This SCOTUS ruling is just further proof that our courts are utterly corrupted and compromised, filled with people who have neither the temperament nor the intellect to decide on matters of law that affect the lives of millions of Americas!
Which is why the senate needs to start impeaching any judge who strives to interfere with the Executive office who does not have the authority or jurisdiction to do so.
Just do this and remove them, and remove their replacement if they so chose to act in the same manner.

I have been told that there are two branches of Eastern Orthodox, one that is recognized by Moscow and the other by Constantinople, and that a large number of the Moscow branch switched when Russia invaded Ukraine.
So it’s not all the same as what we’ve heard.

The Supreme Court rules in favor of a federal judge that the government is compelled to pay USAID billions of dollars. So a single federal judge can run the budget of the US government and the SC backs this. Unreal.
The blowback on Roberts and Barrett is so severe that they will be forced to rule for Trump on the merits once it gets back to them in order to save face.
Barrett will never live down her stinky side eye and facial grimace showing her distain for President Trump and by extension the American people who voted for him. Not a good look for a supreme court judge.
President Trump MADE her one of the most powerful women in the world and this is how she repays him.
He set her up for life and basically made her immortal. Her portrait may hang on walls of government institutions for many many years long after she is gone.

The ruling was that contracts already fulfilled should be paid. Simple reaffirmation of contract law.

Fulfilled? Sure about that? Just because someone sends an invoice or some magic date appears on the calendar doesn’t mean you owe them. Have the requirements been met, deliverables been received? Audit – standard part of contracting.

BREAKING: Federal ethics watchdog Hampton Dellinger has been removed after an order of the DC Circuit:

I don’t read that as Hampton Dellinger being removed. I read that as a stay with expedited hearing yet to come.
“The Appeals Court has now undone her Order while the appeal is pending. That means the TRO and Prelim Injunction are vacated and the firing of Dellinger is now back in effect.”
I only saw the first page of that order. I presume the next page brought that out.
This is only temporary. Read the entire article. Only the TRO was vacated by the DC Appeals court, there will still be a hearing before the entire DC Court, to determine if the President can remove Dellinger.
Given this is the DC Federal Court, chances are good this will end up before Supreme Court casino.
The lawyers representing President are arguing on Constitutional Authority in the case.
In parallel, another legal team representing the President needs to prepare a case using the criteria of the Law passed by Congress that Created the Whistleblower Office, which defines the criteria the President can use to remove the Office head.
In the case involving the Plenary Powers of the President, Chief Justice Roberts specifically mentioned this case as a possible EXCEPTION to the President Plenary authority over the Executive.

About the order to pay the $1.9 Billion to USAID, I’ve been thinking perhaps the administration should pay those monies into an escrow account; it would serve kind of as a bond should the case be lost in the end, but the monies wouldn’t be irretrievably lost if the administration is successful.
An escrow account is used commonly in Court for funds at issue.
The removal can move ahead as the TRO is lifted …. but … the case is not done yet … the part of the article at the end (which is cut off) states the case will still be litigated before the DC Circuit.
Hate to say but chances are good this ends up before the Supreme Court Casino are pretty good, which is NOT good for President Trump.

As a board member on for Crossroads Rhode Island, which has partnered with One Neighborhood Builders, McConnell had a clear motive to keep federal funding flowing. AFL notes two federal laws McConnell appears to have ignored.

But the third was Judge Millett — considered among the intellectual heavyweights on the liberal side.

First up: Ernst & Young. Uncle Sam cut them a $9 million check for—wait for it—a “Supply Chain Funds Reimbursement Administrator.”

This woman is “connecting dots” and she does not have a clue. I actually do know a thing or three about contracts and a contract value of $XXXX DOES NOT MEAN “Uncle Sam cut them a $9 million check”. “Uncle Sam” awarded them a $9 million contract. Did she “connect dots” to actual payments against this contract?
Scroll down a little further and she claims “Deloitte secured a $36.3M bag for the Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program II (V-LEEP II).” Again, what she actually shows are MODIFICATIONS to the contract increasing its value. It clearly says that in her screenshot. Has she found invoices from Deloitte totaling $36.3M? Has she found payments to Deloitte totaling $36.3 M? I do not know. She has not shown that.
While the question should be asked why is the USG “paying” for Vietnam’s Low Emission Energy Program, these “revelations” do not actually reveal the real fraud, waste and abuse.
How is it that DOGE can find this massive treasure trove of fraud, waste and abuse at USAID and yet they only found $80 million waste in DEI programs at DoD? $80 million? $80 million in a $800 BILLION budget in an agency that has failed eight straight audits? The dishonesty and gaslighting here is quite stunning. Especially coming from the “truth seekers.”
