Lindsey Graham Senate Floor Speech on Mueller, FISA Abuse, and DOJ/FBI Investigations…

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham challenges Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to amend his Mueller report resolution and permit adding the appointment of a Special Counsel to look into the numerous 2016 election abuses by the DOJ and FBI.

Chuck Schumer says ‘go spit‘.  Graham stands back up and says: ‘thank you‘ but he shall endeavor to investigate the issues with, or without, Democrat support.

WES, Lindsay seems to have come a long way and I applaud him for wanting an investigation of the other side as a balance of law regarding Trump and Clinton (or better said the Clintons). We already know that Pelosi and Schiff have backed down on impeachment at least for a moment because they are afraid of all the information Trump has on them and many others. Now Schumer is back footing as well because i would thank at least 80% of Americans know that Hillary was committing criminal acts and lying like a rug on the floor. Odd it is that she is saying she will not run in 2020 and then an about face that she will. The comedy or horror continues. Definitely we need a real SC to investigate no matter what Mueller comes forth with. So many millions of dollars and he pursues not Trump but others strikes me that is not what he was “hired” to do but then again we are looking at Rod Rosenstein. Well, as many have said here, keep popcorn handy and I like my air puffed and salt and butter on it.

Carrie2 we do not need another special counsel. He would be nothing more than Swamp friendly and lead to no real prosecutions. Kudos to LG but in reality he is a swamp rat on borrowed time. What we need is someone who is not in league with the DC swamp. A stealth one that used to be AG and wants to clean up the DOJ, FBI and other crooked swamp creatures. What I am saying is we need to use the BARR on these people.

Another SC is a Swamp move. Lindsey knows full well that IG Horowitz has been quietly and professionally investigating everything since January 2017. He also knows that in order to speed up prosecutions of the crimes Horowitz uncovers, our former AG secretly appointed an outside of DC prosecutor to work in tandem with Horowitz. Typically, an AG will wait until the IG is completely done and has issued a final report before assigning prosecutors to open up criminal investigations leading to prosecutions. Our former AG was very clever to avoid this huuuge delay by having the IG and prosecutor work in concert. This also allowed the prosecutor to avail himself to the 450 + investigators/lawyers on Horowitzs staff.

After Mueller/Barr issue their report which clears Trump then Horowitzs reports will start to be made public and the declassified documents released which will prepare Americans for the sealed indictments waiting to be unsealed. The speed with which this will happen is possible because of our former AGs creative cunning and his ability to present as very nonthreatening so his teams of prosecutors could work under the radar. By the time this became public it was too late and many didnt believe it because theyd bought the medias narrative. Thank goodness. Bottom line, take note of who pushes for a new SC. They are either good hearted Useful Idiots or Decepticons imo.

There is no DOJ IG FISA report. Horowitz is blocked by Mueller from the evidence. SD has highlighted this but people ignore facts and go merrily down roads or wishful thinking.

Huber as seen late last year and again detailed here has done squat. Central figures were not even interviewed.

Last, AG Barr detests special counsels. Sen Graham was having fun with Schumer. Both know where Barr stands.

          Gimme a break.

Horowitz is a DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Inspector General.
His authority–JURISDICTION- begins and ends within the Department’s four walls.

Dude doesn’t even have controlling authority to question Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) much less, CIA, State Dept, NSA, 5 Eyes, BO White House officials, Steele, etc.

Not only that but as many here have noted:
MUELLER has had first dibs at all evidence.

Lastly re-read MYE IG Report and McCabe IG Report.

I am really tiring of the Q misrepresentations, like the IG has 450 investigators/lawyers working on the FISA investigation. Totally false. There are about that many IG employees in ALL their offices, which are imbedded in almost every federal agency and investigate matters arising from those agencies. They have a lot to work on besides the FISA case.

Yesterday, Thursday 14th of March, a small, pretty much ignored news item showed President Trump entertaining the Irish Prime Minister. Why would the Irish PM suddenly arrive unannounced, unscheduled, and discuss “trade and foreign economic issues” with our president?

The picture accompanying the article showed both Heads of State smiling and warmly shaking hands. Was a deal struck? Has the U.S. offered to assist Ireland in the event of Brexit? I heard that an “Ireland block” was supposedly a key issue. I know one thing for sure: President Trump is well aware of the “Special Relationship” between the U.K. and the U. S., which has been ongoing for generations, and I believe (just my opinion) he would take proactive measures to protect that relationship.

Yes, PM May was definitely involved, in some capacity, in the ongoing attempt to remove President Trump from office, and President Trump is well aware of her complicity. However, just as we have bad actors (to be polite) in our government, so does Britain, the U.K., the EU, and literally everyone else. But, we all need to identify who they are, deal with them accordingly, and get back to the business of governing nations.

Don’t listen to the “fake news” headlines; you have a friend in America, and a friend in President Donald Trump. Let’s defeat the globalist marxists together, and again prosper and be secure.

The people involved in Hillarys exoneration, Spygate and the coup are gone or neutralized while cooperating with Horowitz. In order to get fair criminal investigations up and running quickly, our former AG appointed an outside of DC prosecutor and his team to handle things so justice was not delayed while the DC Swamp Rats were purged as Horowitz uncovered their crimes. Imo this was handled brilliantly and fortunately flwe under the radar so the operation could succeed. Can you imagine the Democrats and medias hysteria if theyd understood what was going on?

When Trump is exonorated by these witch hunters then sane Democrats and Independents will accept their conclusion. Team Trump have run a very tight ship imo which gives me a great deal of confidence in their professionalism and committment to the rule of law. With all of the hysterial screeching over the past two years it would have been all too tempting to risk successful prosecutions with pacifying leaks but they sttod firm, endured the abuse and kept doing their job the RIGHT way for once. On the Justice side, the President appears to have a smaller Rolodex of people he knows for those roles, so he’s getting “recommendations” from the swamp that work in their interest, not ours or his. I hope he has outflanked them with Barr. They can’t really say no to a previous AG.

Graham has many redeeming qualities. Regardless of his moderate views and his penchant for “crossing the isle” in a spirit of bipartisanship, he is for the most part supporting President Trump’s agenda, and seems genuine in his efforts to expose the rot within the rogue Deep State.

Schumer, as always, is FOS. He is disingenuous and avoiding at all costs the outing of the corrupt DOJ/FBI regarding Clinton. If McCabe, who at the very least lied under oath at least 2x, is still walking free, I think Congress is FOS and the FBI/DOJ will remain absolutely corrupt until we the people do something about it.

  25. Carrie, i totally agree with Lindsey “having come a long way.” Lindsey unleashed in the photo and video above. Maybe relieved he is no longer under McShame’s control. Still has a long way to go to prove himself but he is moving in the right direction.

As for SC2, not needed or wanted. If patriots at the DOJ/FBI/OIG do there jobs justice will be served.

Think about this all this hard evidence that has been available or in the hands of the FBI for years and NO ONE has done a think with this physical evidence……

    1) The DNC Server
    2) The HRC Server
    3) The Weiner Laptop
    4) The 47 Hard Drives from Dennis Montgomery
    5) The testimony from the U1 Whistleblower

But yet innuendos, fake dossier with ZERO evidence gets 2.5 years and over $40M in attention.

Mr. Barr any chance you might look into the evidence listed above that your FBI and DOJ have known about for years now, assuming you care about the rule of law for all?

……..#3, Weiner Laptop, may be the key to all things that would prove intent, Clinton Foundation PayForPlay, etc. Why arent those emails out there for investigation??? AG Barr, I demand a thorough investigation of .gov and other Govt related emails on that laptop. Also….. who is going to be the NYPD whistleblower that comes forward to tell us that the FBI or DOJ ordered the laptop was not to be searched or provided as evidence in an ongoing investigation at that time regarding missing HRC emails? Who is going to make history?

I doubt any of that physical evidence is even around anymore – the FBI certainly wasn’t following anything that resembled a legitimate chain of command when it came to preserving evidence in the Russia nor the Clinton email investigations. If there had been we’d have the rest of the Page/Strzok text messages and the Clinton emails wouldn’t have been scrubbed with bleachbit. After all this time it will be easy to point the finger and play the blame game when evidence comes up missing or destroyed. Remember that house fire in Chappaqua?

    I have had enough.

Thousands, if not millions of Americans have seen how the FBI/Justice departments have been weaponized to protect the demonrats and persecute Trump, or anyone who might be able to be persuaded to “do” Trump. There is plenty of evidence in public view being ignored by the rat media that demonstrates this as fact.

We don’t break windows, set fire to buildings, or even stage protest rallies. If we did the media rats would portray us as “alt right terrorists” or ignore us. Plus we don’t have time, we work for a living.(OK I’m retired.)

How about we, (someone smarter than I needs to organize this) send either a signed petition, or multiple emails, to AG Barr demanding a real investigation into FBI/Justice POLITICAL BIAS THAT I BELIVE IS CRIMINAL, AND THE RATS LIKE MCCABE, COMEY, STRZOK, at a minimum are held CRIMINALLY LIABLE.

OR, we as US citizens will NOT COOPERATE with the FBI/Justice. If I am picked for a federal jury I will tell the “Justice” department unless I see McCabe prosecuted, I will NOT find ANY defendant guilty who was investigated by federal LE. Tell Barr that if ANY federal LE contacts me for ANY reason, even as a witness, I WILL NOT TALK TO THEM. SEND A SHERIFF’S DEPUTY INSTEAD.

What if a thousand, or ten thousand or a MILLION citizens told Barr this?

Obviously, our president needs our support on all matters….maybe we do not all need to rally in DC…maybe we rally at our state capitol or a university…Regardless, a peaceful show of force nationwide would get media exposure…Not a Trump rally for us…but people’s rally for president Trump…

You don’t have to talk to the FBI. As a cop plenty of people told me to pound sand. At every jury pick the judge asks the jurors if they can be impartial. If they say they can’t they are dismissed.

Most people on our side work. We don’t have paid mobs.

If 12 people show up to protest Trump the media will cover it, and CNN will stage the shot to make it look like there are more than 12.

“I am a retired cop.” I’m career retired Navy, and, when mentioned, normally a few “Thank you for your service” comments pop up. Well, in my opinion, the job of a cop is tantamount to that of front line combat or combat support troops (in all their forms – ground, sea and air).

So, I would like to say to Mike, thank you very, very much for your service!!!

I can’t imagine what kind of pressure’s are involved with being in the senate but I think this was a very good speech. I would love for him to be the best he can be all the time. He has the gift to make a difference for the greater good and you can’t deny him that much no matter what you think of him. Whether he feels like being that leader or not consistently is another story. Would love for him to continue to prove me wrong like he did today.

    Just a reminder…

Elected officials only want to be reelected.

Graham is a good actor and a public entrepreneur. He’s good at it. He plays the game in its construct and takes big money from interests and blows smoke to the voters.

He’s not a politician in a classical sense. More like Actor/Administrator. If he was a politician he wouldn’t push for amnesty or constant wars which are deeply unpopular.

We are really desperate if we think Graham in his sound bites is doing the right thing for “The People”. He will do the “right” thing for his account.

Until he stops pushing for more neo-slavery illegals, endless wars by using our troops for Arab supremascists, and steps up to repeal or re-write the 17th Amendment I’m going to refrain from believing what he says.

People who live in SC could ask him about Qatar or guns to ISIS or why he loves illegals…

It appears to me many politicians and people in the legal profession in the USA are perverting justice. Justice requires that everyone – rich and poor, educated and illiterate, male and female, young and old, religious and atheist, liberal and conservative – can depend on being treated the same in a court of law. But that is not all that is being perverted. I also see people calling evil good and good evil. Those who do these things have no fear of God. They do not believe they need God. God is simply a hindrance to them as he reminds them how selfish and self-centered they are and powerless to shape their ultimate destiny.

Graham has historically ticked me off with some of the matters he has advocated for. This however is a saving grace for him in the court of public opinion on our side.

He is absolutely right. A special counsel absolutely needs to be turned lose on the Dims. This would reach deep into the DNC and affect the campaigns of ALL of their 2020 candidates.

Best of all, it would flip the script on the support they have been giving to the current special counsel. We would literally be able to use their own words against them.

Of course seeing the other actors indicted would give a certain sense of satisfaction as well.

    Thanks for letting me lurk….
