Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the legal battle between the State Senate and Maricopa County during their ongoing battle over the election audit. Ms. Ward highlights the recent letter from the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the State Senate response to it. Apparently, the State Senate is preparing to go back to court against the county officials.

We ran a free and fair election and we are not going to allow anyone to see anything which might cast doubt on this. Looks like the middle finger to me. Real work to do? The mid terms are little more than a year away and past methodology needs updating quickly as the vise tightens ever so slowly. I hope the state senate in AZ is looking forward as well as backward.
That always get me. The Democrats insist there are multiple levels of protection to insure the integrity of elections, and go on to say no “significant” fraud has ever been found much less proven. But then refuse to allow any sort of validation to check the effectiveness of these safeguards they tout so fervently.

This is the tip of the iceberg. If MBOS are successful in delaying this long enough, the audits in other states will not complete before the midterm elections. Other states are waiting on AZ results to start their own audits. Other states talk a lot of trash about audits but they aren’t doing them.
Once they see AZ results, audits will explode across several states. If they delay AZ, then they can delay MI, WI, PA, GA, etc long enough that legislators will not have time to pass laws to fix problems found in the audits.
I don’t even want to remember what this signer of this letter’s name is. But, I GUESS HE MUST BE AN FORMER AUDITOR who knows what the word even means. “Not Qualified?” How so? I would love to hear him explain “his not qualified ” comment on the auditors. Oh wait, maybe he has a PHD in forensic auditing.
These auditors have been in a boot camp probably longer than this grunt has been alive. And besides that, they didn’t EVER “run” for office. What an Limp D this guy has. Waving it around for all to see. Okay. I see it already. Can you puhleeze stop waving it around.?

As for your “audits to be secret” comment; the only thing secret is the final report. Why would anyone be privy to that before the auditors have all the information? Once they have all the information it will be released. There was nothing secretive about that audit. You could watch the entire thing from anywhere in the world.

She has been an excellent communicator, but she is the chairwoman of the party that was wronged in the election and it is her duty to know how the audit is going.

The name of the game is Run Out The Clock. The Board is acting this way because they know they are not going to be held accountable. All these investigations and court appearances will just waste taxpayers’ money.

When Eric Holder, an Attorney General of the United States under Obama, can ignore a subpoena from Congress to testify about a project of the government that ran guns to the Mexican drug cartel, I knew that the Democrats believed they could get away with flaunting lawlessness. The Arizona Board is following in the Democrat tradition because they think they can get away with it. And they will.
My philosophy is: everything is 50/50 — it either is or it isn’t. This isn’t justified by law. It is against law.
