If ever there was an example of how the DC elites think about the military, this series of events provides the highlight.
No-one has yet to provide a reasonable justification for 25,000 national guard troops dispatched to Washington DC for the JoeBama inauguration. There were no issues with protests either in DC or any state capitol, despite the drum-beating narrative from the media in advance of the event.
The inaugural “domestic terrorist” narrative needed props, ergo the military were called-in. Once their optical usefulness was exhausted the democrat politicians wanted them gone from the Capitol buildings and sent them into a parking garage.
WASHINGTON DC – Thousands of National Guardsmen were allowed back into the Capitol Thursday night, hours after U.S. Capitol Police officials ordered them to vacate the facilities, sending them outdoors or to nearby parking garages after two weeks pulling security duty after the deadly riot on Jan. 6.
One unit, which had been resting in the Dirksen Senate Office building, was abruptly told to vacate the facility on Thursday, according to one Guardsman. The group was forced to rest in a nearby parking garage without internet reception, with just one electrical outlet, and one bathroom with two stalls for 5,000 troops, the person said. Temperatures in Washington were in the low 40s by nightfall.

This egregious decision to disrespect the National Guard and send them to a dismal parking garage is a terrible harbinger of things to come for the Armed Forces. It’s quite likely that these volunteers that were mere props for despicable Biden’s regime and other military personnel will soon become irrelevant sacrifices in Biden’s (or his master’s) reckless military aspirations. His military leadership will also likely be filled with the worst toads in the military ranks

I don’t consider traitors “embarrassing”. They may be “embarrassing” to the wider world, but they are far worse to Americans.
They went from the floor of the Capitol to the garage floor. Like the slaves in the olden days, who catered the party, provided security, and then slept in the barn with the animals.
The Swamp is used to using people and then throwing them away. Why should this be any different?
Maybe after seeing what these axxwipes are really like on the ground, these soldiers will fight for better representatives, just like the rest of us, if they are not already.
2lane…the slaves NEVER provided security…they were under the wagons with the women and children. In that time you could built a “gone with the wind” mansion for the cost of 2 healthy male slaves. In 1800 “Tara” cost was about $3000 to build, an 18 years old male slave sold for about $1800. Land sold for a penny an acre, a shovel was $10, a horse was $200. The cost was in labor, tools and equipment…no different than today’s economy…the highest cost was labor/ people. That’s why the dims will NEVER give up their slaves…that’s why a new crop of slaves are waiting at the border, and elitist wear “the swoosh”!

I don’t want to see anyone here calling it a “deadly riot”.
The guard is there as a warning to demonstrations against the D’s. This is calculated. The executive orders are changing daily life (increased unemployment, increased illegals, increased unaccountable criminals left on the street, etc.) and Buyden just cannot stomach a demonstration against these orders. Note how no D mentioned the riots in Portland, Seattle, Denver! They pick and choose. The constitutional folks in this country need to figure out how to protest and do so FAST. I, for example, write to my Senators (both D’s). Useless? Maybe but please advise how else to get their attention.
FBI has two billboards (those with changeable electronic notices) on the 290/353 interstate between Elk Grove Village north to Hwy 53 asking for people to report anyone they know who was part of the “riot” at the Capitol.
Amazing that they are so quick to target Patriots for the actions of probable Leftists, but don’t have billboards asking for info on BLM & Antifa terrorists.
They’re the American Stasi, and it’s far past time that people wake up to that.
