This is exactly what Democrats do everytime something like this happens. They lie and try to blame the real victims.

Nice neighborhoods try to establish independent cities because the city of SA is so poorly run by lefties, and then SA tries to annex, once all the roads and utilities are built privately, to tax them to pay welfare.

I had considered moving back, but that stuff would make me nuts.

16 y.o. vs. 30 y.o., it doesn’t matter if there WAS racial epithets. So long as the youth didnt assault the adult, there is NOTHING the kid could say, that would legally justify laying hands on a minor.

As an adult, your supposed to have maturity, and excercise restraint.

We’ve all seen ‘punks’, behaving obnoxiously, that we wanted to slap the schiznit out of them, but we do the adult thing, shake our heads, and say “some peoples children!”

“They started it” is a pretty lame excuse.
Let’s say, for instance, that they did start it — were being nasty little racist turds. Let’s say, for instance, it was you that they were directing it at. Bear in mind that they are minors and you are an adult; they are just saying mean, rude things — not physically assaulting you (contrary to what the left deeply desires, words are not actions). Do you walk away? Give them an earful and then walk away? Do what he did?
Two of them are legal, one is not. Two of them are how adults behave, one is not.
Now, if they did start it, then their parents need to start teaching them better manners right ricky ticky as heretofore they have failed, but that does not excuse Mr. Jiminez, who is 30 and didn’t act any better than a poorly behaved 16 yo. himself, which is no protection under the law.

Manifort is in sol. confinement for a crime in which no one was ever in any danger. This kid was attacked by someone twice his size in a public place. Yet who does our legal system target? Should tell you a lot right there about where we are as a nation.

I’m bothered that it was a robbery task force which had gone after him. It suggests a far lesser charge than he deserves. He harmed a child. And frankly, there is a reason they call the charge “injury to a child” in the first place — it’s a crime against children and in most jails and prisons, those so charged get special treatment from the other inmates if you know what I mean.

Via Creamer, no doubt. Eventually “other peoples’ money” will run out. And Satan Soros has been using other peoples’ money and ruining other peoples’ lives since he was a teenager, doing his daddy’s dirty deeds…

Eventually he’ll meet his REAL Father, the FATHER of ALL Fathers. But until or unless he turns, he’ll burn.

Better wise up, Gyorgi Schwartz. You can own and control all the Earth, its inhabitants, and its contents (cf. Satan tempting Jesus in the desert), but you STILL are no match for GOD, never were, and never will be…

I proudly wear my Trump Deplorable shirt whenever I can. I did, however, run into someone like this too. Was at TJMaxx and the clerk wouldn’t leave me alone about it. He insulted me during the whole transaction and I had to look at his rotting teeth without throwing up. When I got ready to leave I said, “Have a nice day and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Well, I screamed it and you could have heard me all the way through the store. The couple behind me cracked up!

I pray their hearts and minds get enlightened as a whole but when I hear stories like yours, and this loser who attacked the teenager, my blood boils.

In the case of the kid, that jerk could have thrown acid instead of soda. Seriously, he NEEDS to be made an example of for all the others like him out there.

The big guy who did the KO’s was pretty chill and in control. He didn’t go after anyone except those who brandished weapons and were aggressors (towards himself of others), he stopped a few from his side from getting carried away, he tried to discourage violence multiple times (both sides), and once the targets were knocked down he did not follow up with further violence towards them.
In this regard, he is a good role model for how to engage in physical violence and keep one’s humanity — sadly this is not the thing many are focusing on (and they should).

And the concomitant disrespect and dismissal for HUMAN life.

Sad how the greens and tree-huggers rush to save tadpoles crossing the freeway, while they don’t bat an eye about an “inconvenient mass of tissue” being killed. All the people who say this scumbag punk will get off lightly are probably right, & that is a perfect example of why decent citizens of all political persuasions have to stop electing leftist / progressive politicians & bureaucrats

That type does not care about laws, values, common decency or right vs wrong, They simply don’t give a shit. All they care about & all they work toward is their radical agenda

The United States, our laws, our system & common trait of fairness & common decency never enter their minds

A leftist / progressive mayor / city council means you get a leftist / progressive police force & judges, & with that our entire system crumbles & dies

There is no more right vs wrong. Their side is always right, even when a violent scumbag criminal violates the rights of an American citizen

Those with liberal mindsets, the decent ones, have to start looking at what we’re becoming, what our country is turning into with these types being put into positions of power

They no longer follow the rules or have any problem with savage behavior, with violence or criminality. It’s what we see in every leftist controlled city & town

All fair minded liberals must wake up & realize the true scope of the radical left, before there’s nothing left of the country we all hold dear

I’m thinking the VIOLENT Theft is a felony so is a harsher charge than an assault that didn’t result in much harm and no weapon was used. They are trying to get a felony out of this event and that’s a good thing.

        • Jenny R. says:

No, what happens is: the pros are usually very chill; they don’t mess with people, do their time (they’re used to other pros — who will kill somebody for looking at them wrong; those folks are hair trigger and go zero to nuclear in a heartbeat, so they have some “rules” meant to keep themselves from getting shivved). The nut jobs are unpredictable, so who knows what they’ll do (anybody who knows the system quickly learns who may be unbalanced and to stay away from them). The real trouble are the punks — the pros don’t want anything to do with them, and they set up their own amateur hours.
The problems really start when one of the punks decides he (or she) is going to front a pro or a nut job. Or even just generally acts like a loud-mouthed punk and calls the attention of the guards/wardens (pros don’t tend to like that; they want to be left alone to do their time; the nut jobs are just nut jobs but it tends to send them off which is a danger — also something the pros don’t like). Then somebody usually gets killed…usually the punk.
I’ve got relatives that worked in criminal justice — Riker’s and the Thunder Dome are not for the foolish nor faint of heart.

There’s assault and with the racial epithets it’s a hate crime to boot. Then the person who videoed it and put it on the internet makes it conspiracy and domestic terrorism since the whole point of publishing the video is to intimidate and cause fear to other MAGA supporters. I think a really sharp prosecutor could put a needle in the perpetrators. I’m praying they get a sooner rather than later trip to Hades.

This is the height of asshattery, but not much more. The MAGA kid got “punked” by a guy who should have his act together, but who leapt over the line of civility. Frankly, a judge would be pretty much “underwhelmed” with his actions compared with thrown punches and any attendant melees.

Maxine Waters’ “get up in their faces” rabble rousing is predicated on the nuisance suit level of bullying being seen in court as a disturbance and little more.

Happily, the assault has made its way into the social media babble zone and now all sorts of piety and defiance can be unleashed. Progressives are forever “getting up in someone’s face” because of a bumper sticker. They readily show their fannies when some deplorable stops in for dinner or tries to buy a cup of coffee. That is how they roll and their “adults in the room” prefer to smile and look away.

We deplorables need to understand that the duplicity in the civility standard runs deep. If your license has the Gadsden Flag, you should expect someone from the diversity and coexist set to give you grief for being out of step, out of line and out in public. That is how they roll.
