FBI Refuses To Comply With House Declassification Review of Witness Transcripts – Defers To Robert Mueller…

The FBI has responded to a request for declassification review of witness transcripts from the Joint House Committee headed by Chairman Bob Goodlatte.   The FBI is refusing to comply with the declassification review; and, entirely as expected, outlines the decision-maker for releasing any testimony is ultimately Robert Mueller.

(Link to letter)

…proving, yet again, the purpose of the special counsel probe is to control and mitigate the risks from any investigative inquiry.  This is how Robert Mueller protects the corrupt officials and corrupt institutions within government.

Despite their claims, don’t be tricked into thinking it’s about timing, and/or a workload, and/or the holidays.  How do we know this? Well, remember, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) Chaired by Devin Nunes, made a similar request for release of their transcripts on September 26th, 2018.  The ODNI, DOJ, FBI and Special Counsel have refused to comply for three months.

Mueller’s investigation always held an ulterior purpose:

♦(1) Create an investigation – Just by creating the investigation it is then used as a shield by any corrupt FBI/DOJ official who would find himself/herself under downstream congressional investigation.  Former officials being deposed/questioned by IG Horowitz or Congress could then say they are unable to answer those questions due to the ongoing special counsel investigation.  In this way Mueller provides cover for ideologically aligned deep state officials.

♦(2)  Use the investigation to keep any and all inquiry focused away from the corrupt DOJ and FBI activity that took place in 2015, 2016, 2017.  Keep the media narrative looking somewhere, anywhere, other than directly at the epicenter of the issues. In this way, Mueller provides distraction and talking points against the Trump administration.

♦(3) Use the investigation to suck-up, absorb, any damaging investigative material that might surface as a result of tangentially related inquiry.  Example: control the exposure of evidence against classified leak participants like SSCI Director of Security, James Wolfe; and/or block IG Horowitz from seeing material related to the FISA abuse scandal and “spygate”.  In this way Mueller provides cover for the institutions and the administrative state.

In all of these objectives the Mueller special counsel has been stunningly effective.

The efforts of Rosenstein, Wray, Bowditch, Boente et al, to cover-up the institutional corruption extends far beyond their blocking activity of the declassification requests; and shows up in the lack of substance behind the Wolfe plea agreement when compared to the devastating evidence within the original indictment.

There is a clear pattern.  In addition to the disparity of outcome within the Wolfe indictment/plea deal we exhibit: ♦redactions in material evidence provided to congress; ♦refusal to release material to congress; ♦fighting declassification of documents that would be damaging to the previous officials; ♦refusal to discuss events with congress by officials who hide behind the shield of the Mueller investigation; the list is long.

Additionally, the Mueller control agenda also extends into the two previous IG reports submitted by DOJ Inspector Michael Horowitz.

With Robert Mueller in charge of an ongoing investigation, the two previous IG reports (1. Investigation of McCabe and 2. Clinton email/FBI bias) could not outline anything tangentially connected to the Mueller investigation without first passing through his teams approval and review.

That level of Mueller influence kept the most severe elements of investigative sunlight away from public review.

These officials defending the administrative state are still in place.  We know they are in place because their influential conduct is visible. Three of them are inarguable:

(1) By redacting innocuous, albeit highly damaging information, within the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages and emails.  Officials within the agencies are hiding information and even eliminating the most damaging material.

(2) By controlling what records IG Horowitz has access to; in addition to who he is interviewing. The IG is only as effective as the material he has to review.

(3) By shaping the executive summaries of the two previous IG reports to ensure the specific material within the report is diluted as much as possible in the summary and conclusions.

In essence, and against the understanding of how these officials manipulated the recusal of AG Jeff Sessions; DAG Rod Rosenstein, FBI Director Christopher Wray, Deputy FBI Director David Bowditch, FBI Chief Legal Counsel Dana Boente, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the affiliated network of political operatives within the DOJ/FBI; this crew has held free reign to shape everything in the past two years.

That is why there has been ZERO progress.

It’s been a complete con-job by the current officials within the DOJ and FBI.

Crap like this is what is pushing more people away and will make fewer people come out to vote in 2020, doesn’t matter if its right or not but without some type of swamp draining many won’t be voting in 2020 sadly. This is why nothing Trump does will matter if there isn’t something big done against the corruption before 2020 and yes I know its not fair but it is what it is.

Supporters need to buckle down for the ride or get off. Every bloody day it is if Ttump doesn’t do this or that 2020 is over…only to have Trump pull rabbits from 5 different hats…

Trump is not going to get everything right…I do not expect him to, no one can be held to that kind of standard.

What I do know, is I have not regretted my vote for him, for one minute.

Dare I say, some conservatives are getting into a very bad habit of demonizing good and decent people that can honestly see a thing differently than they do.

Some were slamming General Mattis..if he has a disagreement with Trump so be it, but he has served this country for 5 decades with honor and distinction and had the respect of the men he led in battle

He serves the respect due him, from the very same Americans that he fought freedom’s cause on behalf of, that will never ever see a battlefield let alone fight on one.

      • Ray Runge says:

WSB, please understand the dynamic here. This refusal to supply documents by Mueller is a big middle finger by an Executive Branch Officer, Mueller, to a request from Congressional oversight.

The Executive Branch via the Attorney General is minimally empowered to restrain an employee of the DoJ to conform to the constitution. Neglect of such a constitutionally base action does not bode well for the country nor does this engender respect from the voters.

Dear Red: You must be a troll. Or you’re a sometimes-Trumper, depending on what you’ve watched on tv or read. Unless you get off your butt–and yes, this applies to all of us–your statement is one scenario, you cannot rely on just Pres. Trump to change our reality. Voting is our main option for change–we proved this in 2016–but fixing voter fraud/ballot stuffing/harvesting ballots and all the other tools the Dimms use–can only be changed at the state & local election level. So for all you idiots, yelling about Amendment #17, if you really think that will change Congress because states control who they elect to the Senate, get some effective voter laws passed at the state level, including NOT allowing illegal immigrants to vote in local, state & federal elections, ballot stuffing, late ballots found all over the place, that stop the disasters that happened in Florida, Georgia, California, Arizona, etc., then get back to me.

If just 50 million Americans, 1 million per state, vow to fight for the vote for fair election laws, oversight, stopping illegals from voting, doing away with ghost voters, finding “ballots” 7 days after the election, seriously updating voters rolls, etc., do we stand to get a chance at a fair election in 2020?

We need to pay attention to which Republicans vote against him and make sure we do the same to them at election time. We need more Republicans like Jim Jordan. Had many Republicans not stayed home on their a$$es on election day we would not be talking about a shutdown but how nice the border wall was going to be.

The FBI should be closed down and all employees removed, ditto the CIA and NSA. Game playing will not save them in the long run and Mueller will be brought down, tried and hanged along with the so many others. Game playing with Trump generally winds us you lose and he/we win. It is very obvious that the FBI thinks it can win and that only leads to their losing it all and paying a huge price for treason. As well, they are all our employees and it is time we take back the reins and show them who is the real boss – WE the People are!

Mueller hasn’t even been punished for his horrendous, dirty cop crimes during the Whitey Bulger fiasco and Lord only knows what he actually did in Vietnam. Self loathing is poison. Mueller has had to endure looking in the mirror at his hideous face for more than 7 decades. This experience took a terrible toll on him. MAGA/KAG!

War is a fluid situation, so sometimes even the best laid plans need to be adjusted. Especially when politics in one’s own country is probably worse than war with another country. You can count on them trying to stab you, with PDJT he never knows when someone from his own party is going to try and stab him in the back. I read around here some months ago that PDJT only really trusts two congress-critters. There probably are a few more actually loyal to MAGA. First, however, President Trump is making sure America’s finances and military are rebuilt well enough that we can successfully fight a civil war while successfully defending American soil against very possible, if not highly likely, attacks from multiple foreign countries.

Yes, it’s entirely possible that lowering the hammer on America’s domestic enemies will result in civil war. Anyone who does not understand that is wasting their time reading further.

An America engaged in a civil war would present a crisis our foreign enemies would love to be able to take advantage of! If a civil war occurs in the near future, America would be in the weakest position we have been in since the last civil war; and, at a time our foreign enemies will still be strong enough to join together and attack us here at home from all sides at once.

Anyone who has been seriously keeping up with President Trump’s America First policies knows that he’s not only strengthening America, he’s making our foreign enemies considerably weaker than when he was elected two years ago.

That’s not a coincidence. It’s by design; and, I believe that design is directly connected to the way the deep state corruption is being handled domestically!

While few of them have stellar intellects, one needs to believe that even most congressmen are smart enough to understand what materials need to be redacted. Some names perhaps, some info that could compromise an ongoing operation…if there, all that can be summarized and left clean. The non-specific claims used by the FBI to justify stonewalling the public, are lies. The premise here is that the FBI is in Mueller’s pocket, that they do his laundry and ensure that all his favorite Democrat Criminals remain whitewashed. That’s a pretty big leap…but if it were so, it would be illegal in many ways, and more, do we believe that President Trump is unaware of it? The gap between speculation and fact seems to be quite WIDE and might only be bridged by looking at the things Trump can do, but is not doing. He has no election issues to muddy the path, and he can end this 2 year long crime spree called Mueller’s Investigation any day he chooses. He does not need the FBI to tell him what he can declassify. He does not need Mueller to tell him who can be charged with crimes. The DOJ presumably has people who used to know how to do their jobs. Trump is NOT demanding them to follow their oaths and procedures. Why?

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.
A Grand Jury had been empanelled.
Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.
Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.
Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.
Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?
    Bet you can’t guess.
    Non other than James Comey.
    Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?
Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?
Your friend and mine, Lois “Be on The Look Out” (BOLO) Lerner.
    Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?
It gets better, well not really, but this is all just a series of strange coincidences, right?
Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?
No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Rod Rosenstein.
    Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?
Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?
I know, it’s a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, Robert Mueller.
What do all four casting characters have in common?
They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.
Now that’s just a coincidence, right?
Ok, lets chalk the last one up to mere chance.
    Let’s fast forward to 2009.
James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.
Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server by the way.
The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of the Hillary.
Like all good public servants do, you know looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US Uranium to no other than, the Russians.
Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, the People got absolutely nothing out of it.
However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton goes to Moscow, gets paid 500K for a one hour speech then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.
    Ok, no big deal right?
Well, not so fast, the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.
Guess who was the FBI Director during this time frame?
    Yep, Robert Mueller.
He even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.
Guess who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney’s Office in Maryland.
    No other than, Rod Rosenstein.
Guess what happened to the informant?
The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.
How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?
Guess what happened soon after the sale was approved?
~145 million dollars in “donations” made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.
Guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division?
    No other than, Lois Lerner.
Ok, that’s all just another series of coincidences, nothing to see here, right?
    Let’s fast forward to 2015.
Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi discovers that the Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.
He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law.
He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email.
Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this…… they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary.
Now this is amazing, guess who became FBI Director in 2013?
Guess who secured 17 no bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed his employer.
    No other than James Comey.
Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?
Now he is the FBI Director in charge of the “Clinton Email Investigation” after of course his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner “Matter” at the Internal Revenue Service and exonerates her.
Nope couldn’t find any crimes there.
Can you guess what happened next?
In April 2016, James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.
They didn’t even convene a Grand Jury.

Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true “Gangsta” Homey is, James steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 8th of 2016, and exonerates the Hillary from any wrongdoing.
    Can you see the pattern?
It goes on and on, Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General, Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein, Comey leaks government information to the press, Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ and the story continues.
FISA Abuse, political espionage….. pick a crime, any crime, chances are…… this group and a few others did it.
    All the same players.
    All compromised and conflicted.
All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves.
All connected in one way or another to the Clinton’s.
They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.
How many lives have these two destroyed?
As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

Let us not forget that Comey’s brother works for DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes.

See the person that is the common denominator to all the crimes above and still doing her evil escape legal maneuvers at the top of the 3 Letter USA Agencies.

Let’s learn a little about Mrs. Lisa H. Barsoomian’s background.
Lisa H. Barsoomian, a US Attorney that graduated from Georgetown Law, is a protege of James Comey and Robert Mueller.
Barsoomian, with her boss R. Craig Lawrence, represented Bill Clinton in 1998.
Lawrence also represented: Robert Mueller three times; James Comey five times; Barack Obama 45 times; Kathleen Sebelius 56 times; Bill Clinton 40 times; and
Hillary Clinton 17 times. Between 1998 and 2017, Barsoomian herself represented the FBI at least five times.

You may be saying to yourself, OK, who cares? Who cares about the work history of this Barsoomian woman? Apparently someone does, because someone out there cares so much that they’ve “purged” all Barsoomian court documents for her Clinton representation in Hamburg vs. Clinton in 1998 and its appeal in 1999 from the DC District and Appeals Court dockets (?). Someone out there cares so much that the internet has been “purged” of all information pertaining to Barsoomian. Historically, this indicates that the individual is a protected CIA operative.

Additionally, Lisa Barsoomian has specialized in opposing Freedom of Information Act requests on behalf of the intelligence community. And, although Barsoomian has been involved in hundreds of cases representing the DC Office of the US Attorney, her email address is Lisa Barsoomian at NIH gov. The NIH stands for National Institutes of Health. This is a tactic routinely used by the CIA to protect an operative by using another government organization to shield their activities.

It’s a cover, so big deal right? I mean what does one more attorney with ties to the US intelligence community really matter. It deals with Trump and his recent tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum imports, the border wall, DACA, everything coming out of California, the Uni-party unrelenting opposition to President Trump, the Clapper leaks, the Comey leaks, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusal and subsequent 14 month nap with occasional forays into the marijuana legalization mix …. and last but not least Mueller’s never-ending investigation into collusion between the Trump team and the Russians. Why does Barsoomian, CIA operative, merit any mention?

BECAUSE….She is Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s WIFE….That’s why!!

So why, I ask hasn’t the President read this out loud at the State of the Union for a speech as the police are simultaneously arresting all these criminals. And why, for God’s sake hasn’t this gag order been removed and the FISA docs released without redaction? Instead the PRESIDENT HAS SAT ON HIS HANDS AS THEY PICK HIM TO PIECES. I’m fed up and so you should be too. Stop making excuses for the man who is suppose to run the Justice Department. Somebody wake the President up. Is he drunk? Where is the wall? And why haven’t Sanctuary cities and states been dismantled. They are a direct challenge to the authority of the Federal government. It’s open insurrection. He is the commander and chief of the army, but it appears his betters have him in a box in which he appears quite content to remain.

Time to strap on your guns Mr. President. Jared isn’t going to sweet talk you out box canyon.

Send it to the White House. The President seems to be the only person in America who doesn’t know. Well, he sure hasn’t acted and that’s why they’re kicking his rear. He hasn’t thrown one punch. He is in charge of the Justice Department.

Maybe he should read your screed at the State of the Union Address, because it is the state of union.? Maybe he should have them all simultaneously arrested and charged as he is reading it?

Maybe he can then wheel and read a statement about having the military of which he is the commander and chief beginning to build the wall.? We are being invaded. He is the President.

And maybe he could find the time and effort to dismantle the sanctuary cities and states? They are in open insurrection against the federal government. Has anyone ever heard of Abraham Lincoln? Has the President?

We don’t need to spread the word. Where the hell have you been? Everyone in America already knows. We need Donald Trump to act as, if he were the President. Why did we bother to elect him, if he had no intention of doing what needs to be done? No more excuses. No more delays. Do it all and do it now, Mr. President, or get out of the way.

I prefer how Jerome Corsi is fighting Mueller than all the three dimensional chess. Mueller can be taken down in steps. Corsi is now 5 weeks away from his rejection of the plea deal and three weeks into his civil an criminal/ complaint ethical complaints. Corsi, at the minimum, has counted coup on Mueller. More of this needs to happen.
