Flynn Family Releases Statement Following Documentary Evidence of FBI, DOJ and Special Counsel Abusive Intent…

The time for diplomatic niceties is over… The time for complimentary judicial decorum has ended….  The time has come to dispatch delicate sensibilities….  The time has come to lock the door… from the inside.  The time has come for full frontal WOLVERINE level confrontation…. The time has come for #COLD ANGER to turn the tables!

By contrast, BHO and Joe Biden and their ilk never put skin in the game, never lifted a finger to do anything for our nation – they only take take take.

The question is our system of law used by bad people to promote an evil agenda funded by people who hate our nation, its Constitution and every principles. Are we to observe all the niceties while our sworn enemies use this Constitution as a shield to destroy our nation? In fact I say we must do so, but we must also show the resolve that such actions demand the maximum punishment for a deliberate and wanton assault on the rights of so many. These animals did not care who they destroyed, the suffering they caused and the coup that they were fostering. They destroyed the trust that took eons to build. They destroyed the integrity of the government. All who were involved need to face the hangman. All of them including the Kenyan sodomite. No one is above the law. All those who knew and stood by and watched must be sent into exile with their families.

The executions should be in public squares throughout the land so each citizen gets to see the consequences of treason. Their legal mouthpieces, their funding sources, those who organized and gave the orders but did not deign to dirty their hands should be half hanged, drawn and quartered, before being executed. Its the traditional penalty and needs to be employed.

obedience to God means among many things to take swift and immediate action against wrongdoing.

OUR laws and principles are INSPIRED by and guided by such a righteous sanction against evil and the corrupt.

when it is understood the kind of crimes committed here…and there are MANY…a few of them do qualify as the absolute worst type.

conspiring to corruptly frame a leader selected lawfully by the people is direct act of anarchy. because it was manufactured by those who had been placed in the most highly trusted positions of power to act faithfully to the law. that they deliberately with a corrupt intent to subvert their office and oath.

this becomes then the highest type of crime…

yes… hanging is appropriate for the plotters …for co conspirators…life sentences…parole maybe after 25 year minimum in supermax.

There is a rumour that LE has a particularly interesting time if put in the general population of a Supermax.

As it would be prosecuted in stages the experiences of the first in could be released in a documentary so that those still out could enjoy the thought of the fun to come for them.

Every reason to exploit the sensations we humans get out of an event: anticipation, the event itself, the memory.

I would propose that, as you suggest, only the top level get death. All the others, including support acts, get one month in a Supermax per year of their age. The older, so should be wiser, get the worst. They are then released, not quietly but with full publicity, enforced on the MSM, as a continuous reminder into the future.

Finally, in the UK we have a Proceeds of Crime Act, which, as you can surmise, strips criminals of their assets. In this case, given the likely cunning hiding of assets, putting out tenders for teams of financial bounty hunters on generous commission, with the winning tenderers likely to be those who advised in the first place, for obvious reasons. No reason why the families etc should benefit from the crimes, the Flynn family suffered and there was no crime..

see you hail from the UK.

          question for you.

the British courts have a particular law that keeps a person accussed but not found guilty of any crime held in jail. even after serving a sentence.

of course i am referring to assange. he has already served the 18 month sentence for “failure to appear”. noting that the charges against him fact dropped by sweden…and NOT due to lawful time limits.

he’s been denied bail. the conditions in prison according to reliable sources say it’s horrendous… what one would expect for a murder felon.

          so whats up with that.

i know generally UK acknowledges extradition with us but does not allow if a foreign state charges with a crime where a death penalty is option..

so what gives with this sordid business? why not allow him bail?

is he under some gag order also?

if the UK is not pursuing a criminal charge… and I’ve never read they are… how is it that the UK laws allow such an indefinite jail time?

why not release him under bail and under restrictions like any other political prisoner?

what is the sentiment in UK about assange…? is there any efforts such as with sundance that exist there to explain to the everyday man what this is about?

do folks there care? do folks. recognize the same secret police spy state is a clear and present danger to citizens?

I’m concerned he is being persecuted as with LTGEN FLYNN for essentially knowing about corruption and doing something ABOUT it.

please tell me there are patriots there who want him free and to continue his right to express his rights…and speech?

          it matters

          • JohninMK says:

Regitiger, he is indeed being persecuted, for letting the illegal US Government activities out of the bag and embarrassing them. He is a political prisoner++ in solitary confinement with limited access to even his legal team. There are indeed patriots trying to help but it is a hopeless struggle against a historically highly effective system with hundreds of years of practice that needs lessons from no one.

The UK legal system, apparently under strict orders from the US, is conducting what can only be described as a kangaroo extradition court, the prosecution and the judge seemingly teamed up against the defense. The daily reports by Craig Murray are chilling to say the least. Perhaps the closest we get to a Sundance, but only on this specific topic. They have almost eliminated the public from the Court and there is virtually no reporting on the trial in the MSM so most are totally ignorant of his situation.

Failing a miracle he is destined for Colorado Supermax Special Measures H Block, a solitary hell hole. I think the plan is to get him so depressed (he is not mentally right) that he kills himself (genuinely). He had half a razor blade found in a cell search. This gets both Governments off the hook.

Sadly the days of our legal system being admired around the World are over by the likes of you and me but regarded as brilliant by the less scrupulous.

        The recipe just wrote itself…

It is so hard to explain, so detailed and complicated, my sympathetic and grounded old friend can only begin to grasp the surface details. He was my teen friend during Watergate and I told him details of the crimes years before Nixon resigned so HE knows I know – just waiting to see the hammer fall before he gets excited and concerned with the Big details. Human nature – we need to help people see and understand- like those two-faced visual illusions: can’t see and won’t accept until; once seen can’t be unseen.

You can see I missed a big one though… NSA.

Maybe we can all work together to refine the “kill list”: Fine tune it with specific names and LINKS, prioritize logical flow, spelling and punctuation (🤷‍♀️).
We need a simple story, with teeth, to break through.
Email-able. Simple web page link for posting?
I freely give up any concerns of authorship (haha) and would be thrilled to have some method for group refinement here from resident sages… even Dan B says he struggles to explain “IT”.
I suspect the list would grow to at least 20 documentable crimes.

It’s likely a bit early to bring this up, but after the smoke clears and the bodies are buried, what is to be done with the doj and fbi? I hear “department of justice”, and I think “Ministry of Truth”.

When I hear “fbi”, I think of that photo of young fbi agents taking a knee on the sidewalk for the communist group blm. The white hats are apparently aware of the problem. It has recently come out that Fed agents were sent to Portland for sensitive work; they came from the US Marshal’s Service, and not fbi. (So much for Hannity’s “99%”.)

The department of state is about as screwed up as the other two. And as SD has pointed out, the Pentagon moved LC vindmann instead of s-canning him. (He since has “retired”.) But still, there were some Pentagon people involved as well.

Maybe a good place to start is to remove all of that Kenyan, sotero’s appointments.

Hoghead, the very fact of taking a knee in support of the BLM’s agenda, which has been available to the public for years, means the agents are too stupid to even have jobs cleaning latrines. Not knowing the organization is Marxist-founded and run is evidence they should have been gone that very same day for incompetence. If they did know, perhaps incarceration until trial for outright treason is in order. The general public may be as ignorant as they want, but we are paying FBI folks who like the idea of giving obeisance to communism. Beyond sickening

The second Zero was voted in I started using my freedom of speech cuz I knew he despised our Constitution and had paper-thin skin. The fact that the FBI knew Zero’s malleable mind was formed in Frank Marshall Davis’ hands and yet most Americans weren’t made aware told me everything I needed to know about Hoover’s institution.

A commenter on this site recently told me I shouldn’t say anything negative about the FBI out of respect for the individuals employed there. I don’t respect individuals who work for corrupt agencies or businesses. I’ve quit more than one job because of dishonesty among management. Maybe there are scads of former FBI agents yelling about the corruption and the reasons they quit and they just can’t find any newsy-like websites to publish them and get the word out. The former sleuths are simply stumped.

I think Americans are good natured and can’t conceive how corrupt their institutions are. And the evil ones’ attitude is a calm, cold, “So sue us,” as they demand we fight for our individual rights daily; even the right to make a living. (Some Americans don’t even realize they have a right to make a living. Every organism on the planet has to make a living but Americans now have to sue for the privilege.)

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

    (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

    18 U.S. Code § 2384. Seditious conspiracy

Hey everybody, wait a minute. Think about this: Why do we assume Sullivan is a black hat?

Remember, Sullivan does have significant history of coming down against prosecutorial misconduct. Barr, who i view as a fixer, coverup artist and deep state operative, doesn’t want the case heard and even admits it’s because the FBI and DOJ would be embarrassed if the case went forward.

IF SULLIVAN WAS ANTI-FLYNN and PRO-GOVERNMENT, he would be glad to drop the case. But no, he went to ridiculous lenghts to embarrass the government. And now, with the help of Sydney Powell, that is exactly what is happening.

I think it makes more sense that Sullivan knew this was going to happen. After all, Barr told him this was going to happen.

  32. Dorothea Brooke says:

There should be no forgiveness for these wrongdoers. They need to pay a heavy price for their deeds. They should experience the torture that they have put Flynn and his family through. I do not care that DC juries won’t convict them. Make them PAY for attorneys for their defense the same way in which Flynn did. The difference is that he didn’t do anything wrong. It is time for justice.

  33. Ocelot says:

Does anybody doubt that Judge Sullivan will callously and angrily reject all the latest exculpatory evidence from the FBI’s egregious records as more fake political propaganda and arrogantly order both parties to continue with his personal trial proceedings.

Beginning with a lengthy presentation by Lawfare’s most insidious lawyer and his updated prosecutorial evidence and case against Gen. Flynn. The trial is scheduled to begin on February 10th 2021.
Anything is possible with an unhinged Judge that is still a Judge after he screams “treason” in his court room at a decorated combat veteran and General without any evidence or proof to back up his outrageous allegation. Even Weissmann’s questionable prosecutor had to tell him that treason was not included in the DOJ’s charges.

A legal system can not survive such an obvious miscarriage of justice. This should have been ended when the DOJ said enough. To hell with the niceties of this judge and appeals and… and….

Good thing they got liability insurance. Flynn can sue them and get his money back. May be part of the reason Sullivan is delaying everything.

    • RedBallExpress says:

First thing that made sense about the “Insurance.” I was wondering what good insurance money would be if they actually – say – got sent to jail.

I was waiting to see if the swamp would take money instead of you serving time.

I keep wondering what his daughters think of all of they even have access to certain parts of the internet..assume they would they believe any of the the stuff he has done?.if they ask..they are told ,of course, it is all lies of the right..nothing would make me happier than to see them, tell Old Pops(not their real Pops anyway) to take a hike…the eldest last year was all over the net , smoking with her boyfriend from the UK..think she would be a Junior at Harvard this year..the youngest you never see on the net..she went to college in Michigan.think she would be a soph..but probably school up there has not opened..

  37. Texas Rancher says:

Some here have objected to the fact that taxpayers were forced to fund the corruption, sedition, and treason! So do I! If we had failed to pay our taxes, we would have been fined, and in some cases, put in prison! No matter that powerful Democrat Marxists have frequently gotten a pass on overdue taxes – sometimes in the millions!

So, what is to be done regarding the massive monies spent seditiously and treasonously? Not that it will balance out, but a good start would be thinking how drug cartels have all their money and property seized! Because they broke the law in a very bad way!

So, all property, monies, pensions, and hidden off-shore accounts, as well as tax loophole accounts, and inheritance and Trust scam-hidden accounts should be seized after these traitors are brought quickly to justice! Not a single one of them should be allowed to retire, AG BARR! And, while we’re at it, drag former IRS corrupt leader Lois Lerner out of her cushy retirement and serve the same justice to her!

  38. Sundance is too cool and a patriot through and through. The research, pictures, and videos are the frosting on his intelligent and insightful article cakes. The red haired woman representing a storm is my favorite. Ingenious! It’s been too long since I made a contribution so I am making one today. I have been contributing to Trump, Sean Parnell, and Republican in VA running against the snake Warner. I should contribute to Kim in M.D. and John James in Michigan, too, since I would love to see them win, too. General Flynn is in my prayers every night as I suspect he is in the prayers of many. His struggle can only be a teaching from God. It’s frustrating to watch crimes committed against him in real time. The biggest fight is yet to come I believe when we see the democrats try to destroy God and religion. This may be the fight the lawlessness and evil has been leading up to. I trust God’s plan and power. No man is a match against the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

“Well, yes, but you see, there’s a very delicate balance here …”

  40. Jeffrey Coley says:

Yes, we all know this. AG Barr knows this. John Durham knows this. But will anything be done?

    “These things take time.”

It sure didn’t take any time for the Special Counsel to indict Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, and send SWAT teams to arrest them after notifying CNN to be there for the action. It didn’t take any time at all to charge General Flynn.

As a matter of fact, the only time when “there’s a delicate balance” or “the wheels of justice grind slowly” is when the subject is a Democrat and member of The Deep State/Big Club. Then, it takes forever and ever and if it comes to anything at all (highly doubtful), it’s the lightest of taps on the wrist to the most absurd minimal charge, with a stern admonition “don’t do it again, even though you aren’t admitting guilt.”

I forgot one–and it IS important— Note the Plural and singular in that verse. I view Hussein’s turning away from Israel as a fundamental issue in Trump’s 2016 election. Now look at Arabic nations beginning to recognize and sign peace accords with Israel. If Trump loses this election, I’ll be surprised.

So now we are left with a whole lot of new questions that can only be imagined by
historians – meaning if Biden is elected, there will be no history books as we know them.

    1) What/who was motivating our former President with (MHO) his seemingly, underlying
    hatred for our President.

    2) Please – what are the rules or guidelines for “Whistleblowers” – are they allowed to
come from anonymous sources and through a partisan representative’s office? Shouldn’t they be
pre-screened (not by FBI) for validity – reliability – and how come we never heard the outcome of Cavenaugh’s accuser – who also came from a partisan’s office.
I just did a quick look under Wikipedia’s list – and – of all the names listed – there is one who is named – Anonymous – and from Anonymous’s words –

What became known as the Trump–Ukraine scandal culminated on December 18 in the impeachment of the president.[337] On February 5, 2020, the U.S. Senate acquitted Trump of the charges brought against him by the House.[338]

The term – Citizen’s Arrest – does that still exist?
One has to wonder if this link below could even happen in today’s environment without it ending up in the Supreme Court – probably in a tied vote while the horse being the cause – is it called “lynching” and rope (weapon) sits in jail.

  46. Glenn Gallup says:

And you know what’s a really important subset to this travesty? ABCBSNBCNN missed the biggest political scandal maybe in US history. Deliberately. Because they are partisan hacks.

  47. Ana Nimity says:

The criminal activity in the DOj and FBi cannot be ignored any more with their excuse; “we control the law (above the law), and making hard accusations that they are acting immorally (politically) and unlawfully is not a proper defense”. Now “going there”; (accusing the government of actual crimes in the course of its duties) is becoming more and more the true defense of many victims of legal corruption in our government.
