Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok Files Lawsuit Against DOJ and FBI…

Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok has filed a lawsuit in DC federal court seeking reinstatement and back pay as a result of his firing in 2018.

According to the lawsuit (full pdf below) Strzok is claiming his first amendment right to free speech was violated and his fifth amendment right to due process was violated.

Upon initial review, this lawsuit looks like a stunt; motive undetermined, but perhaps related to the pending release of the IG report on FISA abuse where Strzok was a key participant.

A federal civil lawsuit using the DC circuit and the U.S. Constitution as a primary protective assertion does not follow the path of a serious claim for wrongful firing or termination of employment.

Traditionally, and with a genuine claim, wrongful termination actions would go through a formal complaint and review process within the U.S. Department of Labor.  Hiring a lawyer and filing a federal civil lawsuit claiming disingenuous constitutional rights violations reeks of an ulterior motive for publicity; ie. purposeful political value in alignment with Strzock’s allies in Lawfare.   This is a political stunt… 100%

Peter Strzoks lawyers are: Aitan D. Goelman, from Zuckerman Spaeder LLP;  Richard A. Salzman and Julia T. Quinn from Heller, Huron, Chertkof & Salzman PLLC.

Here’s the Lawsuit (Cloudfare pdf here and embed pdf below):

It would seem that Peter Strzok has been advised by his Lawfare allies to get out ahead of any potential legal risk associated with his involvement in the Trump campaign 2016 spying and surveillance operation(s), by filing a legal action purposeful to claim retaliation in advance of any consequences from the IG report on FISA abuse.

This lawsuit is frivolous on its face.  However, it can be purposeful as a political tool to frame a narrative against action by the DOJ inspector general; or any criminal referrals therein. [Conspiracy to commit fraud upon FISA court; conspiracy to commit sedition etc]

Financially I would doubt strongly that Strzok is paying for the lawyers; they are likely being compensated by the Lawfare group participants, and a network of political affiliates, who hold a vested interest in protecting themselves from the downstream consequences of sunlight upon their operation.

Additionally, we have long noted the absence of any media engaging with any of the “small group” participants despite the Mueller report and background relevance to stories.  There are no journalist chasing down the former officials for comments…. there are no media satellite trucks in front of their houses… there is no effort to get statements from any of the participants…. Nothing. Zippo. Zilch.

Therefore, a pending lawsuit can also be used as a shield from having to answer questions; if the IG report substance is of a scale that media cannot continue avoiding.

And why not. It’s worked like a charm for the corrupt small group. Not a single indictment against any of them, but plenty of indictments against associates of President Trump. It would be nice if Republicans actually went on offense against these schemers.

Jim Comey wants to handle the IG report messaging….doesn’t need Peter helping out.

I think he is cooperating with DOJ to an extent, and the lawsuit is cover from his deepstate handlers. Why is GP story about him hanging at FBI HQ

SEX SCANDAL ROCKS FBI: Top Agents Under Fire For Reported Sexual Affairs with CNN Reporters

High-ranking FBI insiders say they reported top-level FBI brass for continued sexual romps with CNN reporters but former FBI director James Comey and his successor Christopher Wray looked the other way.

    And did nothing.

The extramarital affair between fired FBI boss Peter Strzok and FBI top lawyer Lisa Page is public knowledge. Page has resigned from the Bureau.

Now Strzok’s name has surfaced again in regards to the unfolding CNN scandal, according to FBI insiders. And other top FBI bosses are implicated as well for sexual trysts with CNN reporters and anchors.

Here is what we know. High-level FBI officials complained to the highest executive offices of the FBI that Strzok and more top agents were engaged in sexual relationships with CNN’s on-air personnel. Those high-ranking sources say top management did not investigate the reports and the relationships continued. And the sexual romps still might continue today.

FBI agents having sexual relations with the media is something that is not only frowned upon at the FBI but also highly problematic. Look no further than the classified leaks that CNN has published, breaking anti-Trump stories with insider information from Justice Department insiders.

“Everyone saw the texts between Strzok and Page but they both worked here,” one FBI insider said. “I can imagine the texts between agents and their girlfriends who don’t have a security clearance.”

And who are paid to publicize insider intelligence or spread rumors the anti-Trump FBI bosses want to spread — a perfect set up for fake news or an organized propaganda underground to slander the Trump White House or other enemies.

Strzok and Page, for instance, were caught leaking stories to the Washington Post and other mainstream news outlets, according to the content of their texts which have been made public. The content of those stories had a negative slant toward President Donald Trump.

FBI insiders believe classified and sensitive intelligence was leaked to CNN as a byproduct of agents engaged in sexual affairs.

Strzok also worked as an investigator for Robert Mueller’s probe of President Trump and his campaign, before the FBI boss was fired from the team for anti-Trump texts. Mueller’s team also leaked several stories during the time frame Strzok was employed under Mueller. Many of those stories were first published by CNN.

The FBI for decades did not permit married agents to engage in extramarital affairs with anyone, especially members of the media. That offense was grounds for termination because FBI directors like Louis Freeh believed agents could be compromised by blackmail and outside influence and therefore the practice was outlawed.

While Freeh was a strict task master on the subject, Comey and Wray looked the other way.

Ignoring such problematic reports has angered many FBI agents and bosses. And the fact that the troubling allegations, which were provided in detail to Comey and later Wray, were never investigated smacks of an overt cover up.

And yet another black eye for the embattled FBI.

This story is developing. — Thomas Paine

Another “pay to play” scheme, so to speak.

And how about that Strzok boy? Such a busy social life. Between texting BFF’s, long lunch meet and greets with the media, and late nights “at the office” this party animal still had the stamina and time to volunteer for an extra work detail when duty called. What a trooper. Conspiring to rig a presidential election, manipulating public opinion with strategic news leaks, and doubling back to cover your trail is a demanding job. It may look glamorous, but it’s brutal, and not for everyone. Lesser men have buckled under the strain. But Prudential Pete juggled all of it and still showed up every morning fresh as a daisy to tackle his day job. I want whatever he’s eating for breakfast.

      • All you have to remember about Strzok is that he was (and is, and will always be) CIA, more than FBI. The CIA ethic drove the FBI (and the DOJ) through all of this. When you hear one of them talking about their righteous efforts to protect America from Donald Trump, that is CIA-speak, THE CIA meme in all of this. Just remember all of the CIA “loose cannon” operations over the last 70+ years (I’m including the wartime OSS, the CIA’s “daddy”); I try to encapsulate the ethic by calling the attempted coup d’etat a “CIA In-Country Regime Change Operation”. The CIA obviously has a cult belief in its “loose cannon” (or as they would like to think of themselves: “heroes” or even “superheroes”) mindset. You know, the Lone Ranger. HI-yo, Silver, AWAY! (“Come Watson, the game is afoot and only we can save the day!”) Only they do it for their political side now, not for truth, justice and the American way. Which is criminal, and evil, i.e. soul-destroying. They do not see how obscene they look, how false is their cloak of moral righteousness.

Peter Strzok is the poster child for the Hatch Act.
His close affiliation with Lawfare further cements it.

Aloha! Maybe the clown is baiting a go-fund-me account for legal fees as another scam? Maybe this kind of pernicious mischief is just the very reason to indict these guys up to their necks in malfeasance & various felonies; shut them up once & for all! KC
