The above quote is true, research it for yourself. We The People, county by county, have the Constitutional right, via petition, to instruct a County Judge to empanel a common law, a citizen’s grand jury, or just grand jury, what ever you want to call it, for us to task as we see fit.
When Justice Scalia formally referrers to this constitutional right in Williams, 1992, Section 18, he describes, a – where the right comes from and. b- what its purpose is:
a – 18 [R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history … b– a buffer or referee between the Government and the people.
In Section 19, Justice Scalia adds:
… the grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.
Just think about the power the founders gave us, citizen’s grand juries, and citizen militias, are you really surprised that politicians have worked to memory hole it since the day the last founder died.
They can’t get rid of it though, that takes an amendment to the Constitution. But we have to start using it, and fighting for it.
SCOTUS gets a chance to reverse it’s stunningly obtuse opinion on Birthright Citizenship.

fear consumes her. how could anybody think she would vote against birthright citizenship? She has seven children and four of them are adopted.
Her adopted children are from Haiti because of course she couldn’t find it in her black unpatriotic heart to help American children in need. Plenty of special needs American children that need help.
So basically, she adopted / imported virtue signals from a country with an average IQ of 67 instead.

Birthright Citizenship = the end of America as it was founded and as we know it. The SCOTUS has to know this. The only question left to answer is “how many communists are on it”?
I say three for sure and quite possibly five.
The importation of cheap labor and failure to protect our borders has wrought untold destruction. From neutering the inability of a man to provide for his home to now what we see in Dearborn, it feels like one long continuum into the issues we see today. God help us.

No sane country allows pregnant women to enter a country they have NO ties to and drop a kid for future purposes.

Birth tourism is an absolute travesty that must be stopped.
