Rudy Giuliani: “I Won’t Stand By and Watch”….

President Trump personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani appears on Fox and Friends to discuss the scale and scope of corruption he has identified within the story of how Joe Biden and Hunter Biden laundered money from Ukraine for their own financial interests.

Giuliani highlights a January 2016 meeting in the White House between Eric Ciaramella (2020 CIA Whistle-blower) while on the National Security Council, and several members from the former Ukraine government, where the Obama administration and Ukraine officials entered into an agreement to frame dirt against Donald Trump and his campaign.

The key to understanding the corrupt endeavor behind the fraudulent “whistle-blower” complaint, doesn’t actually originate with ICIG Atkinson. The key person is the former head of the DOJ National Security Division, Mary McCord.

Prior to becoming IC Inspector General, Michael Atkinson was the Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division, Mary McCord.

It is very safe to say Mary McCord and Michael Atkinson have a working relationship from their time together in 2016 and 2017 at the DOJ-NSD. Atkinson was Mary McCord’s senior legal counsel; essentially her lawyer.

McCord was the senior intelligence officer who accompanied Sally Yates to the White House in 2017 to confront then White House Counsel Don McGahn about the issues with Michael Flynn and the drummed up controversy over the Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak phone call.

Additionally, Mary McCord, Sally Yates and Michael Atkinson worked together to promote the narrative around the incoming Trump administration “Logan Act” violations. This silly claim (undermining Obama policy during the transition) was the heavily promoted, albeit manufactured, reason why Yates and McCord were presumably concerned about Flynn’s contact with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. It was nonsense.

However, McCord didn’t just disappear in 2017 when she retired from the DOJ-NSD. She resurfaced as part of the Lawfare group assembly after the mid-term election in 2018.

THIS IS THE KEY.

Mary McCord joined the House effort to impeach President Trump; as noted in this article from Politico:

“I think people do see that this is a critical time in our history,” said Mary McCord, a former DOJ official who helped oversee the FBI’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and now is listed as a top outside counsel for the House in key legal fights tied to impeachment. “We see the breakdown of the whole rule of law. We see the breakdown in adherence to the Constitution and also constitutional values.”

“That’s why you’re seeing lawyers come out and being very willing to put in extraordinary amounts of time and effort to litigate these cases,” she added. (link)

Former DOJ-NSD Head Mary McCord is currently working for the House Committee (Adam Schiff) who created the impeachment scheme.

Now it becomes critical to overlay that detail with how the “whistle-blower” complain was organized. Mary McCord’s former NSD attorney, Michael Atkinson, is the intelligence community inspector general who brings forth the complaint.

The “whistle-blower” had prior contact with the staff of the committee. This is admitted. So essentially the “whistle-blower” almost certainly had contact with Mary McCord; and then ICIG Michael Atkinson modified the whistle-blower rules to facilitate the outcome.

There is the origination. That’s where the fraud starts.

The coordination between Mary McCord, the Whistle-blower and Michael Atkinson is why HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff will not release the transcript from Atkinson’s testimony.

It now looks like the Lawfare network constructed the ‘whistle-blower’ complaint aka a Schiff Dossier, and handed it to allied CIA operative Eric Ciaramella to file as a formal IC complaint. This process is almost identical to the Fusion-GPS/Lawfare network handing the Steele Dossier to the FBI to use as the evidence for the 2016/2017 Russia conspiracy.

Atkinson’s conflict-of-self-interest, and/or possible blackmail upon him by deep state actors who most certainly know his compromise, likely influenced his approach to this whistleblower complaint. That would explain why the Dept. of Justice Office of Legal Counsel so strongly rebuked Atkinson’s interpretation of his responsibility with the complaint.

In the Justice Department’s OLC opinion, they point out that Atkinson’s internal justification for accepting the whistleblower complaint was poor legal judgement. [See Here] I would say Atkinson’s decision is directly related to his own risk exposure:

.

Michael Atkinson was moved from DOJ-NSD to become the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) in 2018. What we end up with is a brutally obvious, convoluted, network of corrupt officials; each carrying an independent reason to cover their institutional asses… each individual interest forms a collective fraudulent scheme inside the machinery of government.

Michael Atkinson and Mary McCord worked together in 2016/2017 on the stop-Trump surveillance operation (FISA application via DOJ-NSD). Then, following the 2018 mid-term election, in 2019 Mary McCord and Michael Atkinson team up again on another stop-Trump operation, each in a different position, and -working with others- coordinate the House impeachment plan via the ‘whistle-blower’ complaint.

While Devin Nunes is focused on the false statements of ICIG Michael Atkinson, the key is the contact between the ‘whistle-blower’ (Eric Ciaramella) and the House Intelligence Committee via Mary McCord.

There’s a very strong likelihood this entire impeachment construct was manufactured out of nothing to serve dual purposes: (1) Remove President Trump, and (2) protect the crew who were using Ukraine as a proxy political venue and source of financial gain.

National Security Council resistance member Alexander Vindman starts a rumor about the Trump-Zelenskyy phone call, which he shares with CIA operative Eric Ciaramella (a John Brennan resistance associate). Ciaramella then makes contact with resistance ally Mary McCord in her role within the House Intelligence Committee.  Mrs. McCord then helps Ciaramella create a fraudulent whistle-blower complaint and submit via her former colleague, now Intelligence Community Inspector General, Michael Atkinson….

…And that’s how this entire Impeachment operation gets started.

So Rudy promised to start his big reveal today, via podcast. At Noon PST, Tom Sullivan reported that no one could find the podcast, and someone was said to have overheard him at the airport yelling into his phone, “no one can find my podcast.” Then he said just search “Rudy Giuliani, Common Sense,” which I did and then watched over lunch. 35 minutes long, it opened with some stirring music & narrative, then had Rudy making a case to the camera. This 1st episode was mainly concerned with making the constitutional and, by analogy, criminal rules of procedure arguments that the articles should be dismissed for failure to state an impeachable offense. He does a good job. At the end he mentions he’s got dynamite evidence to demonstrate the Biden’s and many others corruption. Tune in later.

I’ve searched and searched and seen ZERO coverage of the President’s attorney’s “big reveal.”

I’ll watch the news now, but expect I’ll hear the Dem’s argument 19 times, with no notice of the contrary narrative.

“Alexander Vindman starts a rumor about the Trump-Zelenskyy phone call, which he shares with CIA operative Eric Ciaramella (a John Brennan resistance associate). Ciaramella then makes contact with resistance ally Mary McCord…”

Ciaramella is clearly a Brennan operative who was placed in the Susan Rice NSC and close to Biden. As new information is revealed, I suspect we’ll find out he was involved in a whole range of Obama-era Ukraine corruption. After Trump’s victory, Ciaramella became part of the anti-Trump spying and leaking operations, until he was outed in June, 2017. He was detailed to the NIC and two years later he’s the “whistleblower.” This is a guess, but I think, Ciaramella was (and maybe still is) Vindman’s handler. Sean Misko, another “former” CIA officer, was the conduit to Mary McCord and Schiff.

Ciaramella’s NIC/CIA position meant the complaint would be delivered to Atkinson, who would deliver it to the ODNI (who runs the NIC), whose (witting or unwitting) action/lack of action would provide the necessary trigger for the Dems to demand it and trigger impeachment.

John Brennan detailed Ciaramella, Ukraine/Russia expert, to the Obama NSC, run by Susan Rice. EC was Director for Baltic and Eastern European Affairs (same job as Vindman). Ciaramella became “point person” for Biden on Ukraine when Biden became “point person” for Obama. That means Ciaramella was also “point person” for John Brennan, as EC would have had a front row seat to everything going on during that time.

11/2016 onward, “Ciaramella was held over into the Trump administration, [along with his close friend NSC staffer “former” CIA agent Sean Misko, later hired by Schiff for the impeachment team]. and headed the Ukraine desk at the NSC, eventually transitioning into the West Wing, until June 2017.

“He was moved over to the front office” to temporarily fill a vacancy, said a former White House official, where he “saw everything, read everything.”

“Just days after he was sworn in they were already talking about trying to get rid of him,” said a White House colleague who overheard their conversation….“They weren’t just bent on subverting his agenda,” the former official added. “They were plotting to actually have him removed from office.”

This time frame also puts EC in regular contact, via the interagency, with Evelyn Farkas, the DOD Deputy Asst Sec State for Eastern Europe, at the time she and others were rampantly spying and pushing information to “colleagues.” It also puts him in the NSC when Flynn was being taken down by the small group.

3/2017, Fiona Hill came in as Senior Director, becoming his new boss. Ciaramella reported to Hill who reported to McMaster (Flynn was gone). Note that Hill’s deputy was Richard Hooker, the anti-Trumper who later brought in Alexander Vindman from the JCS.
    https://www.thedailybeast.com/russia-hawk-axed-from-national-security-council-right-before-trump-putin-summit

5/10/2017, “Ciaramella went “outside his chain of command,” according to a former NSC co-worker, to send an email alerting another agency that Trump happened to hold a meeting with [Sergey Lavrov and Ambassador Kislyak] …the day after firing Comey…The email also noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin had phoned the president a week earlier.” Contents of the email appear to have ended up in the media, which reported Trump boasted to the Russian officials about firing Comey, whom he allegedly called “crazy, a real nut job.” In effect, Ciaramella helped generate the “Putin fired Comey” narrative, according to the research dossier making the rounds in Congress, a copy of which was obtained by RealClearInvestigations. Ciaramella allegedly argued that “President Putin suggested that President Trump fire Comey,” the report said. “In the days after Comey’s firing, this presidential action was used to further political and media calls for the standup [sic] of the special counsel to investigate ‘Russia collusion.’ “

    https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2019/10/30/whistleblower_exposed_close_to_biden_brennan_dnc_oppo_researcher_120996.html

June, 2017, Ciaramella was outed by Mike Cernovich. MSM came to his defense:

“How Alt-Right Bloggers Are Driving Out Top Civil Servants”
On June 11, alt-right blogger Mike Cernovich published an article attacking an assistant to National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, claiming the previously low-profile civil servant wanted to “sabotage” President Donald Trump. The piece described Eric Ciaramella as “pro-Ukraine and anti-Russia” and alleged, with no evidence, that he was possibly responsible for high-level leaks. The response to the piece included online threats of violence against Ciaramella, which contributed to his decision to leave his job at the the National Security Council a few weeks early, according to two sources familiar with the situation.”

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/alt-bloggers-driving-top-civil-153936076.html

Ciaramella was “fired” from the NSC, but was kept in the Ukraine mix by being switched to the National Intelligence Council, led by Dan Coats.

“Eric Ciaramella…is now a deputy national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia on the National Intelligence Council, reporting to the director of national intelligence. During the Obama administration and the start of the Trump administration, Ciaramella was Ukraine director on the NSC, the post Vindman now holds.”

Cathy Croft (who testified before the House) replaced Ciaramella on the NSC from 7/2017 to 7/2018, when she was replaced by Vindman. All of this occurred under the watch of Fiona Hill.

A second former Trump White House official said they believed the whistleblower first met Vindman in Ukraine. “Vindman was [stationed] at the embassy and [the whistleblower] was traveling there a lot. This was during the Obama administration. Also, [the whistleblower] was [still working on Ukraine issues] after he left the NSC. So, I assume he would have had a lot of interaction with Vindman since they had the same portfolio.”

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/vindman-and-whistleblower-still-work-together-on-u-s-policy-towards-ukraine

Real Clear Investigations laid out a pathway (including Mary McCords old associate David Laufman) used to manufacture and deliver the complaint.

Once again, we’ve been told the “whistleblower” is back at Langley and fears for his safety. Where ever Ciaramella is, odds are it isn’t far from John Brennan.

I don’t see how waiting furthers our cause. The only thing waiting does is lets these criminal continue to thumb their noses and breath free air. Meantime they are hiding evidence, muddying the water and plotting more mischief.
One other thing waiting does, it leaves patriots with the feeling that nothing will ever be done about any of it. I can see this actually having a detrimental effect on voter turnout in 2020 if it doesn’t change before then. People will lose hope and if that happens we risk losing it all this November. Our window for a counterattack is closing rather quickly.
I’ve been following this for years and honestly can’t think of one single Democrat that has suffered for these crimes yet. From BJ Clinton on, they just keep getting away with it.
