We must rise up from the bottom. Get towns and as many cities as we can to recognize the right of the people. After turning enough of the local governments, we go after the state governments. Only the AGs of each state can file against the federal government at the SCOTUS.
Even though I believe that Roberts has been compromised, a straight legal issue of states rights over the federal government in the constitution would have to be given a hearing. That is our only chance.

Voter ID is the only moot point, the AEC official can ask for ID if you look / sound suss.
Also compulsory voting. This forces Politician’s to have more moderate policy over time because everyone is going to vote. Also makes fake ballot stuffing much harder since everyone knows how many people are in the electorate

Conservative regions of blue states should be able to secede too. My home state of Illinois is geographically conservative, but is considered blue only because of metro Chicago.
Splitting Chicago off from the rest of Illinois would allow the rest of the state to finally be governed as the conservative area that it is.
On a recent tweet Matt Braynard mentioned they will be putting out their report on Georgia election shortly, and are already moving on toward finishing their audit, report on illegal ballots cast in Wisconsin.

I don’t know how many people know about the election in Green Bay. Suckerbuck’s Team was basically running the election there, including ballot access. Green Bay’s Democommunist mayor received big Suckerbucks to “help” with the election.
All those items would be a good start but most important are the Who/How votes are tallied.

I applaud Powell for saying voter fraud did exist. I’m hearing too many talk hosts skirting the issue and even Shaprio saying in his opinion none exist. Seems a sham when a person of that many listeners gives an opinion and not bother to get the facts. How can you be for Trump yet not believe him? He was president and had more facts than anyone.
Many commentators are forbidden to discuss the election fraud. Most likely told they will be pulled off the air in minutes.

You are correct. SCOTUS is now owned and/or 100% compromised just as the other 3 branches of government. If there are any cases before them that are of any consequence or that will interfere with the globalist power structures their mantra will be, “we have no standing”, if however a case comes before them that will further erode the culture, they will take the case and most likely not vote in favor of the constitution. You can, in part, thank the monopoly The Federalist society has had on selecting our SCOTUS judges for the fall of SCOTUS.

The 2020 Presidential Election proved that the Founding Fathers were mistaken in experimentally creating a 3rd Branch of government, the Judicial Branch.
If the Founding Fathers were still alive today, I honestly believe they would not have created the Supreme Court at all!
Under the Constitution the other branches have power to reign in the Judicial. They are not Supreme over the others. In fact they were meant to be weaker. The problem is there are no moral people in any branch or level of government.

I am still wondering why they don’t make Election Day a Federal Holiday? Seriously voting is very important matter. Why are people being forced to squeeze their votes in before or after work? Voting has to be given the same respect as jury duty which is an excused absence. It is the most important act of deliberation a U. S. Citizen makes every year and it is their responsibility just as jury duty is.

Changing the mechanics of the voting process won’t work. People (vote counters) need to go to prison.

Many States broke their existing election laws in 2020 with impunity. Our courts are either cowards or are in on the steal. I have no faith in fair elections going forward.

We have to do this folks. Starting last year.
Bottom up is where most people live, local. I note it’s more pronounced in more sparsely populated locales. We got a taste of it locally during the summer of arson in Oregon where the prog arsonists spread around the state to cause destruction and mayhem. Locally, people came together as is typical, the county council and sheriff prominent in local action but with support from everyday citizens as well. We also saw what happened when locals took their grievances to Salem, pepper spray and arrests were among the responses. So, one can be firmly involved bottom up and have a strong local base for Constitutional freedom and responsibility but, beyond that, one must consider balancing one’s safety, time away from family, and the economics of taking a fight to the state or federal government on their field of battle fighting by their rules both of which favor them and by which one can be killed with impunity (Ashli Babbit is a great example if that’s her real name and she’s indeed dead).
Some of us, labeled variously as wackos and anarchists, have been fighting the government and their communist alphabet agencies for decades. We know what the problems are. We also know how corrupt the legal system is. Sidney is a lawyer so everything to her is a law problem and fight and that’s how she makes money to live. Of course the solutions for her are legal ones. Those of us who actually built America, brick by brick, beam by beam, we see things somewhat differently and the battle is far grittier and more dangerous every day. It’s easy to pontificate when one has three squares and heat. Most of the reason I supported Trump strongly was his not being a lawyer, one, and working with working people, the masons and high iron and plumbers and welders and tradesmen who built this nation, and the veterans who fought and survived or died for it.
Having watched some documentaries on the Berlin Airlift lately, don’t know what prompted me to do that, I immediately went to what I knew, looking at the massive destruction of Berlin the city, its buildings, its infrastructure, imagining all the everyday Germans who died or suffered or fled there, and how long it took to clear the rubble out and for their tradesmen, and ours, to rebuild. Yet we did it after we destroyed it, and were fighting the Commies at the same time. Regular Americans. Grunts. We can do it again. It seems to have prevented a resurgence of Hitler for awhile anyway. And we had lawyers like Sidney write the Constitution for the country we nuked into submission, Japan. They do have an important function. So do we.
