U.S. Dept. of State, where they obtained a crazy (I don’t use that term lightly) order that DOS pay $2 billion in invoices by midnight tonight….

One of the least talked about check the President has on the Judicial Branch is that the Constitution does not give the federal courts enforcement powers, but it does provide the president – through his Oath of Office – the power of personal discretion as to which laws are consistent with (in Pursuance of) the Constitution.
He can “order” (a constitutionally sound use of executive orders) the Treasury Department not to write the checks or be fired.

Rates are going UP on all of them. Which means each country is incurring higher costs to issue debt.

NGOs should be outlawed to be paid or used in any government contract or service. All government payments MUST be direct line of sight accounting. No commingling and fungible and multiple shell and/or NGOs.
