I don’t count on Barr, first, because I don’t think he’s been able to “get control” of his own DOJ. I think that came as a huge shock to him, the degree to which there is a “resistance” made up of Clinton and Obama people, those educated by our schools in progressivism.
Oh, I know Barr is a creature of the system, former CIA, former DOJ head, but still, I don’t think he was prepared for what he found lying in those lawyers who are supposed to take orders from him and from his subordinates.
Normally, from what I’ve seen of him in his pressers and his appearances in front of Congress, he’s a cool customers, but that last time in front of the Dem controlled committee when they wouldn’t let him talk, I saw him simmering.
Then, in his interview with the “I-will- pretend- to- be- stupid- about- unsolicited -mailed -ballots” Blitzer I saw for the first time a pissed off, then seething Barr. I don’t think he ever wants it said of him by his friends, his colleagues, his legal acquaintances, judges, etc. that “Wow, Barr was AG when the BIGGEST voting heist of the United States was pulled off.”
Whatever he is or is isn’t doing, I suspect he’s pretty embarrassed by this and is, as I said, seething.

God knows DoJ and FBI have metastasized since the 80s and Barr surely overestimated his ability to control everything. That doesn’t make him evil. It is stunning the Sidney Powell’s ‘little team’ as she calls it has done more than Barr and his supersized DOJ in the last two weeks than what Barr has done in 2 years.

I hate to express doubt in such a moment, but it is my conclusion that DT negigently allowed this disaster to happen. He has had the full authority to expect and demand results from the DOJ all along but has gotten nothing since his first day. He allowed Sessions to throw open the gates to the deep state. He waited two years to exchange that useless AG for an even worse one. I don’t want to hear about McConnell running the show… either DT is up to the job or he’s a puppet of the others. Then writing the briefs for each case, and making critical decisions on exactly WHAT your suit will entail. Write it wrong, and the best case gets tossed.

In the end hopefully it will all come out. I think as they put out evidence from this election, they will run it right into what happened in 2016. Court issues new circuit assignments
A little less than a month after the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court on Friday issued a new set of circuit justice assignments, which take effect immediately. Barrett was assigned to the 7th Circuit, where she served as a judge for three years before becoming a justice. Two other justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Neil Gorsuch, were also assigned for the first time to the circuits where they had previously served as judges – Sotomayor to the 2nd Circuit and Gorsuch to the 10th Circuit.
A circuit justice is primarily responsible for emergency requests (for example, an application to block an execution or to allow it to go forward) from the geographic area covered by his or her circuit, as well as more mundane matters, such as requests to extend filing deadlines. However, justices can and often do refer significant emergency requests to the full court – a role that has taken on increased importance in recent years with the sharp uptick in activity on the court’s “shadow docket.” A map of geographical regions covered by each circuit is available here.
Sotomayor’s move to the 2nd Circuit, which had previously been assigned to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (who grew up in New York City and lived there before moving to Washington to become a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit), kicked off a game of musical circuits among the justices. Sotomayor had previously been responsible for the 10th Circuit, which is now assigned to Gorsuch, as well as the 6th Circuit, which is now assigned to Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh, who had previously been assigned to the 7th Circuit, also took on the 8th Circuit, ceding the 7th Circuit to Barrett.
The new circuit assignment list signaled a reprieve for Justice Stephen Breyer, who normally serves as the circuit justice for the relatively small 1st Circuit. Since Ginsburg’s death in September, Breyer has also been pinch-hitting under the Supreme Court’s rules as the circuit justice for the larger and busier 2nd Circuit. If you were paying attention, yesterday the Supreme Court Justices serving as Circuit Justices over the 11 Circuit Courts of Appeals were reassigned, giving conservative Justices jurisdiction over the Circuit Courts that will adjudicate challenges to election outcomes in the States that are critical to Trump’s victory in the Electoral College. The Circuit Justices have the authority to refer any case brought before the Court directly to the Supreme Court. Yesterday’s reassignments mean that the Democrats cannot run out the clock on challenges in MI, WI, PA and GA because Kavanaugh, Barrett, Alito and Thomas will control the process.
Those reassignment were made by William Barr. Clearly, Barr has been busy.

I also think this is a significant development.
Given the DOJ being inundated with swamp creatures isn’t it common sense that a decent investigation would not be done by these creatures in the DOJ? It takes someone in the private sector, which Sidney chose after seeing corruption within the federal system. I can certainly see Barr waiting in the wings, waiting for it to play out.

Exactly, Bor Warrior! If not done right, SCOTUS will just send it back to the lower court to remedy. The attorneys handling these cases for the Trump Team
in the various lower courts are mostly just local civil attorneys licensed to practice in that state, chosen as a way to quickly get the case before a judge. They aren’t the sharpest pencils in the box. The losses don’t really surprise me.
However, the SCOTUS isn’t a criminal or civil court; it exists to make decisions on whether government actions are constitutional, or not. It’s the big time, and President Trump is sending his A Team on this mission.
I don’t think the Justices care about the illegalities involved – i.e., fake time stamps, switching votes, etc that the media is covering now- but they ARE interested in constitutional violations.
As long as Trump’s attorneys stay focused on proving how millions of voters were DISENFRANCHISED by the illegal actions of the Democrats, without giving too much time and attention to the illegalities except to enumerate and prove them, President Trump will win. Here’s why:
The right to vote is mentioned 5 times in the Constitution, while other rights, such as the right to keep and bear arms, are mentioned only once. The Founding Fathers considered it essential to our Republic. And the 14th Amendment says states shall lose Congressional representation when the right to VOTE “for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial Officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is DENIED…OR IN ANY WAY ABRIDGED…” (emphasis mine).
Disenfranchisement of voters is something SCOTUS takes seriously. Obviously, the writers of our Constitution wanted everyone to be able to vote, but they left it out of the enumerated Bill of Rights, and up to each of the states to handle in their own way, with both the courts and Congress treating voting as a “privilege” rather than a “right” to be enforced. Minor changes over the years have made voting easier for Blacks, women, convicted criminals – but Legislation to REQUIRE citizens to vote has NEVER been passed.
By taking this case, SCOTUS could make history. Even though we are not REQUIRED to vote, our RIGHT to do so must be protected, just as our other God-given Constitutional rights are. That RIGHT was DENIED to those millions of voters who exercised their privilege, yet had their vote nullified by the illegal actions of election officials and poll workers.
By ruling that the sanctity of the vote was violated and the outcome of the election was a false representation of the will of the people, SCOTUS will finally give real meaning to the single, most important unenumerated right we have. They can let the states deal with the illegal acts that nullified those votes. Let’s see the party of “equality and justice” argue with that.
There are currently 5 strong Constitutionalists on the court, thanks to President Trump.
Fortunately for us, the Dems are already writing op eds threatening to investigate Kavanaugh and impeach him, and also get rid of Barrett, so I suspect those two, plus their like-minded colleagues on that very close-knit bench, might well be hesitant to give this to Biden.

Otherwise, it looks like a “blind drop” to an email address – not even a website to go look at.

I think it’s real. Mike Flynn Jr. echoed the same message on Parler with the proton mail address.
Mike Flynn Jr. is a doubly verified account on Parler with newsmakers privileges. That level requires serious ID scrutiny by the company management.
However I also wonder why the President’s team is creating yet another bucket in which they’re soliciting and collecting evidence. I guess simply to extend the reach.

It has the earmarks of a scam – a blind-drop email; a plea to “share far and wide”; an invitation to overload a company-server with unsolicited large attachments; posted with no citations.
But, not everything that looks and smells like a scam – is a scam. Apparently, this one is not a scam – even though it smells a lot like one.
Still, when it smells so much like a scam, it’s prudent to ask for verification. Better safe than participating “naively” in a scam.

Trump already has a a voting fraud report website. This website is redundant. I would be wary unless this can be absolutely confirmed. Don’t send valuable info to the enemy. Use the Trump website instead which has been established from the beginning. You can also upload documents.

When more ballots are submitted than there are registered voters, that’s undeniable. And the 145k spike that occurred when the van full of ballots in trashcans, paper bags, backpacks, and cardboard boxes appeared at 3:40am on Nov 4th.

As if she would answer, “no, we can’t prove anything we’re just going to appear in court with accusations and innuendo.” Another person who does this that seems to admire Tucker a lot is Jonathan Shuttlesworth who is very much on Trump’s side but second guesses Sidney Powell and Giuliani too.
Perhaps they’ve been burned before with promises of “lock her up” and “heads are gonna roll” that they’re just protecting their own delicate hopes and dream…

I am so over all this questioning of Sidney’s integrity that I will be sending a scathing letter to Newsmax asking if this kind of SEXIST attitude will continue into the future. Agree. Your first post, in addition, there are times when the vote count went up by 100,000 votes, and then again 15-20 minutes later. And yet it is physically impossible to scan that many ballots in that amount of time.
There are examples of Trump “losing” votes.
Its all about counting votes, which is ADDITION. HOW can they explain SUBTRACTING votes?
And then there are the fractional votes.
How the hell does a candidate get a FRACTIONAL vote? Somebody only filled in 6/10’s of the bubble, on a ballot?
The “Drag and Drop” explanation Sidney describes, and the fractional voting, is the only logical explanation.

Somebody input 300,000 votes (IIRC), and then realised they had put them for Trump.

According to an article in GP, referencing Sidney, there are devices that can and were monitoring this activity in “real time”, citisens were WATCHING, and video taped and screen shotted the images.
And then, theres the basics. Those who are screaming “Wheres the evidence” should be asking election officials, in 5 States, “WHY did you just STOP counting, at the same time, acriss 3 different time zones?
I have heard no attempt at an explanation for THAT, or “Why did youbprevent the observers from observing?” No answer there, either.

Legitimate votes can be sent large increments. They are not going to trickle in as each ballot is read by the machine. At the end of the night, each ballot machine is tabulated at the precinct level, then aggregated at the county level, then the state level.
How interfaces generally work, (because it is more efficient), is to run the interface from the state level to the media newsroom, say every 15 or 30 minutes (or longer) rather than in ‘real time.’ Those interfaces are aggregating votes from all counties in the state and then sending the aggregated data at predefined intervals to the newsrooms depending on the schedule (timing) of the interface. So the vote numbers can be quite large each time you see them updated on your TV screen.

It mentions the Director of National Intelligence to be key in assessing any fraud in elections connected to foreign interference. That person is John Ratcliff. It also mentions the roles of the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense (ESPER*), the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.(KREBS*).
Notably just recently both Eber and Krebs were fired, both showed their true colors in stating publicly “there was no fraud in the election.” It really is one of the determining factors of who Trump can and cannot trust; i.e, if they say there’s no fraud–NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I would add people who question the mountains of evidence are not to be trusted either.

I felt disappointed that Hillary wasn’t arrested, or Obama or Biden, til I see them old and falling apart literally imprisoned in a sick body, the worst kind of jail.
