETE AUDIT of the entire 2020 Election:
