Two points. #1) New York is shutting down healthcare provider services due to lack of human resources. #2) New York’s largest healthcare provider, Northwell Health, just fired 1,400 workers for failing to take the forced vaccination. Both of these points are currently facts in New York state.
NEW YORK – Northwell Health announced Monday that the company let go of 1,400 employees who decided not to comply with the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers.
“Northwell regrets losing any employee under such circumstances, but as health care professionals and members of the largest health care provider in the state, we understand our unique responsibility to protect the health of our patients and each other,” a spokesperson for Northwell Health said in a statement. Let the “wrongful death” lawsuits begin! Every time anyone dies at that hospital, the administration should face another lawsuit – naming the state Governor as a co-defendant. When several hundred of these lawsuits have piled up by this Friday, people will start to notice.
And … every lawsuit will be perfectly justifiable. You can’t do things like this and not face the music, because we the people won’t let you.
And, let’s “up the ante” a bit. Maybe this is a criminal offense. Arrest the top brass, and declare that they could be a “flight risk.” In keeping with Jan 6 practices, they will all be held in solitary confinement pending trial, scheduled for the year 2024.

The hospitals themselves should be sued, also. Those CEO’s and Administrators didn’t have to fire unvaccinated staff; if patient care was their primary objective all they had to do is offer natural immunity and negative test in lieu of vaccination. Then JoeBamaLa/Governors could sue the hospitals for what? Doubtful any of them want to wind up in front of the U.S. Supreme Court with a case they can’t win due to actual science.
I very sincerely believe that this action qualifies as a criminal offense. No joke. This has crossed the line.
It is serious and has crossed many lines. Another angle I see is that New York has a bunch of illegals sucking up medical resources and U.S. citizens end up doing without because of it. TPTB are hiding it by screaming about, and discriminating against, unvacced Americans.
Where are the lawyers?
Vaxxed people carry a higher viral load than unvaxxed people do.
The vaxxed are more dangerous to patients than unvaxxed.
If patient care was the goal here; they would be given the efficacious treatment that they need?
This about tyranny…Pure and simple!
If they were brave enough to be on the front line when there was no vaccine, why are they not good enough now? Especially if they’ve already had COVID? We don’t ordinarily vaccinate those of us who’ve already had measles, mumps, chix pox, etc.
None of this passes the smell test.
“Requirement” is of course, not “law”. Sue employers for wrongful termination and violation of your civil rights. If these hospitals think the Xiden regime will stand by them in court–well, I’d like to be a fly on the wall when they find out he is a traitor and shanks them in their sides.
The vials that they are getting the jab from are not labeled “Comirnaty” and those contents are still classified as experimental use. If it doesn’t say “Comirnaty” on the label; it is not fully approved!
It is against the Nuremberg Convention to force experimental anything on the unwilling. It is also illegal to give any “medicine” without informed consent. Both are being done to millions of people!

One of the larger hospitals in a for profit chain laid off a lot of expensive nurses and hired more orderlies and LPN’s There are procedures ONLY an RN can perform. So a man comes into ER with heart attack. Has a chair and waits. Dies waiting in a chair for a nurse. 5 million dollar court settlement for negligence.
The learning opportunity is to not listen to accountants and government but listen to patients.
NO ONE should be forced to take an experimental drug in order to keep their job, or attend school.

Literally these same scumbags at Northwell last year organized a celebrity online event called Nurse Heroes. They paraded around the same nurses who this year they treat as disposable as used masks.
Don’t go to any Northwell Health facility, or any professional associated with them.
Put them out of business. It is well deserved.
