Please activate an Executive Order that requires that the envelopes from mail-in ballots be preserved for safe-keeping; so that the Postage Meter Identification Numbers can be documented in spreadsheets.
It is beneficial to know if any meters were used for multiple envelopes then look for patterns by correlating geographical origins, locations of business users, and candidate selection.

I’ve never voted by mail, or been involved in ballot counting, so I have a few questions:
1) Are mail-in ballots the same as the ones you use when you vote in person? I mean is there anything about them that makes it obvious they ARE mail-in (other than being folded)?
2) And when it’s time to count them, are the observers supposed to be there watching AS the envelopes are opened?
3) And if so, is a precise count kept of the number of total envelopes opened in that way?
The reason I’m asking is…
4) If later on there’s a claim that some envelopes were opened WITHOUT observers being present, would there be evidence of that by comparing the number of ballots to the “envelopes opened with observers present” running tally?

Jello, the ballots are different in each state. They are often signed along the seal so it’s obvious if someone opens it to change the vote. Vote harvesters prize those envelopes to use for fraud. HOWEVER, the rush in these places like Detroit and Philly has been to immediately separate ballots from the verification so that disqualifying spoiled ballots is impossible. The fight has been to have courts demand ballots and sketchy envelopes belt together and put aside. Dems don’t care, they specialize in law breaking and evidence destruction. I would stop the counts wherever they were when they closed up shop so early and overnight Biden +200,000, with no other totals changing. I spent all day Saturday comparing signatures on absentee ballots by mail to make the first pass for the ballot board. If the signatures on the carrier envelope and on the application for ABBM matched, we opened the carrier envelope and removed the secrecy envelope and gave those to the clerk to verify our counts and group the envelopes for the ballot board to open and extract the ballots for counting. The empty carrier envelopes were returned to the particular voter’s file for the year (a slightly larger envelope) and the outside of the file envelope was marked with if the ballot was accepted for counting or not. If not, why not. The accepteds and the not accepteds were kept segegrated and accounted for.
We were each given stacks of 10 files and worked through our stacks at the same time. The table was cleared before the next stacks of 10 files were handed out. We counted our stacks when we received them and before we handed them in. We told the clerk how many of our current stack were accepted/rejected/questionable. She received our stacks, recorded how we reported them, recounted them, put rubber bands on them, kept the tallies and reconciled the numbers.
The ballot board was to meet on Monday and Tuesday to open the secrecy envelopes and extract the ballots that we had okayed, vote on the signatures we had rejected or found questionable, deal with provisional ballots, and qualify signatures from any ABBMs that arrived after we finished on Saturday and through election day on Tuesday.
1) The ABBMs use the same ballots as everyone else except for citizens residing overseas. Their ballots are limited to federal races.
2) No, there is no requirement for observers/pollwatchers. That is up to the various parties or candidates who would sponsor them.
Such boards/committees that are involved in the qualification or challenges to ballots cast outside of the in-person norm are usually composed of representatives of both parties. We had no pollwatchers that day. We all sat around a conference table. Nobody was reaching below tabletop level except when I grabbed my water bottle a couple of times. No ballots left the room and no new ballots came in. When we finished, the ballots were placed in old metal ballot boxes that were sealed with single use zip tie type seals while we were all in the room. The number of ballots were recorded along with the serial numbers of the seals then were used. We all signed the paper where that information was documented.

Wow, thanks for all that… yeah, it helps a lot. So regarding the “secrecy envelope”, I assume that has no identifying info on it? Once it’s taken out of the mailing envelope (that has the signature on it) it, and the enclosed ballot, is then completely anonymous?
So… if there WAS someone stupid/dishonest enough to try to add a bunch of mail-in ballots later, it would be really hard since they would also have to include the envelopes, so that the count (ballots vs envelopes) would match. Okay, I’m starting to feel a little better about how hard it would be to pull off a scam where a bunch of fraudulent ballots were sent in, thanks to the signature checking along with the tally of envelopes/ballots.

Ballot harvesting using the absentee system probably is more common. There were 4 persons near here who fraudulently applied for and received absentee ballots by mail in order to steal a county commissioner’s seat. They were indicted a couple of months ago.

ABBMs are not completely anonymous. The ballot serial number is recorded in a database when it is mailed out to the voter who requested it. All ballots have to be accounted for.
For the people handling the ballot in the course of opening the secrecy envelope, the ballot is anonymous.
I would think they would have to be physically different. My reason is, at least in Maryland, the ballot we receive at the polling place is a long form, or legal-sized form and there are no folds in it so it can be run through the scanning machine. I would assume if you got one in the mail it would have to be configured differently so it would fit in an envelope and would be folded.
Yes, mailed ballots are folded, but as soon as you fold the ballot the opposite way on the score line, it flattens. It goes through the machine just fine. As an election judge this year, as we removed ballots from envelopes, we back folded them to flat.
In my state, the mail ins were the same except had a colored banner at the top while the in person ballots did not. So, yes, they can be uniquely identified in my state.
This was the process in Mass for the mail-in whether they were absentee or true mail-ins. First, the voter requests the Ab or MI ballot. In my state, they send you one and mark against your name you’ve been sent one at the town hall who controls the election. There is also a scannable bar code on the face of the envelope with your name, address, precinct.
If you chose to send in your ballot (some do not), you mail it back to the TH who controls the ballots. The TH official (Town Clerk’s office) marks your ballot as ‘being returned’ for you specifically. They store it in a secure area until Election Day still sealed. On Election Day, the sealed ballots are delivered to the appropriate precinct assigned to the voter by an official town hall official. At the precinct, we scan the bar code into the iPad registration system showing a MI ballot was received pending processing. Once we scan the bar code at the precinct to acknowledge receipt of the ballot from the town hall, then open the envelope and process the ballot into the ballot scanner machine. The scanning of the bar code by us at the precinct indicates we have processed the ballot in the ballot box system (OCR reader), which also tabulates a running count of the ballots processed by the ballot box.
There are tally sheets (summary sheets) prepared at the end of the election night after the polls have closed summarizing the walk-in voters to whom we gave ballots and the number of delivered ballots from the TH which needs to match the number of TH ballots delivered to us for processing on Election Day.
No observers showed up on Election Day. However, our ballot machine totals include walk ins (confirmed on our iPad which hold the voter registrations) and the delivered ballots from the town hall. Because we log all ballots cast into the iPad registration system, the iPad quantity of registered voters we processed must match the number of ballots recorded by the ballot box automated counter. In our case, the iPad registrations processed matched the ballot box system count. The TH officials would be able to tell if we did not process a mail in ballot at the ballot box, because the registration system would show it was sent to the voter, received by the town hall, but not processed by our precinct.
I am sure there are times when the ballots are failed to be recorded in the ballot box as you are dealing with human error, but not sure how the town would resolve this. Perhaps they call the voter and have them record another ballot for the one that was lost. But the town would be able to determine which voter specifically did not have a ballot entered in the ballot box by the precinct officials because the voter record would show the TH received their ballot, but we failed to process it in the ballot box.
The iPad registration will not allow a voter to process 2 ballots into the system. We had voters show up that the iPad indicated they were sent a MI ballot but not yet received by the TH. Our process was to confirm they had not sent it in, in which case we could give them a paper ballot at the precinct to cast. Once we overrode the iPad registration system to hand them a paper ballot, there is no way a mail in ballot can be registered against that voter if say the voter really mailed one in to be received at a later time. The system would only allow one vote per voter, no matter if an in-person vote or a mail in. In other words, the system would not allow an in person ballot AND a MI ballot be processed against one voter. The system would only allow a one-to-one relationship.Hope this makes sense.

Many of you may have seen scenes of what was going on and they are all accurate. What Martin Luther King died fighting was pulled out of the Democrat’s Jim Crow playbook and deployed in 2020 Detroit.
Background:
On Monday, both parties were working on the ballot process with a lot of pushback resistance from the Democrats on how it was to work. The Republican Party mobilized a special team to work on the ballot verification as they were opened. There are 139 tabulating/verification tables with both a Democrat and Republican challenge worker. There was a lot of people mobilized and trained for this effort. They worked all day Tuesday and thought it was winding up on Wednesday. The Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson stated as such on Election Day. Then suddenly on Wednesday @ 4 am 30,000+ ballots showed up needing counting. At that point, the Republican Party put out an emergency call @ 9:47 for people to do poll challenging as the original team was worn out.
My Experience:
I answered the call and I was at TCF Center at 11:30. I am proud to say that about 200 of us showed up about the same time. It was like the Minutemen of 1776. I went to the Republican room as I had to be re-credentialled. I noticed at that point a swarm of people signing in to get into the hall where ballots were being counted. More on that later. We got our instructions on how to properly challenge suspicious ballots when the word came down that the counting hall was full and no more people were being admitted. At the same time the Fire Marshall declared that TCF was at its COVID limit and barred people from coming in.
Michigan Law permits recognized voter integrity groups to also poll challenge. Who the swarm of people were was democrat leaning voter groups showing up “to challenge”. In reality, they were there to obstruct the one Republican challenge worker from properly performing their task. The work force was also very hostile. The other challenge team members would jostle, get in front of the Republican Challenger preventing the person to see if the person was registered and tried to verbally intimidate them. They looked for reasons to have a person removed from having a “mask violation” when they adjusted it to perceived infractions that they magnified. However not many were removed. Training and maturity helped.
I never got into the counting hall. These actions were described to me by several workers who were in the room working. One person asked where some of the “voter integrity” groups were from. Most were from Ann Arbor where University of Michigan is located. In other words they were prepped in advance to come in by someone.
Then we got the word that no Republican challengers would be allowed in but independent poll watchers would be. There was one such organization that supported the Republican Party and many of us transitioned to that organization. But when we got to the polling check in area they refused admittance to us. That is when the noisy protests started and were filmed. One election official came out and tried to explain about what was happening but we did not buy it. He said that there was check in sheets and all Republican slots were filled. No one knew that they had to sign out so we know that there was gaps because we could see tables without coverage. This caused the noisy demonstrations to on for several hours. During this whole time members of the press were freely allowed to go into this “over crowded” room which increased our ire.
We practiced our first amendment rights to peacefully assemble and express our grievances. The Detroit police was there but nobody hassled or bothered them. We know that is was not them that was performing this injustice, nor was it the minimum salary clerks doing their duties as trained but rather it was Jocelyn Benson and Janice M. Winfrey Detroit City Clerk and other members of the Board of Elections with the Democratic Party. On the outside of TFC there were protests with some BLM counter protesters too.
During our peaceful protest, a CHALLENGE WORKER, not a city employee started to put up blocking posters to prevent us from seeing what was going on. It was taken down once but it came back up and remained. We waited and waited with a cadre of people and periodically they would let in some dribs and drabs of poll challengers calling out for democratic, republican or non-partisan challengers. What they allowed in we filled in immediately. We have been camped out at that entrance watching and waiting. A second shift came in after the BLM protesters went home and are still there. I left at 10:30 to be ready to go in again tomorrow. I got a text from one of the second shift challengers that city employees were leaving the voting center with ballots. They got pictures of that. Another truckload of ballots has arrived and is waiting to be pulled in. None of the waiting challengers has been allowed in as of Thursday 1:55 am when I write this.
Conclusion:
This was voter fraud that was pre-planned and organized. This went on in several states so it is a national conspiracy. They got the voting day totals plus waited for all the rural and suburban counties to report their absentee totals. They then pulled out the needed “harvested” ballots for the count. They harassed and try to intimidate the Republicans from performing their duties to verify the vote. If the process was conducted properly and Biden had truly won then we would have assurance that the process was free and fair. We know it is not. They made sure that Biden won. They made all the down ballot democrats won too including John James. (The Democratic Party has demonstrated they know how to put a black man in his place). This will end up in the Supreme Court. I hope for a re-ordered FEDERALLY SUPERVISED election in early January to get a true winner. All the states that have these irregularities should be re-done.
Future Actions Needed:
This is not a bitch or moan memo but one that describes what has happened and what we need to do in the future.
The first assessment is a harsh but true one. When Trump wins Michigan, it will be IN SPITE of the Michigan Republican Party and not because of it. The dis-organized nature of how the Republican party manages things has really appalled me. When they put out the call for volunteers, they had no plan to quickly process, train and deploy us. They had no proper instruction on how to challenge poll questions. Instead it was a shouted class that was repeated over and over. No deployment plan was in place. It was a stampede of people rushing from place to place when we heard something. I experienced the same with election day preparation. I did not get my precinct challenge credentials until 1:37 am the day of the election with no instructions or attachments. If this was the Rhonda McDaniel’s organization she put in place, then no wonder why the Republican Party is a mess.
Second, we the remnants of the Tea Party must take over the Republican party. This is my first time really being part of the election process. We need to run people and take over the leadership roles and use our business acumen to organize and plan for elections. I plan on running next year for a position so I can help influence the mid-term election and turn out the tyrant Whitmer. Get out there and find the right person to primary against the established comfortable leaders content with the current state of things. We need to plan to counter act the Democrats shenanigans not to do the same thing.
Third, we have to force a deep and I mean deep proctology exam of these Democratic cities and root out the fraud and corruption. It is not racist to demand that a minority official run an election as well as a white person. I will be checking out TRUE THE VOTE and see what we can do in Michigan.
To repeat, what I witnessed was what Martin Luther King died fighting and it saddens and yet fills me with resolve. Let it do the same for you as the righteous will win in the end. Remain filled with cold anger as we work through this conspiracy and beyond. Look at what you can do. The longest journey starts with a single step. Put on your shoes and put that one foot forward. You will not be alone walking this road. I will walk along side of you.

Spartacus, Thank you for relaying your first-hand witness testimony regarding what happened in Detroit. It’s helpful to know what really happened there. Now that you’ve typed it up, you may want to spread it around far and wide so folks know what’s really going on.
Also, I agree on the dismal state of the GOP. In my state and county they lacked leadership skills, were not strategic, never fought to win, and would go into a fetal position and die if someone called them a racist. (I made sure they heard my criticism, and like you, I also took steps to lead on some important issues.)
My close allies and I and I took a lot of abuse (from both sides of the aisle), but persevered and solved the issues we had set out to solve. Our efforts rippled across the nation, helping others as well. Like Trump, I never wanted to be a politician, (and never considered myself one) but it became necessary to hold office for 9 years after 5 years of activism to really finish the work we had set out to do. Long-retired from public service now, but staying vigilant on the national level.

It sounds like the campaign and Federal LE should have been brought in. This is exactly the sort of nonsense that generally only occurs in big blue cities and that should have been expected and that a plan should have been in place to deal with. That’s not your fault, that’s the fault of the local GOP people and the Board of Elections. Ostensibly they exist to ensure the integrity of the process, but clearly that’s the last thing they were concerned about in Detroit.
It’s also the sort of thing that should be addressed by a court, but I have little faith in them at this point.

Republicans tend to naively see everyone as AMERICANS, who were educated in civics and would be mortified if the democratic process was being tampered with. So, for this reason they don’t think ballot-watchers are really that necessary… it has not dawned on them that Democrats view Democracy as an impediment/obstacle to overcome, not something that is sacrosanct. There’s a lot of truth in that, Anon… And there’s a greater truth in what you just said that is probably best left unsaid for now, but that doesn’t mean that the process is a “sham”. All it means is that in certain places there was not only a lack of ethics, but a criminal effort to allow the vote to be compromised, and a wholesale lack of anyone doing anything about it when legal poll-watchers and people who’d registered to be part of the process were obstructed in doing their job.
I don’t know what it would take to get on the Board of Elections in a place like Detroit, but so long as you have dishonorable people involved in the process, expect nothing less.
There’s a saying about how if we fail to lead, we’ll be led by inferior people; prayers, belief in the good nature of our “fellow Americans” and CTH posts are all well and good, but they’re no substituted for leadership. That means getting involved with the political process on a local and county level and being a part of the organs of government so as to be a backstop against just this sort of thing. Everyone can’t run for President, but pretty much anyone can get involved with local School Boards, City Councils and county-level Boards of Election – which is what mattered here.

I did so after the Bush/Gore debacle and worked as an election volunteer for the state GOP for 5 elections in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) PA. Voter registration lists followed by absentee voting are the weak points. Registration rolls were never updated. When someone dies or relocates to another state their name remains on the list and can be ‘voted’. Biden may have received 70 million votes, but there is no way 70 million people cast a vote. Persons registered but dis-interested or ambivalent can ‘vote’. The democrats always favor a more casual approach to voting – – motor voter registration, same day registration, no voter id, early voting, and now mail-in ballots mailed to everybody on the list. We cannot ‘keep this republic’ as Ben Franklin challenged us to do, if we only focus on the election procedure / protocol at times such as this, or if we defer to the democrats to staff the polling apparatus at all levels. We can’t keep this republic if we cannot be inconvenienced to vote in person on election day absent compelling circumstances. We cannot keep this republic if everybody who walks into the polling place has not pre-registerd and has valid id. We need to actively maintain this republic. We need to insert ourselves into the process. We need to be in the rooms where the counting occurs.
Let’s say Trump wins despite the cheating. Should Trump let bygones be bygones or press on with the voter fraud investigation and punish everyone involved right down the person who dumps wastepaper baskets?

We discussed it at the time, and 2018 made clear that some of them did not intend to leave things to chance going forward. An ancillary benefit (sic) of all of the resistance was tying up the president’s ability to even communicate with his attorney general on a basis compatible with historical precedent, with collusion charges worthy of peach mint hanging over every interaction, especially as it related to oversight.
How many times did we have to hear that the two of them didn’t even talk a lot of the time, after question for asked that would’ve been a basis for appearances of conflict, collusion and so forth worthy of Vindman-type charges from “whistleblowers”? While everybody tweeted at everybody else, the opportunities to mobilize on the election reform end withered on the vine. Add in the virus lockdowns, and any last-minute fixes or transparency moves became more difficult than tweeting displeasure, and apparently with it on the vine as well. And here we are.
Documenting the election fraud is a good idea, it won’t change anything but the more people are aware of the corruption hopefully some people will understand the danger. As usual the suppression of information by big tech and the MSM will make the job of reaching the general public near impossible. If you want to know who won the election look at big tech stocks GOOG, FB, AMZN over the last 2 days.
We need to keep fighting for each mind, day after day. There are many oblivious people, some might be awakened. Reaching them is the challenge, 99% of the media is corrupt and people have to want to look for places like here.
I was born in WI, grew up in PA and live in FL. I am emotionally invested in this election. A few thoughts on the outstanding races.
The Arizona situation is interesting for the Senate race. McSally improved 22,000 votes in the dump last night. It is possible she could overtake Kelly, although she needs to capture 45K more votes than Trump. This is important for the Senate. Assuming Tillis, Collins and Sullivan win, a Kelly win would make it 50-48 R/D. If GA goes to a double run off, the democrats will pour $$$ into those races to make it 50-50 in the Senate with VP Harris (or her soon to be announced VP) casting the deciding vote, all to the rapid demise of our country. You know Perdue will end up at 49.98%, right?
Pennsylvania is a mess. Does anyone know how many outstanding votes there are in PA? It seems that the Governor keeps having press conferences saying “We have a million outstanding votes” every three hours. That must be after he gets a text from Philly. Also, are the recorded votes including the challenges votes received after Tuesday 8 pm? Are they counting them and then separating them or separating them and waiting to count? I am not confident that Trump can hold the lead with all that is happening there.
MN and WI both allow same day voter registration. MN registered over 500K in 2004 when Obama won. But I can’t believe that Biden, a candidate that held a rally one week before the election in Milwaukee and got 20 people to show up, is so compelling that he was able to “turn out” a record number of voters in the state. That fact and the mysterious middle of the night 100% Biden vote dumps in WI and MI just don’t pass the smell test.
God is sovereign but keep praying. He never excludes us from his verification room!
God will work His good and perfect will, but our participation in prayer is required. More than anything He wants us to be faithful in all that He’s directed us to do: Praying, preaching/witnessing, and kindly deeds in the name of Jesus.
I think the many citizen videos and reports of irregularities are evidence that He’s tripping up the enemies of justice, honesty, and the law.

http://www.270towin.com will provide some information on outstanding votes, but it’s a rather convoluted process in finding the info. In order to find updated official vote results in each State (before any legal challenges that is) here’s what I do from time to time.
Go to Menu/President/2020 Presidential Election Results/
Scroll down to the national map. It is here where you will find current up to date election results State by State. Click on PA ( or any State of interest). Scroll a little down in the President section where they provide current totals for both votes and percentages for each candidate. In the bottom of this small table it is here where they show how many votes have been counted, and “estimated % in”. By performing a little basic math, one should then be able to calculate an estimate of remaining votes to be counted (before the scoundrels continuously add to that number so that Biden wins, that is.)

Exactly. I don’t get why people keep sharing this. Also, if DHS did print ballots with a special marking, does anyone really think that info could have been kept secret from dems? Throughout the day and evening yesterday an abundance of thoughts were swirling through my mind, but foremost was the certainty that Biden did not elicit the turnout we’re seeing in the results – not by mail-in voting and not by in person voting. Human nature puts people gravitating towards a winner, being on the winning side. That side clearly belongs to us and our President. You can’t get more “winning” than that, right?
I firmly believe that the democrats tried to rig the 2016 election for Hillary – they simply underestimated (by a large amount) what it would take to achieve the win. They did it again in 2018 with much better results. This time, though, they needed an excuse to have 1,000,000s of mail in ballots out there to work with. This is where the crazy conspiracy part of my thinking took off…
Would it be beyond the international elitists wishing to create a Marxist/Communist Utopia (NWO Bilderberg, etc.) to have orchestrated the creation of a slightly new coronavirus and released it in China (where so many of these new, deadly viruses originate)? Possibly with the consent of the Chinese leadership with promises of future reward for the blame that would be placed on China?
Once the virus took hold around the world the obvious progression was hyped up hysteria with the help of the MSM and local government officials. Lock downs of cities and states. Fear of going to vote in person. Distancing at the polls and ballot counting headquarters on election day. Etc, etc, etc.
THIS is what it would take to have a plausible reason for needing 1,000,000s of mail in ballots in a U.S. presidential election. And, serendipitously, it is exactly what the Dems got. Really? Is it really just a coincidence that this happened when Trump was well positioned for a landslide reelection? Is it because God smiles on the Democrats? (We know that isn’t so!)
Is this why Nancy Pelosi stated with such certainty and derision that “Donald Trump is not going to win reelection”? Is this why Hillary cautioned Biden “Do not concede no matter what”? Why Biden, despite being so unlikable and running an absent campaign, was so confident of winning the election?
The lives of the world’s peasants (including us here in the U.S.A.) mean nothing to these global elitists. Would it hurt their sensibilities to kill of 100s of 1000s of them to achieve their goal in the U.S. Presidential election? Would they lose even a minute of sleep? They’re sociopaths, so not likely.
Then I kept asking myself, so what do we do? How do you fight back against this? Generally, in civil society, you fight with your vote. This is no longer a viable option, obviously. If this voter fraud and theft of the election is allowed to stand, we’ll never have a real election again. When a people lose their belief in the sanctity of the electoral process we devolve into a literal Banana Republic, because voter fraud on this level takes cooperation (or at least complicity) at all levels of government to succeed.
This leaves us only with a 2nd Civil War in this country, but we’re not well positioned for that here in the 21st Century, in this moment in time. The country’s division isn’t isolated to regions, it’s embedded throughout each and every state of our union. The reality of this kind of Civil War would result in parent against child, brother against brother, neighbor against neighbor. It would tear our country into pieces and we would never put it together again. The bloodshed would be massive.
And the Dems know this, too.
So how do we win moving forward. Anyone have any idea? I haven’t been able to get there, yet.

Not like protests we see here with signs and gatherings but people very dissatisfied.

Wow. I think you’re right. I am very afraid that if allowed to steal this election the cold anger the patriots of this nation have been harboring, the silent score keeping of the underhanded dealings, the insanity of the left being championed by the media and Hollywood is going to boil over.
There is only so much corrective action that can be taken if we cannot have fair and free elections, which appears to be the case. That only leaves one option – the “nuclear” option.
I’m afraid that moment is upon us. God help us all, but we will do what must be done to preserve this wonderful Republic that was gifted to us, paid for with the blood of our patriotic forefathers and preserved for us with the blood of our relatives.
I sincerely believe that we will NOT sit quietly by while the lunatic left destroys our country and turns it into a dystopia of their choosing.

I think you are right. People should document the election fraud and try to get the information out, there may be some people who will understand the danger. It will be very difficult to get the information in front of the general public understanding how big money, big tech, the MSM censor and ‘debunk’ any facts that do not support their agenda. We are not reaching the brainwashed who are manipulated by DNC media generated emotional mantras. I may be optimistic in thinking people can be awakened but we need that. They suggested going there armed. My first reaction was “oh that’s too far.” It’s too late now but I’m now wondering what might have happened if someone or a group of people did.
