Wyoming GOP representative Liz Cheney, a Decepticon of the highest tier, appears smugly on Fox News for an interview. As much as the interview itself is insufferable in its disconnect many people need to watch and accept.
Cheney ramps-up the attacks against President Trump and his supporters. Keep in mind that Trump holds more than 85% approval within the party, yet Cheney and the Decepticons just don’t care; they hate anyone who does not facilitate their power demand. They hate you.
They hate us.
Additionally, two-thirds of the republican house conference voted to keep Cheney in her position. There is no way to reconcile the disconnect between what the elected GOP are doing against the will of the majority unless you accept they just don’t care. Trumpet!
Chris Wallace, a gatekeeper for all things swamp, was gleeful to provide Cheney with the opportunity to attack Trump supporters. The interview is telling on many fronts, but how many republicans will finally accept their status? The GOP doesn’t care what you think about them… they are the second wing of the UniParty vulture.
Stop being a battered conservative and start accepting that two-thirds of the republican party do not want you in the room. Remind yourself of this example when the insufferable apologists try to tell you a third party is not needed. The republican party must be destroyed or we will continue the cycle of abuse.

There is a way to sort of “get a feel” for the support of a third party. Could we all re-register as independent? Choke off any money to the RNC from us. Don’t support any repub or dem . When it comes to voting you have to make a decision. If enough current registered republicans leave the party they will start to think maybe? I’m not sure about a 3rd party but I am game. Problem is that by 2022 you may never see a legitimate election again. Then the whole exercise is moot.
I have been saying for over a month we needed a new party because the GOP is controlled by big money globalists. Getting rid of a few rinos really wouldn’t make any difference because any new people we send to DC will get corrupted by the system.
But we have a huge problem. I have been looking at the structure of the GOP and it is very detailed. There is city or county committee responsible for electing Republicans at the local level, then a state district committee for electing state delegates, then a district committee for electing Republican representatives, then a state committee responsible for state wide elections and setting the policy and goverance for the statewide party.
The Republican Party can’t even fill all the positions with about half of the local committee seats vacant. I haven’t seen any indication that we have enough people willing to give the time and effort to make a new party successful. I’m talking about going to monthly meetings, making phone calls, raising money, getting out the vote, etc.
Just a rough guess – I think we would need at least 100,000 volunteers doing the grunge work to make a new party successful. Then at election time that number probably goes up to at least a million.

This is only one example of the abuse Republican voters put up with. When someone says we only need 2 parties as an excuse to keep the Republicans around I can only shake my head. Hopefully Trump decides the Patriot Party needs to be formed so we can get moving, as time is a-wasting.

Tax reform was McConnell’s bill, and he rejected Trump’s push for a tax on McConnell’s paymasters with the carried interest thing, protecting the hedge funders et al. The tax bill was nowhere near as Main Street friendly as Trump wanted. NAFTA disappeared because of executive action, not Congress.

Instead of waiting for Trump to decide for us, Trump needs to listen to us and walk away from the GOP. Surely, he must realize there is no place for him in that corrupt party. He’s better than that and they won’t have him anyway.
Agree. We need to figure out a way to work with the remnant of the gOP after we leave so that the Dems don’t take over while we get organized, but this vote seals the deal for me. It was secret, so they can’t claim to have been afraid of leadership. Their true colors have been shown and it’s all over.

For me, the cowardly Republican Party caved on Jan. 6th, and our Republic died when they handed it over to the Chicom Dems on that day. The fact the Party won’t acknowledge the Great Steal occurred on Nov. 3rd means they were in on it too with the Chicom Dems. “Nothing to see here. Trump lied about election fraud and there was no Antifia involve at the Capitol riots.” This is the Republican Party position so eloquently expressed by Swamp Rat Liz Cheney, of course with McCarthy’s blessings.
So, as a lifetime Republican, now 73, I repudiate that Party and I agree with Sundance it is not recoverable. Since the Chicom Dems have mastered a winning algorithm to win every election by precinct, that Party or any other Party will never win, unless election integrity is fully addressed at the local, state, and federal levels, otherwise future elections will be untrustworthy and frankly a meaningless exercise in futility.
And since the Republican Party does not even recognize there was election fraud, they simply are incapable of fixing anything they view as not having to fix. So, primarying RINOs to change the Republican Party is a very long endeavor with no certainty of outcome.
It is far better that the 90+% of Trump supporters join in bulk the creation of a new Party that represents America First policies that Trump created. This would make the Republican Party immediately a small minority Party, and any Republican Congressman/women and Senators who truly are Trump supporters who prefer campaign for America First policies would be certainly welcome to change their Party affiliation to the new Party as well.
McCarthy is two faced as demonstrated by his smooze trip to Maralago, then the next day support Liz Cheney. And McConnell, the epitome of Rinoism. Their actions alone mean they do not represent an America First agenda, but old establishment self enrichment policies that screw the American people.
I would be careful putting all my eggs in the “election integrity” basket.

I don’t want hard times, but we are headed for some hard economic times, and some tough federal budget decisions. We’re approaching a time when the world will pull back from the US dollar as its prime reserve currency (a good thing, if we were prepared, which we’re not), and that trend will accelerate if US oil production is forced into decline (a bad thing in almost any event). The above can only result in hyperinflation and economic hardship, and will force the spending discipline that our government has no clue about. Most of the Uniparty must be disappeared if we’re to deal with this maturely, and all of their graft and corruption, corporate welfare and waste must disappear with them.
Might as well get started. What’s in front of us is a lot worse than the political upheaval of a few elections. What kind of world do we want to create for our grandchildren to live in? Do we have faith in God to bless our fealty to good governance, rejecting the bad?

I suspect the devil will wear a winter coat first! There just isn’t enough strength behind the conservatives to purge the Marxist dead weight. A new party could offer a real home to conservatives and let them “cherry pick” the RINO party for good men and women.
I’m reading through the arguments here, and It reinforces for me that the Right is the party of the thinkers, of the people who don’t simply react but who dissect and weigh the issues. We can thank God for that.
But I also note the stranglehold that the old paradigm of the two-party system still has on our thinking. We can’t wean ourselves from the notion that a vote against the current Republican structure is automatically a vote for the Democrat. We can’t make the leap to the logical conclusion of our political frustrations and ask: “So what?” If, as many have acknowledged, we face not two competing parties but actually two wings of the same globalist, anti-American construct, then what difference does it make that we weaken one of the wings by withdrawing our support from it? Isn’t that exactly what Trump tried to do in his attacks on the Swamp? You cannot attack the entrenched D.C. interests without weakening BOTH wings of the Uni party, which is why BOTH wings turned on the President! And yet, even with that spectacle in our rear view mirror, like Pavlov’s dogs we immediately respond to the same whistles and fall back into the old paradigm.
Defeating Liz Cheney is a must. She is a traitor to her voters and to this country. But she is far from unique and while such a defeat would make a few headlines for a few weeks it would not even begin to move the pendulum in our favor.
