Just like that the ballot audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, is back on.
The pause granted by a judge today in response to a democrat lawsuit was contingent upon the democrats putting up a $1 million bond to cover the expenses incurred from the pause. The democrats refused to put up the bond, so the audit will continue back on schedule.
ARIZONA – A brief weekend pause in the Arizona Senate’s election audit that a judge ordered on Friday won’t happen because the Arizona Democratic Party declined to put up a $1 million bond that the judge requested to cover any expenses that the Senate wrongfully incurs due to the halt.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury ruled that the audit must halt from 5 p.m. Friday to noon on Monday. But that order was contingent on the Arizona Democratic Party, which brought the lawsuit seeking to block the audit, posting a $1 million bond to cover any expenses that the Senate wrongfully incurs due to the delay. The Senate’s lease of Veterans Memorial Coliseum, where the audit is being conducted, ends on May 14.
Roopali Desai, the Democrats’ attorney, said the party won’t put up the bond. That means the audit will continue uninterrupted. (read more)
[Full Backstory Here] The physical hand count of the Maricopa county ballots in Arizona will restart immediately. In addition to physical ballot auditing, a physical canvassing of some voters and addresses will take place to match the ballot to the voter. The pre-selected addresses contain multiple ballot returns, some in the thousands.
If there was any doubt something fishy was happening in/around Phoenix Arizona in the 2020 election, those doubts can be eliminated. Something sketchy is afoot.
A few weeks ago a judge agreed with the republican Arizona senate that an audit of Maricopa County ballots was justified. The judge agreed with the Arizona Senate that subpoenas were validly presented, there was information that supported the suspicion behind that ballot audit request, and the state had authority to reach into the Maricopa county election system and audit everything, soup-to-nuts.
Then April 1st the Maricopa County election board held a closed-door emergency meeting as the Senate subpoena was about to be executed. Again, if the board of elections have nothing to fear, then the officials would not be opposed to a public hearing of their “emergency” concerns. After all, sunlight is the best disinfectant.
However, the board result was to throw another impediment upon the pending audit by saying they would not facilitate the use of their Maricopa tabulations center for the audit. In a legally obtuse letter [pdf here], from the legal representatives of the board to the State senate, the board of elections said they would deliver the ballots to another venue, but they would not permit the ballots -or the electronic tabulation machines- to be audited in their current physical location.
This week – Wednesday the tabulation machines were transferred, under custody and with support of sheriffs department, to the Veterans Memorial Coliseum (Arizona Exposition and State Fairgrounds). The physical ballots arrived Thursday following a similar chain of custody and security transport.
The auditors are trying to be as transparent as possible knowing the outcome, if it turns out as predicted to find significant fraud, will be legally challenged. [Twitter Account Here] There is also a livestream of the events as they take place:

This is odd. Soreass could have found $1M in change in his sofa. Would be easy to extend the $1M to the dimwits. Unless folks are trying to put alot of daylight between themselves and the county election folks……afferall, aren’t most of them GOPricks? Well, ain’t that convenient?
If the election was won honestly the democrats would have pushed an audit to rub the ( GOPicks?) nose in it. But they instead have obstructed an audit at every turn. Why is that? Brunt
The recounts keep the suspicion that massive election fraud occurred in 2020 alive. Everything has been done to silence any conversation regarding election fraud in social media, so many people don’t think it happened. This could blow up their narrative that usurper Joe is legitimate. They can’t have that.
I guess we’ll all know soon enough, no harm in making sure no election fraud took place. I would think that’s what everyone wants, to ensure everything worked the way it was supposed to so we can use the same process every election. This is very normal when you institute new systems and want to ensure they’re accurate so everyone is comfortable with the results. I couldn’t care less about 2020, but I want to be sure the winner is the true winner going forward so this never happens again. There are quite a few inconsistency’s that can not be explained away as I have learned. I’m only interested in the truth, where ever it falls. Both sides need to come together and accept what ever results the results of the Audit(s) yield.
Viteye, I believe Brant is implying the the RINOs are GOP pricks. (Republican In Name Only, or liberals that run as Republican because they are in a Republican county and have no chance to get elected as a democrat.)
Probably saved the million because they have insider knowledge that this audit will either never see the light of day or it will never be completed. They are up to something.
Two hours AFTER you I came to that same conclusion. This “appeal” may have been strictly for show. The fix may already be in.
^ THIS.
Or just a delay so they can finish wiping all the evidence. They have been sitting on those machines and ballots for so long now they could have easily eliminated all traces of election fraud.

– That’s a seriously uninformed comment.
I recently read an audit commentary piece by a gentleman with decades of experience doing statistical fraud analysis for insurance Companies. He stated that any and every attempt (no matter how “Clever”) will always work to make things MORE obviously tampered with.
There is NO amount of fixing, hiding, or correcting of fraud that can be done without the actions being detected. Period.
Perhaps you can hop back into your “clue bin” and get a real clue!
I think not, if there are changes made, they will show up in the final count. e.g. if they have removed any known or obvious counterfeit voting slips after the vote, but before the audit, then count tallies will change – they know this, and I believe that this is the real reason they don’t want ANY audits of the votes. The law allows for audits, otherwise why bother keeping them for 22 months?
This audit is scientific analyses including, paper type, ink type, serial numbers, if the folds in the paper are human of machine made – or if there are none! They can even tell which country the paper came from; ‘invisible’ watermarks on genuine slips, the list goes on.
They will also be checking alignment / calibration marks printed on the slips are within specification – I think that ones out of spec should be voter verified. Paper weight, variations in sizes.
Then there will be signature matching, checks to see if the voter had voted multiple times, ghost voter, OOS voters – basically the stuff they should have done at the original count.
If the democrats sincerely believe that the original count is true, why would they not seize this opportunity to finally prove their claim that Trump was lying about the stolen election and have the results all over Twitter and Facebook?
You and me are on the same page. I think there’s too much transparency now. Soro’s wouldn’t be able to insert that kind of money without alarms going off.
My guess is that they never intended to put up the money. They were trying for a full on halt but realizing that they would only delay a short time, plus be out $1M they took the small wins in procedure and walked. But in reality, the small wins are wins for both sides because they allow the Auditors to preempt any later claims of malfeasance. The Red Pen issue was a big one, that could have been catastrophic. I still don’t rule out that shady stuff happened prior to the transfer of ballots and counting machines to the fair grounds but hopefully there will be additional evidence of tampering if that is the case. Hopes and prayers.
Arizona State Law (Title 16) expressly provides that ballots must be retained for two years, that they must be made available to election challenges, that bond must be posted to cover expenses, and that the loser pays the bill. Most likely they realized that when the fraud was exposed they’d lose the $1 million – and then some. The law also stipulates that the ballots are to be held securely in the election center and audited there. But it’s probably better to hold it in a great big open arena under real-time webcams for everyone in the world to see.
In the end, the election fraudsters all over the nation are going to be faced with the fact that “they didn’t get away with it after all.”
Mike,
From your keyboard to God’s eyes!
“From your keyboard to God’s eyes!”
Excellent!
…and light travels faster than sound.
I hope someone makes a meme of God looking over your shoulder, watching you type, key. by. key.
“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how.”
Attributed to Joseph Stalin in the memoirs of his secretary published in 1923.
If the Democrats thought they could somehow paint this audit in any sort of positive light, they would not be ginning up a security lapse narratives has been pointed out by others.
It is convenient that it is being done in a state where they can blame it on GOP election officials.
That is good for a GOP incompetence narrative building, but not particularly effective unless they can show that the fraud went AGAINST the Dems, which I’m sure they are trying to do. It is worrisome they are not using red markers as pointed out in a previous post.
If they could get this to turn out in their favor, security lapse only works against them.
The Audit is to prove Trump won in Arizona…..Throw out the Conspiracy Theories and look at the Obvious…..The Democrats are blowing Smoke and the Republicans are searching for the Fire….You might label the Audit as “FIRE PREVENTION” !!!!!
$1 million is pocket change for the Democrats. All they had to do was call George “Sugar Daddy” Soros. Why didn’t they do that? Is it because they think they have this under control as it is???
The audit will prove Trump won. The Deep State will look us in the eye and say (BLEEP) Ypu! and life will go on.
I believe this is a smoke screen audit. Set it up so that the Dems “vehemently” opposed it, make it look like a highly controlled and secure process with”independent” auditors and when the “findings” come back as no or very minimal fraud found, they can point to this as the “proof” the elections was legit.
So I’m out of the loop. When is the recount supposed to start? I don’t trust anyone touching the ballots recounting. We seen what happened at the first of the year.
It started last week. Link to security cameras is online so the process is open to all.

Democrats ran away from the 1 million dollar commitment faster than they disappear when the dinner check arrives.
The X22Report reported that BLM and Antifa thugs are arriving in Maricopa County. There may be a “peaceful protest” that results in them destroying all the evidence. I hope patriotic local officials are aware of that possibility and are protecting against it happening.
Tick Tock Deep State mofos….Tick …. Tock.
Was the chain of custody lost when the Dims pulled their stunt with loading the ballots on a Semi to nowhere? Just curious whether they may have destroyed some of the evidence at that time.
