Everything the Media Claimed About Breonna Taylor’s Death Was a Lie – Truth Surfaces – No Police Charged in Her Death…

The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot during a “no knock” warrant – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot in her bed – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was murdered – False.

Everything the media and lawyer Ben Crump claimed about the death of Breonna Taylor and the circumstances around her death was based on lies. The officials in Kentucky allowed a mountain of lies to grow until the evidence was finally presented to a grand jury and the Kentucky Attorney General was forced to admit the truth.

According to evidence revealed at a press conference by AG Daniel Cameron, the police executed a search warrant by knocking on the door. Breonna Taylor and her boyfriend Kenneth Walker refused to answer the door after the police identified themselves. The police broke down the door. Kenneth Walker was armed and shot first at police. The police returned fire and that’s how Breonna Taylor was shot and killed.  WATCH:

.

No police officers were charged with the death of Breonna Taylor because they were responding to being fired upon. It appears Mr. Walker used his girlfriend as a shield. One officer, Brett Hankison, who did not shoot any person, was charged with “wonton endangerment” for haphazardly firing 10 shots that entered the adjacent apartment unit.

Breonna Taylor’s killing set off months of protests in Louisville and other cities and drew national attention.  Celebrities and civil-rights activists demanding justice and urged Kentucky AG Cameron to bring charges against the officers involved.

Last week, the city of Louisville said it would pay $12 million to Ms. Taylor’s estate as part of a legal settlement with her family. The agreement also required the city to implement policy changes, including a mandate for police commanders to approve all search warrants.  Today the shooting was ruled justified as the police were responding to being fired upon by Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker.

Officials in Kentucky allows months of false claims to be made surrounding the shooting without correcting the media reporting.

As with the Trayvon Martin case…. and as with the Michael Brown case….. and as with the Freddie Gray case…. everything pushed by the media about the Breonna Taylor case was based on lies.  The media will now refuse to admit the truth and will now spin the narrative to claim they never reported incorrectly.  Absolutely ridiculous.

In 1933, Adolf Hitler appointed Hermann Goering as Minister of the Interior. Goering’s first order was to defund the police so that they could not interfere with his Brown Shirts, whose mission it was to riot, burn, assault, and murder citizens to create domestic terror in an effort to suppress opposition to The Party.

Sundance, I really wish you would write an article as to what can realistically be done to deal with our Pravda media.

There simply HAS to be some accountability for what they have become! If they are not held responsible for their lies, distortions, fomenting hate and division, and outright attempts to control the elections in this country, then I see nothing but problems ahead!

Sundance, I want to add this: People used to be able to exert some degree of control over media by what they bought or watched. But these days, so many media outlets are “Vanity Projects” owned by Billionaire Globalists. They use them to control outcomes which benefit themselves, and just take tax deductions if they lose money! These people need to be prevented from owning media outlets, in my opinion, with perhaps also limiting the number of outlets owned by an entity!

      • The only way the media can be stopped is by Channel choice that should be provided by cable companies….. Even if you don’t turn on CNN or MSNBC and you have a cable package…they get paid from YOU the consumer… its not like the old days of an antenna and stations had to earn their money from advertisers…

that alone would put them in ruins

Unfortunately we live at a time when some media outlets are unfazed by the financial repercussions of their behavior, which diminishes any influence the public might have to influence the legitimacy of their reporting. I’ve heard that insurance companies are estimating $5 billion in damages so far this year. Even Jeff Bezos would choke a little writing that check.

BLM and Antifa are far worse and the justice department does nothing to stop the leaders of these groups. They know where the money comes from, the proof is on the internet, they don’t even have to do the work. Arrest and charge them.

Yes, they lied. I GET that.

What I DON’T get: In this case, AND SO MANY OTHERS JUST LIKE IT, the lies started to spread EARLY, but there was NOTHING SAID OR DONE by authorities to counter the BLM propaganda. WHY NOT?

Why do police, prosecutors, and other authorities ALLOW things to FESTER for SO LONG? Why wait for this cancer to metastatize before saying anything. WHY must every bit of evidence that could DEFUSE the unrest kept under lock and key using the tired old aegis of “Ongoing Investigation?”

Nothing will get better as long as the liars are allow to radicalize their Useful Idiots for MONTHS before anything is said or done.

My question is: “Was Kenneth Walker legally allowed to fire at the police officers when they broke down the door and began entering the apartment, even though they had a warrant? This is confusing to me because Kentucky is a “Stand Your Ground” state, I believe, so as what point did it become a crime for Walker to shoot at the police? I am not a lawyer and this is a bit confusing to me.

      • They knocked, identified themselves as police, waited for a response after several attempts. Meanwhile, the folks inside should have responded and requested a show of identification, or at least looked out the window and see them in uniform. Yes…open the door. Don’t hide then come out shooting when they enter.

I think the issue was if the officers knocked and announced themselves before breaching the door and entering the apartment. There was a witness (neighbor) who testified that the police had done so, which meant that stand your ground did not apply to the occupants.

I think the fact that they had a warrant for his arrest could make it a tad illegal to shoot at them. They were given the right by the state to enter and apprehend the fugitive. I don’t believe stand your ground applies in this type of situation. I don’t know either….just throwing theories out there.

I suspect that we’ll never get a solid answer on that. Mostly because we will never know whether Walker believed the intruders were cops or just drug dealers claiming to be cops. For his defense to any charges, he will obviously claim the latter. But it is conceivable that he thought they were cops and shot at them anyway. I have heard of cases were the courts found that an otherwise innocent man could return fire against the cops in self defense. The DeRossett case in Florida is one. There are likely others.

Since the police did NOT conduct a no-knock raid, but knocked and announced themselves as police, with a warrant! The neighbor/s clearly heard them knock and identify themselves before they broke down the door! Why Taylor and Walker did or did not hear something that woke the neighbors is open to speculation, but police properly serving a search warrant should not be!
Anyone who is concerned about Breonna should read the jail phone transcripts from the investigation that point to her still laundering and hiding money for her ex’s drug gang, which is why her apartment was the target of the warrant! Walker is in trouble with the drug dealers because HE got her killed with location of some of the cash locked in her head!

      LOL

And now he is pissed because none of the LEO’s were charged with any involvement in causing her death, effectively making it difficult to impossible for an addition “Monet Grab” suit against the City, & / or the Police Dept. He is so beside himself with rage that he can barely even speak Ebonics when on TV……

I believe he cut a deal with the family to take a “small” portion of the initial settlement & consume the “Lion’s Share” of wrongful death suit against the Police Dept when an “Arrest” gets completed. ( remember all he ever wants in any of these cases is an ARREST associated with the death) The AG & the GJ quashed his dream of a very healthy payday for this “Race Baiting POS “.

What I haven’t heard is where was Ms. Taylor standing in relation to Kenneth Walker? Walker shot at the cops and hit one in the thigh. Cops returned fire. She was hit 6 times, but I haven’t seen where he was hit at all. Did Walker use her as a human shield? Was she standing right in front of him? If she was standing off to the side, no way she would have been hit 6 times.

The AG made slight mention of her position yesterday during the Press conference, saying he could not comment further on that issue at this time, but did not elaborate on where she might have been in relation to her boyfriend.

My own guy feeling based on what I have heard is as follows….
1 – The boyfriend acknowledges that he heard the “knocking”. I saw him state that on TV. He also said that “they (the Police) did not respond to his request of who was at the door” ..paraphrasing

2 – IMHO it was probably more like severe banging with the announcement that it was the Police. At least 1 neighbor confirms there was a commotion & the Police did announce their presence. Even the boyfriend inadvertently confirms (by his statement of hearing the knocking) that the Police did indeed by either vocal or noise action, there presence.

3 – The boyfriend ( has a criminal record & is fully aware of Police procedure), knows that the Police will very shortly breach the door.

4 – The boyfriend “sends” Breonna to the door to open it while readying his weapon, probably peeking out of the doorway of an adjacent room with the weapon trained on the door.

5 – Breonna never makes it to the door as the Police breach it & the boyfriend lets go with his initial shot. It was a shot to the thigh of one of the PO’s which would make sense if Breonna was blocking the perspective of the boyfriend line of sight. After the initial shot & subsequent return fire the boyfriend immediately ducks into another room which probably causes the volley of shots from the Officer that was charged with endangerment. If the boyfriend did relocate to a specific room & that specific room WAS the room riddled with surpressing fire, then this Officer’s reaction was also justified & NOT simply random indiscrete firing. The trial will reveal all the evidence necessary.

7 – Return fire comes immediately as, IMHO, the Officers no doubt already had their firearms out & at the ready. There would NOT have been sufficient time to analyze where & from whom the initial shot came from IF Breonna was the only one visible & the only one standing near the doorway. That, IMOHO, is one of the few ways she & she alone received all, if not most of the return fire…

Of course, a lot of the above is speculation based on the evidence that has been released to date but I believe I am not too far off the mark.

The truth leaked out early on about Breonna Taylor….I heard she aided in getting drugs into a jail, that she was no longer an EMT and hadn’t been for years, that she was involved with a drug dealer, that the warrant had her name on it—-but the truth was obscured by the constant repeating of the BIG LIE. Like Nazi Germany under Hitler, the media aided him too! It’s really sedition. Arrest the journalists that just repeat the lies.

  12. What happened here was a tragedy but there are good reasons why many people have lost respect for the police and LEOs. I live in a lily white county in NY and the local sheriff and his deputies are no bargain. The sheriff’s department has been weaponized beyond belief including military grade weapons and equipment. Years ago I was arrested and dragged out of the water for not wearing a personal flotation device. Seriously.

This human shield thing is the only logical conclusion but since the left doesn’t deal in logical conclusions, they are going to believe that while the police were being shot at by this man, they decided to shoot the woman who was not in front of the man.

The AG avoided answering that question directly and I don’t think he should have. He should have shown more courage. She died because he used her body to protect his life. Would that stop rioting and the like? No. But it would further show how the rioting is not connected to reality and that it is actually for other reasons.

BLM is losing black support. The more black people get in front of news cameras and say so, the better.

It should be noted so that its nationally publicized, that this false information as told by the media has resulted in at least 3 innocent people murdered by BLM agitators who were reacting to the media’s blood soaked lies. The media agitated that 2 more innocent policeman were shot and potentially killed by the media’s disinformation. Because of the media’s lies, the media and the media people who sold these lies, people have been beaten, assaulted, and harassed.

There is not media responsible enough to tell these truths and facts of the left and culture and the destruction caused by media lies. It needs to be told though.

The media and its personalities are the cause of division and racial strife and the violence.

Why are they free to hurt us like this? Because there are rewards of money, fame, and social power.

A just society would make them pay for it, with effective deterrence punishing lies and division they sell.
