A follower of Louis Farrakhan named Noah Green attacked the White House and Capitol Complex earlier today killing one police officer and wounding another. The suspect rammed his vehicle into a police barricade before exiting the vehicle with a knife and being shot by responding officers.
Had this been a white male suspect the manipulative narrative about the need for capitol hill security would have been the preferred narrative of the media. However, with the race and ideological characteristics of the disturbed suspect now identified by independent sources, all useful pretense will be dropped and the story will disappear soon.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A motorist rammed a vehicle into U.S. Capitol police on Friday and brandished a knife, killing one officer and injuring another and forcing the Capitol complex to lock down in an attack that police said did not immediately appear to be terrorism-related.
Police responded by firing on the suspect, who died.
Yogananda Pittman, acting chief of the United States Capitol Police, told a news conference that he drove into the officers then hit a barricade and got out of the car, lunging at them with a knife in his hand.
One officer was killed and the other was injured, she said.
“It does not appear to be terrorism-related but obviously we’ll continue to investigate,” said Robert Contee, acting chief of the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington. Police said the suspect was unknown to them, they had yet to determine what had motivated him, and they did not identify him.
“Clearly this was someone who was actively trying to just get at whoever or whatever – we just don’t know right now, so we have a responsibility to investigate that to get to the bottom of this. Whether the attack was at law enforcement, or whoever, we have a responsibility to get to the bottom of it and we’ll do that,” Contee said. (read more)

Thank you for reporting the facts Sundance. I’ve read news reports of this and several don’t even mention the attacker. The most recent article I read never mentioned the attacker, but included many points (possibly false) about Jan 6th trying hard to tie this attack to Trump supporters.

Two thoughts, you might want to correct the headline since Green attacked the Capitol Building, not the White House. The race of the murdered officer, Billy Evans, is not mentioned anywhere I can see except Fox. The Capitol Police Chief does not mention the fact that Green was a follower of Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, which does appear on Fox. So, yeah, this will disappear in two days or so. Can’t be concerned by a Black man killing a White cop.

This 25 year old stated he was being poisoned by medications and promoted an herbalist. He is also the right age range for the appearance of schizophrenia if that is what happened. He was bright and successful but after college and landing a good job his life unraveled. I suspect he suffered from mental illness and went off his meds. Plus the awful isolation of the pandemic certainly did not help matters. Telemedicine wasn’t going to help either.

This country suffers from a mental health crisis. The Democrats eliminated all the state mental hospitals, claiming cruelty and abuse. (yes that was true in many cases but fix the problem don’t sweep the problem under the rug) They released all those people onto the street. There was a very good reason to lock them up as they were a danger to themselves and others. The modern drugs used to treat them are more effective but the side effects are absolutely terrible and many cease taking their meds as a result. The only time anyone receives advanced care is if they are arrested committing a crime and are locked up for 48-72 hours for evaluation as they are drugged and released only to rinse and repeat over and over. Many just end up in prison and the worst end up dead. Most people suffering mental illness are not dangerous. Many commit suicide. But a small portion are sufficiently dangerous to others. Unfortunately, there are zero measures available to properly treat them and families have no power to commit them to hospitalized care. It’s bad when you have to lock up everything sharp in the house as well as blunt force instruments and lock your mentally ill child in their room because you fear them cutting your throat while you sleep. Yes, that is actually “a thing”. People don’t talk about it because of the stigma of mental illness. Most all the mass shootings and many of the recent police involved shootings are a direct result of mental illness. But the media doesn’t want the public to realize the root cause of the problem. They spin it to support their goals and objectives. Another kicker? Most of the people working in the mental health field suffer from mental illness themselves. Most go into the practice to understand their own affliction and to help others. Even in the few existing mental health hospitals, the staff are overworked and they burn out and start abusing the patients. Mental health patients excel at pushing ones buttons and they never ever stop.

The statement is unclear on the cause of the officer’s death… Did the officer die from being run over or was the officer subsequently stabbed to death? Anyone with links with this info?
Also would it be correct to classify this as a kamikaze targeted cop killing? e.g. Intentionally (this has to be intentional right?) running over a cop at the expense of hitting a solid wall and then literally bring a knife to a gun fight seems suicidal.
Note: I’m assuming Green was shot, but I’d like a source for the cause of death for Green too if anyone has one.

Yeah now the family is saying possible mental illness caused by football. Hmm… even multiple concussions doesn’t cause schizophrenia. No, a football concussion won’t make you crazy, it can cause depression and other symptoms but it’s not going to make you hallucinate, hear voices and become paranoid and delusional.
The sad part of this? Somebody saw something. Someone knew he wasn’t right and needed help. But the stigma of mental illness and the lack of accessible care options let him slip through the cracks. This promising young mans life fell apart shortly after he graduated from college and landed his first good job. He lost that job due to his illness and for years he’s suffered with his mental illness. No one knows what he was thinking. He hinted at stopping his meds in his FB posts saying that he was being poisoned. The side effects of these drugs are terrible but they are working so people think they are OK and then they stop the meds and things spiral out of control. You can’t just stop cold turkey your brain cannot adjust to the rapid change. It can send you down an extreme decline.
