It’s that time again when we kick-off the pre-election ground reports. With Treepers in every state, your information is actually a great insight into the political landscape.
Individual reports are obviously anecdotal; however, when they are compiled on a larger scale, and overlaid against the social media network we also follow, these ground reports have proven to be pretty darned accurate.
Recent state polling in Florida (not done by national media) shows President Trump with a considerable lead over Joe Biden. The stronger than 2016 support from Miami-Dade and the increase in Latino voters for President Trump are a significant factor. Local data and ground reality both support my own review that the Florida margin in 2020 is near the Ohio margin in 2016. Without large mail-in ballot manipulation the Harris-Biden ticket doesn’t stand a chance in Florida. It’s over.
EXAMPLE-2: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were in Phoenix, Arizona, and the lack of support was remarkable. A ground report from Phoenix aligns with the visible reality and highlights a true reflection avoided by MSM:
I live in Phoenix. I’d like to file the following report “on the ground” here in Arizona.
There are reports Joe Biden drew eight people in Phoenix when he visited here last Thursday.
The enthusiasm gap is staggering. There is very little real/organic support for Biden. Very few yard signs and very few Biden/Harris car bumper stickers. By contrast, there are hundreds and hundreds of old cars/pickups with Trump flags and American flags driving around. This morning, I saw a “Democrats for Trump” bumper sticker.
I have “coffee with the cops” whenever I can and the Democrat’s avowed support for Antifa/Anarchists has turned all the cops against Biden. They called his anti-police polices “bleep.” I can’t imagine any police union member supporting for him.
People here want a job not a government handout. Cindy McCain has zero support and virtually no influence.
My two boys recently graduated from ASU and were shocked by the college faculty’s attempt at liberal indoctrination. They just wanted to get a job after graduation. They will be voting for Trump (based on their own life experiences, not mine).
We the people are being sold a “bill of goods” about Biden the likes of which I’ve never seen or imagined. It is an epic crock.
God speed, patriots! (link)
All visible support for President Trump is genuinely organic, grassroots and easily identifiable as not being politically coordinated. Conversely all media-focused support for Joe Biden -used to frame the current election narrative- is transparently astroturf, inorganic and easily identified as being contrived. There truly is a remarkable and easily witnessed distinction.
Additionally, I see the COVID weaponization for political purposes as a net negative. No-one has ever won an election by relying on American voters to be stupid. We have our political differences but the DNA in our national blood carries a strong BS detector. Once people pay attention, in the aggregate Americans can tell when things are manipulated.
So here’s the question… What do you see in your area?
What is the visible situation from your community and how does that contrast or align with the national narrative you are seeing as promoted by media?
Ground reports are a great way to get a *sense* of the election.
I must report from insane Portland Oregon that this City is lost to Biden. The suburbs and country are mostly Trump land but the big cities will swamp the rest of state in votes as usual.
I spend my energy and money supporting folks ourside of Oregon in more sane states. Oregon remains blue . Many patriots fight on here..
I’m with you, William. In my suburban Portland neighborhood I’ve seen a grand total of one Biden sign. No Trump. But we all know the reason for that. We don’t want to be firebombed.
On the other hand, when we go over to our place in Central Oregon it is a breath of fresh air to see all the Trump flags and signs. Portland is gone, but we can take heart there are still tens of thousands of Patriot Oregonians.
Don’t forget that even though OR will vote Biden, your vote for Pres. Trump will count in the popular vote. I want to see a decisive win in both Electoral College and popular vote this time around.
Two questions:
1. Are you and your family safe?
2. What are you seeing in the eastern counties of Oregon?

I live in Michigan near Flint. The yard signs and flags I see for Trump are overwhelming! This is a very union town obviously because of GM.
Just yesterday I was behind a semi that was carrying loads for GM and written on the back of the dirty door was TRUMP 2020.
When I wear my Trump hat I get many love your hat comments from total strangers.
I believe Big Gretch Whitmer has casted more votes for Trump than the M$M here wants to admit to.
There has been a plethora of grassroots and organic groups that have sprung up here in the Mitten since the lockdown.
People who had no interest in politics before the Chinese Flu.
I see more pumpkins and firewood for sale signs than I do Biden signs.
i’ll chime in right here….70 miles south of flint in macomb county, michigan. Trump signs out number Biden signs at least 10-1.
there are even spontaneous Trump demonstrations at traffic intersections.
4 years ago i had the only Trump sign around and there were zero hillary signs anywhere. Now there are trump signs everywhere.
I work at GM and we dominate the shop floor…dominate.
Upstate South Carolina – I see sheep in masks.
Howdy neighbor. I see the same. Hard to believe but true.
As for the election, if you were to turn off your tv and radio, you wouldn’t even know that there was one 3 weeks away. Very little signage anywhere. No rally’s for any candidate that I have seen or heard of. I think people here are just tired of it all. I’m just praying that they wake up long enough to vote.
Are you sure you didn’t slip into Charlotte by accident, Sharpshorts.
Sheep are abundant.
Unfortunately, it’s a world-wide condition.
Just acriss the border in NC, I used to drop down to the upstate area because it was open for business before NC. So it’s hard to believe and sad to see it masking still.
And though where I live I believe it’s still Trump country, I too see far more masking than not. It’s possible that one can be snowed by the COVID scam and still vote for Trump, seeing his reelection as the only way out.
I just spent a day driving from South Dakota to Ft Collins Colorado. I saw many many Trump signs along the road in front of ranches and homes. In Ft Collins many of the homes had Trump signs. One place in Ft Collins had a Biden sign and it was in Old Town at a Voter Registration place. We started counting Trump signs. Gave up after 15-20. Spotted one Biden sign and that was back in South Dakota. Watching social media I see an anti-Trump statement now and then but I have yet to see a “pro-Biden” post.
I don’t think there is actually a Biden campaign anymore. I gotta tell you: If this isn’t gaslighting by the media then I don’t know the definition.
I’ve been following CTH for a long time, both my husband and I, but am just now joining the discussion because it truly seems like it’s a last refuge for a voice in a society that is being muzzled!! We live in Michigan, West Michigan,so we are known for being way more conservative than the east side. As we drive around, our five kids count the signs… WAY more Trump signs…. and our kids cheer TRUMP whenever they see a sign! Unfortunately I cant speak for the entire state but around here there are way fewer Biden signs. Even randomn people I talk with at the grocery store seem very tired of the strict enforcement of masks and misery governor Whitmer has ordered. Most people seem to hate the situation but are scared to stand up. There are a growing number of people at the grocery store NOT complying with mask order…. I talk with them every chance I get….getting bolder! I think we are a polite quiet majority who needs to be bolder and speak up.
And speak up now – the clock is ticking
Don’t be shy to say anything…AND welcome to the Treehouse…grab a limb!!!! ??
Copper Country, Upper Peninsula, Michigan. All signs in my neighborhood are Trump signs. Only Biden sign I saw was getting closer to Houghton and the college. Had a BIG parade for Trump last week. 100 or more cars and trucks.
Welcome to the ‘Last last refuge of the high road’ Amanda.
Also in west MI. There are fewer Biden signs yet I’m still unsure this means fewer Biden voters. Here’s why I wonder… the large numbers and the “religiosity” of the mask wearers. What’s the real percentage Trump is up in Michigan? Are the polls actually correct? I won’t ever understand why, but people seem to enjoy following these mandates for some sick reason – maybe they’re not too affected by them like those with kids in school and those who must work in them.
We display our Trump flag, our yard sign, and also wear our t-shirts and hats around. I’ve never done this for a candidate before in my life. I’m honored to have an opportunity to vote for Trump next month!
Everywhere matters.
But the Don HAS to win Texas AND Florida……. or it’s goodnight.
Of course, in the future neither will be winnable for a non-Democrat ever again due to legal 3rd world immigration who vote their culture.
Coulter is right and that’s unacceptable speech here, I know.
Sadly you might be right one day. I do hold out hope that those minds can be changed over time, before it’s too late.
Coastal portion of Los Angeles County:
Within my 20×20 block neighborhood there are about 15 BH signs. Far fewer than Hillary signs in 2016. (Although a few of those are still up!) One sign says “Any functioning adult”, which I found ironic. One says “Trump will inject you with bleach”, so that gives you a clue to the mentality of some of my neighbors.
We learned real fast back in 1983 when we moved in, that your house, car, or both would be vandalized if anyone even thought you were republican! We had a “gift” of dog poo in a bag left on our front porch after my father-in-law’s car was parked in our driveway displaying a Pearl Harbor Survivor bumper sticker… and that was 15 years ago. It is so much worse now. There is a valid fear of speaking up. For example, poison has been put in people’s yards and dogs mysteriously die. Civil discussions are mostly impossible because there is so much TDS. There is not even one Trump sign, nor were there any in 2016. It is hard to believe anyone should have to feel this way in our beloved USA.
However… I do see a glimmer of hope. Many more homes are flying the American Flag than I’ve ever seen before… and not just on holidays. Like others here have mentioned, I take that as a sign that theses might be Trump supporters. I hope and pray it is so. When I’ve encountered a few of these people I’ve tried to strike up a conversation that might give a clue to their beliefs. Over the past 2 weeks I’ve found 2 potential Trump supporters, but only one would actually admit it… at least so far. ?
That is truly sad.
The “Any Functioning Adult” signs (and similar “Anyone But Trump” signs) make me laugh too, and those signs are rather popular in Wisconsin for the people who will be voting the Biden ticket… The liberals who I have spoken to do not particularly like their own candidate, but they just hate Trump with a passion, and they love to parrot media talking points regarding current events…
A coworker of mine (a solid Democrat) used to think that the China virus wasn’t a big deal (no worse than the flu, and that our reaction to it was way overblown) until the media fear mongering finally broke him… Now, he sanitizes his hands multiple times throughout the day, believes the 200k+ death numbers to be true, and now thinks that the virus is a lot worse than the flu… Gotta love the lying media… :/ He also dislikes Biden, but is still voting for him because he hates Trump so much…
I’m seeing Florida go Trump which means he will probably win. However, I feel like the Senate will turn Democrat due to the Trump voters being less inclined to vote in the contested Senate races. Maybe the Democrats can get something done replacing Obamacare
If the Senate goes To the Dems than Trump will be in the same boat he has been for the last 4 years. I blame the idiots that voted the Dems for Congress for what this Country has gone thru for the past 4 years.
Actually, it’s worse than that. If the Senate goes Democrat and the House remains in Democrat hands, Trump will be impeached and the Senate will oust him by finding him guilty..
Texas is a done deal. The only reason Houston has gone blue is due to massive voter fraud. Let me say this clearly. We are not a purple state. We are red as red gets.
It has become incredibly difficult for illegals to get over the border here. Our threat is higher from those fleeing NY and California. My country is the fastest growing county in the country. We have many people moving from liberal states so it will become imperative that they leave their liberal ideas where they came from and get with the TX freedom program.
I’m a salesman covering Maine/NH so I see a lot of both states. The cities tend to have more Biden support but it’s still way below Trump support. I forecast Trump will win both states. I live in southern ME in York County and my town is completely covered in Trump signs and only 3 Biden signs which are on public land.
We live in the Mid-Coast of Maine and see lots of Trump signs but for the Socialist Republic of Brunswick/Topsham where Biden signs are a plenty(along with many sheeple walking outside in masks), but the Catholic population of Lewiston/Auburn is a awash with Trump signs (with the exception of little Somalia who are probably for Bidet)
Many backroads I drive are where you see Trump signs, and I have a feeling that there many Trump supporters who don’t put up signs for fear of vandalism.
Sorry that was grammatically screwy post?
The enthusiasm meter is high for our President, and low for slow Joe…no doubt. That’s why Dims engineered cheat by mail and mass ballot mailings so their lazy ticks might take a moment’s pause from sucking out blood to fill out a form to keep them on the dole.
Our turnout in Red America must be massive to offset the urban hell hole masses, sloth mail ins and the cheat balloting.
I visited some relatives in Vienna, Va this weekend. Vienna is a DC suburb just outside the beltway. For fun, we kept score of the Biden vs. Trump yard signs. As you’d expect, those who benefit from the size and corruption of the swamp support Joe Biden, but the lopsided extent was surprising. We counted 30+ Biden-Harris signs and couldn’t find a single Tump – Pence sign on our route (International Drive, Gallows Rd, Cedar Ln, Cottage St.).
These people are so out of touch it is truly bewildering. As a nation, we are in the beginnings of a 30-year struggle, to reduce the reach of the administrative state. You’d think the GOP in NOVA could articulate a message that bureaucrats need to shape up and deliver for all Americans and not just special interest groups and globalists – or they risk losing far more as citizens will continue to send outsiders hellbent on reforming swamp corruption. BTW, I’ve yet to hear Mark Warner’s challenger, Daniel Gade, mention his corruption as co-chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence…pathetic!
It’s not surprising. I live in a similar VA city. Last time around there were a fair number of Trump signs and Hillary signs. Now, it’s only Biden. The houses that used to show Trump signs aren’t, but I believe this is out of fear – as my city has had BLM violence in the past and people don’t want to be a target (at least that’s my belief).
Same here – western swamp lands of Prince William County. Honestly, I think this place is a lost cause. Very familiar with FEATHERS route mentioned above…the blue is deeper than the Mariana Trench.
FortvWorth, TX
TCU college town…many professors live in and around our part of town…as well as medical professionals…less mask wearing couples and young families as they walk the neighborhood when compared to a couple of months ago.
Saturday morning I viewed an noticeable increase in Biden signs..almost overnight.
A handful of Tump signs…
Biden signs placed within feet of sidewalk…Tump signs up close to house itself…one massive Trump flag hanging on a front porch..
I would say half of lawns empty of signs..the others with signage as above..
Weekend roadside Trump supporters in front of Post Office.
Received ballot solicitations for sons..both of whom live out of state…both who are in their 20s…
Seems to me…Biden campaign going after youth vote…College professors joining in on that effort.
Our office was a different scenario….I would say 9 to 1 in favor of Trump. Most of the employees live commuting distance outside of Fort Worth. Most are ‘over’ the COVID hype believing it to be political. Protest months ago on bridge where office located…police presence heavy…pushed protesters back into downtown and forced dispersal.
Friends North of Fort Worth in heavily Red area..
As someone wrote above…I am concerned about blue state migration into Texas…BUT…
Gun stores and Bass Pro are VERY busy….certain ammo sold out…Lines at gun counters.
People concerned about 2nd Amendment…we do have more and more American Flags up around town in the last month.
Not giving up on Texas yet!!!!
South Central Pa here, close to gettysburg, Trump signs far out number Biden probably 1000 to 1, better than ’16 easily!!!
My mom lives in Chicago Illinois, my whole family are life long Dims mostly due to union jobs in the city. She went to Indiana with 4 girlfriends to pick apples on Saturday and all but one are voting for Trump. My mom sisters x 3 all fro Chi town are all voting for Trump.
Here a 45 min drive north west of Cincinnati: Trump signs large and small everywhere, very few Biden signs.. Weekend Trump car rallies on the highway loop around the city that passes thru Kentucky and Indiana.
Early voting in Butler Co. is drawing larger than usual crowd. Poll workers are carefully examining drivers licenses and photo ID and signatures. People waiting for parking spaces to open up at board of elections or parking on the grass. All for early voting.
Wife wears Trump facemask is regularly stopped by people who love it.
In Michigan, the Biden handlers are running a classic air campaign, with little ground game, same thing as Hillary did. He doesn’t dare make appearances and get exposed to voters and real questions, same as Hillary’s failed campaign. He made one brief appearance outstate recently, in Grand Rapids. Hillary was similarly vacant, making one appearance in Flint to show she was woke on the water disaster, but everything else was tv commercials hating on Trump. If Biden goes in front of local media, who may not be part of the national fake news media complex, he’ll get burned badly, as he did with in Nevada the other day. That “They don’t deserve to know” is gonna get rammed down his demented throat in a coming Trump campaign maneuver, no doubt. Biden is just a walking gaffe. He has to stay in the basement, or else.
Hillary’s handlers understood that facing the voters reminded the swing voters of all the reasons they hated her. It was a two edged sword. She drove off just as many voters as she attracted, so it was a useless exercise to campaign hard in Michigan (and Wisconsin). She didn’t make a “mistake” in ignoring those states, she had to ignore them so as not to piss off voters to vote against her. She was better off hating on Trump on television, which is what she did. Biden’s doing similarly. Trump’s attacks on China Joe have been devastating here in Michigan. They are magnificently crafted and believe me, they are hitting home. Then you add in his previous rallies here, connecting with the electorate. Not surprisingly, he has an organic ground game as a result.
I go back to Trump’s decision last week to pull many campaign resources out of IA and OH. It implies that Trump knows those states are locked up, or he wouldn’t be doing that, you may depend. That’s the state of the Midwest race, imo. Michigan, PA and WI and MN may still be in play, but he’s obviously on the march in those states, if he’s backing off IA and OH.
The polls in Michigan are a joke, and have been for years, but we already knew that.
The effort to recall Whitmer is now simmering, and it will soon be on the boil, after the election.
Livingston county MI, more eastern and went for Trump in 2016. His grassroots game is strong here, flags on trucks, bumper stickers and yard signs. Saw two young ladies on a sidewalk at an intersection Friday afternoon, with a U.S. flag and a Trump sign, cars were honking, waving, and thumbs up signs. I would expect a higher turn out than before.
Echoing the thought polls are a joke, more along the lines of a sport and if you have the time they can be fun. As to the validity of poos just about that, sometimes spell/grammar checker being disregard produces more accurate results.
I live on the NC/VA border so I see what is happening on both sides. I count signs, flags, stickers, hats every time I go out and President Trump has yet to lose a count. In fact, he blows Biden away. For example, yesterday’s count was 52 – 0, Trump. On Biden’s best day he scored 9. I’m sure he does better in the big cities but out here the small towns seem to be going for Trump.
I’d love for Trump to take VA. The Swamp has basically hijacked the Commonwealth over the past 30 years, but a Trump victory there would give them a punch to the face. They need one.
I’m orginally from NOVA. What used to be red, Reagan supporters is totally swamped with Democrats. 30% of the state’s population live in 6 counties. Ironic, since Loudoun CO. is one of the wealthiest, per capita, counties in the country; but wealth and political affiliation mean nothing any more. The only way I’d ever support D.C. statehood is if they took the 6 NOVA counties, too. That way, the rest of Virginia can go back to red.
I live in Savannah now. Chatham County is split about 55-45 for Democrats. There are more visible BH signs around town. Another indicator of Dem support is the “BLM, Water is Life, Science is Real, etc.” signs. However, that street goes both ways. A lack of Trump signs is not a lack of support. There are several Republican candidates running for local offices; District Attorney, County Commissioner, state Senate are the ones that stick out. Their signage is EVERYWHERE. The US Senate race is the big question mark. David Perdue v John Ossoff is the big one. Again more signs for Ossoff. THe other race is an open contest for the remainder of Johnny Issakson’s term. Kelly Loeffler and Doug Collins are the two big Rep names. Warnock, a pro BLM/anti-cop Dem is the main challenger. Again, more Warnock signs. Ultimately, I think this race will have a run-off. THe 3 mentioned candidates are running too close to get the majority needed for a decisive win.
I love on the DE/PA border. I can bike to Joe’s house. I’ve seems about 4 Biden signs in yards so far this year. I’ve seen about the same amount of Trump signs, too. In 2016, I saw Hillary signs everywhere. If Biden wins, it means the election was rigged, and we must be quiet no more. I’ve had all I can take between Russia-gate inaction, fake media, George Floyd overdose blamed on good police officers, riots, the evil done to Trump, liberal hacks calling Trump supporters garbage, patriots being targeted and killed at protests, etc. I dont care what they control. There are way more of us than there are of them. I pray to God that he is and will intervene and save us. I feel like I am living a version of the story of Job in the bible. “How long Oh Lord”?
Central Ohio. Columbus is liberal and the liberals seem much more militant than in 2016. In my corner of town, seeing more BLM signs than Biden signs. There is hope though, actually saw a Trump sign and some American flags. Violence and homicides are way up and there seems to be an organic movement against the liberal mayor and city council (entirely Democratic). Starting to see independent journalists cover crimes and push back against city leadership. More Biden ads than Trump ads on local TV.
Outside the city in rural areas Trump signs dominate. Some however, are being vandalized. DeWine and Portman do little to excite the Republican base.
Anecdotal, first time I’ve ever voted straight R. Also anecdotal, in Amish country, the Amish participated in a Trump parade. For those unfamiliar, the Amish usually stay out of politics. In general, it feels very divided: for Trump or against Trump.
Portland suburb……not seeing a lot of signage for either candidate in our neighborhood. But we’ve got a city on fire figuratively when not literally. Teddy Rosevelt and Abe Lincoln statues got destroyed last night along with the Oregon historical society being vandalized and as per usual officers stood by!
We are selling and heading for Tennessee! If you’re a progressive and want to live near Portland….have I got a deal for you!!!
Hubby is a native Oregonian, Portland born and raised and dreamed of enjoying retirement here. Now in his mid/late 70’s we’re doing our best to get the hell out. The pain and heartbreak I see in my husbands eyes makes me LOATHE the mayor (we aren’t able to vote for the Portland mayor as we’re just outside of Portland) the police and the governor with a passion I never knew was in me. I can only pray that what they created (Politicians, blm, antifa and all other marxists communists involved) will be their demise! Portland is lost!!!!!
Apologies if I ran on…..but been up all night with all the craziness going on!!
Bless your hearts. My brother lives in Tennessee…y’all will think you’ve died and gone to heaven. Best wishes…
I am from Illinois….also strongly considering moving to Tennessee. Chicago demonRATS have ruined the State. Southern Illinois is solid Trump territory.
We are from Tennessee and live in Tennessee, but have lived in Oregon (our daughter was born in Ontario, OR.)
Our small Tennessee city has gone from sleepy into overdrive–hardly a house to be purchased.
Be aware that all the big cities in Tennessee currently are being run by democrats (Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville.)
Tennessee will go with President Trump, of course.
Assimilation is key. You can understand how panicked we are when we see 50% of the cars here with out of state license plates. It is overwhelming.
But…welcome to the Volunteer State, the Great State of Tennessee!
Central Florida (rural Seminole County) here. My neighborhood is unique with 5-8 acre mostly wooded lots, equestrian community, with homes ranging in value from $400K – $1+M. Normally the higher end homes go up for sale and will stay for sale for at least a year and sometimes years. We are close to UCF but not the rest of Orlando and I think the commute length turns off a lot of the normal corporate types. This summer every single house up for sale sold – one had been for sale for years – and this has never happened before! The housing market is tight here as people move up from Miami-Dade/Broward counties and down from the the Northeast. I pray people realize that we have low taxes because Republicans hold firm and that they assimilate.
Some additional information on TN:
In Knox County the mayor (Jacobs), which is where most voters live outside of the city and are GOP supporters, is strong GOP as was his predecessor, Burchett, who is now in the HR.
Nashville/Davidson County is metro government and that mayor has botched it so bad he will not be re-elected. Memphis (Shelby County) has always been Dem. Chattanooga is similar to Knoxville. Dem mayor, but the county (Hamilton) is big time GOP by over 15 points in the last election. The Tri-cities metro area of NE TN is actually as large or larger than Chattanooga. It may be the most pro-GOP/PDT area in the state.
TN has 7/9 in the HR as GOP. It has both Senators as GOP. The Gov is GOP. The state legislature is strongly held majority of GOP. That will remain that way for the foreseeable future. We are the definition of Pro-PDT and MAGA. For the most part it is a great state in which to spend the days of your life with others who support traditional values, patriots and lovers of the Lord. We have our knuckleheads and leftists who stir trouble, but they are usually addressed very quickly.
On Eastern LI (NY)–plenty of Biden TV ads on cable (as well as Trump ones)–and if not a cable media buy, then it’s a national spot, which is unusual for a Dem presidential candidate to need to do and show in the NY metro area. Last time out, Trump carried Suffolk County and the enthusiasm for him has only gotten more visible in ’20 and more visible here–plenty of pick up trucks with Trump flags, and a couple of boat flotillas.
I’m not sure that he’ll carry the non-city part of the Island (Nassau and Suffolk), but if I’m seeing TV spots then I’d say that the non-NYC part of the Island is in play.
North Eastern Ohio Here. Been doing a lot of driving around 4 county area. Trump signs and Trump flags EVERYWHERE ! Tons of the big 4′ x 8 foot yard signs. Wife and I did a quick Trump and Biden sign location count the other day. I counted Trump sign locations and she counted Biden sign locations. Score was (89 Trump) to (8 Biden) within a 15 min drive.
I have been wearing my Trump hat everywhere for the past 4 years.. I go nowhere without it on and receive constant thumps ups,”love your hat” comments, waves and horn honks. What surprises me most is the number of young kids around here with Trump and American flags and bumper stickers, on their pick ups and cars. It’s off the charts around here!! I’M SO PROUD TO LIVE IN TRUMP COUNTRY!!!
A month ago I was down in central Ohio for a few days.. Ditto that area!
Bryan/College Station, Tx-population 275K, home of Texas A&M University.
Yesterday-Trump car parade made up of 1300 vehicles!
Compared to a fifteen vehicle “parade” for Biden in Miami last week!
Compared to a fifteen vehicle “parade” for Biden in Miami last week!
Northwest Ohio on the Michigan line. Old Maumee is heavy with Biden and BLM signs, as is Perrysburg across the river. Interesting that Trump signs just started popping up in both areas. Also interesting the number of US flags on the non Biden homes AND a God Bless America sign printed by one guy who sells them at a drive through alcohol carry out garage, taking only donations. The second one I got had both sides printed, so guessing he’s doing well. We have speculated that the God Bless America signs are in reality Trump support signs. One guy figured it out and painted a huge homemade God Bless Joe Biden and America. I’m hoping God DOES bless America and helps us avoid the fascism of the democrat party.,
Well, I’m here in NW Georgia in a smallish town…pop 100K for the whole county, three colleges, booming economy, construction everywhere. Tons of support for Trump; county always votes Republican by maybe 60-40. Nearly zero signs for Biden and other Democrats except in my neighborhood. I live in town in a maybe 300-home quiet older neighborhood near one of the colleges, and where many professors/staff of said college live. We are covered up with Biden and Ossoff signs. Most of the residents here are quiet and prefer not to put up signs, etc. But this has forced our hands…after all these other signs, other residents are putting up Trump signs so that we’re about half and half now. hahahhaaa
East TN. Trump is safe in TN. Haven’t seen a Biden sign. What is interesting is that I see a few homes with signs for other dems, local and even a long shot Congress seat, but none of them have a Biden sign. Why not?
Eastern North Carolina is overwhelmingly Trump country. My neighborhood is full of Trump signs, flags. Not a single Biden sign. His support here is very strong
I live in Moore County NC. For every Biden/Harris sign you see, there are at least 10-12 Trump Pence signs or Trump 2020 flags. Big enthusiasm gap here that is overwhelmingly in favor of DJT for President.
I’m in central Alabama. Trump won by huge margins in 2016 and it will probably be bigger this year. One curious thing to ask fellow Alabamians. Have any of you seen Tuberville commercials? I see Jones commercials but haven’t seen a single one for Tommy.
I hope to provide a report later today. I live in a lovely community with Trump and Biden signs around. I’ll take a tally.
On another note:
“All visible support for President Trump is genuinely organic, grassroots and easily identifiable as not being politically coordinated.”
The accompanying photo linked below (I hope) and shown above is the least grassroots image I’ve ever seen of Trump supporters. Whenever I see professionally printed signs, the word “grassroots” leaps right out of my mind. Unscientific on my part but, there it is.
Grassroots doesn’t preclude being neat and aesthetically competent.
Grassroots also doesn’t preclude buying some Trump flags and signs at a flea market or a booth on the side of the road.
Small county in NE Florida, there’s over 3000 Trump/Pence signs according to the small Republican Office. I drive 25-28 miles to shop for groceries and I’ve only seen 2 Biden/Harris signs.
Trump signs, Flags and Maga hats abound in my small town.
I live in a northern NJ suburb of NYC. Where there are lawn signs, Biden and other dem candidate signs FAR outnumber Trump and rep candidate signs. Sadly , the opposite would have been the case not all that many years ago. Northern NJ has been overrun with transplants from NYC. NJ is a lost cause which I don’t believe will surprise anyone. But thankfully, I’m moving out to New Hampshire in 3 weeks.
Welcome to NH Jeff! 🙂 We need good people here. Happily at the primary in my town the people registering that were new to NH were 75% republican & 25% democrat, which is more republicans than in the past 🙂
Are you heading up north, central or southern NH?
South central Wisconsin. Of note are the stacks of unclaimed BH signs out behind certain houses. Seems the last minute push out of fake handmade BH signs was heavily bankrolled. A clue is the sticks used are from out of State vendor. More signs than willing takers tells me a lot. Winning in a landslide, TRUMP
I’m around Lake Geneva, more Trump than Biden by far. Keep the faith!
I live in Massachusetts and although I see a fair amount of Trump signs I definitely see more biden signs. New Hampshire is looking strong for the President, and it’s where I plan to focus my efforts, I am taking vacation the week before to head up there and help
Thank you Gipper! 🙂
I really do believe Trump will win New Hampshire. The only reason he lost by a couple of thousand votes last time was voter fraud.
Venice Florida is located in Sarasota County. I both walk and drive around quite a bit.
Here are my observations:
1) General — in front yards and communities , there are less total Political signs than prior years ( maybe people are intimidated or concerned to be confronted ). I was here in 2016 and there were a lot more signs in 2016.
2. OFF Venice Island , the vast majority of signs are for Trump. ( a guess is 65 to 35 in favor of Trump ).
3. ON Venice Island ( which is a wealthier area ) , the signage ( remember – not a lot of signs ) is about 50 – 50 !
4. The non – Profit group ” Women for Trump ” is extremely active in Sarasota County. Lots of speakers and events for last 2 years . High energy ! Well organized !
Flag Waves every week , a large rally scheduled for Punta Gorda area next Saturday , the 17th.
Women for Trump is an amazing group ( they let men participate too ).
5. To the contrary , there is zero evidence of any Biden energy or enthusiasm in the Venice area. Not a peep !
These Ballot “Drop-Boxes” Are Suddenly Being Announced Here In Kansas… Who Voted For These? Who Is Paying For These? Are Covid Relief Fund’s Being Used? https://www.cjonline.com/news/20201011/want-to-drop-off-your-ballot-instead-of-mailing-it-your-experience-will-vary-depending-on-where-you-live
Trump parade in North Conway, NH today
starting at 11:00 am.
Lots of enthusiasm in Lakes Region area.
Western NC here. I see lots of smalk signs for local races but nearly all are on the shoulders of major streets. But when driving out in the country, large Trump signs and flags abound, just as they dud in 2016.
I live in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood which is considered to be mostly liberal. No Trump signs but a few Biden signs. One good sign is quite a few Pat O’Brian (republican running against Kim Foxx for Cook County States Attorney) signs. There is alot of closet Trumpers in the neighborhood.
Southwestern Illinois here. I have seen one lonely Biden bumper sticker and one lonely Trump yard sign. In my opinion, many people are afraid to put up Trump signs for fear of becoming a target of the Left. That would include me. Last time I had a bumper sticker on my car, it was keyed in a parking lot.
Hartford, CT suburb. Good news and bad news.
Bad news – a lot of folks from NY and the CT liberal cities have infected this area, so it’s trended Liberal over the past few years. They brought their ridiculous views and now the schools are no longer as good as they used to be – SURPRISE – because all we do is fund “the teachers” and taxes keep going up. Most longtime residents have fled to Florida (like in other parts of CT). On the main roads through town, the Dems have been busy planting all their signs (Pres, Congress, state).
Good news. It does feel more open about Trump support. More Trump signs than I remember in 2016. I saw a trump flag drive by in a truck yesterday, and that’s new. Other good news is that those former residents have moved to FL, so as CT goes darker blue, FL can go stronger RED.
CT Republican party is a disaster so everything is grassroots.
I offered this late yesterday, so I am not sure how many could have caught it:
Interesting anecdote here in Ohio: on Saturday we visited Springfield, a modest-sized city between Dayton and Columbus.
On a semi-rural road on the outskirts were several mansions sporting acres of lawn with BIDEN signs in them: literally across the road were modest 1950’s ranch houses with TRUMP signs, one of which had an interesting version of a TRUMP sign, hand-painted. I summarize what it said:
“Our TRUMP sign was stolen by someone on July 4th. We support President Trump more than ever! Democrats steal signs! What else will they do, if they get into power?””
Farther down the road were two houses: one full of BIDEN signs, the other full of TRUMP signs. On the property line, a TRUMP sign stood literally one inch away from a BIDEN sign!
The neighborly dynamic on that road must be really interesting! ? .
In the end, TRUMP signs outnumbered BIDEN signs in Springfield, but to be sure, the latter were not rare.
Reporting from Asheville, NC: very liberal city and neighborhood where I live, and I see many more Biden signs but a few Trump signs. But west of here, going into Cherokee “territory,” there are tons of Trump signs. Just moved here from Connecticut, so I can’t compare signage to last election.
I moved to just south of you before the 2016 election and outside of Asheville it is definitely Trump country. In 2016, Trump signs, big ones, were all over the rural byways.
Oh, and welcome to NC!
I live about an hour East of Asheville and it’s all Trump country out here.
Small central Florida town here. Trump signs all over everywhere. In my neighborhood we know of one couple that are democrat supporters. I noticed Trump and Melania signs in her yard. My husband asked the lady (in her early 40’s) if they were now Trump people. She said when she came home from work she saw the signs in her yard. She pulled them up, and the next day someone had put more back up. She said she gave up and let them stay. In that same conversation my husband asked her if the school system had taught her government. She said “very little”. She’s an attorney.
My mother lives in a nice subdivision In the neighboring county. The people that have BIden signs in their yards are teachers (and I use that term loosely). It would be interesting to find out if the majority of Biden people work in the school system.
Travelled rural route round trip (not coast) to SC last week…Trump/Pence 2020 signs all over PA, VA, SC properties and random spots (have supporters/truckers been stopping on sides in breakdown lanes and jamming them into ground? ?) favorite signs to see were several “Farmers for Trump 2020.” The signs ranged from small to sides of container trailers and even a business front!
I believe PA & SC likely to remain red but have a good feeling about VA this year! We did not see many signs along the route in the other states that briefly drove thru (NY, NJ, WV, MD) nor in NC or lower CT.
Only three Biden/Harris during entire nine state road trip.
MN 8th District here… Traditional democrat district, lunch bucket and farm types. Trump signs outnumber BH 30:1 with the possible exception of Duluth which is a college/mining/paper-mill/shipping town. Not being cocky here, but full Trump in this district. The 44,000 votes HRC won on here are easily made up in this district alone this year.
I took a trip from Upper Michigan recently and saw 27 Trump signs ( many were multiples and many flags )to Biden’s 6.
Wisconsin had 87 Trump signs (many flags) to Biden 7.
I just hope that carries through down ticket.
On a personal note my liberal adult daughter won’t speak to me and is moving out. There must be so many families hurting like that.
So it’s even harder to take when no one in DC will do WHATEVER it takes to restore this nation…. beside our VSG
How can we call them out?
If,
Remember something. Life has a conservative bias. When your lib daughter moves out and has to start dealing with life on her own without Dad and Mom being buffers for a lot of the trouble it hands out, her eyes might be more than just a bit opened. Plus, if she finds a decent man to marry, that might bring her around too. Married women are Republican by a very large majority, while single women are exactly the opposite. Actually, even the single women are “in a relationship”–it’s just that their significant other is THE STATE.
I know that the event that causes more ‘Rat to Republican conversions than anything else is that blissful experience of receiving your first real paycheck, only to find that 30+% is gone due to taxes. That causes the scales to fall from a lot of people’s eyes. Remember Conquest’s First Law of Politics: “Everyone is conservative about what they know best.” Good luck!
Thank you for your encouragement
I live in the beautiful WNC Mountains and they are thick with T/P signs and flags, I’ve seen 2 B/H signs and they are in the yards of transplanted Northeasterners. Sadly our closet city, Asheville has so many liberals from all over that have moved in it will go B/H.
Where I live it is quite a class contrast!
Here in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York you see at least a minimum of 10 Trump lawn signs for everyone Biden Harris sign. Equally important there is a commercial area where there is a store that sells nothing but Trump banners and signs and of course there is no Biden Harris counterpart store
I saw people outside that store, just the other day taking selfies of themselves with the store behind them. (I suspect it’s the same store from the description, unless there are more than *one* in Adirondack Mountains/Upstate). Being New York, I was completely surprised by that – but I think people are tired of the Democrats b.s.
Glad to hear about the Trump store. I had a similar but opposite experience on my first trip to DC in Sept. 2012. I walked into a store selling election merchandise on King St. in Old Town Alexandria. It was 100% Obama stuff. Not one item for Romney so I asked if they were sold out.
I live in arguably the reddest Congressional district in the country, Indiana 4, and at the very western edge of the Indy suburb that contains the airport, the police training academy, and a prison. You go a 100 yards west of my house, you’re in the country. IN 4 last went blue in 1928. That said, I’m having a hard time reconciling what I have seen with what I have heard. I don’t think as a rule of thumb, people are much into yard signs around here; you’re more likely to see a corner on a county road festooned with signs. What strikes me about those corners is — plenty of signs for republican candidates, but there aren’t any Trump signs with them. What motivates that? Worry about having the signs vandalized? (Or come to think of it, maybe some dimwitted dimocrats have stolen them…) Assuming Trump getting the lion’s share of votes here so the signs don’t matter? There are a few places in town where there are huge Trump flags; in one case, I’ll bet it’s been up a year now. I have observed 4 BH signs, marking a 100% increase from the number of Hillary von Pantsuit signs I saw in ’16. Here’s another thing I can’t quite reconcile: a neighbor reported they’d gone to the county seat to vote early and waited in line 2 hours and 45 minutes. Ordinarily, she’d have been in and out in five minutes. I get an occasional e-mail from a local all-news station and last week’s note linked to two of their stories about huge numbers voting early in Indy and in a county NE of the city that actually went for the Dowager Empress, by a whisker, in ’16. People aren’t talking about it much but I have a definite sense they’re chomping at the bit to vote for DJT.
I live 60 miles NW of NYC. Most of county government is red. I have noticed same as far as plenty of local signs for Republicans on the side of the road but no Trump signs. Plenty of Trump signs and flags on private houses
In reading your comment, and others, I’ve about decided that people didn’t put out the Trump signs because of concern that bozos would steal them or deface them. And if an idiot is motivated to go after the Trump sign, he’d likely take down the others as well so, why run the risk?
