I will continue to enjoy President Trump’s time in office. Watching him with other leaders is the best. I wonder if he can hear the lamantations of their women?
The Musk Jensen discussion at the Saudi Investment Meeting is worth a listen also. Explains where this AI is heading.
The credit for electric vehicles is worthless. Electric vehicles are not sustainable. Americans want to get in their vehicles and go..not plot out where their next plug-in is located.
Otherwise, it was a good speech.
There needs to be a number attached to when “a little while” is up for these foreign workers that come with these foreign companies opening in the US. My opinion is 18 months to get American workers up to speed on the process. This is not rocket science or neurosurgeons we are talking about here.
Deep down, you know exactly what “a little while” means. Once they’re in, they never leave, and they bring more and more in, have kids, rinse repeat.
No. they don’t ever leave. I watch this Visa scheme up close in employment. The amount of extensions, spousal visas and student visas are all a huge industry. Not to mention the staffing/consulting firms that keep an ever increasing “bench” of cheap foreign talent. The breadth of this very few can comprehend. We are being replaced. Like it or not in every single aspect of our labor market. This is yet another foot in the door to another industry. The only thing I have been trying to figure out is whether Trump knows this scam or not. One thing I am certain of many on the team around him whispering in his ear and the Tech bros do….
Remember when Trump was against globalism? This is fascinating to watch unfold.
Well, I wouldn’t say President Trump is a globalist or promoting globalism. Investments in America are a good thing, more factories up and running is a good thing, more American jobs is a good thing, wealth from these businesses staying in America is a good thing. Shutting ourselves off from other countries is a bad thing. The days of those other countries raking us over the coals is done though.
The other nations who invest in factories in the US will be the OWNERS, not Americans being the owners.
So, this is appearing to be the reverse of what has previously occurred.
Rather than sending the $$, the know how and the businesses overseas to blight America, the businesses will bring the know how and the $$ to America and RETAINING ownership and power.
In both scenarios Americans are not owning America, and we will be at their mercy to continue. We will still be enslaved to the globalists.
With respect, too many words.
