According to Matt Braynard for now the priority should be gathering ‘hard evidence’. Statistical anomalies can indicate where to look, but should leed to:
1) Affidavits
2) Death certificates
We will use the funds to acquire voter data from the seven swing states (and more depending on funding) and cross reference the early/absentee/inactive voters who cast ballots with the Master Death Index and the National Change of Address Database to detect potentially fraudulent ballots.
We will then deploy a call center to track down people who moved or were otherwise inactive and ask that they confirm whether or not they actually cast a ballot. Anyone who says they did not will be provided with an affidavit.
All of our findings will be made public.
This project is being led by Matt Braynard, former director of Data and Strategy for President Trump. Receipts, invoices, and other statements will be provided for all money raised here, and Matt Braynard will personally receive zero dollars.

Anybody know how to get in contact with the original Hammer WB?
I want to try and connect him with Sidney Powell so she has his testimony of what the Hammer program was when he used it to spy and capture information on Americans.
And have him recite the story he told about breaking into I think a Florida County Voter Records office. That will floor people in light of what we are seeing today.

We are told hat James Clapper was present for initial data harvesting. The US Government wired $2 million to Blxware bank accounts, the company the WB worked for. MEDUSA which is the software, begins running on HAMMER data harvesting using NSA modified code.
So how hard is it to believe that an add on software package possibly like Scorecard could be done?
It is my opinion that Americans will receive this information now that they are hearing about the Hammer & Scorecard Program.
And maybe the most frustrating thing of all is the hammer WB turned in 47 hard drives to the FIB in 2015 and AG Barr had to know this evidence was there and yet NOTHING.

True. Went to a dinner this weekend in Colorado. Meeting some extended family for the first time. All PJDT supporters (some more so than others, but all PDJT voters). Only one, of about 20 total, was truly pessimistic about the ultimate election outcome. The 64-33 split is good but it hasn’t been that good recently and there are not many ballots. Doing the math, the 64-33 split, should it continue, would bring us to a PT win by a squeaker of a win. 64% for PT for the rest of the ballots give PT 49K votes, 33% gives Biden 25K votes, for a PT win by a eight thousand. Given that the split will likely got back closer to 55-45 PT, it is going to be tight. Just guesstimating, because we don’t know what those remaining ballots hold.
From what I understand, most people are saying it’s highly unlikely Trump wins AZ at this point. Data Orbital, which was the data firm that originally said Trump will win AZ that everyone was paying attention to, said two days ago that Trump probably won’t win.
As far as a recount, AZ also have very strict recount requirements: 0.1% or less only. Campaigns can’t request a recount if the margin is greater. So unless the courts order a recount from the lawsuit, if Trump doesn’t get within 0.1%, there may or may not be a recount.
Unless a court makes them, due to evidence of fraud/fixing etc.
Agree and somewhat concerning because I think the AZ election seems to have been fairly well run and counted. I haven’t heard any accusations from the Trump team regarding fraud in AZ like I have heard them say in other states.
AZ election watchers have found some 40K ballots so far where people supposedly only voted Biden for president and left the rest of the ballot blank. Highly unusual.

I’ve been mostly focused on the vote switching software. This is where I think a lot of hay can be made if it gets investigated.
I’m in Tucson. We were given Sharpies to vote with and our ballots were put in a box when in previous years they were put in an optical scanner machine which I guess reads the ballot.
I was concerned and later heard and the Sharpie problem. Reported both. Arizona should be contested for sure.
Remember Friday PTrump also sued AZ for Maricopa County machine malfunction when pushing a green button wiped out the voter’s choices.
These numbers are from last drop yesterday.
Lots of people who cast provisional ballots never cure the deficiencies. Provisionals are likely to be low yield for either candidate.
Not my understanding. These are Trump voters who double voted in case their early ballot/mail in ballot wasn’t counted. That said, many of these votes probably won’t count if their earlier vote was counted. That said, I think Trump won’t win this round.

Not really a squeaker – just being counted that way. I would imagine that besides the sharpie’s, there’s all kinds of other fraud going on in AZ. Why do you think FOX was so confident to call that state Biden’s right out of the gate?… it made no sense, unless you know that it’s fixed that way.

1. If state election results are in contention and cannot be certified, state cannot seat electoral college electors.
2. 270 electoral college electors must account for electoral college winner; If 270 is not acquired, election goes to House
3. Each state in House gets one vote (ie House doesn’t vote by district); GOP has majority of states.

I would add that states need go to the district apportionment method for electoral votes that Nebraska uses. In 1790 (census year), there weren’t cities of 1 million people scattered around the country (I don’t think New York City + Philadelphia totaled 1 Million). In a winner take all electoral college, fraud only needs to occur in the major metropolitan area of a state to carry the whole state. District apportionment would eliminate that; fraud in Philadelphia only carries that district.
This might not be so great. The House is currently controlled by Democrats. Therefore, more districts went to Dems.
States are supposed to be the sovereigns in our system. Going to a congressional district apportionment wrecks that concept.

There are 5 GOP held states with one House of Representatives member. These members will need to be especially careful if it goes to the House for decision. I could imagine some fatal vehicle accidents occurring to make sure that they can’t cast their vote on voting day. I assume with no member, there can be no vote. Likewise any split membership States where the GOP and Dems have the same number of reps. A fatal accident and the tragedy results in a split State becoming a Dem state. You can’t put anything beyond this scum.

Listening to Bannon’s warroom podcast. He said there are no states with a tie of Dem/GOP reps in the House. Apparently some of the flipped to GOP seats fixed any ties that exist now.
Apperently State legislators in these contested States have 3 options, and must decide by a date certain (Dec 20?).
They can certify the results, and select electors.
They can reject the results, and seat Trump electors.
OR, they can simply REFUSE to select any electors, at all leaving it up to the House.
Personally, I THINK Trump legal team CAN take enough of these cases through the courts, and prevail, to make the issue moot.
If not, there will be enormous pressure from both ‘sides’, including threats and intimidation, that the State legislators will be very tempted to do #1 or #3.

I agree, and heres a point; unlike muh Russia and Ukraine shampeachment, where much of the evidence was govt documents hid behind ‘classified’ and redactions, the evidence Rudy has detailed, that he is collecting, verifying and establishing a clear chain of evidence and admissability, for contesting the results, is ALSO irrefutable and indefensible evidence of Federal and State Felonies.
And, by showing it occurred not only in multiple vote counting locations within a State, but in various States, can be prosecuted under Conspiracy Statutes.
As this plays out, I THINK this may play a role in breaking the back of the opposition.

They have offered no defence, cause there IS no defence, and while the enemy can block this info in “the court of public opinion” and so score a temporary appearance of a win, no responce is not an option, in court.
You can not defend the indefensible, and pounding fists on the defense table won’t work, when there is no jury, and these initial cases, deciding election law WILL be in front of Judges, not juries.

How does that work? How do the numbers actually get to the tv screen? Is there some sort of automatic transmission directly from the vote counter to the network or is there a human being reading the counts and then keying them into the tv graphic? I ask because it possible they just keyed the addition to the wrong guy (iow simple human error typo that got corrected). Not saying I think that’s what happened but I think it makes a difference to know how and where the actual swaperoo happened.

I believe these are the people who also have CA homes (or elsewhere). Nev has no income tax. CA has a very high income tax so many Californians have purchased other homes, often condos in NEV.
In order to avoid CA income tax, one has to prove the primary residence is Nev, which means one has to have utility bills and other ways of proving that a person spends more than 50% of his time residing in Nev.
So, I just want to warn folks that it makes sense that these people, in order to avoid paying taxes in CA are usually pretty careful about voting in NEv, not in CA.
IT will be hard for the Trump team to say these ballots are invalid, for in most cases, they either ARE valid or nearly impossible to prove they aren’t.

The data is not totally current, but I checked recent data and there still is a large unexplanable descrepancy.
Biden has about 100K more votes than is reasonable, given the down ballot vote count for the demoncrat. You don’t see that in the 2016 data or other districts in VA.

1) Affidavits
2) Death certificates
We will use the funds to acquire voter data from the seven swing states (and more depending on funding) and cross reference the early/absentee/inactive voters who cast ballots with the Master Death Index and the National Change of Address Database to detect potentially fraudulent ballots.
We will then deploy a call center to track down people who moved or were otherwise inactive and ask that they confirm whether or not they actually cast a ballot. Anyone who says they did not will be provided with an affidavit.

I received something in the mail, addressed to someone else — maybe a prior resident but definitely not the people who lived here before us because we knew them. It was from Georgia telling me to mail it in to get an absentee ballot. Had I done that, I could have voted in Georgia in addition to Virginia. I knew right then and there that this election was going to be a sham.
