I 100% believe the President as do all 71 million who voted for him and probably many millions more here and abroad. The fraud was blatant and brazen. Anyone with half a brain could see it instantly. Most of us knew ahead of time because of the push for mail-in ballots along with pushes to reduce or eliminate proof of voter identity or signature verification.
It is absolutely ludicrous to believe that, in a country where photo and/or additional ID is mandatory for check cashing, bank account access, airline travel, and many other aspects of daily living activity, this same level of ID verification would not be required to participate in the election of people who are seated at the highest levels of government and who trusted with control of the levers of power that affect the lives of 330M+ Americans as well as millions of citizens in countries that depend upon the US for defense, trade, and other means of support..
But unfortunately we are not the judges on the courts who will set a very high bar for evidence / proof.
I trust that POTUS’ team (Giuliani et al) aren’t going to depend on circumstantial evidence and common sense but will be able to prove X number of ballots are fraudulent and unverifiable. I have seen very little in recent court decisions to indicate the judges are anything but very heavily biased pro-Democrat/ pro-Deep State frauds who go to whatever lengths they must to render decisions that skirt common sense, established law, and the US Constitution.

— The total Trump Program that has been funded to date is now 738 miles. To date, the total adjustments to the Program over the President’s first term, due to actual costs exceeding the estimates, has only been about 15 miles worth.

Nice interview. The PA, mail-in and absentee ballots have to thrown out. The safety and security constraints of these votes were eliminated, no signature, validation of signature, no post mark stamp date required. How can these be trusted? The command and control chain of these ballots was broken. A wager these ballots haven’t been separated as required by Alito so toss them all.
I wouldn’t put it past the DemocRAT party and it would be so sick if Corona was purposely brought here to blunt Trump, kill Americans, put the country in lockdown to change the voting process and laws. The mail – in ballots was always their way to harvest votes. Filing 100s of lawsuits to change the voting laws to mirror the above. So, my understanding is that Dominion (partly owned by Pelosi) could alter vote totals at the source, then those vote totals could be altered again by HAMMER/SCORECARD enroute to tabulation.
In other words, fraud multiplied by more fraud–layers of increasing corruption in the vote totals.
And the question on which everything rests is if there is some type of forensic audit that can PROVE it happened? If the programs were created to delete themselves after they flipped the votes, then it’s all speculation and assumptions…and since the media will not report anything unless it is so conclusive that it cannot be denied, we must find the people who who would actually KNOW how to extract the information.

Edward Snowden confirms that election fraud is done by tampering with the software of voting machines to alter vote totals to favor a particular candidate.
“When you see that the election is divided 51/49, it just clearly shows the election results are biased. “The truth is that sometimes the people actually get who they actually voted for, if the establishment has decided they approve of that choice. Voter manipulation is a combination of the coercion of the major media groups and electronic voting fraud,” he explained.

If hammer and scorecard works like this, there should be a documentation pattern of manipulation to show the court. Then a hand recount and check of votes has to be done. There is massive effort to disenfranchised 71M voters with this kind of digital manipulation.

My updated thoughts.
I’ve been on a quest to find the silver lining in Trump’s defense and Mark Levin’s show tonight was excellent in describing that lining. He and his guests fileted the Democrat efforts so far to undermine our constitution and state laws to reduce ballot and ballot count protection measures through over 300 lawsuits before and during the election. My point at the outset is that I don’t think it will be proving voter fraud that will win us the election, rather the striking down of Democrats’ aggressive attempts to stretch the limits of our Constitution to get desired results “legally” that were supported by sympathetic judges.
One thing that rang true with me is the State Legislatures. I’m no constitutional scholar but I’ll do my best to provide perspective on what I gathered. As we know the STATE legislature sets election laws and judges enforce them. The legislature can change laws through the legislative process but cannot interpret the ones that are in place. What the Democrats sneakily did was they started about 300 lawsuits in various states to bypass the legislatures and get sympathetic judges to more or less broadly interpret election laws for them. For example, this includes, receiving ballots late in PA and even drastic changes in postmark requirements. These are aggressive interpretations of the law that can be challenged in higher courts. As a matter of fact, Judge Alito has already indicated (not confirmed) that he may challenge the PA Supreme Court’s broad interpretation of the validity of ballots received after polls were closed on election day.
Judges sympathetic to Democrats in battleground states have, for months, been legislating from the bench, essentially bypassing the STATE legislatures, and violating the constitution and existing law with regards to elections in their States. The decisions made have essentially taken away ballot protections, given power to ballot harvestors, and even challenged poll observation rights. These are all violations of the law. However, technically, they do not have to be seen as such since Judges granted these decisions. That said, these decisions benefited one party, while simultaneously damaging the other. Given that the lawsuits came from one direction, this is obvious. Essentially, the Democrats made it difficult to actually follow the law! Crazy as it sounds.
My question is how were these lawsuits not challenged properly for one, but also how the hell such aggressive and broadly interpreted decisions were granted in the first place. My lasting thought is that bypassing the legislature is unconstitutional. Our constitutional judges like Alito, Thomas and Barrett will hopefully have a field day with this.
You can blame John Roberts because you don’t know how he will swing vote, creating a nationwide judicial precedent.
For example, John Roberts is the reason why gun lobbyists are wary of taking 2nd amendment cases to John Roberts.
Although to be fair, Clarence Thomas has complained how the other members of SCOTUS don’t treat the 2nd amendment as importantly as our other constitutional amendments.

Possible explanation…if the voting machine rejects the ballot because there are markings outside of the oval then the voter has the option to redo their ballot. Not sure what happens to the rejected ballot…possibly trashed. It is suspicious that it appears that nearly all the ballots in the trash bag were marked for Trump.
If it were simply voter error, you would expect a more balanced number of rejected ballots from both candidates.

I would think that the ballot should be saved to prove that the oval wasn’t filled in properly so that the cheaters cannot commit election fraud. Yeah, let’s make it easy for them to commit fraud. The voter should not have to “REDO” their ballot if it is plain to see that the oval they marked was for a particular candidate. They should not be disenfranchised because they colored outside of the line. IF that were the case then the ballot counters could just do that to every Trump ballot.
