Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the Maricopa County audit including the legal battles. Chairwoman Ward outlines how the county board of supervisors has been discovered to have withheld material evidence from the audit despite a court order demanding compliance.
There are certain to be more legal battles ahead as the auditors demand access to all the equipment, including the passwords the county is withholding. From the reference of the State Senate, the judge has already ruled on these issues and everything that was used in the 2020 election is subject to the subpoena by the State Senate. It will be interesting next week to see how this issue resolves.
Finally, Kelli Ward says to expect a busy week next week as these and other issues are tackled while the physical audit of ballots continues.

The routers would be the county’s property, and specifically they’re looking for the routers in the election center.
The role of a router is to simply route network traffic from computer A to computer B locally, point local computers to the broader internet, etc. So this whole thing with “sensitive law enforcement data” and “social security numbers” is a head scratcher…
… UNLESS the election center is particularly secure, provides a good location to centralize county IT operations, and the routers used in the center also happen to be computers that host county databases and the like. Typically, a router is a standalone, single-purpose device… it does one job very quickly. But you can configure your PC to be used as a router on your home network. So it’s possible that they’re using the same computers for doing routing on the election center network while also hosting one or more databases containing HR info for the Polce Dept or whatever.
It’s a strange situation.
Now imagine those statements in the context of virtual machines.
It may be a technicality that the machines store that information insofar that virtual machines managing different databases and the like can be run on the same physical hardware.
I would expect such ambiguity from the lawfare types.
BTW, Dominion wouldn’t need to worry about the routers themselves in order to transmit two-way traffic between the election center and the outside, if that’s what they needed to do. Just establish a secure connection from the inside (election center) to the outside (China :^)), and at that point you can move data both ways without actual “routing”. Or Dominion could convince county IT to that they need a secure “tunnel” into the election center from Dominion HQ for “system administration”… poke right through the firewall.
You still need a router. How else, short of a direct hardwired system, are you going to communicate with another computer? Especially one on the outside? It’s impossible. Also, this puts to bed the lie that Dominions computers aren’t connected to the internet. If they are connected to a router, they are most definitely connected to the internet. That is a routers main function.

Here’s a theory for you: What if the same people who staged russia collusion and Ukraine impeachment plotted out a way to beat Trump, knowing he would have a LARGE turnout from an enthusiastic base?

An audit isn’t a challenge about the result so “moot” doesn’t come into it, it’s a standard bookkeeping exercise, audits happen in all govt depts all the time, and the AZ Senate will always have standing.
The mistake made here is that the outcome of the audit doesn’t matter as to who is President.
SCOTUS isn’t afraid of this audit, they already told us that once Inauguration happens the result of an audit doesn’t matter legally, but there will be much political capital available if fraud is rampant.
I’m being sarcastic given their recent history… but also, given their recent history, I’m sure they could come up with some tortured excuse to side with the DOJoeBama “in the interest of ________”.

Back on November 30, 2020, Maricopa County elections witness Jan Bryant testified before the Arizona legislature. Jan has a strong project management background. She could not believe what she witnessed during the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona.Jan said back on November 30, 2020, that Maricopa County officials DID NOT RUN THE ELECTION! Dominion employees John and Bruce did. Jan’s testimony might explain why Maricopa County officials do not have Admin passwords or access to the Dominion voting machines.
Michigan Attorney Matt DePerno’s case with Antrim County also returns to court, tomorrow at 9 a.m. if memory serves.

And if you had any clue, which you don’t, you wouldn’t have posted this. Research the subject matter as to how the audit is conducted, what all is involved, and when the results will be released. At the earliest, results will come out approximately ten weeks after the audit has been completed. It helps to know the facts before spouting off just because you love the sound of your own voice.

I have never owned a crystal ball. But I’ve been on an audit where we encountered a “scope limitation.” The Feds vs the IG. The Feds refused to give over information requested during the audit, which is basically a “fork you.” and your forking audit. In those days, it was the WORST to have a Fed organization being audited to have the “scope limitation” in the final report.
In these days of legal warfare I think those protecting at all costs, WHAT REALLY HAPPENED in AZ don’t give a squat over a hole in an outhouse about the Arizona Senate’s LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS to request of a FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT.
Cyber Ninja’s (sorry if I have the name wrong) have a VALID CONTRACT with the AZ Senate to preform on it. Imagine all those lawyer’s who have no training in CONTRACT LAW.

Yes, I find it exciting that the audit is being conducted in AZ on the vote count. I wish just wish people would let the auditors do their work (which as you may not know is a tremendously exhaustive and boring tedium); cooperate without interference (pipe dream 1 ), and otherwise just cough up what is asked for and shut the fork up (pipe dream version 2.0).

As a layman, I don’t know what “FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT” technically means; but those words suggest to me that it means they are checking everything.
But we already know that they are NOT checking everything.
Therefore, to this layman, they are not performing a “FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT”; but one with limitations and stipulations and assumptions. But an “air” of a “FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT” (implying: they are checking everything) is being fronted and it looks like “public opinion” is being molded to believe and agree that the audit and its results will be both complete and unassailable.
[For example, from the Cyber Ninja “Settlement Statement”, resulting from the recently, oft-reported, “lawsuit”, it says: “The settlement requires the audit team to not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. That was never with the scope of the audit in the first place, and would not have been done”. It’s one of those “less than a “FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT” limits and stipulations. Another example: Basically zero discussion of how secure [or not] from tampering the “custody” or the ballots and equipment has been over the many months between the election and the audit.]
Again, as just a layman, the ways in which the audit is talked about, form an impression of “we’re checking everything” – but they are not doing that. Perhaps technically, it is a “FULL DISCLOSURE AUDIT” – and those words don’t exactly mean to a layman what they mean to one with expertise (such as yourself). But in the end, they are not checking everything; and there isn’t any discussion of the security of the custody over the past months.
Seems like there is a dichotomy between what we’re supposed to think the audit is checking (“everything”) and what they are actually checking (not “everything”).

If that county board of supervisors were a bunch of conservatives defying a court order they would have already been in jail after having thire homes invaded by swat teams at 4 a.m. with CNN crews arriving at 2 a.m to set up the cameras. If the audit determines that the vote counting machines (dominion) were used to fix the outcome so Biden was the winner, then we will know we have lost the republic. Operation obfuscation will commence. Who fixed the machines, why did they fix the machines, how did they fix machines, were other machines in other states fixed? A bi partisan commission will be ordered to do a thorough report on machine voter fraud. Of course this will take years and by that time your guns will have been confiscated.

The swamp has been stealing elections with impunity since electronic voting hit the scene. We know now. This will not be fixed in any traditional course, legal, legislative, voting. How the correction will manifest itself, military, angry mobs, we’re going to find out.

McConnell’s “good judges” won’t likely support the swift legal actions required to support any discovery of perfidy in Maricopa County. They’ll bury it. So once these are discovered, we are going to have to take to the streets. We aren’t violent, but assembly will be required. Our last chance for this came in early December, when Roberts and company refused to grant status and the Pennsylvania fraud sailed through the court unremarked. I knew the election was over then, but too few of us thought so, and we passed on our opportunity. In other countries, there would have been mass assemblies, but we still trust our system so none occurred here. Like me, they couldn’t believe that fraud on this scale was possible here. I didn’t realize it ’til that early December date, and by then it was too late to organize.
You can see why the Uniparty needs to shriek about treason and sedition, because they know that mass assembly against this conspiracy is the only way it will be pursued properly. It will be buried otherwise.
Y’know, last time I checked, “election fraud” was at least a Class-5 Felony in all fifty states, as well as at the Federal level. The comments by the Sheriff on the routers comes off as political posturing. The big question would be does he store his data on routers? I’ve never heard of that being done before. Routers are not intended to be storage devices, so why would any sensitive information unrelated to the process of routing be stored on a router? Do any of these people making these bizarre claims know anything at all about computers and IT, or do they just assume that nobody reading of their claims would know anything about routers? Either way, they are blowing hot air.
