According to a statement by New Jersey U.S. Attorney Alina Habba, a grand jury has indicted Representative LaMonica McIver (N.J) on three charges related to her involvement in a violent stunt at an ICE facility.
Previously the Dept of Homeland Security released body camera footage showing LaMonica McIver, instigating a violent confrontation with DHS and Immigration Customs and Enforcement officials in Newark, New Jersey. The indictment today is another step in President Trump’s promise to continue targeting and deporting illegal aliens.

No, in the overall narrative, this case is small potatoes, as it will probably be below the radar of most.
However, what she did was not unique; ICE agents have been complaining that Judges have been complicit in frustrating their attempts to arrest these illegals inside the Courthouse, in many jurisdictions.
Swift Justice in this case, can put an end to that bullshyte once and for all, and reestablish a long standing precedent of honoring detainer requests, instead of thwarting them.
Her only shot is jury nullification. The videos make the prosecutions case that she WAS impeding the efforts of ICE..
Maybe with lots of bias from the Judge, which Alina will have no problem with calling out, AND a biased jury willing to go the nullification route, she might have a chance.
Should take a plea bargain if offered, but if I was the prisecution I wouldn’t offer it…”ready for trial, your Honor!”
This is one where, in the all important Court of Public Opinion, our side benefits from a corrupt outcome, more than by bargaining away to avoid a corrupt outcome.
Hope this means a REP governor will be elected in NJ in Nov.

but these people got tricked..they were blasted 8 days to Sunday that somehow illegal people must be allowed to stay..that they have rights.
