CALIFORNIA – Gyms within government buildings in San Francisco have been open for months, despite privately owned establishments being ordered to close due to the coronavirus.
“It’s shocking, it’s infuriating,” Daniele Rabkin, of Crossfit Golden Gate, told a local NBC station. “Even though they’re getting exposed, there are no repercussions, no ramifications? It’s shocking.”
The gyms that have been open for government employees include those for police officers, judges, lawyers, bailiffs, and paralegals, according to the report. One such gym, the Hall of Justice gym, has been open since July 1.
“It just demonstrates that there seems to be some kind of a double standard between what city employees are allowed to do and what the residents of San Francisco are allowed to do,” Dave Karraker, owner of MX3 Fitness in the Castro, said. (read more)

Last week, NC Governor Cooper graciously (ha!) allowed local private gym open, but I believe will require masks when walking between stations. If they do, I won’t be going.
But worse than the gyms: After months of Zoom meetings, which garnered only 30% participation, my long-running Bible study group has finally decided to reconvene in person following the easing of draconian restrictions on “mass gatherings”. Well, they’ll sort of meet in person. The attendees want masks and social distancing to be required, and they even recommend bringing a sanitizer. I hate to say it, but will not be making an appearance, as masks make me physically and mentally uncomfortable. Although many of the attendees are above 70, it’s still hard to see strong Christians, and in most cases, successful businessmen, succumbing to to irrationality.
Yup, I still haven’t attended a service at my Church here in PA due to the confusing mask position they’ve adopted. Creating a mask wearers vs non mask wearers tension is the last thing we need at Church.
Have service outdoors like Jesus did? That is what 99% of churches are doing nation wide.

When their natural protection is depleted and restrictions lifted, that is why we will see inflated numbers of sick people. If we carried on shortly after learning what we needed to, people would have developed immunity from contacting it. Now, they will be exposed systematically with a vaccine to accomplish what should have happened naturally in the herd.
I will NEVER take another vaccine nor will my kids wife grand kids etc unless they start making them without dead babies and mercury etc in them. Vaccines are Poison, NOT health care.

In the control phase, the carrot of “social justice,” intended to “right the wrongs” identified through the subversion stage, is replaced by the stick of totalitarian one-party control of all levers of power. The sophistries morph into thought-control mechanisms by which the party hierarchy can control and dominate those beneath them within the hierarchy, or outside the Party, and the exercise and abuse of absolute power can be disguised in a sort of “emperor’s new clothes” phenomenon that everyone must acknowledge to be beautiful and utopian, or else be cast out of society, killed or imprisoned, or put to work in enslavement and re-education camps.
Or maybe just fail to advance. Perhaps there’s a Marxist Pietr Principal for bureaucracies: Non-Marxists advance to the level of their cluelessness.
In the United States today, perhaps uniquely in history, we can observe both phases of Marxism at work simultaneously. Our own Revolution pre-dated Marxism, but our Founding Fathers built our political system to survive “all enemies, foreign and domestic.” They made our system intentionally complex and deliberately built in inefficient political arrangements designed to limit political power at all levels, and to set co-equal branches and different levels of government against one another, so as to inhibit the exercise of power. Each level is supposed to be accountable to its citizens, each official to an elected official who answers at the polls to the citizenry. Power is dispersed out among equally empowered and ambitious competitors, whose competitive instincts check each other, all designed to preserve the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Because of this complexity, we are living in a time when both phases of the Marxist Enterprise co-exist in our larger American society at the same time.
The Democrat Party has fallen, and wherever its minions and warhorses hold office, there Marxist doctrine has a place to grow. One of the randomly generated criticisms directed at President Trump is to compare supposedly successful local programs dealing with Covid to the absence of a uniform national policy (as if it’s obvious that strongman totalitarianism is to be preferred, just from someone who can recite Marxist jargon with the best of them). Wisely, President Trump has decided to side with Founders, not the Cadre. He won’t be baited into the tyrannical abuse of Presidential power.
Arbitrary rules “justified” for the safety of the populace forced onto “the People,” while the Party does as it pleases, such as “government gyms are open and functioning,” but privately owned and operated gyms are locked down, can perhaps be understood in this context of the two stages of Marxism, in power in various cities and states, but not yet in others, in some nooks and crannies within DC, but not all of the federal government.
It is there for us all to see, and to rebel against. Trump must win this election, the Republicans must hold the Senate and regain the House. But these arbitrary, Marxist-doctrine spewing Mayors, council-members, DAs, state legislators and Governors must also be voted out of power.
Then the subversive sophistries that have invaded our culture, our schools and universities, our churches and synagogues, our corporate HR C Suites, our Journalism and our Media, our banks and economic institutions must all be rooted out.
While I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of justice, and the snail’s pace for what little is administered, I retain some hope that President Trump continues with a plan to bring out the worst in his enemies in order to get them to destroy themselves.
This “Government Gyms are Okay, Private Gyms are Not Okay” story should open many eyes, especially among the young work-out crowd. Freshly-coifed Nancy proclaiming herself “victim,” and blaming her stylist is more of the same. Hate-filled mobs roaming the streets while police are disempowered to protect property and lives will work the same way.
What is Sun Tzu’s lesson: never interrupt your enemy while he is self-destructing?

Wow. That can be a generic statement for our entire swamp/deep state controlled Banana Republic, especially accurate for the SpyGate/ImpeachmentGate cases.

DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW–Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
Like ‘Murphy’s Law’ before it, ‘the law is what I say it is’ should forever be referred to as ‘Pelosi’s Law’. Let that be her only legacy and the only thing she is remembered for.
