Whistleblower Complaint Now Looks Like Democrat Effort to Protect Joe Biden from Investigation…

The mysterious “whistleblower” case now looks like a coordinated Democrat effort to block any investigation of presidential candidate Joe Biden for corrupt pressure on Ukraine to drop the investigation of Burisma, an energy company operating in the country, on which his son Hunter Biden was a board member.

In March 2016, then Vice-President Joe Biden warned Ukraine that $1 billion in loan guarantees would be withheld by the U.S. unless they replaced Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general who was investigating Hunter Biden.  Ukraine did remove Shokin, and the prosecution was dropped.  It looks like a clear case of a quid-pro-quo.

However, as things are starting to shake out, the current obfuscation to protect Joe Biden is President Trump asking Ukraine’s new president Volodymyr Zelensky to take another look at the issues surrounding the former government’s decision to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor.  This is presumably the call concerning to the whistleblower.  To wit, democrats see this as Trump asking Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election.

Washington Post – A whistleblower complaint about President Trump made by an intelligence official centers on Ukraine, according to two people familiar with the matter, which has set off a struggle between Congress and the executive branch.

The complaint involved communications with a foreign leader and a “promise” that Trump made, which was so alarming that a U.S. intelligence official who had worked at the White House went to the inspector general of the intelligence community, two former U.S. officials said.

Two and a half weeks before the complaint was filed, Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, a comedian and political newcomer who was elected in a landslide in May.

That call is already under investigation by House Democrats who are examining whether Trump and his attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani sought to manipulate the Ukrainian government into helping Trump’s reelection campaign. Lawmakers have demanded a full transcript and a list of participants on the call. (read more)

Three Democrat-controlled house committees – Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Government Reform – have announced that they will investigate whether a host of ethical and legal rules have been violated.

From the Independent: […] The house committees’ chairs say they will scrutinise a telephone call between the US president and Mr Zelensky on 25 July, during which Mr Trump allegedly told the Ukrainian president to reopen the Biden investigation if he wanted to improve relations with the US.

They claim that Kurt Volker, the US special representative for Ukraine, was told to intercede with President Zelensky by the White House, and they are looking into the activities of Rudy Giuliani, Mr Trump’s personal lawyer.

Mr Giuliani urged Mr Zelensky soon after his election to focus on the Biden case, but the Ukrainian president is said to have refused, protesting that he did not want to get drawn into American internal politics.

This led to Mr Giuliani cancelling a trip to Kiev, saying he felt that he would be “walking into a group of people that are the enemies of our president … in some cases the enemies of the United States”. (more)

When Biden was VP, he had a run in with an especially bad Ukranian dude named Korn Popovovich. Popovovich ran some bad boys, and Biden called him Olga Korbut one day. When Korn and his bad boys went after Biden, tough guy Joe offered him 1 billion dollars of our money to back off, then apologized for calling him Olga.

Seriously, if the good guys can get the goods on Biden and his son, can you imagine how bad it would be for the Obama crew if Biden flipped and spilled all the beans? That is, if sleepy Joe was even aware of everything that was going on.

Now we know why Biden is still in the race. When Trump joked about Russia having Hillary’s email, it became Russian collusion. Now that Biden and his son have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar, he runs for office and any investigation can be called collusion and interference in an election. Now we see how it works. If you’re a corrupt democrap, just run for office and the dnc, Intel community and their handmaidens, the media, will run offense for you.

Sure, just like a POTUS can be investigated, and the investigatiors can go to extrodinaty lengths to try to ‘trigger’ the President into firing them, so THAT FIRING can be used to allege Obstruction of Justice.

Even though most everyone now agrees the President is fully within his legal and Constitutiinal authority to fire; The A.G., the,Director if the FBI, and the,Special Council, for any reason of No reason.

Question is, back when there was all this talk about PDJT firing Mueller, and possible Sessions and Rosie, WHY didn’t Republican leadership in Congress ALL go on camera, STATING;” The POTUS has both the LEGAL and the Constitutional authority to fire the Special Council, the A.G. or Deputy A.G., or FBI Director, at any time, for any reason or no reason.”????

WHY did they not rally to DEFEND a POTUS of THEIR party, who was being visciously attacked and undermined?

WHY, since Republicans ‘control’ the Senate, hasn’t Graham had hearings on Mueller, and called Weismann to testify?

Yeah, now we know why there, was such a ‘hestation waltz’ with Muellers testimony:
            He was rehearsing his act.

And, while I don’t contest that,Weismann was the driving force, I don’t buy that Mueller was asleep at the switch, and didn’t KNOW that the purpose of the investigation was an obstruction/perjury trap.

After you read Ghomerts excellent op-ed, recapping Muellers career, and factor in he was FBI director when the MOU was signed with CIA, AND factor in his ‘restructuring’ the FBI with the 7 and out policy that drove away experienced and independent SACS, its obvious to me Mueller was NEVER an “Honorable man”, and he was FULLY onboard with the intent of the investigation, as were EVERYBODY who said “Mueller is an HONORABLE man, and his investigation should continue!”

Heads rolling cause they used too long of a rope, when they hang them?

Sign of an inexperienced hangman. There is an art and science to a proper hanging. Rope too short, it diesn’t break the neck, killing them quickly, and so they thrash around fir several minutes, as they slowly asphixiate.
Hence “Hang em HIGH”, as its consider they suffer more.

On the other hand, too LONG of a rope, or miscalculating the body weight, and the head snaps clean off, sails through the air, often landing amongst the spectators.

          Not considered a ‘good look’.

The reality is that if money was discussed in exchange for anything, the narrative WILL be as Sentient says, whether we like it or not. Just like the Fibbies, the CIA, the DOJ issues. If NOTHING (no charges, prosecutions, sentencing etcetera) is brought forward, the ONLY narrative will be PDJT guilty because no one else was charged.
I don’t like it. We don’t like it. But it is the reality. It is all about the narrative. PDJT answered by saying he knows everyone listens to his phone calls to everyone, he knows better than anyone to not do anything illegal. That is good and right to say. But if money WAS discussed relevant to action by Ukraine, what would be the difference from what Biden did (in the public narrative).
IIn this situation, I think this hits to close to a problem. We do need a clear answer as to what transpired and not what we want to believe, but what exculpatory information will come out to help us through this.
I too would like to say this is a nothingburger, but I want to know. If there is any shred of fact, then PDJT made a HUGE mistake! It would completely eliminate the Biden issue, and turn the spotlight on him.

Probably unpopular to say so, but IMO this is a little serious.

Why suggest that Ukraine re-open Shokin’s firing since that would leave the president waiting on the Ukies – half of whom might prefer a democrat president. And it’s more potential impeachment fodder after we just finished with the last round of the Left’s bullsh*t. Joe Biden is not even worth worrying about. Totally not expert but as far as I know there are always people in the room — on both sides. Translators, transcriptionists, cabinet members. Every conversation is recorded and archived for posterity. Classified of course.

We don’t know why an intelligence official (if we are to believe Schiff for brains) would file a complaint at all, unless that person thought that something criminal was taking place (a person authorized to read top secret communications should be quite familiar with the laws and regulations before doing this); or whether that person was even authorized to read the transcript or listen to the conversations.
So far I am unaware of any official statements from the White House denying the allegations. Tomorrow we might hear more.

In fact if YOU or call a foreigner, in another country, you can assume the call is being monitored, because they don’t need to go thru FISA.
You are just ‘incidentally caught up’ in the survellence.
ALL calls going out of the country, or coming in.
So, when your neighbor who is vacationing in Italy calls you, and asks you to check and see if they left the coffeemaker on, try to work the word “Blackbriar” into the conversation, LOL.

You know it’s true, Dutchman! There’s another part of this whole sleazy, sordid affair that has been mentioned, but only rarely, and even then only briefly: The involvement of then-Speaker of the House Paul Lyin’ Ryan.

As a member of the Gang of Eight (spit), Ryan was privy to the “classified briefings” supplied by the intelligence community. When Rep. Devin Nunes became suspicious of the nefarious “going’s on,” Ryan tried to ruin him with an ethics accusation, which we know was not successful in ruining Nunes, but it helped stonewall Nunes’ efforts and also kept the overall cover up intact.

Ryan squashed any attempt by congress to uncover the plot in its early stages. He’s one of the most deserving TRAITORS for a rope, in my humble opinion.

We all were wondering why he suddenly just quit – member of congress, friggin’ Speaker of the House, and he just quits? Now we know WHY……this ongoing coup attempt played a role in his “resignation/retirement/payoff,” but I want to know what specific role he played in the coup attempt?

I am certainly not an attorney, but I believe the elements of Conspiracy to Commit Sedition are already outlined, and have been publicly released! Now, whether or not THE WILL exists (within AG Barr) to pursue those very powerful people, with the best defense attorneys in America representing them (many even Pro Bono), is another matter entirely.

It just appears to me, in my limited and humble opinion, that when you consider what we already know from public releases, just think for a moment about what we DON’T KNOW. You know that President Trump, AG Barr (and Durham), and Rudy are not going to play all their cards in the beginning.

Not very many agree with me, but I believe President Trump has got this, and AG Barr is going to drop the hammer when he is ready.

It is written in plain english, and if you read it OBJECTIVELY, you will see that the KEY elements, that make it sedition are “by force, violence and or assasination”.
All the rest of the behavior it describes is not only not illegal, it is Constitutiinally protected.
To wit; openly advocating for the overthrow of the U.S. Government, is legal; its excercising free speech.

Gathering together with others to overthrow the,U.S. Government is,excercising your right to assembly, also protected under First amendment.

It is ONLY if you advocate overthrowing the,U.S. government BY USING FORCE, VIOLENCE OR ASSASINATION, that you have committed Sedition.
Unless you can show where ANY of these perpetrators advocated using Force, Violence or Assasination to overthrow PDJT, you can NOT convict them of “Conspiracy to commit Sedition”, as a matter of law.

They have found and exploited a loophole, and so avoid the noose.
Now, CONSPIRACY is promising, for several reasons.
It prevents them from blaming each other, as they could and would in seperate trials.
(Comey blames McCabe, and vice versa, each in their own trial, creating ‘reasonable doubt’ for the juries.
In a Conspiracy trial, ALL conspirators are being looked at, by ONE jury.
And, each ‘affirmative act’, that furthers the goals of the conspirators, is a seperate offence. Each email, conversation, etc. So, its easy to see how they could effectively get life sentences, with 10-20 counts of conspiracy to: Obstruct Justice, Misprision of Felony, Destruction of evidence, Coercion, etc.
And, serious prison time would cause the actors in this, to roll over on the higher ups.

In my opinion, it is perhaps more productive to focus on what is possible, than what one emotionally desires, and to focus on the GOAL, which in my mind, is not JUST the active participants, but those above them, who green lighted the operation.

And, in my opinion that clearly leads to Obama, he does NOT have ‘plausible deniabilty’, and it leads to Hillary.

But, more important it leads to Congressional LEADERSHIP, and not JUST Democrats, but Republicans.

In short, Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan. And that being the case, McConnell who has turned the ‘advice and CONSENT’ of Confirmation into dictating to the POTUS who he can have, is NOT going to confirm a “Housecleaner” who will follow the prisecutions where they lead, which is RIGHT to McConnell.

For that reason, I don’t believe Barr is a “housecleaner”; he is a CLEANER.
IMHO, its NOT about what to charge them with, first and foremost its is there the WILL to charge at all.

However, IF there is the will, its POSSIBLE they COULD be charged with Conspiracy to commit perjury, Onstruction, etc.
And, with high enough sentences to get them to roll over.

Heck, they have been sending plenty of signals. Its the higher ups, who green lighted the operation, that are so far ‘scot-free’, and they bother me a lot more than the peons. To truly drain the swamp and try to insure “this never happens again”, we need to get THEM.
THEY are the ones exerting their influence, to protect the peons.
And Mitch is one, preventing PDJT from appointing anyone who would have “the Will, to protect himself, and his fellow green lighters.

So the media is using this whistle blower story so that they can claim the Trump administration is doing it too. It’s the excuse they will use to drop coverage of the IG report within 24 hours. A Ukranian lawmaker who alleged that documents were illegally released named Artem Sytnyk and Serhiy Leshchenko as the people who released them. As far as whether or not the White House (Obama) knew, I’d say yes since they both apparently visited the WH; Leschenko in December 2015 with two other people and Sytnyk in January 2016 with six other people.

Sytnyk’s WH meeting included the DOJ’s Regional Director for Eurasia from the Office of Prosecutorial Development and Training, Catherine Newcombe. Also included Jeffrey Cole, Resident Legal Advisor US Embassy in Ukraine, a federal prosecutor. (To be fair, I can’t confirm that it was THIS Jeff Cole, but in context, it’s the one who makes sense.) Also listed as a meeting participant is Andriy Telizhenko, the same guy that Giuliani is working with to unravel this mess.

Syntyk’s meeting was hosted by Eric Ciaramella. Ciaramella was McMaster’s assistant (National Security Council) and was accused of being a leaker.

Leschenko’s meeting was hosted by Mike Carpenter:

    Shamelessness and Ignorance Unlimited
    By Angelo Codevilla

The CIA whistleblower “scandal” is nothing of the sort. It’s about the constitutional power of the president to make foreign policy—and obligation of the intelligence community to submit to the president’s authority. No more, no less.

    https://amgreatness.com/2019/09/20/shamelessness-and-ignorance-unlimited/

Contrary to the nonsense conservatives hear on Fox News, the CIA has always been more interested in, and capable of, influencing U.S. policy and politics, as well as in spreading progressivism, than it is in learning about foreigners’ secrets. From the beginning, it has been addicted to cronyism and allergic to quality control. It takes what comes over the transom, and calls it good. Over the years, its combination of professional incompetence and political presumption spread to the FBI.

The CIA has used secrecy—which is essential to competent intelligence—to hide how little it really knows beyond what is in the public realm as well as all it does to support its favorite people and policies, and to oppose the others.

Passing off its opinions as facts and refusing to support them by claiming to be constrained by security is its stock-in-trade. Junior persons in the media fall for that. But veterans at the Washington Post and the New York Times know the game and support it.

The deep state and the media are on the same side of a political scam.

Excerpt from the Official Democrat-rules-for-Radicals working manual:
    — How to destroy self-rule government and get away with anything —
    Chapter 1, page 1
Rule #1: He who creates the rules wins the game
Rule #2: Deflect onto others what you yourself have done.

The relatively recently introduced “Whistle Blower Protection Act”
is a prime example of using Rule #1 to enable Rule #2.

  37. Your theory on this matter is quite compelling. “You’re interfering with an election if you suggest that a crime committed by another potential candidate should be investigated by that country.” Uh huh, got it.

The one thing that I absolutely don’t want to “protect” is the practice of using one’s powerful and lofty position to commit crimes, protect criminal behavior, or to secure business deals – be they for Uranium (Hillary, Obama) or one’s son (Hunter). Do not criticize a President who wants honesty and transparency, who isn’t accepting a dime of his salary, and is foregoing billions of dollars in business opportunities to be what and where he is, because that’s the sort of honest-man we want in that Office.

(Hmmm… “an honest billionaire.” Maybe that’s why his personal net worth is ten thousand times bigger than yours … Just sayin’.)

4 years of illegal activity by our Intel, FBI and DOJ then this? Wow. I am guessing that this is a shot fired across the bow of preventing more illegal activity for the 2020 elections. With Ukr, out in the open, they can’t do the election games in helping the Dems. When the Dems start howling, you know it is attacking their ways of cheating like Voter Id and Immigration. Gigs up Dem. Time to fine a new way to cheat. It is more than Biden, it is the Podesta group too. It would be great if something is linked to US Chamber of Commence. They are all dirty. Maybe we are short sighted on “The Swamp”

Dems have been getting away with this so long that they don’t realize that it’s not working anymore. They are in quicksand. If they do nothing they will go down but they don’t seem to realize that their flailing makes them sink even faster.

Trump is rubber and the Democrats are glue, their attacks bounce off Trump and stick to them instead. Every single time it backfires. This is like watching all those Looney Tunes cartoons on Saturday morning. Trump is Bugs Bunny and the Democrats are Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd.

I smell another canary trap. The president’s tweet yesterday that he knew others on our side are always listening in – as is customary according to Ari Fleisher – pretty much seals the deal for me.

Is it any wonder that nothing was accomplished yesterday during Schiffheads’s three hour meeting?

Katherine Herridge is right in thinking this whole subject smacks of a coordinated “rollout”. She may include in her next report that the dems just got rolled.

Watching this for the second time. It’s glorious. Trump is probably celebrating the stupidity of this whistle blower leak. But you know? Hate me if you like and tell me I’m an idiot, but “what if Trump’s team was behind this whistle blower leak?”

How many of these “OMG we’ve got him!” events are going to blow up in the anti-Trump side before they realize they just might be getting caught up in a trap? Setting the stage to get the media to cover a story they think is anti-Trump only to have it turn into something that exposes the truth and serves the interests of MAGA?

Smells just like that to me and I’m absolutely giddy about the possibility that this is the case.

    • And this person isn’t “a whistle-blower” and cannot hide his ass behind laws devised to protect such people. He was probably assigned to monitor the conversation, and he simply didn’t like or agree with what he heard. Therefore he committed the probably-illegal act of revealing the substance of what the President had said to a foreign power in a diplomatic conversation.

The President is “the Executive Branch,” the maker of foreign policy, and the only person who makes or receives diplomatic phone-calls. His authority and prerogatives are absolute in these matters: he requires no Congressional approval except in the case of treaties. He can say what he likes, declassify anything just by mentioning it, or keep his mouth shut. Congress has no power at all to “review,” let alone “investigate,” what he says or does in this privileged capacity, which is granted to him by the Constitution. It doesn’t matter if anyone else “likes it,” or not. It is not “an offense” of any kind. Being President has certain privileges, and this is one that belongs to no one else.

I am afraid, If this turns out to be true. Per Trey Gowdy, Comey today on Fox News Comey will not be convicted of anything,

Then the IC to include FBI and DOJ don’t work for the American people. They work for the Deep State, PERIOD. This means to me that former Vice-President Joe Biden openly committed bribery knowing full well that he would never be indicted much less convicted for his actions.

I believe this is confirmation that our IC has committed Treason against a setting President, since they are so eager to protect an open felon from prosecution in fear of what he knows!

The same must be true of Obama, protect him, in fear of what he knows.

This would also explain why documents are not being released to the American people from the NSA Database. And, why FOIA requests are not being released in a timely manner and when some do get released they have been carefully pre-selected.
