Mike Lindell does us all a great favor by taking the careful legal research that Sidney, Rudi, and their teams put together and creating a well produced documentary film that ties everything together. Watching his documentary, I was not the least bit surprised at how thorough the research was done, especially by Sidney’s team, and how so clearly and unavoidably conclusive it explains how the election fraud was carried out.
If you read her book License To Lie and watched how she handled the Gen. Flynn case you’ll know that Sidney Powell is absolutely tenacious—the kind of attorney we can only hope to have if we ever get into legal trouble. And in this battle Sidney is fighting for all of us. As history shows, it sometimes falls to a stalwart few to valiantly save the day from certain defeat. Sidney’s cases are backed up by solid evidence that absolutely proves how the election was stolen. We shouldn’t forget than Trump’s loss in several critical states was—despite the massive fraud—actually by a relatively few numbers of voters.
As Mike’s documentary shows, there is actual solid forensic evidence (We’re talking about thousands of names, addresses, etc.—all of which are invalid) that clearly show a Trump win. There are other cases moving forward as well – Gordon Favorito in Georgia is suing to examine the Georgia ballots, court date 19 Mar 2021 iirc, and Arizona Senate suing AZ Board of Elections.
There were also suits in Michigan and Pennsylvania iirc.
yes, by my informal count, there are approximately 40 cases in todal…4 of them (two plus two conbined) are with SCOTUS. the rest are at the state or federal court district level…Many are in limbo awaiting action for appeal.
While this “election” is “over”..these cases are very very important. And we here at CTH, have an interest. I would say even, it is far more likely that here at CTH, we are interested MORE and will continue to publish facts about these cases. Obviously, the media is never going to spend a moment about these cases and will hand wave them as they usually do.

However, I have no faith in the majority of the not so Supreme Court. I really don’t know how some of them can sleep at night.
the 4 cases (two, with two “combined), are VERY CRITICALLY IMPORTANT.
I will not do my normal endurance run down on the legal issues…but just to say, that SHOULD (emphasis, “should) they cases be heard (SCOTUS clerks have not yet publicly announced they are on schedule..I think that happens at earliest, Monday), IF these cases are heard, the outcomes will be very important. There also stands a good chance that SCOTUS will just turn down hearing them at all. My limited understanding is that is “requires” a minimum of three high court judges to get it to schedule. I am guessing scotus will probably decline hearing it…with no reason other than “did not get the required membership”…etc…etc…ad naseum.

I have zero expectations regarding the Supreme Court. They already punted when they had a real opportunity to make a difference. And does anyone actually believe that if for some reason the SCOTUS acknowledged and affirmed that substantial fraud did occur that the election will be overturned? I’ve already been down this road too many times before and I’m not about to again get dressed up with no where to go.
The idea that the courts are not politicized is just flat wrong. The entire court system, faced with real evidence of widespread voter fraud, collectively decided that just considering the charges filed against the Biden election and presidency would so undermine a newly elected president that the damage to both his presidency and to the greater body politic would be so great that even the most base evidence of widespread fraud would be best overlooked.
But doing this made us look like a 3rd world country and not the United States Of America, something those selfsame judges, being well educated men and women, couldn’t ignore. Sure there are conniving judges that will go along with the evident fraud—even in the face of clear evidence. But there are also judges, one hopes on the Supreme court, who can’t stomach the lasting damage that such a visibly corrupted election does to our greater society. Right and wrong still exist as political and legal concepts. There are still judges who will find it hard to ignore the evidence Sidney and her team can present. For the sake of our nation, we can only hope there are enough of them.

The US Supreme Court only decides issues of law, not of fact. So I think there are no cases before the USSC which have a factual record regarding election fraud. Too soon, believe it or not. I think the biggest issue before them concerns the issue of whether voting procedures, regulations etc. fashioned by anyone other than the legislature are constitutionally valid. The answer is no. If that decision is made, no doubt grouping together appeals from several states, life gets interesting as the cases are sent back down for handling consistent with the Court’s decision, i.e., invalidating votes cast in violation of the core principle. I agree with you in terms of the typical view about the function of the supreme court…it is to interpret law.
but many of the cases will have an impact on our realities.
for example, one particular case shows two court districts arriving at exactly opposing interpretations of the same law and issues.
that is the kind of conflicts within federal courts where SCOTUS has “interest”..and standing (lol).
if law is to be respected, it must be consistently applied.
one cannot reconcile that two or more courts would arrive at entirely different interpretations…that resulted in two very different sets of rules.
in a nutshell, what this election is exposed, is that law is not uniformly demonstrated in the court…and that’s a problem with federal courts..and arguably for state courts too…but with some caveats in special cases…and some of those special cases are directly in play here in the larger arena of national elections.
should it matter if my vote being made in Louisiana is handled differently than some other state for a Presidential election? Yes, is the obvious question. It does matter. It should matter. There should be standard limits about which states deviate from a accepted set of rules. And more to the point, courts should be all aligned a standard that achieves the goal of making elections fair not matter what state in which that vote happens.

This election exposed this was not true at all. That many states AND COURTS, even at the federal district, were used to game the system, and thus the outcomes of your vote was entirely dependend on the subjective loose and obviously conflicted desires of a particular state…
At a minimum, I think SCOTUS has to deal with the tyranny in the federal district courts and set a standard that addresses how to deal with the wide range of court outcomes…
I think that is about all we can expect SCOTUS to do here. I do not imagine they are going to do anything more than that…If they even take the cases…there is a pretty obvious trend for scotus to just refuse to hear cases that means they have to set standards…But even if they do, it will be important what areas they decide to address.
there is alot on the table before them…and none of them are trivial.
My vote should be treated the same no matter what state it is counted. the rules for a President and how the courts handle conflicts on federal elections need an update…obviously.

Count me as a pessimist on this. The SCOTUS will not take up these lawsuits because they will cower at the possibility that they would be causing civil unrest by ruling in favor of the Constitution. Chief Justice Roberts will be his usual cowardly self. A couple of flights to Epstein’s little girl island has compromised his sorry ass. Even if they do take up the cases, there isn’t enough honest Justice’s on that court to make the right decisions. I will just take a wait and see on this.

Whatever you say, Zy. The point was that Roberts is completely compromised and the conjecture was that could be the reason why. I don’t have the facts about how Roberts is compromised, and neither do you. So, the reason is completely open to our conjecture.
I will stay with my opinion until the truth is found. I hate Justice Roberts because I don’t understand his about face on all issues before the Court, other than the corresponding time frame in which it has seemingly occurred.

There was plenty of conjecture, which was all proven to be false. There is a lot of conjecture about every unexplained factoid. Until the truth is known, conjecture is all there is. Once the truth is known, conjecture becomes just another guess that didn’t pan out, or a lie told to hide the truth, or a lucky guess that panned out. Conjecture is a guess about truth based on the supposed known information. Webster’s Dictionary should help. Don’t worry, Zy. My conjecture is that I like PDJT as much as you do.

Sidney has been mocked and castigated by the media, the left and the GOP’s RINO wing.
But those of us that followed her efforts, thanks to CTH and other outlets during the DOJ’s Flynn frame up and FBI obfuscations, know that Sidney is an excellent, courageous and dogged lawyer and an advocate for equal justice and fairness for all Americans and not just her clients.
If it is humanely possible to expose the fraud during these increasingly oppressive times, she will do it.

It was a HARD hit to me when two close friends or family members opined that “Sidney Powell was certifiably insane.” I said, well I read her book “Licensed to Lie.” But felt like I just had a hard rock of gluten hit my emotional stomach. I am at this time in my life, I feel that I am bearing witness with Sidney Powell. Facts, data, and laws are VERY DIFFERENT from how one “FEEL’S” about the facts, data, and the laws.
