Report: John Huber Completes Review of Clinton Foundation and Uranium One, Finds Nothing…

As with all things MSM it’s worth considering with a dose of salt. However, that said, media are now reporting that U.S. Attorney John Huber has completed his review of the Clinton Foundation and Uranium-One and found nothing worth pursuing.

This would be a major disappointment for Q-decoders and Trusty Planners who claimed John Huber had hundreds of investigators spanning several states and were forecasting: (1) a suspension of Habeas Corpus, (2) military tribunals, (3) mass arrests based on over 60,000 sealed indictments; and (5) pending incarcerations at Guantanamo Bay.

WASHINGTON – A Justice Department inquiry launched more than two years ago to mollify conservatives clamoring for more investigations of Hillary Clinton has effectively ended with no tangible results, and current and former law enforcement officials said they never expected the effort to produce much of anything.

John Huber, the U.S. attorney in Utah, was tapped in November 2017 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to look into concerns raised by President Trump and his allies in Congress that the FBI had not fully pursued cases of possible corruption at the Clinton Foundation and during Clinton’s time as secretary of state, when the U.S. government decided not to block the sale of a company called Uranium One.

As a part of his review, Huber examined documents and conferred with federal law enforcement officials in Little Rock who were handling a meandering probe into the Clinton Foundation, people familiar with the matter said. Current and former officials said that Huber has largely finished and found nothing worth pursuing — though the assignment has not formally ended and no official notice has been sent to the Justice Department or to lawmakers, these people said.  (read more)

You are going to need it for Durham too… I expect the same result from all these investigations.

These people are going to, if they hadn’t already, destroy all the evidence and manipulate all records, retroactively declassify emails, wipe the computer/server SSD’s and HDD’s.

Don’t think for a second that falsifying emails for Carter Page’s FISA warrant was an exception. The only exception was that they got caught.

All these investigations are about one think and one thing only – leverage. It has nothing to do with the law. These people will never be held accountable. They know too much… This is like calling for an audit of the Federal Reserve – you don’t want to hear the answer.

Ok then the Washington Post siteing various people within Justice and FBI have concluded there was no there there. Further more those same sources who were around when Huber was appointed were sure there was no there there.

This was picked up by MSN who reprinted the article in full.

The trusted planners are the same cabal that told us no wire taps no spying and no one did nutton. They will informed us of the legitimacy of the Steele dossier. They were even so kind to suggest a low level burecrate may have changed an email back to other then that IG said everything’s my was fine.

Stop the madness. Nearing completion, essentially over, no comments from either Session’s or Huber’s office BUT the trusty planners of the Justice department are.telling us there is nothing to see here, the show is over, please disperse……. Well alrighty then….. Give me a break.

Agreed – getting out in front. Never, ever, ever believe anything coming from the WaPo where democracies die in darkness. If anything, it pretty much guarantees there is something here. I still have faith in Durham and Barr.

Victoria Toesing – uninterrupted- on Fox Business lays out the overall Russia / Uranium One corrupt boondoggle.

    1. It started in 2005. Bill Clinton flying to Kazakhstan…
    2. Putin’s desire to corner the energy market & key reserves (like Uranium).
    3. Hillary $3 Million payoff through DC lobbying firm APCO Worldwide, a big DC lobbying firm.
(I just googled APCO and found an NPR interview where they highlight shady APCO, and how APCO writes op-eds for stooge writers for their clients, and how they have represented African dictators & Stalinists. APCO staffed with many former Clinton people. Link below.)
    4. Russia knew Hillary was for sale.
    5. Renaissance Capital paid Bill Clinton’s $500,000 speaking fee for a 45 minute Moscow speech. What stock were they pushing? Uranium One!

Perot Conservative – outstanding. Nothing to see here.

Chris Plante on WMAL calls it “news-heimers” – unwanted stories, jammed into the memory hole. Undercover Huber was part of the tick-tock club giving us the slow roll. For me, I’m cold anger until election day. I trust President Trump.

That said, the Swamp wins on all existing scandals. From Uranium One to Spygate to Hunter Biden, let the tick-tockers sell their books, but don’t expect any indictments much less convictions.

The Swamp is waiting out President Trump, if they can’t impeach him next week.

Love the link! 2007 NPR segments you will not hear in 2020.

NPR segment entitled “Lobbyists offer dictators a door to DC” . . .

Better yet, that segment was followed by an interview with Republican candidate for President Tom Tancredo. Does anyone remember Tancredo’s signature issue? How exactly would Tancredo be portrayed in 2020? Would he even be given a platform on public radio?

      • annieoakley says:

I remember Tom Tancredo. And no they would not give him any time. He is currently working with “We Build the Wall” and Fisher Sand and Gravel to get more wall built.

    • BebeTarget / abdb61 says:

And whatever happened to financial investigators Larry Doyle and John Moynihan’s documents that prove pay-to-play, that the Foundation began as an agent of a foreign government and other crimes. They testified in December ’18 and refused to turn over their documents because they already gave them to the FBI and IRS, which did nothing.

This latest decision is the worst yet, because the documented proof of illegality (Clinton Foundation/ Uranium One) is out there. It is an insult to the American people who they think are stupid. . . . . . .You can almost see the smug smile on their faces as they say “Up yours, Deplorables. You can never get us.”

In November we will have a chance.

We’re at war and being conquered not by bullets and bombs but by pen and paper wielded by lawyers, politicians, media, and the usual cabal. We have not the same resources or allies in high places as they. What we do have are arms and the Declaration of Independence sanctioning their use to throw off a tyrannical government.

If we had state’s militias that were nationally organized and in communication with each other, if those militias were well stocked, well trained, and had a plan for just such a time as this, they could’ve initiated the “50/50 Plan”; 50 states, 50 targets. That’s the opening salvo.

It will soon be astonishingly and depressingly clear the huge mistake and price Americans will pay for having long ago ceded their individual, sovereign right and duty to protect their families and their futures when they failed to speak up against incremental increasing of police powers, and incremental congressional infringements on liberties.

The Clintons are nothing if not masters at making sure all their shady dealings are done in such a way as to leave no legal tracks pointing directly to them. Dates all the way back to Bill’s time as Governor of Arkansas if not earlier. And in the rare case that they slip up and do leave such a track, they have enough allies infested throughout the corridors of power that they get to skate away free.

And if a potentially incriminating witness happens to die under suspicious circumstances from time to time, well, that’s just a huge coincidence, don’t you know. All part of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy (TM) out to get them.

  21. mylabs5 says:

From what I remember and can find today online, 2 whistle blowers testified before congress along with Fitton (Judicial Watch has been investigating this for a long time – including FOIA and emails). None were ever interviewed by Huber but sent the evidence they collected at least 3 times with no response.
I’d say Barr, who said he could find no ongoing investigation by Huber having even started, let this play out and will appoint a new (perhaps Durham again) prosecutor to review and process new criminal prosecutions. Stay tuned.

Not to mention the Seth Rich murder, who they offed for leaking DNC emails. And sadly — even with TRUMP in office — the corrupt actors have not even been so much as touched yet!

    • The big red flag, from the beginning, was that Huber was asked to perforn a REVIEW, not an investigation. But much worse than even that, in my view, there was never any public acknowledgment that allowing 20% of American Uranium to go to Russia was insufferable. In that context, it doesn’t matter what Huber (or anybody else…Barr?…Barr”…Barr?) dug (or digs) up; every American involved should have realized the intended end was a betrayal of America, and not gone along with it. They’re not even defensive about that, and the public has been too stupid to recognize it and hold them accountable. The nation is blind.

Look, nothing will ever stick to the Clintons. EVER.

DC is a giant pay for play operation and it has been for, at least the last 145 years. People get elected to national office to make money. Lobbyists flock there to make money by being go-betweens between those that want something and those who can provide it. Washington is nothing more than a giant money laundering operation.

Now, the Clintons. The Clintons jumped into the pay-for-play game as soon, of not before, Bill left office. The Clinton Foundation was the bagman for pay-offs for far more DC entities than just the Clintons. It was the laundry for pay-offs. Hundreds of millions of dollars disappeared every single year from the Foundation books. This has never been explained. If it ever was, then it would touch a large number of elected politicians and appointed political figures. NO ONE ever LOSES money as an elected politician or political appointee.

So, nothing will ever come of any investigation anything Clinton.

Some of you have a very distorted way of looking at the world; it’s almost as though you expect intelligent, sophisticated people who also happen to be, if not downright evil then at the very least morally ambiguous, criminals to conduct their dirty dealings in such a way that there is a paper trail.

Paper trails are, generally, only left by stupid people or people committing crimes by accident.

For all their faults, the Bill and Hillary Blumpkin [and people who operate on their behalf] aren’t stupid.

    • Perot Conservative says:

We already have paper & electronic “trails” on many … we just don’t indict. We have a world-record amount of documents, emails, texts, logs, receipts, recordings, etc. Please. The Rice CYA memo, Comey’s memos, Page-Strzok texts, and UNLIMITED NSA database access of unlimited potential of CONTEMPORANEOUS texts, email, calendars, travel logs, international documents, etc.

They are above the law. Only 20% of criminal referrals by the OIG are indicted. The standard punishment appears to be they lose their job, and a government-related business hires them.

  42. There’s a tendency in the MAGA community (especially the Qanon wing) to seize upon each new attorney on the scene as being the Savior of the Republic. How many have we been through? Anyone remember clandestine white-hat role? Horowitz Horowitz Horowitz. Whitaker Whitaker Whitaker. Barr Barr Barr. etc etc etc. I guess it fills blogs with a measure of hope-porn. Try building a Twitter following on existential bleakness. It’s hard. You need an endorphin sweetener. Civil insurrection is much harder. You have abandon your 401ks, suffer the loss of twitter followers (you can’t water the feed AND Fight the Power) and get your pants dirty crouched in suburban trenches.

The idea that Barr was going to toss the Clintons into the well was tantamount to tossing the obverse side of a coin. The Clinton cabal IS the Bush cabal, just in red/blue permutations. They are two sides of the same coin. The notion that Bush consigliere Barr was going to turn into Che Guevara at age 68 and burn down his venue-of-a-lifetime was really the endorphins getting ahead of the cognitive faculties.

Barr was sent in, with the Bush’s blessing, to get Mueller off Trump’s back. Done. After that, he was to judiciously nibble around the edges of systemic corruption, maybe pull down a couple of lieutenant fish. Only the People have the wherewithal and the rationale to burn down the buildings. For the moment, the stock market may just be too good to get dirty over all that systemioc stuff.

Then there’s that energy sink, the Internet, which may yet prove to be the elite’s greatest invention (courtesy of DARPA) since fractional reserve banking.
