Based on the response from Newsmax, it appears Dominion Voting Systems filed a lawsuit and leaked it to media before the lawsuit was served on the targets. This is the signature move for Lawfare.
Reuters reveals first that Dominion has sued Newsmax, OAN and Patrick Byrne for defamation seeking $1.6 billion in damages from each entity. It does not seem coincidental these lawsuits are filed on the same day that Mike Lindell hosts a cyber symposium to present evidence of coordinated electronic voting system tabulation manipulation.
Dominion Voting Systems operates in multiple states identified by Lindell’s cyber-investigative team. According to the ongoing investigative analysis being revealed at the symposium, specific algorithms were deployed on a county level basis to change the vote system tabulation results.
REUTERS – Dominion Voting Systems Corp on Tuesday sued two conservative media networks, One America News Network and Newsmax Media Inc, saying they defamed the U.S. voting machine company by spreading false claims that it rigged the 2020 election against then-U.S. President Donald Trump.
Dominion also filed a lawsuit making similar allegations against businessman Patrick Byrne, the former chief executive of online retailer Overstock.com Inc (OSTK.O).
The lawsuits are the latest legal actions taken by Denver-based Dominion against Trump allies that amplified false theories about the firm. In each of the three lawsuits filed on Monday, Dominion is seeking more than $1.6 billion in damages, citing lost profits and other harms. (read more)
The issues surrounding the 2020 election are complex and some key states are attempting physical ballot audits to determine if any fraud took place. Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin have grassroots activist movements pressuring state legislatures for audits.
That said, and with the known status and motive of the Fourth Branch of Government in mind, it is also worth considering that Dominion itself may not have been the originator of any electronic manipulation. If these systems were connected to the internet; and it appears from evidence and testimony that many were; it is possible the data infiltration and/or manipulation therein, may have originated from inside the government itself. Dominion didn’t have to do any actual vote tampering. All they had to do was design a system that allowed people using it to do vote tampering. The tampering may have been broken into parts as well – one person creates data that changes things but doesn’t know what it is used for and another deploys it to the voting system thinking it is legit. There are multiple levels of indirection between the architects of the fraud and people who actually unknowingly did it. If this is the situation and any of the media outlets said something akin to “Dominion perpetrated voter fraud” they have opened themselves up for a libel suit. Dominion doesn’t even have to win, just filing it will sway public opinion.
But they advertise as tamper proof.
If it’s done on purpose, it’s not tampering…that’s a feature, not a bug.

Dom’s CEO said the machines were not connected to the internet. But the Antrum MI machine that investigators inspected had a 4G cell modem built into the machine’s motherboard. There was also a reported modem installed in a thermostat in the Georgia (?) tabulation center. Then too, one of Lindell’s guests today is an electrical engineer who designed a wiring system for the international space station. He was not allowed to take photos as an observer, but drew a schematic that was later verified, and he says the computers had standard internet cables.

There is one feeble hope in these Dominion cases. If they are brought to trial, Dominion, as the plaintiff, will have to prove damages; and they cannot do that without exposing their systems, how they work, their vulnerabilities, etc. This information would be recorded for the public to peruse. They also need to discuss the modems hidden under the motherboards.

I don’t know if it’s accurate but she said the DA and/or rep was in her office while she was flying out to the symposium and DOMINION WAS IN HER OFFICE. This was done by the Dem Secretary of State who was funded by Soros according to what was said in the symposium.
I don’t see this ending well for Dominion, or for the state officials who keep buying their kit. I actually don’t expect Lindell to land a fatal blow.
