Very troubling that AZ legislature is getting ready to adjourn until January 2022, before the audit is complete.

It’s also very troubling that HR-1 is scheduled to be voted on by the senate today, can’t confirm for sure. Of course the Legislature can immediately re-convene itself to consider things of timely importance, including consideration of the audit results when they are published. Particularly if – as we all suspect – evidence of felony crimes committed by state employees (all of whom ultimately report to the Legislature) is uncovered. The Legislature can issue criminal indictments on its own authority, and take any other such “plenary” actions as it sees fit.
I am not sure of AZ but most states require a supermajority vote or the governor to recall them into session…GOP does not have that many votes and you are relying on Ducey to go against his failed certification? LOL

There was already a preliminary audit of sample ballots done where they found significant fraud. Biden only won by 10K votes. If just 0.5% of the 2.1 million ballots are illegal or invalid ballots for Biden, then for the first time in history we have a man who’s been wrongfully awarded EC votes.
In sample ballots, Kelli Ward found 1% fraud & total likely closer to 5%.

What puzzles me is Ken Bennett’s response to getting access to the precinct-based tabulators (need second password) and the routers. It seems that they are waiting for this phase of the audit to be completed before figuring out how to handle the tabulator/router issue. Can’t they do two things at the same time? To me, they’ve lost a lot of time in judicial proceedings that we know can drag on indefinitely. The only explanation I can think of is they are expecting the audit results to provide the pressure they need to get access to the tabulators and routers. ?

More and more Americans are finding videos from RPAZ and Dr. Kelli Ward in order to get a transparent update of the monumental proceedings there. I offer some advice to Dr. Ward, only because I wish for this audit to remain objective and free from political spin from the GOP side. Some of the statements and the gesturing during these videos are over the top. While privately I appreciate the sarcasm, the rolling of the eyes and the hand waving, I believe a message delivered while casting a wider net would bring more Americans to the table wishing for audits in key election counties nationwide. If there are “moderate” Republicans in PA sitting on the fence regarding an audit in their state, Dr. Ward’s delivery might edge them towards a no vote.
My wish is for this audit to be squeaky clean and beyond reproach. Added hyperbole from our own side is not required to make this happen.
Ending the legislative session in Arizona now would be the functional equivalent of the US invasion force filling up the English Channel with troop ships on June 6th, 1944, but not hitting the beach.
Many people seem to overlook the fact that a Legislature has the right, the power, and the duty to reassure itself as to the job performance of a key employee. They are entitled to do this even when they do not suspect the employee of any wrongdoing.
A legislature can satisfy itself as to the answer of any legitimate question that they may ask – such as this one. They have broad legal powers which they can use on their own authority: subpoena, compulsion, discovery, and criminal indictment. These powers derive from its status as a branch of government, and cannot be affected by the acts of either other branch.
The one word missing is that the Legislature has the RESPONSIBILITY to see the work they are obligated to do and oversee is done according to law. All those powers they have are for the sole purpose to carry out their responsibilities.
Cooper’s transparent agenda was to create doubt on the security of the computer forensics contractor. Why is CNN re-selling that narrative? Because the lawyers on loan from the DNC to the Maricopa Cheatocrats are about to find themselves in court arguing that “security risks” are the reason they aren’t complying with the subpoena for the servers and passwords. When they do that, I hope the judge asks if they think he was too stupid to consider security when he issued the subpoena and ruled in the Senate’s favor when it was challenged.
Time has given the AZ Senate powerful counter-arguments: 1) If the audit operations aren’t secure, how come there have been no data leaks of the audit results? Oops. 2) If they need to, the Senate can demonstrate serious election problems by releasing preliminary audit results to the court. The passwords and servers are necessary to determine how the problems occurred and who caused them. Can’t complete the job or fully inform the Senate without them.
