If I were to refuse to comply with a subpoena, for whatever reason, how long would it take before I would find myself sitting in a jail cell contemplating my decision?
Who are the people within the Dominion corporate structure that have the power to tell others in that company not to comply with that subpoena? Can anyone name some names? There needs to be someone in charge with enough authority inside Dominion to make that subpoena decision. Not a lawyer hired to represent the company, but the person making day to day decisions. The Arizona Senate needs to seek out that person, or persons and toss them in jail until that subpoena is complied with.

Anyone surprised? Over here in flyover country… “On July 6, the mayors of Wisconsin’s five largest cities announced they secured $6.3 million in grant funds from Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) to support election administration in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The grants, awarded to the cities of Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee, and Racine, will be used to implement the Wisconsin Safe Voting Plan — a vision for a safe, inclusive, and secure voting process in 2020 elections.”
There was a clawback provison included with that money. It stated that if these 5 cities didn’t follows the “rules laid out” to obtain the funds, the organiztion had the right to clawback all the funding. So of course these cities complied and sat on their hands while outsiders (lead by an “organizer” from IL) ran the game. But we here in IL, where dead people still vote, didn’t have any voter fraud, no not us…/S. IL wouldn’t have gone for the POTUS, they didn’t the first time, but our state elections sure brought us more crazy lefties. 60% of the candidates running in the state election had NO opposition. But that didn’t seem to bother our brain-dead voters.
They basically bought off the local election officers in the cities and counties that they wanted to steal.
Every location that took these grants was probably fraudulently run and stolen.

“On Monday December 7th, the trial court allowed a sample of 100
“duplicate” ballots, which was conducted on Tuesday, December 8th.
Of the initial sample of 100, two (2) were found to have been miscounted
to Trump’s prejudice, and none to Biden’s prejudice (with one vote being
erroneously “flipped” from Trump to Biden, and the other simply uncounted).
This was a two percent (2%) error in the sample.
On December 9th, the county agreed in open court to sample an additional
2,500 “duplicate” ballots; and 1,525 were sampled that same day. Of the
1,525 ballots that were sampled that day, seven were found to have been erroneously
counted – with five to the prejudice of Trump, and two to the prejudice of Biden.
This brought the total rate of error to just over half a percentile (0.5%) – which is still
a material rate of error, given that the candidates’ total vote counts were less than half
a percentile apart (0.3%).
A quick note on the numbers: the ratio of errors to the prejudice of Trump vs. er-rors to
the prejudice of Biden would at first appear to be 7 to 2 (or 3.5 to 1); but
since one of the uncounted votes for Trump was actually “flipped” to Biden,
then the rate of “prejudice” is actually eight to one (8 to 1), based on this sample. Final-ly,
the total number of “duplicated” ballots in Maricopa County appears to be around
27,859 – and so based on these samples, at least several hundred votes for Trump went
uncounted or were “flipped” to Biden (in just the “duplicated” ballots in Maricopa county alone).
7 Petitioner sought discovery into both “duplicated” ballots, as well as “adjudicated” ballots
—both of which the discovery and trial testimony had shown were subject to substantial
rates of “human error” of between two percent (2%) and half a per-centile (0.5%). Given that
the race was less than half a percentile apart statewide, and that there were approximately
450,000 duplicated or adjudicated ballots in the State, these rates are significant.”

1) Was it legal for Maricopa election officials to give Dominion literal dominion over the election systems?
2) Since Maricopa BoS is now pushing the idea that access to the routers somehow endangers Law Enforcement Officers, how is it that giving Dominion that access did not endanger LEOs? When the routers are ultimately audited, part of the audit needs to be whether Dominion (and who knows what others) compromised data security.
3) What guaranteed the security of voting data sets supposedly “taken away every night” by some unnamed person or persons? The Az Senate definitely needs to investigate that.
4) County officials need to be held in contempt and jailed for not complying with the subpoena, including not turning over the admin passwords for their routers system. Dominion is not necessarily the lawbreaker on this item — the County officials that control Dominion are. Force them to order Dominion to cooperate.

I don’t think Dominion engaged in any specific fraud. Their role is to create a system crammed with as many security holes as possible to allow other actors to manipulate things. The goal is to have plausible deniability at every level.
Didn’t someone’s testimony indicate they were running Windows ME on the machines? ME had a huge number of bugs that would allow arbitrary code execution.
It could be that they arranged to have Dominion keep it, so that would be another legal hurdle to gain access.

We are overthinking things. All you need to steal an election is “destroyed ballots” to be adjudicated by a nefarious election official or worker. This was happening in FL in 2016. Ballots were being “destroyed” and then re-created by election workers behind locked doors. That election official was eventually fired by governor Scott. But it’s easier to cheat now with these new machines. No need to re-create by hand a new ballot.
The machines produce them now too.
The lack of admin is not surprising to anyone in the tech world. It’s common for third parties, seprate firms to hold admin over systems for security, SOX compliance and other regulatory reasons.
I wouldn’t put much weight into this… check the contract, I’ll bet it’s written that way.
I’ve also seen this reported as “Dominion refuses to hand over password”… Dominion doesn’t have a subpoena served to them for a password. Thus far everything has been to the county.

I was doing a little simple calculating. ABOUT 10 DAYS INTO this Bennett said they has audited less than 100,000 ballots, so 2,000,000 takes about 200 days. WTF?

Yes, after the Cyber Ninjas took control of the machines they were no longer in the control of the people who were trying to keep our elections fair. I think Cyber Ninjas and the group that hired them should have to purchase new Dominion Voting Machines for at least Maricopa County. I imagine they are insured, so their insurer can pay for the new machines, and maybe because Cyber Ninjas is a Florida company the state of Florida could kick in some cash, and maybe Japan could cough up s little dough because after all ninjas, cyber or otherwise are a Japanese invention.
