The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has finalized the formal process to require employers of more than 100 employees to mandate vaccination as a requirement for employment in the United States.

While the OSHA rules appear to have been finalized, the official publication in the Federal Register is scheduled to take place tomorrow November 5, 2021.
The OSHA Rule is being authorized by the Dept of Labor under an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). The ETS will go into effect on December 5, 2021, with the final vaccinations and testing in place by January 4, 2022 (sixty days after registration). There is NO END DATE to the rule. I repeat, despite the rule being filed under an emergency “temporary” standard, there is no end date for the rule to expire or be reauthorized.
As published, the rule affects employers with 100 or more employees that are not (1) federal contractors or (2) health care facilities (those are subject to different regulations).
Employees who work from home; and/or have no contact with other employees; and/or have contact with customers; and/or work outside; are exempted from the OSHA requirements as published.
♦ Employers have two options: (1) Mandatory vaccinations with exemptions for disabilities and sincere religious beliefs; or (2) Weekly testing and face coverings for unvaccinated employees. (If unvaccinated employees work outside, they do not have to mask).
That means if you are not vaccinated, for whatever reason, you must wear a mask in the workplace and visibly identify yourself as unvaccinated.
♦ Employers are required to:
(1) Create and implement a Covid safety plan.
(2) Collect proof of vaccination for employees. Employers cannot just ask employees – they need to see their official vaccination record or other evidence.
(3) Provide paid time off for vaccinations and side effects. Employers must provide four hours of paid time off for each employee to be vaccinated and also need to provide a reasonable amount of time off if someone has a bad reaction.
(4) Continue with quarantine policies as set forth by the CDC. Anyone who tests positive must quarantine, even if they are fully vaccinated.
(5) Any employee who is hospitalized or dead due to the vaccine must be reported to OSHA and registered as a workplace injury/death.
(6) Employers must be prepared to be audited and prove vaccination records, if asked.

You left out the best part. Should an employee die from the vax it must be reported as a workplace death. After all as the employer you are now forcing your employees to get the vax. This becomes a huge liability, and will cripple many businesses, but that is the plan. Glad to see reported that Ohio AG David Yost has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on vaccine mandates and testing.

And, it is quite impossible to argue that a virus with a 99.7% survival rate actually constitutes a “grave danger to employees” to justify omitting all of the OSHA procedural requirements. So far as I know, all other safety regulations OSHA enforces, apply to any company, of any size.
I have worked at companies with under 100 employees, that had OSHA inspections. If they had guards off machines, exposed wires, etc. they got fined.
So, how is it this rule ONLU applies to companies with over 100 employees?
So far, Union employees, in some industries are pushing back, and company is backing down, others not so much.
How is it the USPS is exempt, as they certainly have more than 100 employees, and they aren’t telecomuting from home?

The rule only applies to companies with over 100 employees………for now. Look for a change in the rules to be ushered in sometime next spring. I’m guessing someone will challenge the constitutionality of this based on equal protection. OSHA will simply respond by making this applicable to everyone. Instantly the rule is now constitutional…. so therefore it must be good!
How can the OSHA dictates be constitutional when it has not been given any authority by the legislature? Desantis explained that. Biden crooks are tasking OSHA to carry out their mandate. I don’t have it handy, but I think the reason for the mandate only applying to companies with a 100 or more employees has to do with the specific statute or rule contained within OSHA that is being used for justification for such a mandate.
OSHA claims that it’s more administratively feasible for “larger” companies to enforce.
IMO, OSHA has been it’s own government for years, issuing orders with no basis in law but in agreement with those who work there and the eco-freaks who support them. It’s one more Federal department that needs to be eliminated.
I urge people to research Common Law. You can do your own lawsuits, have a jury of your peers and plead your case without all the Bar imposed nonsense and speak in normal English.

The only other OSHA rule that is company size dependent are the illness/injury recordkeeping/reporting regulations – 10 employees or more. 29 CFR §1904.1 Partial Exemption for Employers with 10 or Fewer Employees. There may be others but I don’t think so.

Canadian professor of medicine Dr. Steven Pelech has maintained that “Contrary to what a number of people have said, there is no such thing as ‘mild myocarditis.’”

I am giving up a $160K job rather than take the mRNA injections. I have done thousands of hours of research in to the injections. They are dangerous. Very dangerous. Hundreds of thousands have died in this country due to the mRNA injections. More than from Covid 19 itself. I gather data from all over the web and do several hours of research a day. A recent analysis looking at Covid-19 vaccine adverse event reporting estimates that one needs to multiply reported numbers by 41X to get the median estimate of actual adverse events. The low end of the estimate, is that one must multiply the numbers in the VAERS database by about 20X to estimate realistically a minimum number of deaths and injuries.
About 17,000 deaths have been attributed to the “vaccines” are in the VAERS database, since the “vaccines” have been introduced.
The most conservative estimate is then that about 340,000 have been killed by the “vaccines”. Many more have been maimed, crippled for life and can never work again.

If the purpose of this OSHA rule is to prevent transmission of COVID 19, mandating vaccinations with the current non-sterilizing, leaky vaccines is NOT the answer.
What science is this tyrant basing his edicts on? The only people sick with the CHINA VIRUS are people who were coerced or are naive and took the experimental drugs for the CHINA VIRUS. I have had the CHINA VIRUS and I now have anti-bodies created from my God given immune system. Now we have a basis for the lawsuits: they have made their first move.
21 USC § 360bbb-3 and 10 USC §1107a, et seq, specifically concern “emergency use authorization.” These statutes expressly protect your freedom of choice – to give informed consent, or to refuse for any or for no reason. They further stipulate that you must not be pressured nor coerced, nor suffer adverse consequences nor the threat of the same.
These moves are trying to simultaneously take away that choice, while continuing to protect the manufacturers from liability for the consequences of their sometimes harmful and deadly “potions” under the chimera of a non-existent “medical emergency” that actually kills almost no one at all. But, the “potions” certainly do.
To administer any medication without informed consent is a felony called medical assault.

The “or testing” aspect is a legal move to get around a lot of the expected angles of attack on this… should be obvious but saying it anyway.
But Something Else happens about that time… the TESTING STANDARDS change as well. You know, the “one that can tell the difference between influenza and COVID19?” standard?
Another bit that’s not bad for me and my company is the working from home policy. We had that before and were fairly successful implementing it. The only thing NOT successful was asking people to come back to the office… a lot of people quit about that time. Not good.
Still beyond the unprecedented display of evil from the left we are seeing, the most disappointing thing to me is seeing how many people are still repeating the media. One guy I know thinks he is claiming “facts” and when I direct him to the CDC’s own data he says “stats can be manipulated.” The common thread in the useless discussion was that he’s perfectly happy following instructions without questioning them and facts, no matter where they come from, are irrelevant.

How much will it cost? Will it be an acceptable alternative to the current injected vaccine?
The key takeaway from the Pfizer announcement is this: Pfizer said studies showed its COVID-19 pill reduced hospitalizations and deaths in high-risk patients by 89%.
It’s expected the new drug will be made available in the US at least but in limited quantities at first.

You gotta love the fact that they are trying really hard to justify this b.s. With a 3 page guide, they have over 400 pages justifying it. It’s all over inflated dramatic language. It’s pathetic.
And the first page of it tries to make it sound like the majority of the COVID deaths have been in the working age population, when it has really been in those past the normal age of retirement.
This virus would not seem to be a ‘grave danger’ to healthy working age people.
We may all enjoy the discovery phase of the lawsuits on how OSHA determined this to be a ‘grave danger’ compared to previous viruses that have appeared before.
Looks like we can add OSHA to the list of government departments that need to be eliminated if we want a free republic. How can they implement something that isn’t even a law? A presidential mandate is unconstitutional but that is what they’re using to shut down businesses and punish Americans. We are indeed living in a dictatorship.
I’m sure someone will have an interesting work around to explain this un-Constitutional attack on American freedoms and how it’s really okay, after all OSHA has been a law unto itself for decades.

Golly, what a mystery! …oh wait, maybe it’s the Covid-19 spike proteins that the mRNA transgenic “vaccines” cause your body to manufacture in volume that enter your bloodstream and accumulate in your organs e.g. heart, lungs, testes, ovaries, etc, (Japanese bio-location study) causing damage which result in the formation of micro-clots resulting in thromboses, myocarditis, neuologic damage, auto-immune disorders, etc. etc. The icing on this cake of horrors is the recently released study from Sweden concluding that the spike proteins invade the nuclei of cells and impair the functioning of the cells’ DNA repair mechanism (NHEJ) up to 90% potentially resulting in AIDS.
Just isolated incidents, right?
Vaccine injuries and death are just “isolated events” that don’t alter the “risk-reward calculus” favoring the innoculations – until it happens to you or one of your family members. So be sure to get your annual booster shot (that is only designed for the original Covid strain which no longer exists having mutated into the Delta, Mu variants).

I think that Ed Durr in NJ has a unique talking point in the coming days.
One of the headlines of the Daily Wire has hit something so hard on the head, I don’t know if they realize it. With the upcoming illegal vaccine mandates, and with trucking companies having a large portion of unvaccinated workers who are famous for loving being told what to do, it is a recipe for literal disaster.
If the truck drivers go out on January 4, then the already stifled economy is going to be ground to a screeching halt.
This White House occupant is trying to destroy the United States of America.

So the Headline should read: ‘Federal Government Admits that COVID Vaccines Produce Side Effects, Side Affects So Severe that You Will Need An Extended Amount of Time To Recover From Them!”

Any reasonably informed person can pick apart their justification for the rule. It makes no sense, and has no precedent. None of OSHA’s assertions about the nature and virulence of the disease have been proven with any study or clinical trial. They are literally making it up.
