The campaign of President Donald J Trump filed a petition [pdf here] and motion [pdf here] asking for expedited consideration before the U.S. Supreme Court. The substance of the petition is a request to reverse some Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions.
This is the first direct filing to the U.S. Supreme Court for intervention in the 2020 election and seeks expedited consideration prior to the January 6, 2021, congressional certification of the electoral college vote.

I beleive one MUST get to 270 or the vote goes to Congress. This is the whole battle. You see no one has the will to challenge these states on the state level. Even R controlled state legislatures do not want to touch it. Their courts don’t want to do it. The people have no time to make them do it.
So we are left with decertifying enough states to get a congressional vote. One vote per state in the House for POTUS and two votes per state in the Senate for VP.

It’s only an EO and can be contested in court. There would be 10 Federal judges happily lining up to issue injunctions against PDJT taking action under the EO unless there is incontrovertible proof that overseas countries and/or agents of overseas countries interfered in the election.

What have you been reading for the last month?
I’ve read a lot about it for the last 6 weeks. Maybe, for example, the Dominion machines were connected to overseas servers — but how likely is it that there is incontrovertible proof that such an overseas server is owned and operated by an overseas country or an agent directly employed by an overseas country and that actions were taken by that overseas country to adversely interfere with the US Presidential election.
There may be indications, for example, that an overseas server existed and there may be intel assessments that overseas interference may have occurred — but I very much doubt that there will be sufficient evidence found to support action under the EO that would hold up in court when injunctions are taken out to stop actions to, for example, confiscate the Dominion machines which are under the States’ ownership. .
I also suggest actually reading EO 13848. Within 45 days of an election the DNI produces a report of an assessment of whether there was foreign government interference. This report is then passed to the AG and SHS who, within another 45 days, produce a report on an evaluation of the extent to which any such foreign interference targeted the election infrastructure etc etc.
Consequently, under the EO, the AG and SHS report evaluating the DNI’s assessment will not be due until, perhaps, 1 Feb 2021. Even then, the sanctions are confiscation of property etc and not changing the previously reported election results.
EO 13848 is a waste of time in the current situation. If the DNI considers that, for example, the Dominion machines may have been fraudulently manipulated by anyone, whether foreign or American, then he passes that information directly on to the AG and SHS for investigation and action without having to rely on the EO i.e. with or without the EO it’s the AG and SHS who take action. So far, it seems that they are not interested in considering the allegations that have already been made by Sidney Powell etc.
Well you see, ‘in the interest of preserving state secrets and sources’ the proof that exists cannot be divulged, but trust the government, it exists and is UNCONTROVERTIBLE! Really, I mean it!
Because he has to prove that the Supreme Court will not take the case and are therefore not defending the Constitution.
Once he has sufficient proof the Supreme Court become irrelevant.

Of all the fraud in all the states, Pennsylvania appears to be the most blatant and egregious. As such it is a good place to start with the first independent campaign filing. This case is limited to the violation of laws passed by the legislature and does not bring up other contentious issues such as interference from outside sources and Dominion machines. The possible strategy here is low hanging fruit which if successful may play a part in other states.
If the SC continues to deny and put off cases there will be riots. I would hope they take this one up and judge it by law and not by politics.
