I’ve been saying that about the Clintons and their circle for thirty years. Over time I’ve gotten more realistic. Historically, the corrupt ruling class “gets theirs” either at the hands of each other, or in a revolution. Barring that, they die old and comfortable in their beds, smiling with the approval of their own consciences. The justice they’ll see is not in this world. It’s frustrating, but it’s the way it is.

I am of the belief that there is a reckoning currently inbound. These people who have been corrupted at the highest levels of government, military and society are going to find themselves begging for the mercy that will evade them.

The focused barbarism of vigilante justice is what a civilized justice system is intended to supplant, and without the latter, a reversion to the former is simply inevitable.
If I were responsible for the untold misery and suffering of innocents, I would much rather face justice, repent and try to make amends in *this* lifetime, than to seal my fate in the next.

President Trump mentioned a few weeks ago that this case should have went to commercial because no one in this court would understand how the real-estate business works.
Seems he was right again because the radical hag James is twisting a law that was meant to protect victims from predatory lenders. Essentially she is accusing him of being a predatory borrower even though all loans were paid back on time with interest. She has intentionally misapplied the law and this is what President Trump meant when he said a case like this has never been brought by anyone ever.
Now figure in Judge Moron and his ego where he admittedly does not even need jurors to decide if someone is guilty and we have a recipe for disaster. Seems his ego and his TDS would not let him pass on this case, at every turn he has rigged it to keep the facts from coming out and even decided Trumps guilt before hearing both sides of the case which IMO makes for an appellate court win. Seems the judge has intentionally misrepresented his knowledge of the law and has proven he has no understanding of what real-estate is worth.
The hag James is seeking 250 million and from my understanding 80% of the case has already been thrown out by an appellate court due to statute of limitations so that leaves 20% of 250 million which is 50 million. President Trump is worth an estimated 3 billion and has many properties in other states so losing his business in NY is not even going to come close to doing him in.
Its not all gloom and doom folks, even if Trump loses the appeal, gets nailed for 250 million and loses his NY based business the war is not over by any stretch of the imagination.
Will other AG’s suffering from TDS in other states try the same ? Maybe but lets worry about that when or if it happens.
I think President Donald J Trump will be just fine besides we have bigger fish to fry like making sure no ” zuckerbucks ” find their way into the 2024 election, getting rid of mass mail in voting and all ballot drop off boxes nationwide.

Consider the follow-on effects where other eager TDS sufferers outside of NY seek to have Trump barred from doing business elsewhere on the basis of having his NY licenses terminated. Being called “His Fraudulency” will be the least of it.

Summary judgment is a huge issue in courts that needs reform. Judges who do not understand certain issues–rulings from the EEOC, real estate law, and many other issues make rulings in summary judgment without expertise and destroy entire cases by setting them up as something they could never be because of IGNORANCE.
Most judges are far too arrogant to ever admit they are ignorant of anything.

Yes, the jurisdiction argument gets priority and no one seems to be able to challenge that or change venues. I’ve been to Washington DC. It’s 100% government workers and tax payer leeches that live and work there. Hello! New York City isn’t too much different. The jury pools in these areas are incredibly biased toward government prosecution. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are or evidence shows. Getting a fair and unbiased jury is virtually impossible.
The vast majority of people in these areas vote for the most leftist socialist radical candidate they can find.
