I flipped over to ABC during the NBC commercial and heard him say that. I said, WTH? Since when did he teach consitutional laws let alone for 21 years!!!???

You can tell NBC wrote the voters’s questions. .Immediately after Trump responds, she zings him with a gotcha question. It’s all heavily coordinated. Watch the questions and see how she jumps in for the attack with complete preparation.
The President is beautifully prepared, high energy and doing a superb job. Keeping his cool under combative conditions by a woman.

That is what I told my son. Keep your hands on the wheel and be respectful and don’t argue with the cop. Take care of it in court. I am white, my son is white. I get really irritated when I watch these black women acting like it is a terrible thing that they have to tell their sons that. I believe it is often the mother’s attitude that makes the difference.

Nope. In fact, about a year ago, I was sitting in the passenger seat keeping my mouth shut as he was speeding over the limit when he got pulled over by a cop. He did just what he had been taught, was respectful, kept his hands on the wheel, and took it like a man. The cop was very stiff and formal at first but then loosened up and was very nice. I am sure my 31 yr old son was much more mortified at being pulled over with me sitting next to him than he was at having to pay the fine. LOL
Heh-heh – I remember being in the passenger seat also, when the little old white lady I was with got pulled over doing just under 100mph on the FL Turnpike. She wanted me to drive, but I refused to drive as fast as she wanted. 🙂

Where I live, police pull over young drivers of all races. They know teenagers get into all kinds of things. I warned my son and daughters to always be respectful to the police.

As a teenage white female—when I got my drivers license that is one of the “lectures” that I got. Keep your hands in view at all times, when getting registration and license make sure that they can see you, etc. Be respectful even if you don’t agree.
But then again—I got that lecture from a retired policeman. He told me that some of the most dangerous situations a cop is placed in are traffic stops and domestic calls.
It is just a very practical safe thing to do. And, I appreciate a cop being careful.
