“Their unwillingness to testify only amplifies the Committees’ concerns,” the report added of the depositions between July and December 2025, also citing ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Wells’ seemingly “false statements to Congress” and withholding of documents pursuant to a subpoena for records. Decades ago when WJC/HRC were in Washington, District of Corruption, I remember watching some of the Whitewater hearings on C-SPAN. They were chaired by Sen. Alfonse D’Amato (R-NY). Various individuals were brought forth and questioned about very specific issues. None of them could recall or remember anything.
I knew they were lying, because I thought to myself, “With memory functioning that poorly, how did these people ever graduate from college with memories like that.”

I have relatives who were registered as Democrats (by the democrat clerks) when getting their license at the DMV. They have never been Democrats…. and in some states you can’t vote in the GOP primary, when registered as Democrat.

Democrats send S.W.A.T. teams when there is evidence of behavior they don’t like. It does not have to be illegal, though they will find some obscure statute somewhere or, if that fails, make something that is retroactive. For example the absurd “rape” nonsense for which New York state actually changed the statute of limitations to target their political opponent.
Republicans are not playing the same game, they are simply happy to get paid. It all pays the same, for them anyways.
In both cases it is maddening.

Should such an event happen, they will never lose power again and there will be carnage the likes of nothing ever seen before. The seriousness of the midterm election is lost on most of the population. The thoughts of the Democrat Communist Party regaining power, full destructive power, full vengeful power, is almost too horrible to think about. They will NOT have the American People or the Country`s interest at heart, to be sure.
If that should come to pass, it is my fervent hope that the repugnant CONgresscritters will be their appetizer.

The Texas AG (Paxton) has no authority to prosecute criminally unless a local DA asks for assistance. A civil lawsuit is what he can do. Under Texas Deceptive Trade Practices they can be civilly fined up to $10K per violation. Conceivably, with millions of violations he can break ActBlue. Case filed in Tarrant County which is a heck of a lot better than Austin or DC.
While not criminal charges it is what he can do. And I would take Paxton over Thune as well as his actual opponent Cornyn.

I remember here in Australia June 2020 when we were hard locked down but Black Lives Matter alone was allowed to march en masse at will.

My strategy to FIX the US Congress is to:

Some folks have wondered why the FEC (Federal Elections Committee) has done nothing about this.
The first answer is that the FEC has always been a political road block in its structural setup.
There are 6 committee members which must be evenly divided-3 D’s/3 R’s and for any thing to pass there must be 4 Yeas. So either an R or an D must vote with the other side. This was suppose to support compromise, but in reality leads to gridlock and nothing ever passes in our currently highly politicized culture.
The next problem is there has to be 4 votes for Yea. So the Senate always stalls and never fills enough vacancies to fill the FEC membership making it impossible to get a 4 member passing vote. Just another subversive Congressional rule ‘walk around’!
We currently have a good example of this with 4 out of the 6 seats vacant. The 2 lonely members are D’s. So no investigations, no referrals, no application of rules, etc can happen because it takes 4 votes to proceed.
Second the question: Why hasn’t the Trump administration done something about it?

The other day, Senator Kennedy asked some “Judge” who was nominated for some “Judgeship”, a question at least 10 times, the exact same way, and this “Judge” ran her mouth, while at the same time refusing to offer a straight answer to a very simple question.
