Prior narrative shaping and reporting from CBS and CNN, revealed the Biden classified documents pertain to various U.S. interests in Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom. The Biden family has a deep connection to Ukraine as an outcome of Joe Biden selling policy influence on behalf of his son Hunter.
Attorney General appears to have specifically selected U.S. Attorney John Lausch as political cover as he reviews the matter, because Lausch was one of only two holdovers from the Trump administration. That selection tells us the nature of the review is entirely political. He said that it is a disgrace that the feds are even looking at him under that act. But the vice president falls under the Federal Records Act, which is brutal. It’s a criminal act.
But no worries. FBI Director Comey gave Hillary Clinton a free pass from the Federal Records Act with regards to the top secret documents she had on her private email server in her house. Before the FBI had investigated the issue Comey issued a letter saying that Hillary was not “grossly negligent,” just “extremely careless.” No violation of the Federal Records Act was intended even if federal law states that it is a violation even if no intent was involved. Comey said that no reasonable prosecutor would take the case against Hillary. So we can trust that FBI Director Chris Wray will find that usurper Biden falls under the same get-out-of-jail-free precedent.

Face it, there are three sets of laws. If you fall on the (D) side, those laws fade away and do not apply. If you fall on the (R) side, you are now subject to the full extent of the law. If you are Trump or tied to Trump, you get the amplified version of the law applied by the DOJ, later to be thrown out by the courts.
The only laws that a (D) player cannot skirt are the laws of physics (though they sure try to) and most importantly, the laws of a just God. As leaders of the country, they will be held to a higher standard (“It is an abomination for kings to commit wicked acts, For a throne is established on righteousness” Proverbs 16:12).

When you have bad advisors – and don’t know what information is good or bad, it’s VERY difficult if not impossible to make good decisions. Couple this with a culturally inherent bias towards believing that experts are at worst – biased in their own best/selfish interests – and so should likely be trusted, or at least work under the assumption that they are not outright lying and working against anyone/everyone else’s best interests.
It does not bode well for our increasingly complicated world that we cannot trust our advisors, as it is well nigh impossible to be well informed enough on all subjects to be able to tell if your advisors should be trusted or not.
