Well, this is interesting…. very interesting…
U.S. Attorney John Bash, from the Western District of Texas, was given the responsibility by AG Barr of looking into the illegal unmasking by Obama-era officials in July of this year. Not only the illegal unmasking of General Flynn, but more extensive unmasking. Today Bash announced his abrupt resignation. “Abrupt” because he announced today, and he leaves on Friday. However, he does say he informed Barr last month:
SAN ANTONIO, Tex. – U.S. Attorney John F. Bash announced today that he will resign from the Department of Justice on Friday, October 9, 2020, at 11:59pm. U.S. Attorney Bash issued the following statement:
This Friday—eight years to the day after I first joined the Department of Justice—I will step down as United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas.
Last month I accepted an offer for a position in the private sector and informed the Attorney General of my decision. I tendered formal letters of resignation to both the President and the Attorney General this morning.
I am grateful to the President, Senator John Cornyn, Senator Ted Cruz, and the other members of the United States Senate for the opportunity to serve the people of Texas. I am also grateful to former Counsel to the President Donald F. McGahn II, who gave me steadfast support throughout the nomination and confirmation process, and to former Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli, Jr., for first bringing me into the Department in 2012. And I am honored that during my tenure as U.S. Attorney, the Attorney General has seen fit to entrust me with significant responsibilities and to appoint me to his Advisory Committee.
[…] The Attorney General has elected to appoint Gregg Sofer to succeed me as U.S. Attorney. Gregg is an inspired choice. He is a veteran Department of Justice attorney, serving first in the National Security Division at Main Justice and then for over a decade as a national-security specialist in our Austin office. In the latter role, he built a reputation as a dogged and tremendously effective prosecutor.
In 2018, I selected Gregg to serve as our office’s Criminal Division Chief, where he designed and implemented significant improvements to our operations, oversaw thousands of prosecutions, and provided me with invaluable advice on a range of important issues and cases. Since early this year, he has served in Washington, D.C., as Counselor to the Attorney General. He will make an excellent U.S. Attorney.
Attorney General William Barr offered the following statement:
I offer my gratitude to John Bash for his service as United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas. Since 2017, John has successfully led one of the largest U.S. Attorney’s Offices in the country. John has made significant contributions to the Department of Justice, including his service on the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee. I appreciate his service to our nation and to the Justice Department, and I wish him the very best. (link)
John Bash is one of five known U.S.A.O.’s who were tasked to provide supplemental support to the John Durham probe. Specifically Bash’s objective originated after the extensive unmasking of Michael Flynn was discovered; however, that objective was expanded in both scope and time as explained by AG Bill Barr on July 28, 2020.
At 01:40 of this congressional questioning by representative Jim Jordan, Bill Barr provides an outline of what John Bash’s role and responsibility was as assigned. The video is prompted, just hit play:

It would be highly unusual for a U.S. attorney to resign in the middle of a very important aspect of his investigative responsibilities as assigned by the Attorney General.
Something about this is not passing the sniff test at all…
He was bought off and got caught – Trillions are at stake.
I’m going to say “death threat.”
Kind of explains judges, Sessions and others apparently giving up when push comes to shove doesn’t it? The forces which ended the life of JFK… well, let’s just say we know the CIA was involved somehow.
One of the guys Barr brought in to stall potus. The whole investigations are kabuki theatre designed to convince Trump and maga that there are investigations. There is nothing. The tic toc club is disinformation. Barr is doing white wash.
Under threat of Arkancide, Bash tenders his resignation.
Nope. But an important tell is that Barr knew about this a month ago but had bash hold off on any public announcement to the last minute. This buries the unmasking and the revelations of nsa database abuse and boxes of tapes and recordings of Trump, his family, and most of the gop goung back to 2009
Bar Wind: I’m not arguing your conclusion, but to be accurate, the release merely says that Bash “informed AG Barr last month”. And, that could be as recently as 5 days ago.
Ditto
I’m going to say, angry that Barr isn’t going to do anything whatsoever and simply wasted his time in a foot-dragging diversion.
The foot dragging was by design. This is a clean up operation. Not an investigation. All of Barr s buddies are writing books
Of course it was. Just look at Barr’s page on Wikipedia. For once, the left wing orientation of that site helped find the true likelihood of anything coming from the “investigations.”
That’s actually a reasonable alternative theory I hadn’t considered. There have been untold numbers of police who have resigned since forever in protest of prosecutors who refuse to prosecute. Hardly an unprecedented reason for resigning.

The Deep State wins. This guy knows that if he pushes this job and actually end actually charges one of these sacred figureheads, his legal career is toast. The message of the Deep State is—“We’ve been around since well before Trump arrived and we’ll be around long after he’s gone so choose your side very carefully.” Looks to me like he chose his side.
If I recall Dana Bash John’s wife was an aid to Wray.
They are up to their eyeballs ? in ?!
Prolly Pox…I had the same thought….something similar…
He’s headed out into the ‘private sector’…..Interestingly, he does not name “The Firm” in the private sector.
Somebody’s takin’ good care of Dear John Bash, former US Attorney of TEXAS!
That was my question when I read the post. What firm???
He is going to work for Boeing, Ha! /sarc
I’ve not run legal firms, but I have run numerous Fortune 500 companies and I have never seen nor expected a resignation letter to include the company the person is going to work for. While it might be nice to know where he’s going, I don’t think it odd at all that he didn’t say in his resignation letter.
Agreed.
Or maybe just bought. Some of these private sector jobs -are- the payoff.
Let’s think who was the AG when Bash came on? Hmmmm.
Loretta ? Lynch? The unprincipled Obozo AG who met Bill Clinton on a tarmac?
The AG who along with Holder worked as Obozo’s personal defense attorneys?
Disgusting!
The problem with swamp is mold and mildew
Slime is more prevalent.
Its the floating feces that disgusts me.
But it’s the alligators that getcha… chomp!
“Something about this is not passing the sniff test at all…”
Sundance is correct.
Did Bash find something that was against his best interests to investigate? Was that point driven home to him?
Did he see deeper into the Swamp than he wanted?
It doesn’t pass the smell test at all.
The letter states the Gregg Sofer will be replacing him. He had previously worked at the National Security Division at Main Justice…… That is what stinks to me.
He was probably made an “offer he couldn’t refuse”….AND DIDN’T!
Okay…here we go…didn’t have to dig too deep and found the following using duckduckgo:
https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffcm&q=Gregg+Sofer&atb=v227-1&iax=images&ia=images&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fmedia.gettyimages.com%2Fphotos%2Frena-sofer-during-2007-fox-allstar-winter-tca-party-arrivals-at-villa-picture-id105823406
This is what happens when you keep kicking the can down the road. Make the arrests and be done with it already.
That’d seem political. Managing the negative perception of politicization trumps the positive perception of justice administered.
Sarcasm right? If not, who cares it is going to be political any time because anything having to do with President Trump and his administration is a scandal so I don’t give a damn what it looks like to anyone.
Which Lawfare-affiliated firm has Bash joined? Or, has he joined Joe Biden’s campaign?
Boeing is always hiring fellow travelers.

Don’t forget Netflix.
Yeah, Boeing seems to LOVE these frequent flyers.
Ouch oh,… “Something about this is not passing the sniff test at all…” Sundance and his spider senses have been alerted!
My first question would be for details on this “private sector” offer. If it sounds too good to be true, well…
My guess is Boeing. Many of the deep state wet their beak there.
Of everything being examined, I believe this was the easiest examination of them all. This is an examination of data trails and contracts.

Zina Gelman Bash is an American attorney who was a senior counsel to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in 2018.
Ken Paxton is in deep do-do right now.
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Ken+Paxton&ia=news&iar=news
Well this would make sense for him resigning so suddenly, if his wife is somehow involved with the Texas AG Paxton situation, he would most likely need to resign in order to stay out of conflict between his job at the DOJ and being there for his wife, who may be in some sort of legal situation due to her working relationship with Paxton. A move like this would certainly keep whatever the DOJ has dug up on the unmasking clean from charges of conflicting interests of its lead investigator. That would seem a respectable position to take.
This thing has more angles than a dodecagon. Right now, anything is possible.
Paxton’s problems began with complaints from 7 former staffers.
Zina is a former staffer.
I read:
The Austin-American Statesman and KVUE-TV report they obtained a letter signed by First Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Mateer and six deputy attorney generals in which they accuse Paxton of violating federal and/or state laws.”
Zina Bash never held that position, per her bio on Wikipedia. Ergo, she isn’t one of Paxton’s accusers.
AND… Paxton STILL faces felony fraud charges first levied in 2015.
BUT… Paxton had yet to have his day in court. AND… “Innocent until proved guilty” is STILL the law of the land.
The Paxton thing is peculiar for sure. It is a confusing mess in which federal authorities may have violated the law when raiding the home and offices of someone known well bt Paxton. (Who coukd ever believe such an allegation?) The person in question filed complaints, and Paxton appointed a “special prosecutor” because of Paxton’s relationship with the complainant. However, the appointment may not have been strictly kosher and Paxton’s subordinates have their knickers in a twist and are filing their complaints with the appropriate authorities. There’s a whole lotta complainin’ goin’ on.
One wonders if Bash’s wife’s background comes into play here.
It could just be a partisan smear. I shoulda just waited for the facts to come out, but Paxton’s original fraud charges have been dragging out for 5 years now.
“original fraud charges have been dragging out for 5 years now.”
Former Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX) went thru 7 ot 10 years of hell and 7 digit legal fee totals before his name was finally cleared.
The judge that finally did it said charges should have never been filed in the first place.
Of course, the corrupt Dem. Prosecuter or DA in TX didn’t suffer any consequences for their prosecutorial misconduct.
Isn’t Austin a mostly Dem city?
More Proof only Republicans are subjected to the law.
Not always. The Dem Mayor of Rochester is knee-deep in stink right now.

John Bash: “We weren’t even familiar with the hateful symbol being attributed to her for the random way she rested her hand during a long hearing.”
It doesn’t look a random hand movement to me….
And what about this report by Tracy Beanz last week?

Maybe they’ve been found wanting in some respect and been given the option of leaving quietly.
Where he lands will tell us everything we need to know.
Smells like he was bought off.
Or maybe he was forcec off by threats against his wife? She was associated with Ken Paxton, who is now accused of bribery and abuse of office? Could Zina Bash havedirect knowledge of Paxton’s activities, or is it possible John was told: “Hey…. that’s a nice little wife you have there. It would be a shame if anything happened to her!”
Another possibility:
“Your wife’s proximity to Paxton makes YOU a liability to the ‘Unmasking Investigation.’ Please resign quickly and quietly to protect our investigation.”
Where is Suspicious Cat?
Maybe suspicious cat KNOWs and he’s holding the bird in his mouth for “safe’ keeping — just saying.
WTH. Another big question mark we are hit with. Is this good or bad? It all just continues. What we know is this will delay again. More potential evidence showing there will never be a reckoning for the corruption–
Barr named Gregg Sofer as Bash’s successor. Sofer was a counselor to Barr and worked in the Western District of Texas office for 12 years. He was also a trial attorney in the National Security Division at Main Justice and worked in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
From what we’ve learned so far, the NSD of the DoJ is the epicenter of the corruption in the Justice Dept.
Was Bash “forced out” or “bought out”?
Or “freaked out”? I would like a definitive answer to all three.
Maybe he’s ducking for cover because his wife was associated with now allegedly-disgraced Texas AG Ken Paxton?
Is she now? In what way is/was she associated with him? Unfortunately, I am not a Texan but did read about that. I don’t know how that situation will all shake out yet, reserving judgement on Mr. Paxton himself as that news just broke in the last 24 hours. We here all know the news media…I give it a good 48 to 72 hours before pertinent details emerge. But I was unaware of Mr. Bash’s wife’s association with anything in this matter.
Scratch that–I just read a post up-thread about who she is and how she is associated with TXAG Paxton. Again, we’ll see how that situation plays out, and I wonder if something or someone in D.C. may have spooked him. Her high profile may certainly play into that. Interesting timing, those allegations into the TXAG are.
From Wikipedia
In July 2018, she was named senior counsel on the executive leadership team of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, but had left by August to assist Judge Kavanaugh during his Supreme Court nomination hearing before the Senate.
“Prior to his appointment, Sofer served as Counselor to the Attorney General of the United States, where he handled criminal and national security matters, as well as crisis response. Before coming to Main Justice, Sofer served for 12 years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas. As an Assistant U.S. Attorney and accomplished litigator, he handled national security, fraud, violent crime, and corruption cases, among others.
In 2018, Sofer was promoted to Chief of the Criminal Division. In that role, he was responsible for the supervision of over 120 Assistant U.S. Attorneys and all aspects of the district’s criminal practice. His last trial in Austin, Texas, a RICO prosecution, resulted in a life sentence without parole for a man who attempted to assassinate a state court judge as she sat in her car with her family.
From 2003 to 2007, Sofer was a trial attorney in the National Security Division at Main Justice where he led the investigation and prosecution of international terrorism cases. He also served as the Director of the Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism and Director of the National Gang Targeting Enforcement and Coordination Center.
Sofer started his legal career in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Among a wide variety of cases, he prosecuted violent gang, murder and firearms trafficking cases for over 11 years, distinguishing himself as a skilled trial lawyer, indefatigable investigator, and fierce advocate for justice. Sofer earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Rutgers University.”
https://patch.com/texas/downtownaustin/u-s-attorney-john-bash-resigns-takes-private-sector-job
That all sounds good, professionally and career-wise. But where do his political loyalties lie? I bet Sally Yates looks GREAT on paper, too.
Gregg Sofer served in the BUSH administration while @ NSD while Mueller was Director.
So this is how I take it.
Bash resigned for some reason but not related to the investigation. The Paxton may be a factor but that time his wife was in Paxton’s office was to short and now too long ago.
Sofer was at NSD during the Bush/Mueller years before the taint of Comey enters the scene. He has seen what Weissman did to Mueller, Barr’s best buddy, reputation. He is close to Barr. Barr trusts him.
Since Sofer worked NSD he knows how unmasking requests are supposed to work. He may have the expertise to tease apart the “I am just a dummy when it comes to this stuff” excuse.
We end with Cui Bono or Who benefits? It is Barr. He know has someone he trusts running this leg of the investigation. Is it to sweep it under the rug or to have a nuclear explosion when all this information is released. That is the part we are yet to discover.
I like your analysis.
I’m opting for the “Rug/Broom” option. Barr is one of the “Insiders” who believes their bureaucracy and its fiefdoms are more important than what happens to the hoi polloi.
To them, we’re only the worker bees who gather the pollen and make the honey. THEY get to decide who eats it, and who lives or not.
He has been working for the wrong people, IMHO.
Maybe. We’ll see. Or, we’ll eventually pry more info out of them in order to extrapolate their true positions.
I’d like to think Barr has a much better handle on personnel than Sessions did
Oh, I’m pretty sure he does. But I’m not sure if that’s a GOOD thing, since he seems to be kicking kitty litter over Obama’s turds.
Maybe he wants to get out of Dodge before all he’ll breaks loose. If he did his job, I would guess that he found a lot of wrongdoing.
*hell
we hope it is only reason for him to grt out…
Or,…. Maybe (?)
Trump Working On Declassification Of Intel Documents From Hospital, Chief Of Staff Says
https://dailycaller.com/2020/10/05/donald-trump-russia-declassification-coronavirus/
This is another October surprise against us. No doubt. We just need to win big and give them a November surprise. Hopefully Pelosi will be out and we will not be subjected to her demonic face another term.
I’m sensing massive desperation down the home stretch (final 30 days) to keep everything hidden.
The tell just might be when we find out where he is going to in private practice.
OR could be a witness protection program before the Schiff hits the fan 😉
What does, insofar as this subject is concerned?
Wonder if this is good or bad?
I’m guessing he’s doing his best to avoid coming down with a sever case of Arkancide. The CDC says there’s a heightened risk this year among Swamp creatures.
It’s easy, there’s no investigation and there never was. Jeff Sessions scotched all our chances at justice by allowing an abusive Special Counsel investigation and forbidding investigation into the real crimes of the Obama Administration.
The clock has been run out. “Tick tock” it was said—turns out, that was OUR clock ticking. Game over. Maybe we’ll get a second term. Seems unlikely now. But that’s the ONLY way any of this EVER sees the light of day beyond November.
Sessions really covered up the Charlottesville hoax. The “white supremacists” were led by Jason Kessler an Obama acolyte former leader of occupy Wall St and a contributing editor to the Washington post. Jeff said “I plan to fully investigate these events!”. Sure Jeff, sure. The President is still getting hit with this nonsense
The stench of the “Banquet of Sedition” carries far and wide, corrupting all who inhale the dream of power usurped!
If he is being succeeded by a dogged and tremendously effective prosecutor, who knows the office and is currently counselor to the AG, it could be that the feces is about to hit the fan and the A-team is taking over. Too early to judge, but if I were being investigated, this woul not help me sleep better.
Of course the new guy will need a couple years to “get up to speed”. Interestingly, the new guy worked in DOJ/ NSD for a period of time. One of the first research items is to find out what years and who else was working there. We KNOW what the Obama NSD was up to Bury It Barr.
Behind Door #1 – – there is a remote possibility he found something so egregious and damaging to the “institution” that he didn’t want to damage his own reputation by disclosing it.
Or, behind Door #2 – – the damaging and egregious information he found was something that AG Barr said would NOT be pursued.
Choose wisely…………………….
Or…maybe the investigation is over. Same with Nora Dennehy
I like your comment better than mine above!
That task was only undertaken in July, according to Sundance. Seems a huge job to have completed it already.
Clarification TI:
On May 28th, 2020 AG Barr’s office announced that his office had tasked John Bash with looking into unmaskings
On July 28th, 2020 Barr spoke of the ‘tasking’ to Congress.
I say torture the bastard until he spills the beans on his communist masters… Home Depot has a sale on electric drills and titanium bits…
love you attitude 3 wks before Halloween…get him..
…your…
It could be any number of scenarios beyond being bought off including: 1) He and/or his family and people close to him being threatened, 2) AG Barr was not following through on the evidence he uncovered and did not want to be part of a cover up, 3) There was too much work involved and he wanted to spend more time with his family, 4) other family issues like an illness, or any number of other things.
We cannot know for sure at this point. However, it is very concerning given the timing and the seriousness of the issue for the future of our nation. I agree that it is fishy because he gave no concrete reason.
[…] The Attorney General has elected to appoint Gregg Sofer to succeed me as U.S. Attorney. Gregg is an inspired choice. He is a veteran Department of Justice attorney, <<<<<>>>>>and then for over a decade as a national-security specialist in our Austin office. In the latter role, he built a reputation as a dogged and tremendously effective prosecutor.
And there’s what you need to know… We’re getting another deep stater to come and cover up anything Mr Bash may have inadvertently uncovered during his investigation. You know, that embarassing stuff like Fact and Truths….cant just let those thing get out, somebody might get hurt.
oh the hell with WP…. The part commented out by the arrows….
******** serving first in the National Security Division at Main Justice ********
It must have dawned on Bash that he’d never get a great job in the private sector if he took part in revealing the corruption of those companies (“contractors”).
Eight years? He was hired by Obama! What did Barr expect?
Eight years? He was hired by Obama! What did Barr expect?
I wonder if he deleted his research with Bleachbit, then took a hammer to all his devices?
IMO the only hope left if forget Barr and the DOJ as he has been as useful as Wray or Weismann so turn to Ratcliffe for massive declassification during these final 30 days so at least Americans can see and read the truth before they vote.
And I would bring back Grenell as Ratcliffe’s assistant because in every team you need a kick ass.
Just a couple of interesting items gleaned:
1. He clerked for Judge Kavenaugh. Not sure there is much in that one.
2. He oversaw the largest Federal district in the US, including the prosecution most number of criminal cases in the US. The current Texas AG, John Paxton, is about to get his peanuts in a major legal wringer and is ripe to be outed. What is John Bash’s political affiliation?? This guy has a strong record here in Texas.
3.very interesting that he is being replaced by a DAG named Sofer from the DoJ INTEL squad, which I find troubling given the alumni of that group.
“Flying too close to the Sun…” hmmmmm. Never known a Texan to walk away from something that would be a career-maker.
It’s obvious that someone made Mr. Bash an offer he couldn’t refuse. Or he saw the writing on the wall that this investigation was not going to be successful so why put his future on the line tilting at windmills when there is time to dropout without alienating himself from Hillary’s crowd in the future.
“Nice family you’ve got there Mr. Bash…” ??? I see it as he was threatened or bought off. Lead or silver, senor?
Yep Barr picks a guy from the DOJ NSD that had ZERO oversight from an IG.
Yep Mr. Barr exactly what one system of justice needs.
I don’t trust anything coming out of the DOJ these days. That’s said, I’m wondering if he might have come across his own name in the spying. Can’t be the prosecutor if you’re a victim.
This guys got “obama bot” tattooed on his forehead.
I’d like to hear Sidney Powell’s opinion. One would think she is plugged into the Texas, Federal legal side of things. Hasn’t she been the recipient of much of Bash’s findings as well?
Bash hasnt released anything. Nothing at all.
All of Sydney’s information has come from Jensen, and nobody else that I know of.
Agree,
Can someone who tweets drop Sidney this question.
I too think her insight on Bash and his investigation would be very pertinent.
Barr to Bash, “YOU hug the tar baby (and never work in this town again)!” Bash to Barr, “Uh, I’m going to do something a little less strenuous. Isn’t that your job?”
Maybe the “report” is finished?
Richie…its your cats ?? are they watch with you this site ??????
Nigella… hope so..
Sundance wrote: “It would be highly unusual for a U.S. attorney to resign in the middle of a very important aspect of his investigative responsibilities…” Is it possible that all this is just signaling the end of Bash’s probe?
swarms guilt him self get the heck out of town,
FWIW, John Bash was an Obama-era holdover who was brought in by Obama footsoldier Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, whom he credits in his exit announcement.
“I am also grateful to former Counsel to the President Donald F. McGahn II, who gave me steadfast support throughout the nomination and confirmation process, and to former Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli, Jr., for first bringing me into the Department in 2012.”
Some might remember that name from the 2012 Obamacare SCOTUS ruling.
In 2009, Obama appointed Verrilli as ADAG in 2009. In 2011, Obama appointed Verrilli Solicitor General to replace former SG Elena Kagan, who was going to SCOTUS. Then in 2012, Verrilli argued for the constitutionality of Obamacare in front of SCOTUS. His arguments were widely considered failures, until SCOTUS Roberts pulled the “it’s a tax” rabbit out of his hat.
That’s the guy Bash chose to single out (along with McGah) for thanks on his way out.
Very possible that Bash was yet another resistance member embedded in the DOJ.
Agree w/other posters that his new “private sector” job will tell us a lot.
And Kagan should have recused herself from ruling on it too.
I remember distinctly how bad Virelli was. We all thought for sure the court would strike it down.
And remember how Scalia used part of the original decision draft from Roberts when he wrote what ended up being the dissent, allowing people to see how Roberts changed his vote at the last minute. Scalia outed him.
Follow the money.
“Say, counselor, what say we promise you $1.8 million a year for four years, with cost-of-living increases, a $999/mo. company car allowance, a $5 million life insurance policy, and…”
“You had me at life insurance policy.”
Money. Money changes everything.

https://www.waynedupree.com/2020/08/obama-fisa-nsa-john-bash/
IMO it has ALWAYS been about illegal spying and the extraction of Americans information for the sole purpose of leverage.
Why do I think that?
Because the guy who actually did the original spying using the Hammer Program from 2009-2012 said this AND gave 47 hard drives of evidence to the FIB in 2015.
“I produced 600 million pages. If you printed out each page it would be thirty miles high stacked one on top of another. The information is very sensitive information. They collected google searches, credit cards, phone retcords, images, pictures, anything and everything, and they did it for one reason: LEVERAGE. They didn’t know when, but they knew sooner or later they would need that information to use for leverage against a person … The amount of information is mind-boggling, and I gave all of that to FBI Director Comey’s office.”
Now add in the 2012-2016 NSA Contractor Spying Operation that Bash was looking into
Bottom line, Russia Collusion was the diversion, the cover-up to all the illegal spying that took place from 2009-2016.
Indeed. I also believe that this was done because our State Department was the funnel for laundering US Taxpayer money through foreign countries and then back to most of the US Congress.
WSB–according to Sperry, Mr. Bash was “looking @” or disposing of those queries? That question may be asked of every, single 0bama holdover or promoted individual involved in any part of this seemingly-faux investigation, such as Wray and Haspel. I wonder if he was another person put in place to “stall” any findings regarding the to/from/about queries during the 0bama era by actually disposing of them. We have been down this road before, it seems quite possible. I hope that I am wrong, but…
This is quite a messy development, isn’t it?
