Jim Jordan Discusses House Judiciary Effort to Impeach Bill Barr…

The plan to impeach Bill Barr was clearly visible several months ago. A preemptive strike to diffuse the pending findings of the investigation by USAO John Durham.

The Attorney General has accepted an invitation to testify before the committee on July 28th.  If there is going to be a summer show-down between the AG and political operatives -including Lawfare- within the Judiciary committee, that hearing is likely to be the spark.

The real privilege is dem privilege and it’s given by the media. It means that Obama could tell his AGs exactly what he wanted them to do, and the media would praise his benevolent wisdom but if President Trump tells AG Barr what to do it is obstruction of justice and election interference.

If so, you and Mr Cohen are aligned.

Contact Cohen if you’d like to support his impeachment effort of Barr.
Call your own congressmen as well to support Cohen’s effort.

There are only 2 ways to get rid of “Bagpipe Bill” (excluding his death)
                  Option 1) Trump fires him
                  Option 2) Barr is impeached

Clearly Trump does not read CTH or is simply not as smart as CTH fortune-tellers who for now A YEAR have foretold that Barr is a fraud, doing nothing while covering up and running out the clock.
Trump criticized Sessions and compliments Barr and has no intention of firing him.

Steve Cohen has opened up Option 2 to get rid of the PIPER. Who cares why?

The Bagpipe Biller’s should support this impeachment effort and align with:
Cohen, Swallwell, Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi, Schumer, Comey, Brennan, and
                  the ENTIRE MSM

                  who want BARR gone too.
This is the best opportunity to remove Bagpipe Bill

Time to stop repeating the same prediction for the 1000th time in a blog….
and contact your congressman to support this impeachment effort.
MSM could make great hay of “conservatives want Barr gone too”

Might even influence Trump to drop Barr should he win in November.

First – Timothy Shea and Mary McCord are called out in the Impeachment Bill. Reading the bill tells a lot. This just implicated Shea and McCord even more. Is he trying to protect them. Sounds like obstruction of justice to me. His bases is Barr not providing “protected” information that Barr could not legally provide. Also, Cohen is used as a reference point. So much waste in our government The just prove it eveyday.

Patton was right on so many things, especially Russia, the media partially defanged him with the slapping of a soldier. He was kept around, but had been replaced with more PC types. Still Patton prevailed when needed.

I am still suspicious of Patton’s death in that car accident. Patton was setting up some political works and wasn’t afraid to still talk against Russia.

Their constant sniping, whining and dishonesty has made them unworthy of the dignity and respect the nation usually bestows on those who dedicate a lifetime of service to the nation and Armed Forces. Note too, that hundreds, perhaps thousands of retired military and flag rank officers fully support the POTUS or keep their personal political views to themselves. For those like Mattis, spot on….he is crapping on the carpet and humping legs. I’ve lost all respect for him by going political.

There won’t be hard communism, concentration camps, or any other such overt totalitarianism if the dems retake power in November. They will happily open things up and let the nation function under the veneer of freedom as it did before 2016, when it looked like a free nation but in reality had the elite club pulling the strings. That’s the rub. If they went “hard dictatorship” America wouldn’t stand for it and truly revolt. Ironically, what may be the only thing that works.

The thing is, our side now knows what they are about, and won’t be fooled if the dems take the WH and “play nice”. However, the problem is that there are plenty that will take the faux freedom for the sake of “normalcy” or for their side having power.

Commerce, the economy must continue. It matters not whether you (and all your descendants) live in an 800 sq” apartment in a dismal concrete high rise and stand in line at the market for necessities. All while the nomenklatura (obamas, pelosis, schumer, deblasio…) are living large.

The Gramscian bureaucracy will control everything. They will change housing policy, health policy, taxation, transportation, the food you eat and the “judicial” system.

I used to think this was fear porn. The planning and execution of the unrest in the sunup to the elections has changed my mind. Not, as I said, that they intend to takeover by violence but that they do indeed intend to take over. They are serious and no longer hiding their intention to change our system.

It would seem that General Patton, who apparently was a military history buff, completely forgot or overlooked Baltimore, Maryland in that statement. Baltimore *was* successfully defended in September of 1814 by the artillery soldiers in Fort McHenry at Locust Point, and by an armed militia who defended Baltimore from the British Army who landed at North Point, just southeast of the city. I have a direct ancestor who served in that militia.

Francis Scott Key was so moved by the defense of Baltimore at Fort McHenry that he wrote a little poem about it……later became the lyrics to a little song…….

I wonder if there’s any chance that some of that info either found its way to some of the Dems in Congress…or even worse…to the HRC campaign. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this even hinted at but wouldn’t it make some kind of sense?

Barr has the ability to drop a little bombshell out of the blue, even if you have to read between the lines a little bit. And testimony on July 28th would be the perfect venue. He just might make a couple of subtle disclosures or assertions that could induce some D.C. sphincter puckering. They wouldn’t be clamoring to impeach him otherwise… which, IIRC, they’ve been talking about since February 2019.

Barr can easily say things in his answers that may go unnoticed to the masses but will resonate with those sitting on the panel with things to hide. He only needs to mention certain names in an inconspicuous manner or a place, or an action….anything….all that matters is that it means something to the person or people that Barr is targeting with the language.

so…..”we” are back to calling this an unmasking all over again huh?

perhaps jordan didn’t get the memo.

or maybe he got the memo2.0 passed around in congress.

    congress memo2,0:

it was unmasking..just call it unmasking…it’s not accurate, but .it sells …(even if it conceals the real criminality of using unlawful DIRECT targeting of a political figure using nonFISA warrant programs that are forbidden to be used against US citizens, and from foreign cutouts and those foreign operated surveillance powers rented from our friends in the UK…or is it Italy? To the point: what was the program used to directly spy on flynn? Under what authority? Under what predicate? Who moved the needle? we have this assumption that all NSA incoming and other very criticall important security officials are under surveillance. I get that. I happen to agree with it. The surveillance part…to collect..never know when a foreign actors is going to reveal something of value. But lets start discussing that program…to learn how it was abused and by whom. this was NOT A UNMASKING. what am I missing?

is jordan really prepared to defend this “unmasking” bullshit that runs odds at the declass material dumped by Grennell? Why speak incorrectly about it? or talk around it with this debunked unmasking narrative. we know that isn’t true! I sense laziness here or intentional misinformation. It’s as if a poll was taken and the results are in: no one cares…no one is paying attention…lets just go with unmasking and keep this other stuff quiet! What am I missing?

when I listen to jordan, and I kind of like his bulldog style…but some of his schtick is getting worn out and needs to be updated. this rapid fire, bullet points is fine and well…and most of it is accurate and it sticks on the cable tv segment….but there are some things he needs to update…and realize that the new information rolled out has to become part of the national discussion….

I mean what I just heard was pretty much what he has been spouting for the past year. Credit for being consistent and repeating what needs to be heard. But some very important details need to be updated, so that the audience understands the raw onion center core, below the layers that have been concealed for quite some time.

I’m worried that the Grennel dump is going to have the “assange effect”….solid falsifiable information…that no body cared enough to force changes. I can’t imagine a more severe disaster is nothing changes after this coup. And I have this bad gut feeling, nothing is going to change.

it’s like deja vu all over again..the potomac two step, accomplished in mass by your friendly masters in congress.

    I pray I am wrong.

One, that the Russians had NOTHING to dovwith the Wikileaks DNC and DCCC emails.

Two, That Republicon party leadership were in on the muh Russia coup attempt from day one.

Three, that all of the small group Comey, McCabe etc. are blackmailing said Republicons in Congress “if we go down,…we’ll TELL!

EVERYTHING about the coup can come out, to let the air out of the balloon, EXCEPT those three things.

They will not actually impeach Barr, this is just supposed to convince us he’s ‘for real’ because “Hey, the Dems tried to impeach him, so he MUST be righteous!”

In addition to my McConnell appointed him argument, I have a second.
      Epoch times interviewer asked Sidney Powell what she would reccomend to Barr;
      NONE of her reccomendations require dotting eyes/crossing tees, and SHOULD have been done as soon as he stepped in. From memory;
      1)END the FBI 302’s, permanently.
      ALL FBI interviews recorded.
2)Tell all prosecutors, if you have EVER withheld Brady evidence in a case,…clean out your desk, you are fired.
      3) She says the IG is too busy to address this, so create a small department, within the agency,..similar to this attorney from missouri that released the flynn material.

They are tasked with reviewing old and current cases, looking for Brady violations, and any other prosecutorial misconduct, investigating and FIRING their asses.

THIS would send a clear, unequivocal message that there is a new sheriff in town, and the culture MUST change.

A HOUSECLEANER would have done this, long before now. A CLEANER would not, and ONLY would have acknowledged prosecutorial misconduct when forced to.

Miscreants are transferred, or allowed to retire, NOT fired. Cleaner, NOT Housecleaner.

Barr will NOT be impeached by the,House, its another head fake.

Adam Schiff also, with held information from the original cases and Grennell forced him to release them. They were Nunes reports that had been sent out, before the 2018 election and had to be declassified, they were held up so long Schiff ended up with them. Then he wasn’t planning on giving them to anyone. Schiff is in a lot of trouble. Now going after Barr is a little bold. Schiff knew that the Russia story was a hoax from the start, but continued lying and using it. He was in the gang of eight and got the same information Nunes had. He was determined to take Trump down. Schiff talked about tracking of the phones. He and Nadler were in on that. They have played dirty all along.

Barr IMO has three moves before the Nov election regarding truth and justice……..

    1) He indicts people showing Americans that crimes did in fact occur and how extensive they were before they pull the lever in the voting booth come Nov.

    2) He can’t indict due to CV blocking the assembly of grand jury’s then he must declassify everything so the truth can be read and seen by all Americans before they pull the lever in the voting booth.

    3) He does neither before Nov opting to pause until after voters have cast their ballots.

IMO isn’t 3 no different than what the Attorneys did to Gen. Flynn, meaning in a way, withholding of exculpatory evidence??

At this point IMO Barr and Durham know unequivocally that there were crimes and who committed and participated in them so to not indict or not declassify and expose BEFORE the election IMO is no different than withholding critical evidence/information that the American MUST have BEFORE they decide who to vote for come Nov.

I believe many are still undecided and to not allow the truth out prior would be unconscionable IMO.

And by not getting the truth out via indictments or declassification IMO Barr could be contributing to the downfall of the Republic as it votes in a socialist because the truth was never told.

This IMO is why either #1 or #2 HAS to happen before Nov.

IMO Barr truly does have HUGE impact if this Republic survives.

I agree 100%. In fact, these things should not be happening during an election. It is way to easy for corrupt actors to falsely indict, charge, or accuse someone of malfeasance with no ability for them to respond before an election happens.

Gloria Allred does this exclusively, finding someone who falsely accuses someone days before an election, sways the election against that candidate, and then everything disappear after she has defeated them. It’s not right. She steals the votes of many citizens. It’s corrupt.

Barr should not be doing that either but is this where we have come? That we must do these corrupt things ourselves to compete? That we have to slither in the gutter with them or lose?

Indictments should have already happened so some truth can be known. Not just accusations.

sadly….in a way….main justice by its separations of powers constitutional LAW holds all the cards ….no one can FORCE Barr to take any actions….we sort of learned this again in full colours with the Flynn case:

      a. determine WHEN charges will be made (including indictments, grand jury, and arrests)

      b. determine what amount of brady material they are willing to offer (as opposed to all of it in “theory” that they are expected to provide…noting obviously …THIS DOJoke has held no one to any punishment for withholding brady in the flynn case..just shuffled around, allowed to retire, or allowed to resign)

      c. determine even when to ABANDON a case entirely for ANY REASON… decide to drop prior charges and collapse the case.

the reason I say “sad” earlier, is because it’s quite predictable that this DOJ will likely commit similar fatal flaws in the durham case.

we will reflect on the flynn case and listen to Barr as he regurgitates current rhetoric:

we will follow the law and if mistakes are made, we will correct them.

spoiler: barr’s entire strategy here is to sabotage the serious criminal conspiracy…he will do that which protects the institutions OF POWER…and at its core..the ticking heart..the blood that gives this institution ITS POWER: the surveillance power.

THAT is all that Barr has on his plate.

Maybe a few people get a fine and some jail time and that gets suspended by a judge on the recommendation of the DOJ prosecutor, some moment well after the election…but it won’t happen because it’s the right thing to do..they will serve up someone who is not playing team main justice. (which explains why no one is talking and whistleblowing about the conspiracy! most people don’t understand this point. In the grand picture..you don’t want to be pointing figures a big players..that gets YOU framed up by team main justice.)

      yes and no.

      first, the no part

Article 1 Section 6 of the US Constitution says that “for any Speech or Debate in either House” that members of Congress “shall not be questioned in any other Place.” That is to say, Congressmen can advocate or argue whatever they want in Congress with full impunity against their detractors.

so congress critter can basically say anything and even lie in the house or senate with virtual impunity. The key to this exclusive shield: that speech must be IN the physical building on official hours (but that takes on a twist now with the covid do it by video from home).

      second, the yes part.

If DOJ AG (main justice) is gathering evidence, witness statements, testimonies, grand jury material, etc, and ANY person obstructs that lawful exercise that meets the legal thresholds for obstructions, that person can be “arrested”…charged with the crime. This applies to ANY person…ANY…you, me, police, and congress, your priest and even the President of the United States. There is NO provision in law that excludes anyone from legal prosecution. There is one exception: A president may NOT be charged with a crime while in office by main justice. (this does NOT apply to state charges!) The remedy for a President who has acted criminally is: impeachment…and/or wait until the leave office.

there is also NO LAW THAT REQUIRES OR COMPELS MAIN JUSTICE to charge anyone with a crime too. Main Justice determines what, when why, how and who it charges..

nutshell: the likelihood of AG Barr dropping any obstruction charge on any member of congress is about as probably as he would drop charges on a FBI or DOJ official …

and we know his track record on those.

these people are special…they have created the secret handshakes. They call it being civil….

I call it being cowards who should be removed from any source of power….

also to be helpful, consider reading SC case and ruling on congress’ “speech and debate” clause.

      it’s pretty broad.

essentially congress is protected like no other institution or organization.

it would literally require a congress critter to get caught on video dumping gas on some evidence, lighting the match, and dancing around the fire while chanting “I set this fire to destroy evidence and obstruct a criminal case”…three times.

      then maybe.

over the last 20 years CONGRESS has written specific laws that protect them from all manner of criminal prosecutions.

remember that secret fund that is used to settle cases of sexual misconduct to victims…remember that. they voted for that and funded it with…yup…your tax dollars..
