President-elect Donald Trump, along with former presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, arrived at Washington National Cathedral ahead of Jimmy Carter’s funeral. President Trump and President Obama sat next to each other and engaged in extended conversation.
It is interesting to watch the body language and interpersonal dynamics in this video. President Trump shakes hands with Mike Pence. President Obama does not shake Trump or Melania’s hand – but shakes everyone else’s hands. George W Bush walks right past the Trump’s, then slaps Obama in the stomach and shakes hands with everyone else. President Obama and President Trump having lots of laughs. My take after watching without sound is … By the looks on the guilty faces, it appears they are attending their own funeral.
In some ways, they are. I suspect that Obama is the cleanest shirt among them and/or he thinks he has sufficient covering to avoid being exposed, unlike the rest.

Trump pulled out of the Iran deal and the Paris Accords, and he wants to pull out of things like the World Health Organization (WHO). Obama appears to get whatever the issue is saying, “it should be good.” But Trump apparently thinks it’s a pressing matter. Does he think Obama knows something, or is he going to drop some words on him about if Democrats continue to go after him?

You do realize a Catholic mailmen must go to work on Good Friday, an important day of obligation, but for the former President’s funeral, state religion holiday, they get off. Former President must be honored but not Christ’s sacrifice.
