In a post on his Truth Social page, President Trump shared some information from Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick who is reporting that the border wall panels have been pulled from auction.

Last Thursday, President-elect Trump submitted an amicus brief supporting an injunction to prevent the Biden administration from proceeding with the sale of the materials, as well as calling for an investigation into the legality of the auction. Earlier that week, President Trump remarked that the sale was “almost a criminal act” given that it was happening shortly before he was set to return to the White House.
It appears the 8,000 panels will be available for use immediately after President Trump takes office on January 20, 2025.

Those 8,000 panels purchased approx $760,000 was a part of legislative appropriation are not pawn pieces to be moved around on a Democrat chessboard to stimy an incoming President. Selling those materials at reserve of a mere $400 is criminal. Do the math $.05 X 8000 = $400. This is beyond White House misappropriation of the construction materials as surplus. It’s criminal and I would like to see Atty Gen Pam Bondi investigate that criminal attempt if nothing more than further sullying the biden regime.
Don’t know about ‘legality’ but the original KO (Contracting Officer) should lose their warrant for even allowing this to happen.
The auctioneer, a private business, can schedule the auctions he has when he thinks the market will be best. Did the Biden administration put a time limit in the contract to sell?
Remember the devious biden White House placed a $400 Reserve on the auction.

I’m still looking for the video I saw the other day of an interview of an illegal alien woman in NYC who bragged about how the gubt paid for her baby to be born once she got here. I’ve seen the videos of the rusted out sections that they’re hauling away for scrap and this doesn’t make sense. You can drag an old chevy out of the pucker brush that’s been sitting there for fifty years and it looks just as bad as it did the day you drug it off into the desert for recycling. So, why in God’s name are these panels scrap iron after just four years?

15 years ago, I had a client that recycled metals in Oakland California. Every day, they would have an army of people that would scour the urban landscape picking up every beer can and scrap of metal and sell it to them for cash. The metal would then be sorted and shipped off to Taiwan bulk and then come back in the form recycled goods. Many of the people bringing them metals were drug users and were desperate. They were careful not to take anything stolen and would let the cops know when they saw something. At any rate, many of these homeless crack heads would frequently take highway guardrails or light poles and try to recycle them. I think that is what the Biden Administration is trying to do. It does not matter if it is a good deal or not, just so he, Hunter, and his supporters can get enough money to get a hit a crack they are ok with it.
