Liz Cheney’s upcoming defeat in the 2022 primary is a foregone conclusion. Put a fork in her, she’s done. Cheney knows this. The RNC know this. The GOPe and DeceptiCon leadership know this, and quite a few democrats who support her know this. That is the accurate background for this statement:

Alaska has a sizable percent of Democrat voters, and when Murkowski ran as an independent in the general election against the Republican that beat her in the primary she was able to convince almost all of the Democrats to vote for her. Add in the independents and squishy Republicans and she was able to win the seat.
Wyoming on the other hand is only about one fourth Democrat, so Liz couldn’t pull off a similar thing there.
